        輻射난방공간의 熱環境 特性에 따른 老人의 主觀的 反應評價에 關한 硏究

        This study aims to present the basic data for the establishment of indoor optimal thermal environment in housing for the aged by through field and subject response survey and experiment in model living room. As the first pace of study, the thermal-environment factors were defined by the measurement of physical thermal environment element (dry bulb temperature, radiative temperature, relative humidity, and air velocity) and the environmental needs of the residents was investigated through the questionary survey of the response to thermal environment in welfare facility with radiation heating for the aged in Teagu during winter in 2001. As a result of it, a model living room was designed and structured as a actual domestic room. Physical thermal-environment factors and environmental needs of the occupants in radiative heating space were examined thoroughly by measuring physical thermal environment element and investigating subjective response according to varied condition. The result of study can be summarized as follows; The value of the floor temperature in model living room was 30~34℃ according to temperature control of a constant temperature water tank. In particular, the value of the floor temperature was 33~34℃ and air temperature was 27~28℃ when the constant temperature water tank was 70~80℃. At this point, the value(38~42%) of indoor relative humidity was in the standard(37~48%) of relative humidity comfort. And also, occupants felt somewhat warm at the body on the whole as well as at the lower part of the body. However, the response of occupants was uncomfortable comparatively at the upper part of the body. The reason of that was seemed to be lack of ventilation and stifling atmosphere of the spot.

        汗出의 病因病機에 對한 文獻的 小考

        땀이란 人體內에서 體溫을 調節하고 老廢物을 排泄하는 등의 중요한 生理作用을 한다고 알려져있다. 韓醫學에서는 津液의 一種이라하여 汗出에 대한 警覺心을 强調하기도 하였으며 發汗法에 대한 重要性과 이것으로 因한 後遺症을 警告하기도 하였다. 이에 筆者는 正常的인 新陳代謝로서의 땀이 生理機能失調로 인한 非正常的인 땀이나 汗蒸 혹 찜질방 등의 人爲的인 發汗으로 인한 땀과는 本質的으로 差異點이 있을 것으로 思料되어 땀에 대한 여러 가지 文獻을 整理하여 발표하고자 한다. It is known sweat plays important roles in temperature regulation and secretion as phtsical action. In oriental medicine, it is regarded as a kind of dody fluids, and the importance and the side effects of excessive eprspiration were emphasized. The objective of this study is to investigate literature and introduce the results because there will be the difference between the usual sweat for metastasis and the extraordinary sweats by failure of physical funciton, sauna and other artificial perspiration. The results of this study are summarized as follows: 1. Swteat is a kind of body fluid and the sweat for physical is considered to be made up of water component and made by the weakness of defensive energy of lung. 2. The function of activity of gi by triple heater brings about the thin and clear fluid and the fluid is made by the opening and closing function of defensive energy. 3. The disorder of opening and closing function comes about sponataneous perspiration and night sweats, spontaneous perspiration is divided into disharmony between Ying and Wei, insufficiency of both the spleen and the lung of gi and so on, and night sweats is divided into deficiency of the heart blood and deficiency of Yin brings about interior heat-syndrome. 4. Swear is named variously. 1) By the time and feeling : spontaneous perspiration, night sweats. 2) By the perts of body : perspiration on the forehead, chest, nose, groin, hand and foot and so forth. 3) By the color : yellow, red, green sweat. 4) By the condition : perspiration after shivering, hot and cold sweats and so on.

        Thermal expension of the ball screw in semi-closed loop type CNC lathe directly introduced positioning errors along the travel axis In this paper the thermal displacement of the ball screw is estimated by using macro variables. The estimated displacementes of the ball screw are given to the NC in the form of pitch error compensation data into time interval.The thermal behaviour of the ball screw of the CNC lathe under the constant driving conditions was measured to examine the effectiveness of this compensation method. The results showed that thermal displacements of the ball screw were the positioning accuracy could be maintained to better than 6μm which using this compensation.

      • 레이저 인터페로메타를 이용한 드릴링 머신의 틸팅에 관한 연구

        This paper describes tilt angle measurement method. This method measures tilt angle of drilling machine using laser interferometer with simple sliding linear bearing. Measurement method is next orders. First, measurement position is considered pointed contact of two probes. And revolution of drill axis deliver pointed contact of probe. Second, so laser interferometer attach on sliding linear bearing, moving of probe influence laser reflector. And laser program displays this vibration of laser reflector. Namely, this vibration is tilt factor. A lot of error factor have an effect on accuracy to measurement of linear, angular, and so on. But this paper ignores some error factor, because these error festor is very smaller than tilt angle factor which we had been measuring values.

      • 초경 드릴의 절삭 성능에 관한 실험적 평가 연구

        Among the cutting process, recently hole processing in one of extensive using. This study, we made use of the 3 point edge drill. Regarding the cutting efficiency, we investigated the shape of cutting hole and studied cutting hole, a slope of center shaft, roundness and surface roughness. By using carbide 3 point cutting edge, compare with 2 cutting edge, it is possible that high precision drill processing and near the hole, at extremely limited area, quantity of magnification is a little big. After 15m cutting distance, a gradient of center shaft values was fixed 22㎛. It is necessary that a sufficient consideration concerned with jig intensity of workpiece, cutting conditions etc.

      • 초경 Step Drill의 절삭성에 관한 연구

        Cuttingability of carbide step drill is highly progressing the step drill with more then twice diameter rate is so difficult in regrinding and very easy to damage during machining. As the machining of step drill for blind hole is occur to breakage at small diameter position, so it is very difficult to machining. In this experiments, we investigate roundness and surface roughness by machining distance and were identified that the first distance, 5∼10m, was fine with 7㎛ but the around of 15m was happened so much alternation. And we were identified that after 20m was happend stable machining. The surface roughness was happened the same conditions. So application of step drill, we think that the selection of cutting conditions need lots consideration and the study of step drill's diameter ratio is carried out.

      • Drill가공에 있어서 ADI재료의 절삭성에 관한 연구

        The drilling tests were performed on austempered ductile cast irons(ADI) with 2∼3% silicon to clarify the factors influencing the driling characteristics of ADI material. The machinability of each material was evaluated using high speed steel drills of 4mm diameter. The ductile cast iron materials were austenized at 900℃ for 1 hour and then held at 375℃ for 2 hours. Austempered ductile cast iron containsa great deal of retained austenite which contributes to an improvement of impact strength. The machinability of ADI depends on Si components and machinability of workpice has been proved better 3% Si material with high Si components than 2% and 2.5% Si material. It was found that the tool life was a great affected by the feed rate and as feed rate increses, tool life gradually decreased.

        치주인대세포 배양에서 estrogen이 growth hormone receptor의 발현유도에 미치는 영향

        본 실험은 사람의 치주인대세포에서 에스트로겐과 growth hormone(GH)이 상호 어떠한 작용을 하는지를 규명하는 것이 목적이다. 교정치료를 받고자 내원한 환자중에서 건강한 20대 여자환자들의 상하악 제1소구치를 발거하여, 치근의 중간 1/3부위에서 긁어모은 치주인대 조직을 배양하여 치주인대세포를 얻었다. 사람의 치주인대세포의 분열증식에 대한 17β-estradiol과 hGH의 효과를 평가하고, 치주인대세포에 17β-estradiol을 전처리한 후 치주인대세포의 분열증식에 미치는 hGH의 효과 변화를 평가하였으며, 치주인대세포에 17β-estradiol을 전처리 하였을 경우 치주인대세포에서 hGH receptor의 발현 양상의 변화를 평가하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1.17β-estradiol이나 human growth hormone의 단독처리는 사람의 치주인대세포의 분열증식에 큰 영향을 주지 않는다. 2.17β-estradiol 10-12M로 전처리한 후 hGH를 투여한 경우 hGH의 농도에 관계없이 사람의 치주인대세포의 분열증식을 증가시킨다. 3.사람의 치주인대세포에는 hGH receptor가 없으나, 17β-estradiol 10-12M로 6시간 이상 처리하면 hGH receptor가 발현된다. 4.hGH이 사람의 치주인대세포의 분열증식에 미치는 효과는 hGH receptor의 발현과 관련이 있으며, 17β-estradiol의 전처리가 치주인대세포에서의 hGH receptor의 발현에 기여함으로써 hGH이 치주인대세포에 작용할 수 있도록 해준다. The present studies were performed to investigate the interaction of 17β -estradiol and human growth hormone(hGH) on the proliferation of human periodontal ligament(hPDL) cell. The independent effects of 17β-estradiol and hGH on hPDL cell proliferation were investigated and the effects of hGH on hPDL cell proliferation after 17β-estradiol pre-treatment were also investigated. Lastly, the change of hGH receptor expression in hPDL cell after 17β-estradiol pre-treatment were investigated. The obtained results were as follows; 1.The treatment of 17β-estradiol or hGH had no significant effects on hPDL cell proliferation. 2.After pre-treatment of 17β-estradiol, hGH stimulated the proliferation of the hPDL cell, regardless of hHG concentration. 3.Although there was not hGH receptor in the hPDL cell, hGH receptors were expressed in hPDL cell after more than 6 hours pre-treatment of 17β-estradiol. 4.The effect of hGH on hPDL cell proliferation was related to the hGH receptor expression. 17β -estradiol pre-treatment contributed to the hGH effects on the hPDL cell by stimulating hGHR expression.
