하악골 절제술후 재이식된 돌결자가골 재이식 : 치험 3례

We described three cases of immediate reimplantation of a frozen-thawed autogenous mandible composed of a mixture of iliac bone, marrow, and particulate hydroxyapatite in tumors of the mandible. Acceptable outcomes were obtained in three patients who underwent immediate autogenous mandibular graft reconstruction. The conditions leading to successful outcome of the procedure are also discussed. Reimplantation of frozen autogenous lesioned mandible was performed in three patients with mandibular tumors. Two reimplanted grafts survived without complications following surgery. One case had postoperative infection that resolved with appropriate antibiotic treatment. There were no recurrences of the primary lesions. Satisfactory facial contour after surgery was achieved. These results are most promising, and we believe that, with further refinement, this technique will offer a new and acceptable modality for facial reconstruction in patients with cancer.
골아세포 MC₃T₃-E₁의 증식과 기능에 Insulin Like Growth Factor Ⅰ, Ⅱ 및 부갑상선 호르몬이 미치는 영향

MC₃T₃-E₁골아세포군을 이용하여 IGF-Ⅰ과 Ⅱ를 투여하고 DNA합성과 골아세포기능을 측정하기 위해 PTH에 대한 C-AMP반응정도, alkaline phosphatase 활성도를 측정하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1) IGF-Ⅰ과 Ⅱ는 모두 DNA합성이 어느 농도까지는 증식효과를 나타내지만 그 이후에는 억제되는 양상을 보였다. 2) PTH에 대한 골아세포의 C-AMP반응으로 증가되었지만 IGF-Ⅰ과 Ⅱ의 투여시 농도변화에 따른 의미있는 변화는 없었다. 3) 본 실험의 조건에서 alkaline phosphatase 활성도는 증가되지 않았다. 이상의 결과로 MC₃T₃-E₁ 골아세포에 IGF-Ⅰ과 Ⅱ는 세포의 증식을 자극하여 PTH는 C-AMP생성을 촉진하는 효과가 있었다. The effect of insulin-like growth factor (IGF) Ⅰ and Ⅱ on cloned MC₃T₃-E₁ cells that had osteoblastic activity was examined by [³H] thymidine incorporation into DNA, cyclic AMP responsiveness to parathyroid hormone (PTH), and alkaline phosphatase activity. IGF Ⅰ and Ⅱ stimulated the growth and proliferation of osteoblastic cells at 20ng/㎖ and 50ng/㎖, respectively. We next examined the effect of IGF-Ⅰ and Ⅱ on the expression of osteoblastic activity. Adenylate cyclase response of PTH to IGF-Ⅰ and Ⅱ-treated cells showed maximal stimulation at 10 and 50㎚PTH, respectively, but IGF Ⅰ and Ⅱ induced limited activity of osteoblastic function. In conclusion, IGF-Ⅰ and Ⅱ were potent stimulators to the growth of osteoblastic cells but did not have an immediate effect on expression of osteoblastic function in this experiment.
근관충전용 글라스 아이오노머 시멘트의 근단 폐쇄성과 치질 적합성에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to compare the apical leakage and adaptation to the dentinal wall of a glass ionomer root canal cement(Ketac-Endo) with those of AH-26 and Tubli-Seal. 102 single-rooted teeth were insrumented with step-back technique and randomly divided into four groups according to kinds of root canal cements: Ketac-Endo, AH-26, Tubli-Seal, and no root canal cement. Four experimental groups were as follows; Group 1 Filling with gutta-percha and Ketac-Endo Group 2 Filling with gutta-percha and .AH-26 Group 3 Filling with gutta-percha and Tubli-Seal Group 4 Filling with gutta-percha without root canal cement All the specimens were obturated with lateral condensation technique, and stored in 100% humidity for 4 days. 20 teeth in each group were placed in centrifuge tube filled with India ink, and then centrifuged for 20 minutes at 3,000 rpm. And they were evaluated for linear dye leakage using a stereoscope and analyzed by one-way ANOVA. 22 teeth were split longitudinally and evaluated the adaptation to the dentinal wall using scanning electron mrcroscope(4 teeth in each group) and stereoscope(2 teeth in 1, 2, 3 group). The obtained results were as follows ; 1. In case of not used root canal cement(Group 4), there was showed much degree of dye penetration comparerd with used root canal cements (Group 1, 2, 3)(P<0.01). 2. In the case of used root canal cements(Group 1, 2, 3), there was no significant difference in linear leakage in groups(P>0.01). 3. In the case of used root canal cements(Group 1, 2, 3), there was showed intimate adaptation to the dentinal wall independent on kinds of root canal cements. 4. Fractured surfaces indicated failure of cohesion in Ketac-Endo, and failure of adhesion to dentine in AH-26 and Tubli-Seal. 5. According to similar apical leakage and adaptability to the dentinal wall to another root canal cements, it is possible to be used glass-ionomer cement as root canal cement.

This study presents analytical prediction of time-dependent characteristics and behaviors of the 1/4 prestressed concrete containment vessel with unbonded tendon considering time-dependent behavior. To represent the interaction between unbonded tendon and concrete, an unbonded tendon element based on the finite element method is developed using proposed unbonded tendon model. Some numerical examples of PSC structures with unbonded tendon are carried out using unbonded element and RC shell. The numerical results are verified by comparison with reliable experimental results. The crack and damage patterns also show good agreements with experiments
40X40 픽셀 어레이 CMOS 실리콘 망막칩의 설계 및 제조

In this research, we have designed and fabricated a 40X40 pixel array retina chip which performs edge extraction by using CMOS standard process. The functions of photoreceptors, horizontal cells and bipolar cells have been implemented with semiconductor devices and circuits. In previous retina chips, spatial smoothing of input image has been implemented by resistive networks, which occupy a large chip area with a reduced area for effective photosensing due to a large number of required metal wires for interconnection. In this research, we have fabricated a retina chip which simplifies the wiring between pixels by using distributed-MOSFETs.
시간의존적 특성을 고려한 철근콘크리트 부재의 비선형 해석

The purpose of this paper is to present an analysis method by using the finite element method which can exactly analyze load-deflection relationships, crack propagations, and stresses and strains of reinforcements and concrete in behaviors of elastic, inelastic and ultimate ranges of reinforced concrete members under monotonically increasing loads. For this purpose, the material nonlinearities and the time-dependent properties are taken into account in this study. The material nonlinearities are taken into account by comprising the tension, compression, and shear models of cracked concrete and model for reinforcements in the concrete ; and also a so-called smeared crack model is incorporated. The time-dependent properties are taken into account creep, shrinkage, aging of concrete. The reinforcements are assumed to be in an uniaxial stress state and are modelled as smeared layers of equivalent thickness. For the verification of application and validity of the method proposed in this paper, several numerical examples are analyzed. As a result, this method can successfully predict the nonlinear and inelastic behaviors throughout the fracture of reinforced concrete members.
직류 서보 전동기를 대상으로한 적응퍼지속도제어기의 설계

This paper presents a study of the performance of a DC servo motor with a model reference adaptive fuzzy speed controller (MRAFSC) in the presences of load disturbances. MRAFSC comprised inner feedback loop consisting of the fuzzy logic controller (FLC) and plant, and outer loop consisting of an adaptation mechanism which is designed for tuning a control rule of the FLC. Experimental results show the good performance in the DC servo motor system with the proposed adaptive fuzzy controller.
