<P>Very thin microporous organic networks were formed on the surface of Fe<SUB>3</SUB>O<SUB>4</SUB> nanospheres by Sonogashira coupling of tetra(4-ethynylphenyl)methane and 1,4-diiodobenzene. The thickness was controlled by screening the number of building blocks. Through carbonization, Fe<SUB>3</SUB>O<SUB>4</SUB>@C composites were prepared. 지구성 운동이 중추신경제 세로토닌과 TH 발현에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of aerobic exercise training on serotonin and TH expression in CNS of rats. The 28 Sprague-Dawle rats of 200-300g were used and were divided into four groups: 1 week control group and 4 weeks control group which lead a sedentary life during the whole training period, and 1 week exercise group with 30 min treadmill training five times per a eek for 1 week and 4 weeks exercise group with 30 min exercise five times per week for four weeks. After treadmill training, each group was fixated with PFA and 40㎛ thickness slices was made by cryostat. To evaluate the effect of aerobic exercise on serotonin and TH(tyrosine hydroxylase) expression, immunohistochemistry technique was performed. The result of the study were as followed: 1. Serotonin expression of 1 week exercise group was significantly increased in dorsal raphe(P<.001). Serotonin expression of 4 weeks exercise group was significantly decreases in dorsal raphe(P<.001). 2. Serotonin expression of 1 week exercise group was significantly increased in raphe magnus(P<.001). Serotonin expression of 4 weeks exercise group was significantly increased in raphe magnus(P<.001). 3. TH expression of 1 week exercise group was significantly increased in substantia.
