This paper presents a built-in current sensor(BICS) that detects defects in CMOS integrated circuits using the current testing technique. This circuit employs a cross-coupled connected PMOS transistors, it is used as a current comparator. The proposed circuit has a negligible impact on the performance of the circuit under test (CUT) and high speed detection time. In addition, in the operation of the normal mode, the BlCS does not have dissipation of extra power, and it can be applied to the deep submicron process. The validity and effectiveness are verified through the HSPICE simulation on circuits with defects. The area overhead of a BlCS versus the entire chip is about 9.2%. The chip was fabricated with Hynix $0.35{\mu}m$ 2-poly 4-metal N-well CMOS standard technology. 본 논문에서는 전류 테스팅을 이용하여 CMOS 집적회로에 존재하는 결함을 검출하는 내장형 전류 감지회로를 설계하였다. 이 회로는 일반적인 CMOS 공정으로 구현하였으며 결함전류와 기준전류를 전압으로 변환시켜 시험대상 회로의 결함을 고속으로 검출하며, 미세공정에도 적용가능한 회로이다 제안한 전류 감지회로는 전류원 내장으로 인한 추가적인 전력소모를 문제를 해결하였다. 제안한 회로의 정당성 및 효율성은 HSPICE를 이용한 시뮬레이션으로 그 타당성을 입증하였다. 제안한 전류 감지회로가 칩의 전체 면적에서 차지하는 면적소모는 시험대상회로에서 약 9.2%로, 내장형 전류 감지회로에 의한 면적소모는 무시할 만 하다. 제안한 회로는 Hynix O.35um 2-poly 4-metal N-Well 표준 CMOS 공정으로 제작하였다.

The aims of this study are to develop and apply a Nature Game program for the ecological experience learning in Jeju Gotjawal forest and analyze the environmental sensitivity change of the students. The results obtained in 4th graders of A elementary school of Seogwipo-city are as follows: It was found that attention, susceptibility and practice will of environment protection for forest environment of the experimental class were significantly higher than those of the comparison class. And it was found that interest and curiosity into forest environment were also elevated in the results of the qualitative evaluation, suggesting that we could get the effect of developed Nature Game program on ecological experience learning. If various ecological experience learning programs considering the regional-specific characteristics are developed to cause students' interest and curiosity, students would come to participate in the protection activity of environment aggressively a little more.
비주얼 씽킹을 활용한‘우리 몸의 구조와 기능’수업이 초등학생의 자기주도학습, 창의적 문제해결력 및 과학적 태도에 미치는 효과

This study developed a ‘structure and function of our body’ program using visual thinking and applied it to analyze the effect on elementary school students’ selfdirected learning skills, creative problem solving ability and scientific attitude. The results of the program using visual thinking to sixth-grade students are as follows. First, the ‘structure and function of our body’ program using visual thinking is effective in improving the sixth graders’ selfdirected learning skills. In the sub-elements, the experimental group was significantly improved in intrinsic motivation, openness, and autonomy. We inferred that the intrinsic motivation has increased because they worked on learning in an acceptable atmosphere by organizing the contents the topic through drawing activities. In the process of sharing each other's drawing outcomes, they acknowledged each other's opinions and openly accepted others' opinions. And autonomy was improved in the process of learners planning and organizing their own learning. Second, there was no significant difference in understanding, diffusion, criticism, and motivation in the sub-elements, although it had a significant impact on improving the total score of their creative problem solving ability. Third, the program had a significant impact on improving scientific attitude. Cooperation increased in the process of communicating and discussing what they organized on their own. Therefore, the program using visual thinking learning strategies demonstrates that the approach might be effective in improving elementary school students' self-directed learning skills, creative problem solving ability, and scientific attitude.

Aircraft pylon connects the engine or external stores to the main wing, and transfers the load acting on the pylon to the main structure of the aircraft. In particular, it should perform the function of separating the external store mounted on the pylon in case of emergency or mission performance. At this time, if the separation of the external store is not performed properly due to peripheral air flow or functional problems during the separation process of the external store, it may seriously impact the survivability of the aircraft. For this reason, to apply an external attachment to an aircraft, it is necessary to prove the stability of the external attachment in the separation situation in advance. In this paper, we present the result of the ground separation test performed to confirm that the external fuel tank, which is an external attachment, can be safely separated from the pylon. As a result of the test, the separation movement of the external fuel tank was measured with a high-speed camera, and the stability of the separation of the external fuel tank from the pylon were confirmed through the ground separation test. Additionally, the test result provides basic data for the stability evaluation of the separation of external attachments in actual aircraft.
