        원행을묘정리의궤 중 조리면에서 본 죽상 . 미음상 및 현륭원에서의 상차림고

        To analyze dialy meal of royal meal, studied Jook Soora Sang (Rice Gruel), Mieum Sang (Thin Gruel) and Bankwa Sang, Soora Sang in Hyun Neung Won were on record Wonheng Ulmyo Jungri Euigwae (1795). Historic book "Jungri Euigwae" described the king's visit to his father's royal tomb "Hyun Neung Won", during the domain of Cheung Jo, the 22nd king of Choson Dynasty. The results obtained from this study are as follows. Rice Gruel (Jook Soora Sang), taken before breakfast, was arranged the same as the Soora Sang. The table for thin gruel (Mieum) was arranged in three kinds of sets; one for thin gruel, the others for stewed meat (Goem) and sugared fruit (Jeong Kwa). The diet seems to have been quit scientific and restorative. Bankwa Sang and Soora Sang in Hyun Neung Won was arranged the same as the other Bankwa Sang and Soora Sang. Therefore setting the table of royal meal had a rule.

        남북한 분단체제와 신상옥의 영화

        This article examine the relation between Korea’s division system and the films of Shin Sang-ok, who was one of very famous Korean film directors in the golden age of Korean cinemas. Shin Sang-ok has been maybe the only Korean director, who produced his films in two Koreas. Before he was kidnapped by North Korean kidnap gangs, he was an outstanding film director in South Korea, who produced several popular films, as like 〈A Romance Papa〉, 〈King Yeonsan〉, 〈the evergreen tree〉, 〈a guest and mother)〉, 〈the Red muffler〉, and so on. Also, He managed the biggest film company ‘Shin Film’ and the biggest film studio ‘Anyang Film Studio’ in South Korea in 1960s, he maintained to good relation with the president Park Chung-hee’s government at that time. However, as Shin criticized the film policy of Park Chung-hee’s government, especially the problem of film censorship, the conflicts between them went to worse way in 1970’s. And then Shin was kidnapped with his ex-wife a famous Korean film actress Choi Eun-hee to North Korea. Shin abd Choi stayed in there during the 8 years and produced 7 films in North Korea’s Monolithic Ideal Logical System by Kim Jung-il’s enforcement and immense supports. At that time, Shin produced several remarkable films in North Korea, as like 〈not returned the emissary〉, 〈the salt〉, 〈a story of the escape〉. Finally, Shin and Choi escaped from North Korea for obtaining the freedom to the Western world. Two Koreas’s division system brought the restriction of creative film making to a film director Shin Sang-ok.

      • 유전자 지도를 이용한 효과적인 유용유전자의 분리전략

        중요 작물뿐만 아니라 아기장대(Aarabidopsis)와 같은 모델식물들에서도 대부분의 유전형질들은 표현형이나 대략적인 기능만이 알려져 있을 뿐, 유전자가 식물체내에서 실제로 어떤 단백질을 합성하고 어떠한 생화학적 기작에 참여하는지에 관한 정보는 제한이 되어 있으므로, 그러한 정보에만 의존한 전략으로는 원하는 유전자를 클로닝 하기가 매우 어렵다. Map-based Cloning 또는 Positional Cloning은 우리가 원하는 목표유전자와 밀접히 연관되어 있는 분자표지와 거대DNA Library(Large Insert DNA Library)를 토대로 목표유전자의 유전체상의 유전적 물리적인 위치를 탐지하여, 표현형을 결정하는 본래의 유전자를 분리할 수 있는 기술로 정의될 수 있다(Paterson and Wing, 1993). 성공적인 Map-based Cloning을 위한 필요 조건은 다음과 같다(Figure 1). 1) 고밀도 유전자 연관지도의 개발과 목표유전자에 대하여 밀접하게 연관된 분자표지의 개발, 2) 물리적 유전자지도 작성에 의한 유전적인 거리(cM 단위)를 물리적인 거리(bp 단위)로 전환, 3) BAC(Bacterial Artificial Chromosome) 이나 YAC(Yeast Artificial Chromosome)과 같은 거대DNA Library의 이용, 4) 목표유전자를 식물형질전환을 통하여 최종 확인하는 방법. 최근 식물에서는 Map-based Cloning 방법에 의하여 각종 저항성 유전자(I2C, Bs2, Cf2, Cf5, Cf9, Cre3, Hs1, Kn, Mi, Mlo, Ndr1, Nim1, NPR1, Pad3, Pib, Pto, Rpm1, Rps2, Rpm1, Rps4, Rar1, Xa1, Xa21)를 비롯하여 생물학적 및 농업적으로 중요한 많은 유전자(Abi1, Abi2, Abi3, Abi4, Agr1, Ara1, Arg1, Axr1, Cad1, Ch1, Det1, Det3, Dwarf1, Etr1, Fad3, F664(Mea), Flc, Fus3, GA3, Gnom, Hy1, Ifl1, Ls, Mp, Nor, Pk1, Prt1, Rin, Rsw1, Ttg1, Zmm8, Zmm14, Zl1)들이 클로닝 되고 있다. 오늘날 유전체 연구(Genomics)는 생명현상을 연구하는데 그 접근방법을 새로이 하는 미래의 연구 분야로서 부각되고 있으며, 유전자 연관지도상의 분자표지는 유전체상의 이정표로서 핵심적인 역할을 하고 있다. 유전체 연구와 더불어 1980년대 중반부터 유전자 클로닝에 획기적인 전략으로 이용되고 있는 Map-based Cloning의 구체적인 방법에 대하여 소개 하고자 한다.

        Electricity is a form of energy which under certain conditions can injure the body and cause death. The human body is a good conductor of electricity. In the pathway of an electric current, the maximal local injuries are usually produced at the skin sites of entry and exit, since the skin has the highest resistance to the flow of electrical energy. Electrical currents passing through the brain or the left side of the body and heart are more dangerous than pathways that bypass vital organs. Electrical burns, particullary those from alternating current, may be followed by paralysis of the respiratory center of ventricular fibrillation, or both. If patients die immediately, autopsy findings are limited to burns and generalized petechial hemorrhages.

      • 저강도 자전거에르고미터 운동프로그램이 혈장지질 농도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 8주간의 저강도 자전거 에르고미터 운동프로그램이 혈중지질(TC, LDL-C, HDL-C, TG, TC/ HDL-D에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 있다. 연구의 대상자는 서울시 K대 여자학생 중 각종 질병이 없고, 건강 상태가 양호한 16명을 무작위 표집하고, 두 집단으로 구분하였다 · 실험집단(8명), 통제집단(8명). 실험전 실험집단의 최대심박수를 측정하기 위하여 Bruce Protocol로 운동부하 검사를 실시하였다. 혈액검사는 훈련 전과 훈련 4주 후, 훈련 8주 후에 전완 정맥에서 채혈하였다. 실험집단의 운동프로그램은 (1) 운동강도와 기간은 각자의 60%HRmax인 저강도로 주 3회, (2) 운동시간은 20분부터 시작하고 2주마다 10분씩 증가, (3) 운동기간은 8주. 자료 분석은 두 집단과 처치기간에 따른 실험변인(TC, LDL-C, HDL-C, TG, C-Ratio)에 미치는 반응을 검증하기 위해 2(실험 집단, 통제 집단)×3(훈련 전, 훈련 4주 후, 훈련 8주 후) 반복적 측정의 이원 변량분석 및 두 집단간의 독립적 그룹의 T-test, 각 집단의 처치기간별 반복적 측정의 일원 변량분석을 실시하였다 유의수준은 5%로 하였다. 이러한 절차로부터 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 첫째, 두 집단간 처치기간별 TC수준의 차이는 유의하지 않았다. 또한 각 집단의 처치기간별 TC수준에서 실험집단은 유의한 감소를 보이지는 못했다. 통제집단은 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 둘째, 두 집단간 처치기간별 LDL-C수준의 차이는 유의하지 않았다. 또한 각 집단의 처치기간별 LDL-C 수준에서 실험집단은 훈련 전과 훈련 4주 후에 유의하게 감소하였다. 통제집단은 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 셋째, 두 집단간 처치기간별 HDL-C수준의 차이는 훈련 전에는 유의하지 않았으나 훈련 4주 후와 훈련 8주 후에서는 유의하게 나타났다. 또한 실험집단의 처치기간별 HDL-C수준에서 유의한 증가를 보이지는 못했다. 통제집단은 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 넷째, 두 집단간 처치기간별 TG수준의 차이는 유의하게 나타나지 않았다. 또한 실험집단의 처치기간별 TG수준에서 유의한 감소를 보이지는 못했다. 통제집단은 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 다섯째, 두 집단간 처치기간별 C-Ratio수준의 차이는 유의하지 않았다. 또한 실험집단의 처치기간별 C-Ratio수준에서 유의한 감소를 보이지는 못했다. 통제집단은 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않다. 이상과 같은 결과를 종합해보면 저강도 자전거에르고미터 운동프로그램도 일반 여자대학생들의 혈장지질농도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 그러나 콜레스테롤 대사의 전반적 향상을 위해서는 자전거에르고미터의 운동강도를 높이거나 운동기간을 늘여야 할 것으로 사료된다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of low intensity bicycle ergometer exercise program on blood lipid. The subject of this study, 16 fㄷmale university students in Seoul who are health, and have no diseases, are randomly sampled and divided into two groups : experimental group(n=8), and control group (n=8). Pre-test is done the exercise load to measure for HRmax of experimental group using Bruce protocol. I gather blood from antecubital vein of experimental group for blood test at three times, just before test, after 4 week exercise and 8 week exercise. The experimental group takes bicycle ergometer training on these conditions: (1) exercise three times in a week at low intensity of 60^ HRmax, (2) Increase time in 10 Min. at every two weeks, (3) group was trained for 8 weeks. I use statistical techniques for data analysis, 2*3 repeated measure two way ANOVA to determine the differences between tow groups and training times, independent group T-test to determine the differences between two groups, and repeated measure one way ANOVA for training time. The 5% level of significance is utilized. The following results are obtained this study; First, the TC levels of two groups are not significantly different in the training period. Although TC level of experimental goop decrease in after-exercise (4 week, 8 week) to comparison with TC level of before-exercise, it is not significant decrease. And it was no significant difference in control group. Second, the LDL-C levels of two groups are not significantly different in the training period. The LDL-C level of experimental group decreased in after-exercise (4 week, 8 week) in comparison with before-exercise. Specially it decrease significant after 4 week exercise. And it is no significant difference in control group. Third, the HDL-C levels of two groups are not signif4cantly different before exercise, but are significant different after exercise (4 week, 8 week). Although the HDL-C level of the experimental group decrease in after-exercise (4 week, 8 week), but it is not significant decrease. And it is not significant difference in control group. Fourth, the TG levels of tow groups are not significantly different during training period. Although the TG level of experimental group decrease in after-exercise(4 week, 8 week) in comparison with before-exercise, but it is not significant decrease. And it is no significant difference in control group. Fifth, the C-Ratio levels of tow groups are not significantly different during training period. Although the C-Ratio level of experimental group decrease in after-exercise(4 week, 8 week) in comparison with before- exercise, but it is not significant decrease. And it is no significant difference in control group. From the result, because the low intensity bicycle ergometer exercise program effect blood lipids of the female university students, it will contribute for improving health and the prevention adult disease. Synthesizing all the results, low intensity bicycle ergometer exercise program had a positive effect on LDL-C, HDL-C. From the results, Furthermore, In order to maximize the effect of training. it will be better to increase the period of exercise.

        醫師의 說明義務의 問題點

        The Civil Code article 683 (Mandatary's Duty to Report) A mandatary shall upon demand of the mandator report on the condition of the management of the affairs entrusted to him, and upon the termination of the mandate he shall make a full report thereon without delay. According to the Act, if a doctor examines a patient, he is obliged to explain the result to him. It is right that a doctor should give a patient medical treatment after receiving the requirement of it from him or his family. After the treatment the doctor should promptly give a full account of it to them. As the result of it, the burden of the duty to explain may often place the active treatment under restriction and there is a problem to bring even the possibility of presenting a phenomenon of contracting medical care. Therefore special regard must be paid to the assertion that the doctor's duty to explain should be performed with his fair medical judgment and discretion.

        住射後 化膿과 그 責任

        In treating diseases, other than surgical therapy, doctors mainly rely on medical the rapy, i.e. oral prescription and injection. In practice, medical therapy has indeed proven itself as an effective treatment having the record of saving many lives in the past. Irrespective of method and kind of medicine used, however, prescription of medicine is an unphysiological phenomena to a human body and it has a possibility to cause, as accidental side effects, reversible irreversible complication and occassionaly invitable sequelae. Now, let us consider the pathology of suppuration, i.e. a side effect caused by infection after injection, and infection etiology as well as liability for suppuration.

      • 泌尿器科領域에서 Solantal^(�)의 臨床效果

        Solantal, a new anti-inflammatory and analgesic agent, was administrated to 30 patients for treatment of urinary tract infection during the period from April to June 1976. Solantal was given 300-600 mg/day for one to 50 days according to the severity of the infection. The results were as follows: 1. Among 11. cases of chronic prostatitis, 4 cases were excellent and 4 cases were good results. 2. Among 3 cases of chronic epididymitis, 2 cases were good results. 3. 2 of T. U. R. cases. were excellent results. 4.Among 6 cases of acute cystitis, there were excellent in 3 cases and good in 3 cases. In 2 cases of subacute cystitis, 1 case was excellent and 1 case was good result. In 2 cases of chronic cystitis, 1 case was good result. 5. Good analgesic effect was also showed after circumcision and during cystoscopy. 6. No serious side effects were observed except mild indigestion in 1 case and slight generalized edema in 1 case.
