        자기관리중재전략을 포함한 자기점검표 사용이지적장애 전공과 학생의 작업 생산성에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 자기관리중재전략을 포함한 자기점검표 사용이 지적장애학생의 작업 생산성에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 실시되었다. 이를 위해 전공과에 재학 중인 지적장애 학생 1명을 대상으로 구조화된 교실 환경에서 실험을 진행하였다. 실험은 행동 간 중다기초선설계를 사용하여 진행하였다. 독립변인은 자기점검 카드를 작성하는 자기점검, 자기평가, 자기강화를 포함한 자기관리 중재이며 자기점검 카드로 구체화하였다. 종속변인은 조립작업, 분류작업, 포장작업행동의 작업 생산성이었으며 1회기 동안 생산한 생산품 개수와 정품의 비율로 측정하였다. 중재의 투입은 조립작업행동, 분류작업행동, 포장작업행동의 순서로 투입되었으며, 이전 행동에서의 효과가 나타나고 반응이 안정되면 다음 행동에서 중재를 투입하였다. 중재기간 동안 모든 작업 행동에서 1회기 동안 총 생산품 개수가 증가하였고 정품의 비율도 향상되었다. 중재가 종료된 후에도 향상된 작업 생산성은 유지되거나 더 향상되었다. 이러한 연구 결과는 자기점검표 사용이 학생의 작업 생산성에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤음을 보여준다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of using self-monitoring checklist containing self-management intervention on work productivity. For this purpose a student with intellectual disability who placed in special schools’ majoring courses was selected as a participant, and the experiment was conducted in a structured classroom setting. For this study, a multiple probe design across settings was used to identify a potential functional relationship between independent and dependent variables. The independent variable of this study was the self-management intervention which was materialized as ‘Self-Monitoring card’ including self-monitoring, self-evaluation, and self-reinforcement. The dependent variable of this study was the student’s work productivity which was measured by the number of products and the ratio of products without error at one period. During the intervention student’s work productivity was improved in all working settings, and the improved work productivity was maintained or more improved after the intervention. The result from this study demonstrated that the self-monitoring checklist has a positive effects on student’s work productivity.

        이슬람 프로젝트 파이낸스에 관한 연구

        이슬람 프로젝트 파이낸스는 1990년대 후반부터 중동지역을 중심으로 빠르게 성장하고 있는 분야로 해당 지역에서의 대형 프랜트(→ 플랜트) 혹은 건설사업의 재원 조달과 운영자금으로 이용된다. 지금까지 우리나라는 이슬람 금융과 관련하여 이슬람 금융 방식을 통한 오일머니와 같은 외자유치에 역점을 두고 있다. 하지만 앞으로는 풍부한 이슬람권 자본을 중심으로 막대한 규모의 해외투자 수요가 발생하고 있기 때문에 이를 효율적으로 활용한다는 측면에서 자금유치에 못지않게 이슬람권 프로젝트 사업에 진출한 우리기업 뿐만 아니라 국내에서 수익성을 올리지 못하고 있는 국내 금융기관들이 이슬람 프로젝트 파이낸스를 적극적으로 활용해야 할 것이다. 이것은 이슬람 금융의 국내 도입이 제한된 현재 상황에서 이슬람 금융을 활용할 수 있는 차선책이기도 한다. 이슬람 프로젝트 파이낸스에서 건설단계에서의 자금 조달 및 건설 종료 후 운영단계에서의 자금조달에 유리한 금융기법이 다르기 때문에 일반적인 이슬람 금융기법의 원형이 단독으로 사용되기 보다는 일반적으로 이스티스나와 이자라, 와칼라와 이자라가 결합된 혼합형으로 이루어지는 경우가 많다. 이슬람 프로젝트 파이낸스 역시 전통적 프로젝트 파이낸스에서 위험요소 뿐만 아니라 샤리아 적합성이 요구되는 이슬람 금융을 사용하는데서 오는 특유의 위험요소가 있다. 이러한 특유의 위험요소를 배제하기 위해 이슬람 금융기관은 사전에 샤리아 적합 여부를 판단하는 샤리아 위원회를 구성하고 그로부터 승인받는 절차를 두고 있다. 그러나 샤리아위원회가 해당 국가별로 지위와 구성에서 차이점을 보이기 때문에 통일적인 샤리아 적합성을 판단하기 곤란한 경우가 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 이슬람 국가들은 국제적인 이슬람 금융기구를 만들어 샤리아 적합성에 관한 기준과 샤리아위원회 운영에 관한 지침을 내리고 있다. 이 논문은 국내 제조·건설업이 중동지역을 위시한 이슬람권에서 대규모 프로젝트 파이낸스를 활용하는 사업에 적극 참여하고 있다는 점, 국내 금융기관이 고부가가치의 해외 금융사업에 적극적으로 진출하려는 점, 국내 금융기관의 이슬람 프로젝트 파이낸스에 상대적으로 용이하게 참여할 수 있다는 점, 국내 금융기관이 이미 이슬람 프로젝트 사업에 참여하고 있는 국내 기업에 대한 신용정보를 보유하고 있기 때문에 이들 기업에 대한 신용관리가 용이하다는 점을 지적하면서 프로젝트 수주시 유리한 조건을 제시하기 위해서나 수주 후 필요 자금 확보 등을 위해서도 이슬람 프로젝트 파이낸스를 적극 연구하고 활용할 것을 주장하고 있다. As the recent global financial crisis and the consequential reduction in the use of conventional financing to fund large infrastructure development projects, Islamic project finance structure have been refocused its attention in worldwide. The common things in all Islamic finance structures is that no interest can be charged. The financier charges a mark-up or shares in the profits of the venture by entering into sales and purchase transactions, entering into leasing arrangements or participating in equity investments. The most common form of Islamic project finance structures is the procurement (Istisna) and forward lease (Ijarah) combination. Under the procurement agreement, a project company, as the procurer, agrees to procure assets on behalf of a special purpose company (SPC), as the purchaser, by a certain date. On delivery of the assets, their titles pass to the SPC. The project company, as lessee, and the SPC, as lessor, will also enter into a forward lease agreement to lease the assets on delivery. Under this agreement, the project company will lease the assets from the SPC in return for lease payments. Because there are different schools of Islamic jurisprudence and sharia committees in Islamic countries, even if within a country, they may construe certain precepts differently. To harmonize or solve this kind of interpretation conflict in the area of Islamic finance, the international Islamic financial bodies, such as AAOIFI, have been established and appointed their own Sharia committee for self-regulation.

        딥러닝 기반 활주로 균열 식별

        The purpose of this study is to provide a method for identifying runway cracks using deep learning for the efficient operation of air power in wartime and peacetime. The current identification method, which mainly depends on human eyes, requires a lot of time, money and manpower. In order to prevent the consumption of such resources, a drone was utilized to take runway images and cracks were identified from the images via deep learning. Data sets were generated through labeling of the images, and the deep learning model was applied to them to evaluate the learning accuracy. As a result of the verification of the trained model, runway cracks were identified, and also the location and size of the cracks were predicted and compared with the actual cracks. Through this research, it is expected to reduce the consumption of resources and increase the efficiency of air power operation by improving the accuracy and reliability of the identification of runway cracks in wartime and peacetime.

        In case of engine for construction machine which has low temperature combustion technology, it is possible to reduce a burden of catalytic system because low PM and NOx are emitting. But, it is difficult to meet Tier4F regulation without after-treatment system. So, we need to optimize the performacne of catalytic system installed in construction machine which has low temperature combustion technology.

        베이지안 네트워크를 이용한 인간의 피로도 추론

        In this paper, we introduce a probabilistic model based on Bayesian networks (BNs) for inferring human fatigue by integrating information from various visual cues and certain relevant contextual information. Visual parameters, typically characterizing the cognitive states of a person including parameters related to eyelid movement, gaze, head movement, and facial expression, serve as the sensory observations. But, an individual visual cue or contextual Information does not provide enough information to determine human fatigue. Therefore in this paper, a Bayesian network model was developed to fuse as many as possible contextual and visual cue information for monitoring human fatigue. At the experiment results, display the utility of the proposed BNs for predicting and modeling fatigue.

        Optimizing Hemocompatibility of Surfactant-Coated Silver Nanoparticles in Human Erythrocytes

        <P>Several recent biological science studies have been focused on nanotechnology and nanomaterials due to their potential use in biomedicine. Drug delivery systems are an example of biomedical applications utilizing nanoparticles. Silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) can be used for these drug delivery systems. However, the effects of cytotoxicity caused by AgNPs are not fully understood. Determining the optimal characteristics to facilitate the biocompatibility of AgNPs is an important subject for application. In the present study, human erythrocytes were used as an in vitro model to examine the size, dose, and coating surfactant-dependent cytotoxicity of AgNPs. Our results demonstrated that polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) was a more suitable surfactant than polyethylene glycol (PEG) for AgNPs capping. In addition, we determined the appropriate particular size and dosage of AgNPs to reduce human erythrocytes hemolysis. Membrane damages including hemolysis, potassium efflux, protein leakage, and alterations in cell shape and membrane fragility were minimized with 100-nm AgNP particles. This study provides novel insights into AgNPs cytotoxicity and a basis for utilizing AgNPs for diagnostic and therapeutic applications.</P>

        From evidence-based policy making to data-driven administration: proposing the data vs. value framework

        This study proposes a framework of data-driven administration built on both data and value dimensions and thereby suggests four possible types arising from cases (data-rich and value neutral, data-rich and value-controversial, data-poor and value-neutral, and data-poor and value-controversial). Using an exploratory case study approach, we discuss data-driven administration in the perspective of evidence-based policy-making. Following the tradition of evidence-based policy-making, the advancement of data analytics promotes data-driven administration to solve social problems and innovate government operations. We review relevant cases in Korea and then illustrates how the combinations of two dimensions make practices of data-driven administration successful or not. There is little study pointing out to be mindful of values embedded with social issues in certain domains, even when approached with data-driven administration. The framework of data-driven administration can be used for the better understanding of increasing data analytics practices in the public sector with guiding principles of data readiness and value controversy.

        The development of lab-on-a-chip technology based on microfluidics has been used from diagnostic test to drug screening in biomedical science. Lab-on-a-chip technology is also being expanded to the concept of an organ-on-a-chip with the development of cell biology and biocompatible material development. In addition, artificial intelligence (AI) has brought dramatic changes over the past few years in science, industry, defense, science and healthcare. AI-generated output is beginning to prove comparable or even superior to that of human experts. Lab-on-a-chip technology in specific microfluidic devices can overcome the above bottlenecks as a platform for building and implementing AI in a large-scale, cost-effective, high-throughput, automated and multiplexed manner. This platform, high-throughput imaging, becomes an important tool because it can generate high-content information which are too complex to analyze with conventional computational tools. In addition to the capabilities of a data provider, lab-on-a-chip technology can also be leveraged to enable AI developed for the accurate identification, characterization, classification and prediction of objects in heterogeneous samples. AI will provide quantitative and qualitative analysis results close to human in the urology field with lab-on-a-chip.

      • Optical Band Gap and Hall Transport Characteristics of Lanthanide-Ion-Modified DNA Crystals

        <P>Lanthanide-ion-modified DNA crystals are fabricated on quartz and silica substrates via surface-assisted growth, and the optical band gap and electrical Hall transport are measured at room temperature for these crystals. The optical band gap of these crystals shows an increasing behavior, and the second band onset showed the inverted V shape upon increasing the lanthanide ion concentration. At a particular concentration, each lanthanide ion into the DNA crystals exhibited low resistivity, low Hall mobility, high free carrier concentration, and a minimum magneto resistance. The experimental results show feasibility in controlling important physical parameters, such as the band gap energy and Hall parameters, by adjusting the concentration of the lanthanide ion.       • Energy Band Gap and Optical Transition of Metal Ion Modified Double Crossover DNA Lattices

        <P>We report on the energy band gap and optical transition of a series of divalent metal ion (Cu<SUP>2+</SUP>, Ni<SUP>2+</SUP>, Zn<SUP>2+</SUP>, and Co<SUP>2+</SUP>) modified DNA (M–DNA) double crossover (DX) lattices fabricated on fused silica by the substrate-assisted growth (SAG) method. We demonstrate how the degree of coverage of the DX lattices is influenced by the DX monomer concentration and also analyze the band gaps of the M–DNA lattices. The energy band gap of the M–DNA, between the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO) and the highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO), ranges from 4.67 to 4.98 eV as judged by optical transitions. Relative to the band gap of a pristine DNA molecule (4.69 eV), the band gap of the M–DNA lattices increases with metal ion doping up to a critical concentration and then decreases with further doping. Interestingly, except for the case of Ni<SUP>2+</SUP>, the onset of the second absorption band shifts to a lower energy until a critical concentration and then shifts to a higher energy with further increasing the metal ion concentration, which is consistent with the evolution of electrical transport characteristics.
