Myoepithelioma is a rare tumor of salivary gland, accounting for less than 1 percent of all salivary gland tumors. We experienced a case of myoepithelioma of the nose. Microscopic examination showed characteristic pattern of plasmacytoid type of myoepithelioma.

Extraskeletal osteosarcoma is a rare malignant tumor of soft tissue. In addition, there are only several cases of osteosarcoma of the mediastinum as a primary site in the world. We report a case of extraskeletal osteosarcoma arising in the posterior mediastinum. A 54-year-old man visited our hospital because of chest pain. Chest CT showed a 12 cm sized huge mediastinal mass. The mass revealed solid and ivory-colored cut surface with multifocally ovoid cystic spaces and hemorrhage. Microscopically, the tumor consisted of polygonal stromal cells, giant cells and varying amounts of neoplastic new bone, and mitotic figures were frequently observed. There were no distant metastasis and regional lymph node involvement.

Pilomatrixoma is a benign skin appendage tumor with differentiation toward hair cells, particularly hair cortex cells. Histologically, two types of basophilic and shadow cells compose the islands. The basophilic cells are round or elongated with deeply basophilic nuclei and scanty cytoplasm. Cytologically, this case showed clusters of tightly arranged basaloid cells with a uniform appearance, scanty cytoplasm and round hyperchromatic nuclei. And it may cause when attempting to establish a differential diagnosis with other neoplasms. We report the aspiration cytology findings of a case of pilomatrixoma.

Papillary carcinoma of thyroid has variable morphologic variants preserving the characteristic nuclear features; encapsulated, follicular, encapsulated-follicular, diffuse sclerosing, oxyphilic, tall and columnar cell, cribriform and nodular fasciitis-like types. We report a case of papillary thyroid carcinoma with nodular fasciitis-like stroma in a 40-year old woman who had a thyroid mass. The cut surface of the lesion is white myxoid, and the microscopical findings show papillary carcinoma admixed with nodular fasciitis-like stromal cells.

국내 기업가정신 교육에 관한 논문 동향 분석

본 연구는 국내 기업가정신 교육 연구 분야에 게재된 총 73편의 논문을 대상으로 연구 동향을 분석하고, 향후 연구 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 기업가정신 교육 연구를 시간적 흐름에 따라 연구 방법과 연구 주제로 분류하였고 국내 기업가정신 교육의 발전을 위한 후속 연구과제 또한 논의하였다. 본 연구에서 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구 시기를 살펴보면 2002년 첫 논문 이후 2010년부터 기업가정신 교육 연구가 본격적으로 진행되어왔으며, 특히 2017년 이후에는 총 52편의 논문이 게재되어 시간이 지남에 따라 기업가정신 교육 연구 주제가 활발해질 것으로 예측된다. 둘째, 분석 결과에 따르면 기업가정신 교육 연구는 다양한 방법으로 진행되었지만, 질적연구보다는 양적연구가 상대적으로 많은 비중을 차지하였다. 셋째, 세부 연구 주제는 교육 방법 및 효과, 연구 대상, 기업가정신교육, 사회적 기업가정신, 해외사례, 진로 교육, 연구 동향 등 총 7개로 분류되었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 기업가정신 교육의 개념 정립, 연구 변수 확장, 질적연구 활성화 등의 향후 연구 방향과 시사점을 제시하였다. 이를 통해 국내 기업가정신에 대한 연구의 중요성을 강조하고, 기업가정신 교육의 효과적인 발전과 창조적인 인재 양성에 기여하고자 하였다. This study aims to analyze research trends and suggest future research directions based on a total of 73 papers published in the field of domestic entrepreneurship education. To achieve this, the research on entrepreneurship education was classified into research methods and research topics according to the temporal flow. Furthermore, discussions were conducted on subsequent research tasks for the advancement of domestic entrepreneurship education. The following results were derived from this study. First, examining the research periods, it was found that research on entrepreneurship education has been actively conducted since 2010, following the first paper in 2002, with a total of 52 papers published after 2017. This indicates that the research topics of entrepreneurship education are expected to become more vibrant over time. Second, the analysis results revealed that although research on entrepreneurship education has been conducted using various methods, there is a relatively higher proportion of quantitative studies compared to qualitative studies. Third, the specific research topics were classified into seven categories, including educational methods and effects, research subjects, entrepreneurship education, social entrepreneurship, international cases, career education, and research trends. Based on these findings, the study suggests future research directions and implications such as establishing the concept of entrepreneurship education, expanding research variables, and activating qualitative research. By emphasizing the significance of domestic entrepreneurship research, this study aims to contribute to the effective development of entrepreneurship education and the cultivation of creative talents.

저자들은 8세 남아에서 교통사고 후 우연히 발견된 혈흉과 복부 종물의 진단 과정에서 확진된 폐 및 골 전이를 동반한 후복강 내 신외 윌름 종양 1례를 경험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고 하고자 한다. Extrarenal Wilms' tumor is a very exceptional tumor which is defined as Wilms' tumor found anywhere other than in the kidneys. Until now less than 60 cases have been reported in the English literature. The tumor can be located in the retroperitoneum, inguinal canal, uterus, cervix, testes, skin and even in the thorax. The diagnosis is almost always made after surgical intervention. Distant metastasis of this tumor has only been reported in the case of a 6-year-old girl who developed Wilms' tumor in the inguinal canal with lung involvement. In this paper we report a case of extrarenal Wilms' tumor in retroperitoneum with distant metastasis to lungs, ribs and pelvic bone in a 6-year old male. The tumor was successfully removed without tumor cell spillage. The patient was diagnosed as favorable histologic group, in which the tumor consists of epithelial, blastemal and mesenchymal components without teratomatous elements. He received combination chemotherapy according to NWTS-IV guidelines and radiation to involved lungs, and has been alive and well for the last 6 months without severe complication or relapse.

이소성 간으로 오진된 좌폐 하엽의 결핵종

Tuberculoma of the lungs is not an uncommon finding, but an ectopic liver in the lung is extremely rare. Pulmonary tuberculosis presenting as tuberculoma can be diagnosed radiologically, but its definite diagnosis is established by confirmation of the acid-fast bacillus or the unique histology. We report here on a case of tuberculoma of the left lower lobe that was erroneously diagnosed as ectopic liver by ultrasono-guided fine needle aspiration biopsy. An understanding of the normal variants of the liver can prevent a patient from undergoing an unnecessary invasive procedure. 폐의 결핵종은 드물지 않게 관찰되는 소견이다. 그러나, 폐의 이소성 간은 매우 드물다. 결핵종으로 보여지는 폐결핵은 방사선적 소견으로 진단이 가능하지만 확진은 항산균을 확인하거나 조직학적 소견으로 한다. 초음파하 세침 흡인 조직 검사로 이소성간으로 잘못 진단된 좌하엽의 결핵종 증례를 보고한다. 간의 정상적 변이에 대한 이해가 불필요한 침습적 시술을 예방할 수 있으리라 생각된다.
