      • Opportunities and Challenges of HTTP Adaptive Streaming

        HTTP-based Adaptive Streaming (HAS) has emerged as the prominent technology for the delivery of audiovisual content over the Internet in recent years and has a major impact on network traffic. Although traditional stateful session-based streaming solution based on UDP was used initially for media content delivery, researchers and practitioners soon realize that HAS technology, due to get through firewalls friendly ,transfer NAT easily ,effectively utilize the existing networking infrastructure and provide uninterrupted video streaming service to users with dynamic network conditions and heterogeneous devices, has the potential to improve the Quality of Experiments compared with traditional streaming technologies. Consequently, various HAS media streaming solutions have been proposed and deployed successfully. This paper reviews the state-of-the-art of HAS technology and discoveries achieved by numerous researchers. We describe the basic taxonomy of HTTP adaptive streaming systems and summarize the major issues associated with HAS systems’ design. Then we outline the key challenges and open problems and highlight possible avenues for future directions.

        五一簡≪從掾位悝言考實倉曹史朱宏、劉宮臧罪竟解書≫ 編聯復原硏究

        학자들은 일찍이 五一簡 중 “朱宏·劉宮臧罪案”과 관련된 10매의 兩行簡과 1매의 簽牌를 편련해 한 권의 冊書로 만들었다. 이런 기초 위에서 본 논문은 冊書에 속한 1매 簡牘의 위치를 조정하고 최근 공개된 자료에 근거해 1매 簡牘을 덧붙이는 한편 冊書와 내용이 무관한 것을 제거함으로써 ≪從掾位悝言考實倉曹史朱宏、劉宮臧罪竟解書≫라는 이름의 冊書를 원본에 가깝게 복원하고자 하였다. 해당 冊書의 내용과 구조에 대해 고증 및 분석을 새롭게 진행함과 동시에 본 논문은 標題簡과 簽牌가 冊書의 명명에서 어떻게 구별되는지, 문서운행 중 중간 단계에서 누적되는 동태적 변화 등의 정황에 대해 토론을 진행하여, 簽牌가 檔案의 보존 과정 중 제작된 것으로 冊書의 운행과는 아무런 관련이 없어 冊書의 標題로는 부적합하다는 점을 지적하였다. Scholars have compiled more than ten wooden slips and one signboard related to the case of Zhu Hong, Liu Gong Zangzui (朱宏、劉宮臧罪) text from the Wuyi Square Eastern Han manuscripts. The present study has rearranged the position of one wooden slip in the text, added the content of one wooden slip and removed unrelated content based on the latest published materials. Thus, a text that is closer to the original version has been restored, with the wooden slip title Congyuanwei Kui Yan Kaoshi Cangcaoshi Zhu Hong, Liu Gong Zangzui Jingjieshu (從掾位悝言考實倉曹史朱宏、劉宮臧罪竟解書). In addition to this, this paper reexamines and analyzes the content and structure of the text, and discusses the differences between the wooden slips and the signboard in the text’s title as well as the dynamic changes accumulated in the middle stage of the document processing. As a result, it is found that the signboard was made during the preservation phase of the document and is not related to the processing of the document, thereby not suitable for the title of the text.

        LSTM Android Malicious Behavior Analysis Based on Feature Weighting

        With the rapid development of mobile Internet, smart phones have been widely popularized, among which Android platform dominates. Due to it is open source, malware on the Android platform is rampant. In order to improve the efficiency of malware detection, this paper proposes deep learning Android malicious detection system based on behavior features. First of all, the detection system adopts the static analysis method to extract different types of behavior features from Android applications, and extract sensitive behavior features through Term frequency-inverse Document Frequency algorithm for each extracted behavior feature to construct detection features through unified abstract expression. Secondly, Long Short-Term Memory neural network model is established to select and learn from the extracted attributes and the learned attributes are used to detect Android malicious applications, Analysis and further optimization of the application behavior parameters, so as to build a deep learning Android malicious detection method based on feature analysis. We use different types of features to evaluate our method and compare it with various machine learning-based methods. Study shows that it outperforms most existing machine learning based approaches and detects 95.31% of the malware.

        Behavior of phosphatidylcholine adsorption on CNx coated PTFE films

        In order to expand the applicability of PTFE for articial replacement, the CNx coatings which could inuence lipid adsorptionare of considerable relevance. The intention of this study is to gain rst information about the inuence of CNx coating on the phos-phatidylcholine (PC) adsorption of PTFE. By means of ion beam assisted deposition (IBAD), the CNx lms can have a stronglybond to the PTFE substrates as a wide atomic intermixed zone that is formed at the surface. The characterization of the CN struc-tures under dierent bombarding conditions was carried out by Raman and SEM as well as XPS measurements. For characterizingthe behavior, analysis of PC adsorption was illuminated where Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy of attenuated total internalreection mode (ATR-FTIR) was used as principal instrument. Results point to an increase of nitrogen content and sp2/sp3 fractionunder higher bombarding voltage which seems to play a dominant role for the biological characters and a dramatic restraining oflipid deposition was induced on CNx coated PTFE compared with the uncoated samples.

        MiR-200c-3p inhibits LPS-induced M1 polarization of BV2 cells by targeting RIP2

        Background: Microglia are important immune cells, which can be induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) into M1 phenotype that express pro-inflammatory cytokines. Some studies have shown that microRNAs play critical roles in microglial activation. Objective: This study was designed to investigate the role of miR-200c-3p in regulating inflammatory responses of LPS-treated BV2 cells. Methods: The expression of miR-200c-3p in BV2 cells was detected by real-time PCR. Receptor-interacting protein 2 (RIP2) was predicted as a target gene of miR-200c-3p. Their relationship was verified by dual-luciferase reporter assay. The function of miR-200c-3p and RIP2 in microglial polarization and NF-κB signaling was further evaluated. Results: LPS treatment reduced miR-200c-3p expression in a dose-dependent and time-dependent manner in BV2 cells. LPS treatment increased the expression of M1 phenotype markers inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) and major histocompatibility complex class (MHC)-II, promoted the release of pro-inflammatory cytokines interleukin (IL)-1β, IL-6 and tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α, and enhanced the nuclear translocation and phosphorylation of nuclear factor-kappaB (NF-κB) p65. Reversely, miR-200c-3p mimics down-regulated the levels of these inflammatory factors. Furthermore, RIP2 was identified to be a direct target of miR-200c-3p. RIP2 knockdown had a similar effect to miR-200c-3p mimics. Overexpression of RIP2 eliminated the inhibitory effect of miR-200c-3p on LPS-induced M1 polarization and NF-κB activation in BV2 cells. Conclusions: MiR-200c-3p mimics suppressed LPS-induced microglial M1 polarization and NF-κB activation by targeting RIP2. MiR-200c-3p/RIP2 might be a potential therapeutic target for the treatment of neuroinflammation-associated diseases.

        Study on the mixing performance of mixing vane grids and mixing coefficient by CFD and subchannel analysis code in a 5×5 rod bundle

        Mixing Vane Grid (MVG) is one of the most important structures in fuel assembly due to its high performance in mixing the coolant and ultimately increasing Critical Heat Flux (CHF), which avoids the temperature rising suddenly of fuel rods. To evaluate the mixing performance of the MVG, a Total Diffusion Coefficient (TDC) mixing coefficient is defined in the subchannel analysis code. Conventionally, the TDC of the spacer grid is obtained from the combination of experiments and subchannel analysis. However, the processing of obtaining and determine a reasonable TDC is much challenging, it is affected by boundary conditions and MVG geometries. In is difficult to perform all the large and costing rod bundle tests. In this paper, the CFD method was applied in TDC analysis. A typical 5 5 MVG was simulated and validated to estimate the mixing performance of the MVG. The subchannel code was used to calculate the TDC. Firstly, the CFD method was validated from the aspect of pressure drop and lateral temperature distribution in the subchannels. Then the effect of boundary conditions including the inlet temperature, inlet velocities, heat flux ratio between hot and cold rods and the arrangement of hot and cold rods on MVG mixing and TDC were studied. The geometric effects on mixing are also carried out in this paper. The effect of vane pattern on mixing was investigated to determine which one is the best to represent the grid's mixing performance.
