This paper was to study on service needs of home reside schizophrenia. The author researched 185 schizophrenia about their service needs in accordance to their sociodemographic factors. The results as follows: 1. It was appeared that schizophrenia preferred to services related in community adjustment. 2. Schizophrenia's service needs appeared differently in accordance to their sociodemographic factors. 3. As schizophrenia's service needs appeared differently according to their characteristics, it is desirable that mental health services toward home reside schizophrenia should based on their sociodemographic factors. 4. Case management may powerful alternative for the purpose of fulfilling various service needs of home reside schizophrenia

효율적인 객체 지향 분석 방법에 관한 연구

Various methodologies have been studied for producing complex software.Object-oriented technique has proposed in eighties and used in various fields. There are active on going researches on object-oriented method to use it as a software development technique. Applying this mothod in this analysis step of development life-cycle reduce the developers efforts. The proposed Object-oriented analysis method build natural object model based on dynamic behavior of each object. Visibility of a system, a easiness of maintenance and reusability of produced objects will be improved if we use this mothod along with the improved design method.

코의 첨부에 발생한 근상피종 : A case report

Myoepithelioma is a rare tumor of salivary gland, accounting for less than 1 percent of all salivary gland tumors. We experienced a case of myoepithelioma of the nose. Microscopic examination showed characteristic pattern of plasmacytoid type of myoepithelioma.

횡성댐 水沒地域內의 植生에 關한 硏究 : 移植對象區域을 中心으로 Centered with Subdivided Area to Select Plants Capable of Transfer

본 조사 연구는 江原道 橫成郡 甲川面과 橫成邑 일부를 포함하는 지역에 횡성댐이 건설됨에 따라 수몰되어질 自然生態系의 復元과 保存計劃의 일부로 수행되어졌다. 移植對象區域인 7개소를 중심으로 綠地自然度, 植生現存量 및 생산량 種組成과 植生에 관해 조사하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 綠地自然度를 등급별로 사정한 결과 등급 0(3.01%), 1(5.3%), 2(28.2%), 3(0.1%), 5(0.2%), 7(4.6%), 7(44.7%), 및 8(13.8%)의 8개 등급으로 구분되었다. 2. 전체조사지역의 現存量과 生産量은 각각 88,436.3 ton/year 과 12,960.3 ton/year 이었다. 3. 조사지역의 陸上植物의 種組成은 86科, 221屬, 306種, 1變種, 3品種의 총 310種으로 조사되었다. 4. 선정된 7개의 植生調査地點에서는 소나무군락이 憂占하며, 그밖에 신갈나무군락, 떡갈나무군락, 상수리나무군락으로 나타났다. This study was carried out in a part of conservative plans recovering natural ecosystem which will be submerged, as Hoengseong dam is being constructed around Hoengseong-Eup and Gabcheon-Myun. The submerged area was divided into 7 small areas to figure out what kinds of species of plants are and will be according to detailed geographic characteristics. In the center of the subdivided areas. Degree of Green Naturality, standing biomass, net 36production per year, and composition of plant species were investigated. The results are as following; 1. The surveyed area was classified into 8 degree by Degree of Green Naturality, and the appeared degree and the rate of occupation were 0(3.01%), 1(5.3%), 2(28.2%), 3(0.1%), 5(0.2%), 7(4.6%), 7(44.7%), 및 8(13.8%). 2. Standing biomass was 88,436.3 ton/year and net production per year was 12,960.3 ton/year. 3. The list of vascular plants identified in this study consisted of 86 families, 221genera, 1 variety, 3 formae and 306 species, totally summiting upto 310 species. 4. The 7 surveyed areas were largely occupied by Pinus community. In addition, there were Quercus mongolica, Quercus dentata, and Quercus acutissima communities.

Intellectual property right security system is thing which establish security right in debtor's intellectual property right security creditor secures own security bond. And in case debtor does not fulfil debt, creditor can receive priority payment security disposing of conversion. Problem about securitize of intellectual property was happened with venture capital at 1990. Venture business is not traditional security asset such as real estate and securities, but superior brain is property. It is not easy that intellectual property right security system evaluates intellectual property. That evaluate value of technique becomes that evaluate inflict mortgage, but much problems remain in case is evaluated by technique itself. That is, there is difference with do practical technology although evaluated inflict mortgage about technology. Value estimation of intellectual property right may have to consist with other intellectual property right may have to consist with other intellectual property right or business equipment. That is, we may have to invent method to offer material things and intellectual property right by mortgage together to evaluate value of intellectual property right. We can think put in good order so that may take current law at real concretely, and real estate security system on American law or Japan's induction of floating charge system. But, intellectual property right can not apply general fundamental of civil law just as it is because urea that is industrial policy enemy is strong. Therefore, present system can not protect rightful person who do not register. We must put in good order registration system degree so that effect of security right may reach to improved intellectual property to protect rightful person who do not register.

알코올중독자의 입원치료프로그램에 대한 효과성 인식에 관한 연구

알코올중동자의 특성과 치료를 연결지으려는 다양한 연구가 진행중인 외국에 비해 국내의 경우는 이러한 연구가 거의 이루어지지 않고 있다. 이러한 점에서 본 연구는 입원 알코올중독자를 대상으로 그들의 일반적 특성에 따라 알코올중독자 치료프로그램의 효과성이 어떻게 인식되고 있으며, 각 특성들간의 효과성인식 차이가 어떠한지를 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 영호남 지역에 소재하고, AA모형에 근거하는 치료프로그램을 체계적으로 운영하고 있다고 판단되는 5개 정신병원에 임원하고 있는 114명의 알코올중독자이다. 이들의 성별과 연령, 결혼상태, 학력, 월 가계소득에 따라 치료프로그램의 효과성 인식의 차이가 어떠한지를 살펴본 결과는 다음과 같다. 입원 알코올중독자들은 치료프로그램 중에서 개별상담, 원내AA, 일반집단교육, 시청각교육, 행동프로그램 순으로 효과성을 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 연령이 증가할수록 일반집단교육의 효과성의 인식수준이 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 배우자 동거환자들이 원내AA와 일반집단교육 그리고 시청각교육의 효과성을 높게 상대적으로 많이 인식하는 것으로 나타났으며, 고학력자들이 원내 AA와 일반집단교육의 효과성을 보다 많이 인식하고 있었다. 이러한 연구결과는 치료프로그램에 대한 입원 알코올중독자들의 참여수준과 치료저항, 참여동기를 객관적으로 이해하는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. The purpose of this study was to investigate effectiveness recognition of therapeutic programs for inpatients alcoholics according to their characteristic. Objects of the this study were 114 inpatients alcoholic who admitted 5 neuropsychiatric hospital located in Youngnam and Honam area. The author investigated inpatient alcoholics' effectiveness recognition of therapeutic program according to their gender, age, marital state, academic grade, monthly income of home, admission frequency. The results were as follows. First, it is appeared that therapeutic programs highly recognized in the inpatient alcoholics was individual counseling, and next followed by AA in hospital, and general group education, and audio-visual education, and behavioral program. Second, it is appeared that in gender difference whole therapeutic program's effectiveness had been highly recognized in female inpatients alcoholics. Third, it is appeared that in difference of age elder inpatients alcoholics had highly recognized general group education's effectiveness. Fourth, it is appeared that in difference of marital state coupled inpatients alcoholics had highly recognized general group education, individual counseling and audio-visual education's effectiveness. Firth, it is appeared that in difference of academic carrier inpatients alcoholics higher academic carrier had highly recognized general group education and AA's effectiveness.

Papillary carcinoma of thyroid has variable morphologic variants preserving the characteristic nuclear features; encapsulated, follicular, encapsulated-follicular, diffuse sclerosing, oxyphilic, tall and columnar cell, cribriform and nodular fasciitis-like types. We report a case of papillary thyroid carcinoma with nodular fasciitis-like stroma in a 40-year old woman who had a thyroid mass. The cut surface of the lesion is white myxoid, and the microscopical findings show papillary carcinoma admixed with nodular fasciitis-like stromal cells.

단주친목회 참여변인에 관한 연구

본 연구는 알코올중독치료에 이미 효과가 입증된 단주친목회의 활성화를 도모하는 일환으로 알코올중독자의 AA참여변인을 탐색적으로 알아보고자 하였다. AA 참여집단과 비 참여집단간의 참여변인을 크게 일반적 속성, 가족적 측면, 사회적 요인, 알콜중독에 대한 인식요인, 입원요인 등으로 나누어 살펴보았다. 그 결과 일반적 속성 중 학력이 단주친목회 참석에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 사회적 요인, 즉 단주경고, 단주의 압력, 음주에 대한 주위의 부정적 반응 정도는 양 집단간에 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 그리고 알콜중독에 대한 인식 요인을 구성하는 알콜중독의 심각도, 조절력 상실에 대한 인식, 단주조력자, 알콜중독 수용도, 음주로 인한 정신적 신체적 고통의 정도에 대한 인식등의 항목은 양 집단에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. Alcoholics Anonymous(AA) is effective tool in alcoholism intervention. But though AA has spreading in Korea, the boundary is limited. Therefore researcher and clinician related in alcohol treatment should devote many endeavor to activate AA. The purpose of the present study was to investigate the differentiated variations between alcoholics attending AA and non-attending AA. Subjects included 42 alcoholics attending AA and 42 alcoholics non-attending AA. The all subjects had psychiatric admission history. The variation is composed of general trait, family aspects, social repression, understanding on alcoholism, factors related psychiatric admission. The results were as follows. 1. Factors of general traits except academic career had not affected attending AA. 2. Factors of family had not statistical significant in attending AA. 3. Factors of social repression had affected attending AA. 4. Factors of Understanding on alcoholism had affected attending AA. 5. Factors of Psychiatric admission had not statistical significant in attending AA. By this study the differentiated variations between alcoholics attending AA and non-attending AA were academic career, social repression and understanding on alcoholism. Though AA is not absolute tools in alcoholism intervention, AA is one of the effective approach. The author suggest that clinician should consider AA as useful tool in alcoholism intervention. Therefore clinician should recommend alcoholics to attend AA, then try hard removing inner and outer obstacle to attend AA.
