        교수실제, 가정의 심리적 환경과 학교행복감 간의 관계에서 중학생의 학업정서와 자기주도학습의 매개효과

        Purpose: This study was to explore the structural relationships among instructional practices, family process, academic emotions, self-directed learning, and school happiness perceived by middle school students. Moreover, it examined gender differences in these variables and the mediating effects of academic emotions and self-directed learning on the relationship between instructional practices, family process, and school happiness. Method: This study utilized the data from the 6th year of the Busan Education Longitudinal Study (BELS), and 2,941 middle school 3rd-grade students were selected as the final analysis subjects. Pearson's product-moment correlation coefficients were analyzed to examine the interrelationships among the variables, and independent sample t-tests were conducted to compare gender differences. Structural relationships between variables were analyzed using AMOS 26.0. Results: Firstly, significant positive correlations among instructional practices, family process, academic emotions, self-directed learning, and school happiness were observed. Secondly, there were significant gender differences in the sub-factors of instructional practices, such as teachers' enthusiasm and perceptions of teaching ability, as well as in the sub-factor of academic emotions such as subject interest, self-directed learning, and school happiness. Finally, academic emotions and self-directed learning were found to mediate the relationship between instructional practices, family process, and school happiness. Conclusion: The findings of this study indicated that both family process and instructional practices had a direct impact on enhancing students' school happiness, and also contributed to improving academic attitudes and promoting self-directed learning, ultimately enhancing overall school happiness. These findings can be utilized as valuable empirical data for exploring ways to enhance middle school students' school happiness.

        HCV-Specific Interleukin-21+CD4+ T Cells Responses Associated with Viral Control through the Modulation of HCV-Specific CD8+ T Cells Function in Chronic Hepatitis C Patients

        Interleukin-21 (IL-21)+CD4+ T cells are involved in the immune response against hepatitis B virus (HBV) by secreting IL-21. However, the role of IL-21+CD4+ T cells in the immune response against chronic hepatitis C (CHC) virus infection is poorly understood. This study aimed to investigate the role of IL-21+CD4+ T cells in CHC patients and the potential mechanisms. The study subjects in-cluded nineteen CHC patients who were grouped by viral load (low, < 106 RNA copies/ml, n = 8; high, > 106 RNA copies/ml, n = 11). The peripheral frequency of HCV-specific IL-21+CD4+ T cells was higher in the low viral load group and was negatively correlated with the serum HCV RNA viral load in all CHC patients. Meanwhile, IL-21+ cells accumulated in the liver in the low viral load group. In vitro, IL-21 treatment increased the expression of proliferation markers and cytolytic molecules on HCV-specific CD8+ T cells. In summary, these findings suggest that HCV-specific IL-21+CD4+ T cells might contribute to HCV control by rescuing HCV-specific CD8+ T cells in CHC patients.

        漢語蘇州方言和合肥方言入聲字的比較研究

        中國地域廣袤,方言種類繁多,但是,信息科技飛速發展的今天,方言正在悄然流逝,人們 對地方方言和傳統文化漸漸漠視和遺忘,方言的喪失必將導致傳統文化的失根,所以對方言的重視 和保護很重要。作為一名語言文化研究愛好者,希望通過研究比較更多的方言來讓人們更了解自己 的語言。方言作為母語,在我們學習第二語言的時候會直接影響到第二語言的習得,不僅存在積極 的促進作用,也存在消極的阻礙作用,這就需要我們對兩種語言進行深刻的了解和多方面的比較研究。蘇州和合肥分別歸屬於吳語區和江淮官話區,雖然是兩種方言,但是從地理位置上看,相互接連,可見兩種方言之間一定存在一些共同特點和差別。筆者就蘇州和合肥的語言上進行比較研究,選擇展現入聲字的中古音在兩地的今讀,分別從方言的聲母和韻母的對比進行分析和解說,以此來 找出兩種方言之間的差異。 However, with the rapid development of information technology, dialects are slipping away. People are gradually ignoring and forgetting local dialects and traditional culture. The loss of dialects will surely lead to the loss of traditional culture. As a language and culture research enthusiast, I hope to make people know more about their own language by studying and comparing more dialects. As the mother tongue, dialect will directly affect the acquisition of the second language when we learn the second language, which not only has a positive role in promoting, but also has a negative role in hindering, which requires us to have a deep understanding of the two languages and a comprehensive comparative study. Suzhou and Hefei belong to the wu-speaking area and the jianghuai guanhua area respectively. Although they are two dialects, they are connected with each other from the geographical position. It can be seen that there must be some common characteristics and differences between the two dialects. Based on a comparative study of the languages of Suzhou and Hefei, the author chooses to present the modern pronunciation of the Chinese ancient pronunciation of rusheng characters in the two places, and analyzes and explains the differences between the initial and final vowels of the dialects respectively, so as to find out the differences between the two dialects.

        Ways of Telicization in Chinese Resultative Compounds

        In this paper, we build on Song (2018) and undertake a comparative study of the syntactic behavior of verb-resultative (V-R) compounds in three Chinese varieties: Standard Mandarin, Dongying Mandarin, and Wenzhou Wu. They systematically differ from each other in whether they require an obligatory post-V-R morpheme and, if they do, whether the choice of that morpheme is a purely grammatical issue. We find that while both Dongying Mandarin and Wenzhou Wu require a post-V-R morpheme (whereas Standard Mandarin does not), they sharply differ in the choice of said morpheme. We attribute this cross-dialectal variation to the way Chinese varieties telicize their resultative compounds and propose an analysis based on root syntax. After laying out our analysis, which is an extension of the analysis in Song (2018), we further discuss the parameterization of the three-way variation, arguing for a parameter hierarchy-based model over a flat model.

        The fluctuation of current pulse delay time in the onset of the avalanche breakdown of p-n junctions after the application of a step voltage has been investigated. The pulse counting rate R for the delay time t is expressed in terms of the trapped carrier density, the detrapping time, the activation energy of the trap, temperature, and illumination. The theory predicts the linearity between In R and t provided that the temperature and illumination of the junction are kept constant. The prediction was in good agreement with experimental results.

      • 캐싱 알고리즘 동작 확인용 시뮬레이터 설계 및 구현

        멀티프로세서 시스템을 설계할 경우에는 공유 메모리 구조와 메시지 전달방법이라고 하는 두 가지의 패러다임을 바탕으로 하게 된다. 데이터 분할과 동적 부하 분산 문제를 단순화시킬 수 있으며 확장성을 용이하게 지원하는 장점을 가지고 있는 공유메모리 구조의 멀티프로세서 시스템에서 각 프로세서가 자신의 전용 캐시를 가지는 경우에는 메인 메모리와 이러한 전용 캐시내에 존재하는 데이터 사본간에 일관성 문제가 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 일관성 유지를 위해 제안되어 있는 여러 알고리즘 중 처리 노드와 고대역 저지연 인터커백션 네트워크로 구성되는 공유메모리 구조의 멀티프로세서 프로토타입인 DASH 프로토콜을 지원하기 위한 전용 버스 시스템을 완전 개방형인 IEEE Futurebus+ 스탠다드에 준하여 설계한 다음, 이 시스템이 DASH 프로토콜을 지원하며 캐시의 일관성을 유지하기 위해 필요한 각종 행동과 기존의 범용 버스 시스템이 수행하는 행동의 병렬 처리를 지원한다는 점을 전용 시뮬레이터를 통하여 증명한다. The design of a multi-processor system is based on one of the two approaches: a message-passing mechanism, and a shared-memory architecture[1]. The latter alternative gains an advantage over the former in that it can eliminate problems from the data partitioning and simplify dynamic load balancing so that a system adopting the architecture may be scaled with ease. On the other hand, if a certain shared-memory multiprocessor is allowed to have its own private cache memories, a problem how to keep the consistency between a block in main memory and the copy of the block in a cache shall arise[2][4]. This paper designs and implements a dedicated bus system supporting the DASH protocol, a prototype of a shared-memory multiprocessor consisting of processing nodes and high-bandwidth low-latency interconnection networks, in accordance with the completely open IEEE Futurebus+ Standards. The effectiveness and appropriateness of the bus system are verified through a simulation applied to the DASH protocol. In conclusion, the parallel processing of activities related to cache coherency and those related to existing common bus systems surpass the hardware redundancy induced by the dedicated bus system in performance.

        The efficiency of the static electricity elimination from charged materials was investigated with various types of corona gaps. It was found that the needle-line-gap was the most effective type. To prevent high voltage hazard, we can use a capacitance coupled needle-line-gap, which proved still effective. The single-lined needle gap was more effective than the double-lined needle gap. The plastic gap holder is better than the metal gap holder which some what shields the electric field due to the charged body.

      • 병렬 반복 셀루라 어레이 구조의 제산기

        CPU내의 ALU에서 Convergence Division의 Algorithm을 채택하면 승산기 하나로 제산의 기능까지 겸할 수가 있어서, Hardware의 점유 면적 면에서 매우 큰 절약을 할 수 있다. 이때 제산의 속도는 사용되는 승산기의 속도에 전적으로 의존되므로 빠른 승산기의 채택이 관건이다. 따라서 승산을 병렬 처리 할 수 있는Overlapped Multi-bit Scanning의 기법을 이용한 Iterative Cellular Array Multiplier를 이 제산기에 채택하여 그 연산 속도를 고속으로 실행하게 하였다. 이 논문에서는 Convergence Division의 Algorithm과 그 실례를 구체적으로 구현하였으며, Overlapped Four-bit Scanning Iterative Cellular array Multiplier를 Convergence Divider에 채택하였을 경우의 시스템을 구성하였다. When the Convergence Division algorithm is adapted for the ALU in any CPU, the occupied area by the hardware can be remarkably saved because the existing multiplier also performs the dividing function. In this case, the speed of performing the division is fully dependent on the adapted multiplier, hence it is very important to choose the fast multiplier. Therefore, in order to get speed up, the Overlapped Multi-Bit Scanning Iterative Cellular Array Multiplier, which performs the multiplication in parallel, is adapted for the divider here. In this paper, the algorithm of Convergence Division and the practical example are performed in detail. In addition, the system structure, which adapts the Overlapped Four-Bit Scanning Iterative Cellular Array Multiplier for the Convergence Divider, is also shown in detail.
