        TEST SCENARIO DESIGN FOR INTELLIGENT DRIVING SYSTEM ENSURING COVERAGE AND EFFECTIVENESS

        Intelligent vehicle greatly benefits traffic safety, efficiency and driving comfortable. With the development of intelligent driving technology and its application, it is becoming increasingly important to do effective and comprehensive tests before putting on the market. Comprehensively considering the cost of test, an automatic generation method of test scenarios is proposed to ensure both coverage and effectiveness. Based on the analyzed key infuence factors of an intelligent driving system, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to determine their importance and accordingly an complex index is defined, based on which an improved test case generation algorithm based on the pairwise independent combinatorial testing tool (PICT) is proposed to ensuring both combinational coverage and complexity of test cases. Finally, the test scenario is generated by clustering these discrete test cases considering similarity and complexity. The high complex test cases are preferred to be combined together and conducted preferentially to increase the test efficiency. The effectiveness of this method is validated by applying it on a lane departure warning system (LDW).

      • Oridonin Suppresses Proliferation of Human Ovarian Cancer Cells via Blockage of mTOR Signaling

        Oridonin, an ent-kaurane diterpenoid compound isolated from the traditional Chinese herb Rabdosia rubescens, has shown various pharmacological and physiological effects such as anti-tumor, anti-bacterial, and anti-inflammatory properties. However, the effect of oridonin on human ovarian cancer cell lines has not been determined. In this study, we demonstrated that oridonin inhibited ovarian cancer cell proliferation, migration and invasion in a dose-dependent manner. Furthermore, we showed oridonin inhibited tumor growth of ovarian cancer cells (SKOV3) in vivo. We then assessed mechanisms and found that oridonin specifically abrogated the phosphorylation/activation of mTOR signaling. In summary, our results indicate that oridonin is a potential inhibitor of ovarian cancer by blocking the mTOR signaling pathway.

      • Research and Engineering Practice of Wide area Protection and Control Systems

        Wide area protection (WAP) system is a control and protection system based on power grid information through network communication. WAP can determine fault location and clear fault selectively and quickly, then analysis the effect of power system stability after fault components disconnection and take appropriate control measures. WAP consists of master and slave station. With wide area information, WAP can solve the setting and matching difficulty of protective relaying, and can shorter the delay time of back-up protection. WAP also can improve the level of power system security and stability operation, and coordinate protective relaying and stability control. Obtain real-time wide area information reliably and accurately is the key point to build WAP. The reliability of network, synchronization accuracy, and the efficiency of communication protocols are key technologies of WAP. Full use of wide area information to get smarter, more reliable and more adaptable control strategy that coordinated protective relaying and stability control is the core contents of WAP. This paper summarizes the theory and engineering problems countered in the process of WAP research and application, and introduces the solutions or ideas. This paper brings out several urgent problems to be solved in order to promote WAP technology, and gives outlook of key issues in the implementation WAP at smart substation.

        Dynamic analysis of high-speed railway train-bridge system after barge collision

        In this paper, a framework is proposed for dynamic analysis of train-bridge systems with a damaged pier after barge collision. In simulating the barge-pier collision, the concrete pier is considered to be nonlinear-inelastic, and the barge-bow is modeled as elastic-plastic. The changes of dynamic properties and deformation of the damaged pier, and the additional unevenness of the track induced by the change of deck profile, are analyzed. The dynamic analysis model for train-bridge coupling system with a damaged pier is established. Based on the framework, an illustrative case study is carried out with a $5{\times}32m$ simply-supported PC box-girder bridge and the ICE3 high-speed train, to investigate the dynamic response of the bridge with a damaged pier after barge collision and its influence on the running safety of high-speed train. The results show that after collision by the barge, the vibration properties of the pier and the deck profile of bridge are changed, forming an additional unevenness of the track, by which the dynamic responses of the bridge and the car-body accelerations of the train are increased, and the running safety of high-speed train is affected.

      • HDAC6 siRNA Inhibits Proliferation and Induces Apoptosis of HeLa Cells and its Related Molecular Mechanism

        Objective: To investigate the effects of histone deacetylase 6 (HDAC6) siRNA on cell proliferation and cell apoptosis of the HeLa cervical carcinoma cell line and the molecular mechanisms involved. Methods: Division was into three groups: A, the untreated group; B, the control siRNA group; and C, the HDAC6 siRNA group. Lipofectamine 2000 was used for siRNA transfection, and Western blot analysis was used to determine the protein levels. Cell proliferation and apoptosis were characterized using a CCK-8 assay and flow cytometry, respectively. Results: HDAC6 protein expression in the HDAC6 siRNA-transfection group was significantly lower (P < 0.05) than in the untreated and control siRNA groups. The CCK-8 kit results demonstrated that the proliferation of HeLa cells was clearly inhibited in the HDAC6 siRNA transfection group (P < 0.05). In addition, flow cytometry revealed that the early apoptotic rate ($26.0%{\pm}0.87%$) was significantly elevated (P < 0.05) as compared with the untreated group ($10.6%{\pm}1.19%$) and control siRNA group ($8.61%{\pm}0.98%$). Furthermore, Western blot analysis indicated that bcl-2 protein expression in the HDAC6 siRNA-transfection group was down-regulated, whereas the expression of p21 and bax was up-regulated. Conclusion: HDAC6 plays an essential role in the occurrence and development of cervical carcinoma, and the down-regulation of HDAC6 expression may be useful molecular therapeutic method.

        A framework for carrying out train safety evaluation and vibration analysis of a trussed-arch bridge subjected to vessel collision

        Safety is the prime concern for a high-speed railway bridge, especially when it is subjected to a collision. In this paper, an analysis framework for the dynamic responses of train-bridge systems under collision load is established. A multi-body dynamics model is employed to represent the moving vehicle, the modal decomposition method is adopted to describe the bridge structure, and the time history of a collision load is used as the external load on the train-bridge system. A (180+216+180) m continuous steel trussedarch bridge is considered as an illustrative case study. With the vessel collision acting on the pier, the displacements and accelerations at the pier-top and the mid-span of the bridge are calculated when a CRH2 high-speed train running through the bridge, and the influence of bridge vibration on the running safety indices of the train, including derailment factors, offload factors and lateral wheel/rail forces, are analyzed. The results demonstrate that under the vessel collision load, the dynamic responses of the bridge are greatly enlarged, threatening the running safety of high-speed train on the bridge, which is affected by both the collision intensity and the train speed.

        Cordblood-Based High-Throughput Screening for Deafness Gene of 646 Newborns in Jinan Area of China

        Objectives. Infants with slight/mild or late-onset hearing impairment might be missed in universal newborn hearing screening (UNHS). We identified the mutation hot spot of common deaf gene in the newborns in Jinan area population by screening the mutation spot with neonate cord blood, in order to make clear whether the neonate cord blood for screening is feasible. Methods. Six hundred and forty-six newborns were subjected to both UNHS and genetic screening for deafness by using neonate cord blood. The newborn genetic screening targeted four deafness-associated genes, which were commonly found in the Chinese population including gap junction beta-2 protein (GJB2), gap junction beta-3 protein (GJB3), solute carrier family 26 member 4 (SLC26A4), and mtDNA 12S rRNA. The most common 20 spot mutations in 4 deaf genes were detected by MassARRAY iPLEX platform and mitochondrial 12S rRNA A1555G and C1494T mutations were sequenced using Sanger sequencing. Results. Among the 646 newborns, 635 cases passed the UNHS and the other 11 cases (1.7%) did not. Of the 11 failures, two cases were found to carry homozygous GJB2 p.R143W pathogenic mutation, one case was found to have heterozygous GJB2 235delC mutation, and another one case carried heterozygous GJB3 p.R180X pathogenic mutation. Six hundred and thirty-five babies passed the newborn hearing screening, in which 25 babies were identified to carry pathogenic mutations, including 12 heterozygotes (1.9%) for GJB2 235delC, eight heterozygotes (1.3%) for SLC26A4 IVS7-2A>G, one heterozygote (0.2%) for p.R409H, two homozygotes (0.3%) for m.1494C>T, and two homozygotes (0.3%) for m.1555A>G. Conclusion. Newborn genetic screening through the umbilical cord blood for common deafness-associated mutations may identify carriers sensitive to aminoglycoside antibiotic, and can effectively prevent or delay hearing loss occurs.

Traditional Confucian ethics is built on the basis of ethics about bloos relationship level. In traditional Condfucian ethics of the five human relationships: father and son, ruler and subject, husband and wife, brother, friend, the core is a blood relationship, domination and control, Confucian ethics is reflected through the ritual system, which is respecting Dear Venerabe, the elderly and people close blood ties. The Confucian ethics extended to the country by the family, is the theoretical basis of the traditional Chinese social arithmetic system. Confucian emphasis on blood relationship. Worship of authority, which hinded the process of China`s modernization.

        理想和現實:孔門弟子思想分化的分水嶺

        공자 이후, 그 제자들의 사상은 분화되기 시작했다. 曾子와 子思를 대표로 하는 齊나라와 魯나라의 儒生들은 공자의 道義精神을 弘揚하였고, 修身養性에 치중하였으며, 道義 중심의 儒家 정치사상을 발전시켰다. 반면 子夏를 대표로 하는 다른 일군의 제자들은 실천에 치중하였으며, 현실정치의 조치를 공고히 하였으며, 유가의 정치사상으로 하여금 현실화의 길을 걷게 하였고, 현실적인 정치요구와 밀접하게 결합되어 있었다. 공자사상 중에서 求道와 入仕의 양면성은 공자 제자사상의 분화를 이루는 중요한 근원이 되었다. 공자 제자들은 그들의 관심과 지향성의 차이에 따라 일부는 入仕에 열중하였고, 다른 일부는 求道를 숭상하였다. 이러한 차이는 바로 초기 유가 사상분화의 직접적인 동력이 되었다. 儒家의 원산지인 魯나라와 공자 이후 유학의 주요 전파지인 晉(魏)나라의 정치문화 사이에는 상당한 차이가 있었는데 이것은 공자 제자 사상분화의 외부적인 요인이었다. 魯나라 사회는 인재를 등용할 때 종법제도 하의 "親親"의 원칙을 중시하였으나, 반면 晉(魏)나라의 경우에는 종법제도의 역량이 대단히 미약하여 인재를 등용할 때 공로와 어진 품성을 숭상하였다. 그리고 魯나라는 유구한 禮制의 전통을 갖고 있었으나, 반면 晉(魏)나라는 法家文化의 요람이었다. After Confucius'death, his disciples differentiated their thoughts. Among the remarkable ones are Zengzi, Zisi, and zixia. The Zenzi and Zisi-led followers of Qi and Lu seigniories eulogized Confucius' morality and justice, emphasized the cultivation of one's own morality and personality, deepening and developing the ideas of the Confucianismon the morality and politicalrelations; however, some other followers, led by Zixia, paid much attention to practice, trying to find out much more practical measures to maintain and solidify the realistic political powers. They led the Confucian political ideas gradually close to reality, and integration with the real political needs. Such a polarization was an eminent result of the dual-pronged of Confucius' ideas on seeking morality and being an official. Some of his adherers were keen on being an official, but others on seeking morality, which was also the front driver for the differentiation of the early Confucianism. Its outside force and circumstance consisted in the political and cultural difference between the territories of Lu, the origin of Confucianism, and Wei, its prime dissemination. Lu had very solid foundation of patriarchal clan system, advocating the principle of "only-kin" recruitments, but Jin was weak in the system, highlighting the recruitments of people with competence and performance. Lu had a long history of good manners traditions, but Jin was a cradle of Fa culture.
