        전기 방열기가 국화재배온실의 난방에 미치는 영향

        경상대학교 교내에 설치되어 있는 1-2W형 온실을 대상으로 전기 방열기를 이용하여 국화 재배온실의 난방효과를 검토한 결과는 다음과 같다. 실험기간동안 최고, 평균 및 최저 외기온은 각각 -3.8~21.3℃, -5.2~16.1℃ 및 -12.5~14.4℃ 정도의 범위로 나타났으며, 온실 내외의 평균상대습도 각각 43.5~98.6% 및 35.2~100%로 나타났다. 12월 중순부터 2월 상순까지 최저 외기온은 대략 -5.0~-10.0℃ 전후로 나타나 진주기상대의 최근 자료와 비교하면 상대적으로 최저기온이 낮게 나타나는 경향이 있었다. 야간의 경우, 방열기 직하부의 엽온이 방열기 중간 지점에서 측정한 엽온 보다 크게 2~3℃정도 높게 나타나거나 또는 미미하지만 약간 높게 나타나는 경향이 있었다. 근권부의 경우, 직하부나 중간 지점에서의 온도 차이는 거의 없는 것으로 나타났고, 근권부의 최고온도와 기타 최고 온도의 발생 시점을 보면, 약 2시간정도의 지체현상이 있음을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 실험기간동안 난방에 소요된 총 소비전력량, 공급에너지 및 총 난방비는 각각 2,800kWh, 2,408,000kcal 및 112,000won 정도였다. 화석연료인 경유로 난방할 경우, 총 난방비는 224,500won 정도였다. 방열기를 이용하여 난방할 경우, 난방비를 약 50% 정도 줄일 수 있을 것으로 판단되었다. An analysis in heating effects of an electric radiator located in a 1-2W type chrysanthemum (3 cultivars) cultivation greenhouse installed in Gyeongsang National University drew the following conclusions. During the experiment period, the highest, average, and the lowest outside temperatures were in the ranges of -3.8~21.3℃, -5.2~16.1℃ and -12.5~14.4℃, respectively, and the average relative humidity inside and outside the greenhouses were in the ranges of 43.5~98.6% and 35.2~100%, respectively. From mid-December to early February, the lowest outside temperature was recorded as approximately -5.0~-10.0℃, which showed that it tended to be relatively lower than the temperatures recorded at the Jinju Meteorological Observatory. During the night, the leaf temperature measured directly under the radiator tended to be higher by 2~3℃ than that those at the middle point of the radiator, or higher by anegligible amount. In the case of root zone temperature, it was found that there was almost no difference between temperatures of the part directly under and the middle point, and the time when the highest temperature of root zone and other highest temperatures took place showed that there was about a 2-hour delay phenomenon. The total electricity consumption, energy supply and total heating cost during the experiment period were 2,800 kWh, 2,408,000 kcal and 112,000 won, respectively. When diesel, a kind of fossil fuel, was used as heating oil, the total heating cost was around 224,500 won. It was estimated that the total heating cost could be reduced by around 50% if a radiator was used.

        휠체어농구 코치의 리더십 유형과 집단응집력의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between coach's leadership style and group cohesion in wheelchair basketball teams and to examined the relationship among coach's leadership style, member satisfaction, achievement. motivation, and group cohesion. Subjects for this study are consisted of 108 players in wheelchair basketball teams. Statistics methods used to analyze the collected data are One-Way ANOVA, Simple Regression analysis, Multiple Regression analysis and Pearson Correlation. Results obtained from this research are as follows Coach's leadership style has a direct effect on group cohesion and an indirect effect through member satisfaction, achievement motivation, as well.

      • 온도 변화에 따른 DW-100 용접재의 기계적특성에 관한 연구

        In recent years, the studies of mechanical property of weld materials were one of the most important basic test of our welding indursty. The used specimen in this study is weld metal of DW-100 flux cored wire which is using for flux cored are welding and one type of flux cored wires were used in this test. This paper is based on the quality of the mechanical property of welding material under the different temperture, test temperature of each weld metal is from RT to 900℃ and temperature gap is 100℃ for each weld metal. It is particularly important to assess tensile properties and each specimen was examined using by the following methods; Reduction of area rate, Tensile strength test, and observation of SEM. All tensile tests were performed in accordance with the ASTM standard test method, tension testing of metallic materials (ASTM I-8). This study proves that the mechanical properties of until 400℃ were good as the increasing temperature compare with mechanical properties of RT. As the results of this study, the tensile strength of 300℃ was higher than other weld metals. Also the reduction of area rate was the lowest at 300℃ according to the previous test results. Consequently, this weld metal is a good substitute for the existing welding materials until 400℃ which is used in the development of welding industries today.

      • Kawasaki병의 임상적 고찰

        Purpose : This study was designed for clinical manifestations, laboratory findings, onset of coronary artery lesion and disease process after the high dose IVGG therapy in Kawasaki disease. Methods : Fourty-four cases with Kawasaki disease who were diagnosed and treated at the Department of Pediatrics, Kosin University Hospital from January 1993 to April 1996,were investigated for their clinical manifestations and laboratory findings, and cardiac complications. Results : (1) In age distribution, the most prevalent age group was under the age of 4(81.9%) and the mean age was 2.71±1.8 years old. (2) Boys were more prevalent than girls, as a ratio of 2.1: 1. (3) Principal clinical features were high fever developed in 100% and lasted for 6.9±3.8 days, polymorphous exanthem in 84.1%, conjunctival injection in 93.2%, oral cavity lesion in 90.9 %, cervical lymphadenopathy in 59 %, indurative edema of hands and feet in 63.6 %, desquamation in 59%. (4) Main laboratory findings were anemia 22.7 %, leukocytosis 93.2 %, thrombocytosis 81.8 %, increased ESR 93.2 %, positive CRP 100%, increased SGOT 19 %, increased SGPT 30.9 %, pyuria 57.8%, proteinuria 7.9 %, microscopic hematuria 7.9 %, and abnormalities of EKG 18.1 %. (5) Abnormal findings of the heart were found in 40.9 % by echocardiogram, the abnormality of coronary artery were present in 15.9 % (which were coronary artery aneurysm 9.1 % and coronary artery dilatation 6.8% 1, pericardial effusion 11.3% and moderate degree of mitral and tricuspid regurgitation 13.6 % . (6) 3 cases of coronary artery aneurysm were occurred in the IVGG 400mg/kg/day for 5 days group, 1 case of coronary artery aneurysm and 3 cases of coronary artery dilatation were found in the IVGG lg/kg/day for 2 days group. (7) The follow-up echocardiogram, 2 months later of IVGG administration, the result were as follows : ① Among 2 cases of mild coronary artery aneurysm, one was disappeared and the other was not followed. ② 2 cases of giant coronary artery aneurysm were not improved. ③ All cases of coronary artery dilatation and pericardial effusion were disappered. ④ Among 6 cases of moderate degree mitral and tricuspid regurgitation, 5 cases were improved and other 1 case was improved from grade 3/4 to grade 2/4. Conclusions : We concluded that early combination therapy with high dose IVGG and aspirin is effective for prevention of coronary artery aneurysm development and for treatment of acute inflammation in Kawasaki disease.

      • 저방사화강(JLF-1)의 고온 피로균열진전거동에 관한 연구

        The objective of this study is to investigate life and fatigue crack propagation in the Reduced Activation Ferritic steel(RAFs) JLF-1. Crack growth rate tests on compact tension specimen of thickness 12mm were conducted by using sinusoidal waveform. Compact tension specimens were used and crack growth rate da/dN and stress intensity factor range ΔK were analyzed concerning to the R value of 0.1, 0.3 and 0.5 In order to find out the value of ΔK, load amplitude constant method was applied by the standard fatigue testing method describes in ASTM E647-95a. The effects of stress ratio and specimen size on the fatigue crack growth propagation for JLF-1 steel were discussed within the Paris law. As the result of this study, fatigue crack growth rate increased with in creasing the load ratio, Consequently, fatigue crack propagation of half size specimen was similar to those of full size specimen at room temperature. Also, there was no difference between base metal and weld metal at room temperature and high temperature.(400℃)

        인지양식과 과제 난이도가 경도정신지체 학생의 시각변별과제 수행에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to identify effects of cognitive style and task difficulty on the performance of visual discrimination task in mild mental retardation(MMR). The major data-collection instrument was the visual discrimination task that Doane, Alderton, Pellegrino, & Sohn (1993) developed, and which the researcher adapted and augmented for students with MMR in the South Korean setting. The subjects of the study were 20 high school students with MMR from K and C high schools in Seoul, South Korea. There were four phases in the experiment: (a) screening, (b) acquisition, and (c) retention (d) transfer. Reaction time (RI), motion time (MT) and total time (fl) were collected from the experiments, and then classified into the acquisition, retention, and transfer test and analyzed. Results obtained from this research were as follow: Task difference and cognitive styles statistically and significantly affected the motor learning of high school students with MMR. Analytic cognition style and low level of task were effective for motor learning by these students, and the contextual inference effect depended on task difficulty in the transfer test. In conclusion, the results of this study showed that appropriate task difficulty should be established for motor learning by students with MMR. Furthermore, the unique characteristics of cognition acquisition styles of students should be taken into consideration.

      • Staphylococcus aureus와 Coagulase-Negative Staphylococcus Species에 대한 Arbekacin의 시험관내 항균력

        Background : Most strains of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) now exhibit high-level resistance to various antibiotics, such as β -lactam antibiotics, aminoglycosides, macrolides, tetracyclines and quinolones. Recent reports describing the therapeutic failure of vancomycin for MRSA infections have arisen considerable concerns regarding the emergence of MRSA strains, which will require new therapeutic agents. Arbekacin, an aminoglycoside antibiotic, has antibacterial activity against both gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria and is stable in the presence of aminoglycoside inactivating enzymes produced by S. aureus. In this study, we compared the antibacterial activity of arbekacin with those of vancomycin, gentamicin, and amikacin against Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) and coagulase-negative staphylococci (CNS). Methods : For a collection of 549 S. aureus and 251 CNS isolates from three Catholic University Hospitals in Korea, minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) of arbekacin, vancomycin, amikacin and gentamicin were determined by agar dilution method using Mueller-Hinton agar according to NCCLS (National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards, USA)criteria. Results : Among 549 S. aureus isolates, 278 isolates were MRSA and 271 isolates were methicil sensitive S. aureus (MSSA). MIC50 & MIC90 of arbekacin against 549 S. aureus were 0.5 & 1 ㎍/mL, and MIC50 & MIC90 of vancomycin were 1 & 1 ㎍/mL. MIC of arbekacin against 549 S. aureus isolates ranges from 0.03 to 4 ㎍/mL, and MIC of vancomycin against 549 S. aureus ranges from 0.25 to 2 ㎍/mL. MIC90 of amikacin against 549 S. aureus was 32㎍/mL, and that of gentamicin was 128 ㎍/mL. MICs of amikacin and gentamicin were variable, ranging from 0.125 to 256, and otherwise arbekacin and vancomycin revealed relatively narrow range of MICs. MIC90 of arbekacin against 278 MRSA isolates & 271 MSSA were 1 & 0.5 ㎍/mL, and those of vancomycin against MRSA & MSSA were 1 & 1 ㎍/mL. MIC90 of amikacin against 278 MRSA & 271 MSSA isolates were 32 & 4 ㎍/mL, and that of gentamicin against MRSA & MSSA isolates were 128 & 32 ㎍/mL respectively. Among 251 CNS isolates, 122 isolates were MRCNS and 129 were MSCNS. MICSO & MIC90 of arbekacin against 251 CNS isolates were 0.25 & 2 ㎍/mL, and those of vancomycin were 1 & 2 ㎍/mL. MIC of arbekacin against 251 CNS isolates ranges from 0.015 to 32 ㎍/mL, and that of vancomycin isolates ranges from 0.25 to 2 ㎍/mL, MIC90 of arbekacin against 122 MRCNS & 129 MSCNS isolates were 2&0.3 ㎍/ML, and those of vancomycin were 2&s ㎍/ML. MIC90 of amikacin against 251 CNS isolates was 32 ㎍/ML, and that of gentamicin was 128 ㎍/ML for CNS. MIC90 of amikacin against 122 MRCNS & 129 MSCNS isolates were 128 & 8㎍/mL, and those of gentamicin ere 256 & 32 ㎍/mL. Conclusion : Considering above results, arbekacin can be useful agent against most strains of MRSA and MRCMS, which exhibit high-level resistance to amikacin and gentamicin.         Bacillus lentimorbus WJ5의 감마선유도 돌연변이체들에서 공통으로 발현되는 방사선 관련 유전자의 microarray 분석

        본 연구에서는 감마선으로 유도된 돌연변이체들에서 공통으로 발현되는 방사선 관련 유전자들의 발현을 연구하기 위하여, B. lentimorbus WJ5의 방사선 유도 돌연변이체에서 발현되는 유전자를 DNA microarray로 동시에 탐색하였다. DNA microarray는 B. lentimorbus WJ5 genome을 무작위로 절단하여 2,000단편으로 구성하였으며, 감마선 (^(60)Co)으로 유도된 7돌연변이체의 발현을 정량적으로 관찰하였다. 클러스터 분석결과 발현된 408 유전자 중 27개가 감마선 유도 돌연변이체 모두에서 유의하게 발현이 증가되었다. 특히, 복구(mutL, mutM)에너지 대사 (acsA, sdhB, p하, yhjB, citB), protease(npr), 산화자극에 대한 환원 (HMM)관련 유전자들이 동시에 증가되었다. 이는 감마선 유도 돌연변이체들에서 자발적인 직/간접 복구 관련 유전자의 발현 증가는 방사선 노출 직후 보이는 stress response와는 다른 현상임을 나타내는 것으로 생각된다. To study the radiation related gene expression in mutants of Bacillus lentimorbus WJ5 induced by gamm radiation, the simultaneous gene expression was analyzed by DNA microarray. We constructed DNA chips including two thousand randomly digested genome spots of B. lentimorbus WJ5 and compared its quantitative aspect with seven mutants induced by gamma radiation (^(60)Co). From the cluster analysis of gene expression pattern, totally 408 genes were expressed and 27 genes were significantly upregulated by the gamma radiation in all mutants. Especially, genes involved in repair (mutL, mutM), energy metabolism (acsA, sdhB, pgk, yhjB, citB), protease (npr), and reduction response to oxidative stress (HMM) were simultaneously upregulated. It seems that the induction of the direct and/or indirect repair related genes in mutants induced by gamma radiation could be remarkably different from the adaptive responses against acute exposure to radiation.
