Graf regulates hematopoiesis through GEEC endocytosis of EGFR

<P>GTPase regulator associated with focal adhesion kinase 1 (GRAF1) is an essential component of the GPI-enriched endocytic compartment (GEEC) endocytosis pathway. Mutations in the human GRAF1 gene are associated with acute myeloid leukemia, but its normal role in myeloid cell development remains unclear. We show that Graf, the Drosophila ortholog of GRAF1, is expressed and specifically localizes to GEEC endocytic membranes in macrophage-like plasmatocytes. We also find that loss of Graf impairs GEEC endocytosis, enhances EGFR signaling and induces a plasmatocyte overproliferation phenotype that requires the EGFR signaling cascade. Mechanistically, Graf-dependent GEEC endocytosis serves as a major route for EGFR internalization at high, but not low, doses of the predominant Drosophila EGFR ligand Spitz (Spi), and is indispensable for efficient EGFR degradation and signal attenuation. Finally, Graf interacts directly with EGFR in a receptor ubiquitylation-dependent manner, suggesting a mechanism by which Graf promotes GEEC endocytosis of EGFR at high Spi. Based on our findings, we propose a model in which Graf functions to downregulate EGFR signaling by facilitating Spi-induced receptor internalization through GEEC endocytosis, thereby restraining plasmatocyte proliferation.</P>

Trajectory prediction is one of the important technology for autonomous vehicles and robots. Recently, many learning-based trajectory prediction algorithms are released. Most approaches tend to use recurrent neural networks such as LSTM. Our approach is trajectory prediction using attention mechanisms. Our experiments show the attention mechanism outperforms RNN.

This study aims to investigate the effects of customer relationship management on the organizational commitment and the customer orientation. And the effects of customer orientation on the organizational commitment. Also, the practical analysis has been done by employees in the hotel firms located in Seoul to cross-check how to affect mediating effects of customer orientation on the relationship between customer relationship management and organizational commitment. The findings of study suggest that the customer relationship management make an influence on the customer orientation and organizational commitment. And the customer orientation make an influence on the organizational commitment. And also, the customer orientation affect mediating effects on the relationship between customer relationship management and organizational commitment. The ultimate results of this study bring up to set up the new strategy in ways on the customer relationship management practices focused on the customer orientation, organizational commitment in the organizational management of the hotel firms to preempt competitive advantage through sustainable growth. And the contributions and limitations of this research were discussed and the future possible researches were mentioned.
