Chitinase를 생산하는 Pseudomonas sp. YS-542의 분리 및 특성

A chitinase-producing bacterium was isolated from soil by selective enrichmentment culture medium. The bacterium was identified as Pseudomonas sp. based on the data obtained from its morphological, cultural and biochemical characteristics. The isolated strain was named Pseudomonas sp. YS-542. The medium for the production of chitinase was consisted of colloidal chitin 1.0%, tryptone 1.0%, MgS04·7H2O 0.2%, K2HP04 0.1%. The optimum cultural temperature, initial pH and time for the best production of chitinase were 25℃, 48hrs and pH 8.0, respectively.

The purpose of this study is to develop the extension program for the improvement of fisheries industry in the western coastal area by making the workers in fisheries understand its environment and obtain the knowledge and the skill about it. To attain the above purpose, theoretical and empirical approaches are used in this study. The extention program developed by this study will be a useful source material to the institutes which plan social education for the workers in fisheries. Suggestions for the activation and settlement of the social education are as follows. First, the frequency of the social education about fisheries will have to be increased. Second, the main institutes of social education will have to be diversed to specialize the education line and method. Third, the required subjects in pratical field will have to be selected and educated for improving the effect of social education.
IEEE 802.16m WirelessMAN-Advanced 단말의 SINR 측정 방법

본 논문에서는 IEEE 802.16m WirelessMAN-Advanced 단말에서 SINR(Signal to Interference Plus Noise Ratio)을 측정하는 방법을 설명하고, 이를 구현 및 시험한 결과에 대해 기술하였다. IEEE 802.16m규격의 하향링크는 두 가지의 A-Preamble인 PA-preamble과 SA-preamble을 포함하는데, 이들을 이용하여 SINR을 측정하였다. 본 논문은 PA-preamble로부터 잡음전력을 구하고, SA-preamble을 이용해 신호전력과 간섭전력을 구하는 방법에 대해 설명하고 이 값들로부터 SINR값을 계산하는 과정을 설명한다. 특히 수신 신호와의 시간동기 오차로 인한 부반송파의 위상회전 영향을 해결하는 방법과 구현과정에서 고려해야하는 사항들에 대해 설명하고 전산 실험 및 하드웨어로 구현된 시험 결과에 대해 기술한다. 구현 결과물인 SINR 측정기는 ETRI가 구현한 IEEE 802.16m 시스템의 단말에 탑재되어 AMC(Adaptive Modulation and Coding) 적용 및 핸드오버의 판단 근거를 제공하며, 전산 실험과 시스템 시험에서도 우수한 측정 성능을 확인할 수 있었다. This paper presents the signal-to-interference plus noise ratio (SINR) estimation of IEEE 802.16m WirelessMAN-Advanced mobile station with simulation and implementation results. The downlink signal of IEEE 802.16m has two kinds of A-Preambles: the PA-preamble and the SA-preamble. This paper proposes the efficient method of estimating SINR with A-Preambles, by measuring noise power from PA-preamble and measuring interference power and signal power from SA-preamble. The proposed SINR measuement block contains important features such as subcarrier phase rotation elimination and simplified dB transform. The result of this paper is integrated to ETRI"s IEEE 802.16m test mobile station, used for decision of adaptive-modulation-and-coding (AMC) and hand-over. It showed good measurement performance in simulation and unified system link test also.
