<P>We propose a novel package topology integrating multilayer miniaturized antennas. Such a functional package is suitable for the design of a system-on-chip device, or of system-on-package applications. A stacked patch antenna is designed and integrated in a package using a low temperature co-fired ceramic process. The overall size of the package is 10.3times10.3times1.3 mm<SUP>3</SUP>, and this package contains an 8.3times8.3times0.7 mm<SUP>3</SUP> internal space for the integration of chip-scale packaged components. The package is mounted on a 20times20 mm<SUP>2</SUP> ground plane to miniaturize the volume of the system. The antenna is designed to have two neighboring resonant frequencies at 5.264 and 5.355 GHz, resulting in a 140 MHz impedance bandwidth. However, the measured resonant frequencies occur at slightly higher frequencies due to manufacturing tolerances. Radiation patterns are similar to a conventional patch antenna. In addition, various parasitic effects rooted in the package size, ground size, antenna height, SMA connector, via misalignment, and the number of via holes and their locations are fully investigated</P>
증례 : 알레르기 ; 만성 호산구성 폐렴의 임상양상을 동반한 급성 호산구성 폐렴 1예

본 증례를 통하여 급성 호산구성 폐렴은 아토피질환 존재등의 만성 호산구성 폐렴의 임상양상을 일부 동반할 수 있으며, 만성 호산구성 폐렴과의 감별이 어려운 경우 기관지폐 포세척술을 시행하여 세척액내 호산구뿐만 아니라 림프구 및 호중구의 증가 소견을 증명하면 급성 호산구성 폐렴의 진단에 도움이 될 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. Acute eosinophilic pneumonia (AEP) represents a clinical entity distinct from chronic eosinophilic pneumonia (CEP). In contrast with CEP, AEP is characterized by duration of symptoms less than 5 days, hypoxemic respiratory failure, no blood eosinophilia at presentation, no atopic background or history of asthma, and no recurrence. However, we report a case of AEP with some features of CEP. A 33-year-old man presented with respiratory symptoms for 4 days. He was diagnosed with AEP based on hypoxemic respiratory failure, diffuse alveolar-interstitial chest X-ray infiltrates, and eosinophilia, lymphocytosis and neutrophilia from bronchoalveolar lavages. However, he had two atopic diseases, asthma and atopic dermatitis. In addition, he presented with blood eosinophilia, which are all features of CEP. Thus, there might be some overlap of clinical features between AEP and CEP. The presence of increased lymphocytes and neutrophils in the bronchoalveolar lavage can be an important finding to help distinguish between AEP versus CEP in difficult cases. The effect of load, sliding speed and particle on friction and wear behaviors of side plate materials of FRP ship, which were composed of glass fiber and unsaturated polyester resin(GF/PE composites), were investigated. Friction coefficients of GF/PE composites were increased as sliding speed increase in the wear test. The particle has a significant effect on the friction coefficient under low load, whereas it had no effect on the coefficient when load was high. It could be verified by SEM photograph of fracture surface that major failure mechanisms were microfracture, deformation of resin cutting and cracking.

This study was to investigated the effect of replacement ratio of limestone powder and water-cement ratio on the resistance to sulfate attack of mortar incorporating limestone powder as fine aggregate as fundamental study to use limestone powder as an addition for concrete. In order to compare with limestone powder, sulfate resistance cement(Type V) and silica fume was also tested. As a results, the procedure using limestone powder as fine aggregate showed the considerable increase of the strength and resistance to sulfate attack of concrete. Furthermore, it was recognized that the procedure using limestone powder as fine aggregate were effective materials as an addition for concrete in view of the improvement of strength and resistance to sulfate attack.
