직무역량을 기반으로 한 성인학습자 대상 디자인 전공 교육과정 개발 -H 대학 ICT융합디자인학과 교육과정을 중심으로-

본 연구의 목적은 재직자 중심의 성인학습자를 위한 4년제 대학 디자인 전공 교육과정을 개발하기 위함이다. 이를 위해 역량기반 교육과정 개발에 관한 문헌 고찰을 토대로 직무역량에 기반 한 교육과정 개발 절차를 수립하고, 6차례의 교육과정개발위원회를 개최하여 내외부 환경 분석, 학과 인재양성 유형 설정, 직무 모형 도출, 직무 검증, 교과목 도출, 교육과정 로드맵 도출 과정에 따라 교육과정 개발을 실시하였다. 내외부 환경 분석을 위해서는 디자인 분야 산업동향을 파악하고 H대 성인학습자 단과대학 및 학과의 교육목표와 성인학습자의 특성 분석을 수행하였으며, 이를 토대로 학과의 주요 인력양성 유형을 디자인 비즈니스 전문가, 커뮤니케이션 디자이너, UX/UI 디자이너로 설정하였다. 직무 모형 도출을 위해서는 DACUM 기법을 활용하여 24개 직무 및 82개 과업을 도출하였고, 현장 경력 5년 이상의 산업체 인사를 대상으로 직무 검증 절차를 거쳐 직무별 난이도, 빈도, 중요도를 확인하였다. 교과목은 과업별 지식·기술·태도를 고려하고, 위원회 논의 결과 실무 역량 함양을 위한 종합 프로젝트 성격의 교과목 개설이 요구됨에 따라 미디어 융합 프로젝트 교과목Ⅰ,Ⅱ를 포함하여 총 30개의 교과목이 도출되었다. 도출된 교과목은 직무 특성, 직무의 난이도 및 빈도, 수행 수준 등을 고려하여 전공기초, 전공지정, 전공선택 과목으로 구분하고 교육 수준을 기초, 핵심, 심화, 활용 단계로 구분하여 제시하였다. 마지막으로 도출된 교과목을 기준으로 학과의 교육과정 로드맵을 도출하였다. 본 연구는 직무 모형을 중심으로 체계적인 절차에 따라 교육과정을 개발함으로써 재직자를 대상으로 하는 전문 디자이너 양성교육의 기초자료로서 활용될 것으로 기대된다. The purpose of this study was to develop an ICT convergence design college curriculum of for the adult learner, especially composed of workers at an University. Accordingly, based on the literature review on competency-based curriculum, development, the curriculum development procedure based on job competency was established, and the curriculum development committee was held 6 times to analyze the internal and external environment, to set the target occupational field, to derive and verify the job model. And then the subjects and curriculum roadmap were derived based on the job model. In order to analyze the internal and external environment, the industry trends in the ICT design field were identified, and the educational goals of the H University college of adult learner and ICT convergence design department were analyzed. And also the characteristics of adult learners were analyzed. Based on this, the target occupational field of the department were set which and they were Business experts, communication designers, and UX/UI designers. To derive the job model, 24 jobs and 82 tasks were derived using the DACUM technique, and the difficulty, frequency, and importance of each job were checked through job verification procedures. As for subjects, a total of 32 subjects were derived. and those were divided into basic majors, designated majors, and elective courses in consideration of job characteristics, job difficulty and frequency, and performance level, and education levels were presented by dividing them into basic, core, intensive, and utilization stages. Finally, the curriculum roadmap of the department was derived based on the derived subjects. This study is expected to be used as a basic data for nurturing professional designers targeting incumbents by developing a curriculum according to a systematic procedure centered on the job model.

Objective: Anticonvulsants are known to be effective to manage affective instability and aggressive behavior by reducing neuronal excitability. This study examined the efficacy and safety of topiramate, a novel anticonvulsant, on disruptive behavioral problems in children and adolescents, with or without mental retardation (MR), and the differences of short-term efficacy and safety according to the IQ levels. Methods and Materials: Fifty-four children and adolescents with disruptive behavioral problems were enrolled in a 6- week, open-label study. All subjects were divided into 3 groups (subjects without MR, Non-MR; subjects with mild MR, Mild MR; and subjects with moderate to severe MR, Mod-Severe MR) based on their intellectual ability, and treated with topiramate. Outcome measures included the Aberrant Behavior Checklist Hyperactivity (ABC-H) and Irritability (ABC-I) subscales and the Clinical Global Impression Severity (CGI-S) scale. Results: Significant reduction of CGIS, ABC-H, and ABC-I scores were noted in all three groups in the following order: Non-MR, Mild MR, and Mod-Severe MR. Parethesia, anorexia, somnolence, nocturnal enuresis, and urinary frequency were relatively common adverse event. However, no serious adverse events were reported. Conclusions: Topiramate was effective and well tolerated for managing disruptive behavioral problems and emotional instability in children and adolescents.
Effective identification of dominant fully absorbing sets for Raptor-like LDPC codes

The error-rate floor of low-density parity-check (LDPC) codes is attributed to the trapping sets of their Tanner graphs. Among them, fully absorbing sets dominantly affect the error-rate performance, especially for short blocklengths. Efficient methods to identify the dominant trapping sets of LDPC codes were thoroughly researched as exhaustively searching them is NP-hard. However, the existing methods are ineffective for Raptor-like LDPC codes, which have many types of trapping sets. An effective method to identify dominant fully absorbing sets of Raptor-like LDPC codes is proposed. The search space of the proposed algorithm is optimized into the Tanner subgraphs of the codes to afford time-efficiency and search-effectiveness. For 5G New Radio (NR) base graph (BG) 2 LDPC codes for short blocklengths, the proposed algorithm finds more dominant fully absorbing sets within one seventh of the computation time of the existing search algorithm, and its search-effectiveness is verified using importance sampling. The proposed method is also applied to 5G NR BG1 LDPC code and Advanced Television Systems Committee 3.0 type A LDPC code for large blocklengths.
Stress analysis of rotating annular hyperbolic discs obeying a pressure-dependent yield criterion

The Drucker-Prager yield criterion is combined with an equilibrium equation to provide the elastic-plastic stress distribution within rotating annular hyperbolic discs and the residual stress distribution when the angular speed becomes zero. It is verified that unloading is purely elastic for the range of parameters used in the present study. A numerical technique is only necessary to solve an ordinary differential equation. The primary objective of this paper is to examine the effect of the parameter that controls the deviation of the Drucker-Prager yield criterion from the von Mises yield criterion and the geometric parameter that controls the profile of hyperbolic discs on the stress distribution at loading and the residual stress distribution.

The purpose of this study is that the optimal bead structure is apply for cowl cross member have steel material to increase the stiffness performance through the optimization analysis. Firstly, to determine the bead shape, modal and structural analysis of many bead shape types were carried out and the optimal bead shape was selected. Secondly, in order to analyze the influence of the design factors about selected bead shape, bead optimization analysis was carried out considering main effect of each design factors such as bead height and width. In addition, the bead shape has optimal design factors was applied in the stiffness weak areas of the conventional type. Finally, to check reliability about increase the stiffness performance, modal and structural analysis of cowl cross members were carried out and it was possible to check increase the stiffness performance and the same level of weight as the conventional type.
