        Spring Festival Gala of Henan Radio and Television Station "out of the circle" in 2021, on the basis of which a series of programs with similar styles were derived, the Spring Festival Gala of Henan in 2022 continued its previous style and content, and also received tremendous response. Based on the analysis of the program text of Spring Festival Gala of Henan, this paper expounds the strategy of Henan Satellite TV to stand out from the perspective of integrity and innovation, cultural identity and emotional resonance. Content still matters, and the media content created based on high-quality culture is the secret of enduring prosperity. Persisting in the disseminating of high-quality cultural works is a desirable and effective strategy for all media platforms.

        Accelerated Adaptive Backstepping Control Based on the FWNN for the Multiple PMSGs System with Chaotic Oscillations

        This paper presents an accelerated adaptive backstepping control method based on the fuzzy wavelet neural network (FWNN) for the multiple permanent magnet synchronous generators (PMSGs) system with chaotic oscillation. Firstly, considering the influence of the feedback signals of the wind farm bus on each PMSG, a coupled mathematical model with multiple PMSGs is established. Secondly, through dynamic analysis, we find that there are chaotic oscillations in the power generation system with two PMSGs, and the dynamic response of the system is highly sensitive to the parameters and initial states. We integrate the tangent barrier function (TBF), speed function (SF), FWNN and second-order tracking differentiator (TD) into adaptive backstepping technology, and design an accelerated adaptive neural network (NN) backstepping controller. The FWNN improved by the pseudo-exponential function is used to estimate unknown functions. The SF and TBF are used to constrain tracking errors (TEs) and ensure the boundedness of state variables. The complex problem of derivation of virtual control inputs is solved by second-order TD. The stability of the closed-loop system is attested by the Lyapunov function. Our scheme not only accelerates the convergence speeds of TEs, but also effectively suppresses chaos and ensures the boundedness of all signals. Finally, a series of experimental simulations verify the practicability and robustness of the scheme.

      • Bearing capacity of H-section beam wrapped with ceramsite concrete

        In this study, an H-section steel beam with circular holes in a web wrapped with ceramsite concrete (SBWCC) was studied. Static load-bearing capacity tests and finite element analysis were performed on two groups of specimens with different sections. The H-section steel and wrapped ceramsite concrete were well bonded. The load-bearing capacity of the SBWCC was 10% larger than that of the pure H-section steel beam without holes in the web, except for its dead weight. The stiffness of the SBWCC was slightly larger than that of the pure H-section steel beam without holes. The wrapped ceramsite concrete avoided the elastic local instability of the steel beam flange and web. Based on the finite element model verified by experiments, the influences of hole diameter, hole spacing, and U-shaped stirrups on the flexural capacity of the specimens were analyzed. The formulas for the load-bearing capacities and short-term stiffness of the SBWCC were proposed and verified by tests and finite element analysis.

        Random Imperfection Method for Stability Analysis of a Suspended Dome

        The traditional eigenvalue buckling mode method used for the stability analysis of suspended domes has been deemed unsafe and unreasonable. A random imperfection method is proposed in this paper that is suitable for the stability analysis of suspended domes. Using this method, the impact of initial imperfections, such as joint position deviation, eccentricity of members, variation in cable pretension and elastic modulus of materials, on the stability of nonlinear geometries as well as the stability of both nonlinear geometries and materials (i.e., ultimate bearing capacity) are studied. The analysis results using this method are compared to those obtained from the traditional eigenvalue buckling mode method. This study indicates that the random imperfection method can more reasonably demonstrate the impact of initial imperfections on the stability of suspended domes. Additionally, the shape and size of the initial imperfections applied by the random imperfection method are more reasonable, and the results are safer. The random imperfection method is successfully used in the stability analysis of a largespan suspended dome, and the results of this method are nearly equivalent to that of the model test, which verifies the method.

        Alterations of Amino Acid Level in Depressed Rat Brain

        Amino-acid neurotransmitter system dysfunction plays a major role in the pathophysiology ofdepression. Several studies have demonstrated the potential of amino acids as a source of neuro-specificbiomarkers could be used in future diagnosis of depression. Only partial amino acids such as glycineand asparagine were determined from certain parts of rats’ brain included hippocampi and cerebralcortex in previous studies. However, according to systematic biology, amino acids in different areaof brain are interacted and interrelated. Hence, the determination of 34 amino acids through entirerats’ brain was conducted in this study in order to demonstrate more possibilities for biomarkers ofdepression by discovering other potential amino acids in more areas of rats’ brain. As a result, 4 aminoacids (L-aspartic acid, L-glutamine, taurine and γ -amino-n-butyric acid) among 34 were typicallyidentified as potentially primary biomarkers of depression by data statistics. Meanwhile, anantidepressant called Fluoxetine was employed to verify other potential amino acids which were notidentified by data statistics. Eventually, we found L-α -amino-adipic acid could also become a newpotentially secondary biomarker of depression after drug validation. In conclusion, we suggested thatL-aspartic acid, L-glutamine, taurine, γ-amino-n-butyric acid and L-α-amino-adipic acid might becomepotential biomarkers for future diagnosis of depression and development of antidepressant.

        Double-layered core–shell structure of NaYF4:Yb,Er@SiO2@Zn1 − xMnxO for near-infrared-triggered photodegradation and antibacterial application

        A novel NIR-responsive photocatalyst NaYF4:Yb,Er@SiO2@Zn1 − xMnxO with double-layered core–shell structure was prepared by a three-step reaction. NaYF4:Yb,Er serves as a NIR-to-visible upconverter and provides “visible light” or “necessary energy” to Zn1 − xMnxO. Meanwhile, Mn2+-doping in Zn1 − xMnxO can extend the photoresponse of ZnO to visible-light region and enhance its charge separation. The nanocomposite exhibits good activity for dye decomposition and antibacterial property under NIR irradiation. The “energy absorption – energy conversion – energy transfer – surface reaction” process dominates the overall photocatalytic activity. Based on the standard MTT (abbr. for 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide) assay, NaYF4:Yb,Er@SiO2@Zn1 − xMnxO also exhibits good biocompatibility and low cytotoxicity with human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) as model cells.

        Kidney Transplantation and Clinical Outcomes in Patients With Multiple Myeloma: Evidence From the United States Nationwide Inpatient Sample

        Purpose: Patients with multiple myeloma (MM) are prone to developing persistent renal insufficiency. Novel therapeutic medications have improved long-term survival, making kidney transplantation (KT) a viable treatment option for MM survivors with end-stage renal disease. This study aimed to investigate the clinical outcomes in patients with MM who have received KT. Methods: Data from hospitalized patients ≥40 years of age with MM in the Nationwide Inpatient Sample 2016–2018 of the United States were queried. Patients were classified as having or not having undergone KT, as well as the stage of chronic kidney disease (CKD) for those who had not received KT. Propensity-score matching (PSM) was applied to balance the characteristics between the groups. Binary logistic regression was utilized to determine the associations between study variables and inhospital mortality, unfavorable discharges, prolonged length of stay (LOS), and major complications. Results: In total, 50,654 hospitalized patients with MM were identified, of whom 165 (0.3%) had received KT and 50,489 had not (5,905 at stage 5 CKD [CKD5D], 11,559 at stage 1–4 CKD [CKD1-4D], and 33,025 who were CKD-free). After PSM, between-group demographic and hospital-related characteristics were balanced. Binary regression analysis revealed that, compared to patients who were CKD-free, patients at CKD5D were significantly more likely to experience a prolonged LOS (odds ratio [OR], 1.31; 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.01–1.70) after adjusting for relevant confounders. Furthermore, compared to CKD-free patients, those who underwent KT were significantly more likely to have sepsis (OR, 1.48; 95% CI, 1.02–2.14). However, KT showed no association with the other adverse inpatient outcomes. Conclusions: Although KT is not common in MM patients, those who had undergone KT had comparable hospital outcomes to CKD-free patients. These data will help clinicians deliver better consultations to MM patients attempting to receive KT.

        Derivation of endothelial cells from porcine induced pluripotent stem cells by optimized single layer culture system

        Regenerative therapy holds great promise in the development of cures of some untreatable diseases such as cardiovascular diseases, and pluripotent stem cells (PSCs) including induced PSCs (iPSCs) are the most important regenerative seed cells. Recently, differentiation of human PSCs into functional tissues and cells in vitro has been widely reported. However, although porcine reports are rare they are quite essential, as the pig is an important animal model for the in vitro generation of human organs. In this study, we reprogramed porcine embryonic fibroblasts into porcine iPSCs (piPSCs), and differentiated them into cluster of differentiation 31 (CD31)-positive endothelial cells (ECs) (piPSC-derived ECs, piPS-ECs) using an optimized single-layer culture method. During differentiation, we observed that a combination of GSK3β inhibitor (CHIR99021) and bone morphogenetic protein 4 (BMP4) promoted mesodermal differentiation, resulting in higher proportions of CD31-positive cells than those from separate CHIR99021 or BMP4 treatment. Importantly, the piPS-ECs showed comparable morphological and functional properties to immortalized porcine aortic ECs, which are capable of taking up low-density lipoprotein and forming network structures on Matrigel. Our study, which is the first trial on a species other than human and mouse, has provided an optimized single-layer culture method for obtaining ECs from porcine PSCs. Our approach can be beneficial when evaluating autologous EC transplantation in pig models.

        As an important supporting project for the development of western region, the action of prospering the border and enriching the people was officially launched in 1998. Up to now, it has gone through a history of 24 years. The action of prospering the border areas and enriching the people has made China s border areas get rid of poverty and backwardness gradually. Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, located in western China, has been a multi-ethnic region since ancient times. It is not only connected with China s inland provinces, but also an important land route connecting Central Asia, the Middle East and South Asia. The development of Xinjiang is not only related to the smooth development of China s western region, but also related to the continuous advancement of China s national unity, border prosperity and people s prosperity, and the smooth progress of China s Belt and Road Initiative. This paper analyzes the experience of ethnic unity since the founding of the People’s Republic of China in 1949, and on this basis, discusses how to promote ethnic unity in Xinjiang and further promote the smooth progress of the Belt and Road Initiative s construction by prospering the border areas and enriching the people.
