        Synthesis and Characterization of Bis-Thienyl-9,10-anthracenes Containing Electron Withdrawing 2-Cyanoacrylic Acid or 2-Methylenemalononitrile Group

        A series of new bis-thienylanthracene derivatives D1~D5 containing 9,10-antharcene moiety in the center and 2-methylenemalonotitrile or 2-cyanoacrylic acid functional group on the terminal thiophenes were synthesized and characterized by $^1H$-NMR and high-resolution mass spectroscopy. Their optical, electrochemical, and thermal properties were measured. They have absorption ${\lambda}_{max}$ in the range of 437~480 nm and max of $7.4{\times}10^3{\sim}2.0{\times}10^4M^{-1}cm^{-1}$. The substitution of 2-cyanoacrylic acid group allows greater value of ${\varepsilon}_{max}$ than that of 2-methylenemalonotitrile. TGA curves showed that D4 and D5 which have 2-cyanoacrylic acid functional group on the terminal thiophene(s) exhibit good thermal stability and D4 was thermally stable up to $400^{\circ}C$. Their optical properties and LUMO energy levels measured suggest that they can serve as potential candidates for electron donor materials of organic photovoltaic cells (OPVs) or D4 and D5 which contain 2-cyanoacrylic acid group can be used as organic dyes of dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs).

      • The Changes of Curricula following the Education policies in China after 1949: Exploring the Case of the Department of Music in the Normal Universities following the Direction of the National Ministry of Education

        With the rapid social changes in China, the educational scene strongly demands that the educational system be reformed reasonably. I have heard the voices in these educational scenes through field investigation and am studying the countermeasures. However, all the requirements of the education scene are consistent with the education policy and budget, so it is challenging to expect radical changes. Therefore, in this presentation, to observe what countermeasures can be taken under the current situation, we first sort out the differences in education policies and curriculums since the founding of China in 1949. Methods After the establishment of the People's Republic of China (PRC), the Ministry of Education promulgated three basic policies that had a significant influence on music education in normal universities. One is the Teaching Plan of the Department of Music (Draft) (1952), the other is the Teaching Plan of the four-year undergraduate music major in normal universities (Trial Draft) (1980), and the third is the Guiding Plan of the Undergraduate Major in Musicology (Teacher Education) in General Colleges and Universities across the country (2004). I will divide the changes in educational scenes caused by educational policies into the above three periods and will discuss the changes in the educational curriculum system and content. Findings From 1949 to the present, the three educational policies promulgated by the state have changed the educational curriculum of normal universities. To explore changes of curriculum in three periods, I divided educational courses into the public curriculum, professional curriculum, and practical field experience. I observed the changes in the ratio of every course with analyzing the time distribution. In addition, the difference in the percentage of compulsory and optional courses was observed to examine the autonomy and mandatory nature for learning of the students. The public curriculum makes students train to develop morally, intellectually, and physically in an allaround way and provide a knowledge base for professional study. Professional curricula are designed to cultivate students' theoretical knowledge and skills that music teachers should have, so professional curriculum is also divided into theoretical and practical subjects. In addition, the practical field experience is to organize students to go to the educational field of primary and secondary schools to gain emotional understanding of teaching, divided into probation and practice of the educational field. Before the field practice, trainee students go to schools to observe classroom teaching and educational activities and gain an understanding of the actual education. The field practice is that students go to schools to carry out teaching work in an all-round way according to the plan and train their teaching ability in the process. Discussion The development of education policy has some achievements. Because of the breakthrough and innovation of optional professional curricula, meeting students' different learning needs is beneficial. Probation and field practice has run through the university for four years, giving students more space to combine theory with practice. But there are some shortcomings as well. Firstly, although the proportion of optional curricula has increased, the way of optional curricula still has some limitations. Optional curricula are divided into different curriculum groups. After students choose the curriculum groups according to the regulations, the proportion of optional curriculum is less than 20. In addition, practical program problems are reflected in the following two points. First, due to the continuous increase of professional theoretical subjects, students' study of practical subjects is reduced, resulting in the decline of valuable professional skills. Second, although field probation and field practice time distribution has expanded, the overall duration has not increased significantly. In this way, students can't adequately train their teaching abilities, making it challenging to have qualified teachers. So, I conducted a questionnaire survey to determine students' needs and studied whether on-site teachers can accept students' needs. The results were put forward in my doctoral thesis.

        Research on the Status Quo and Countermeasures of Logistics Terminal Distribution Risk

        The occurrence of disputes is an intuitive manifestation of risks. The risk of logistics terminal distribution has been transformed into real disputes and exposed to people s lives. Based on this, the article first analyzes the status quo of logistics terminal distribution, and analyzes the risk status of the typical case of takeaway distribution in the logistics terminal distribution in real life, and classifies its risk into trust, security and economic risk three categories; Secondly, refining the participants involved in the three risks, analyzing the relationship between the participants, and designing the logistics terminal distribution risk aversion management mechanism around the participants objectives.

      • The Study on a Policy Named “Giving Police Favored Treatment” in China

        In China, a policy named “giving police favored treatment”, means that public security organs with the guidance of relevant laws, principles and policies, according to the changing social situation, actively create conditions to provide police officers with preferential measures, good conditions and favorable treatment better than the general executive staff of other governmental parts. The policy is not only an important principle of the construction of the police force, but also a necessary part of the police political work, which is closely related to the overall situation and the construction of the police force. In the new historical period, public security organs are facing more serious domestic and international situation and arduous tasks. Police officers are ready to face tests of life and death; they will be likely to sacrifice at any time. However, due to various factors, the policy named “giving police favored treatment” can not be carried out smoothly to a certain extent because of the lack of a strong operation mechanism. If this problem cannot be solved well for a long time, fighting capacity of police force will be seriously weakened, thus the entire police work is affected. Therefore, how to make effective policies to implement the policy is becoming a necessary and imperative task for police organs especially their leaders at all levels. First of all, this article indicates the specific contents and the role of the policy, and discuss that its role cannot be replaced by any other management tools on enhancing the management level the fighting capacity of police force. The following is to further analyze the main problems in process of implementing the policy, namely, the political treatment of police officers is lower than other government departments staff; legitimate interests of law enforcement are often violated; health care, insurance, and pension are under funded; normal rest time can not be guaranteed, as affects the physical and mental health of police officers seriously. This article focuses on putting forward to a series of concrete measures to implement the policy on right way, including establishing a separate police functions series to ease police political treatment; preventing the police power of law enforcement from violating; quickening the step of law system construction and so on. In a word, the purpose of this article is to strengthen the research on the policy as to further enhance the enthusiasm of police officers and improve efficiency and fighting capacity of police force.
