활성탄의 급여가 젖소 송아지의 성장 및 배설물의 Ammonia 함량에 미치는 영향

This study was carried out to investigate the influences of feed containing activated charcoal on the performances of calves The daily weight gain, feed intake, feed requirement and the content of ammonia in the excreta were measured. The experiment was conducted with 10 male calves for 30 days. Each were equally divided with treatment group and control group and for the treatment group's animal fed diets containing 1.0% activated charcoal. The daily weight gain of calves were decreased by 1.92% when they were fed activated charcoal(1.02㎏/day) compared to that of control calves(1.04㎏/day) and the daily feed intake of treatment group(2.86㎏/day) was 10.06% lower comparing to the control group(3.18㎏/day). In case of feed requirement, the result showed 8.2% lower in the treatment group(2.80㎏) than control group(3.06㎏). The content of ammonia in excreta was significantly lower for treatment group(0.33ppm) than control group (2.67ppm)(p<0.05), which showed more improvement for reducing ammonia content in the treatment group with 87.6%(p<0.05). 본 연구는 사료에 활성탄을 첨가했을 때 송아지의 일당 증체량, 사료 섭취량, 사료 요구율 및 배설물의 ammonia 함량에 미치는 영향을 규명하기위해 실시하였다. 홀스타인 수송아지 10두를 30일 동안 대조구, 시험구(활성탄 1%첨가)로 각5두 공시하여 시험하였으며, 실험 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 송아지의 일당 증체량은 대조구(1.04kg/일)에 비하여 활성탄을 급여했을 때(l.02kg/일) 1.92% 감소하였고, 일당 사료 섭취량은 시험구(2.86kg/일)가 대조구(3.18kg/일)에 비해서 10.06% 낮았으나, 사료 요구율은 대조구(3.06kg/kg증체)에 비해 시험구(2.80kg/kg증체)에서 8.2% 낮은 결과를 나타내었다. 송아지 배설물의 ammonia 함량은 대조구의 2.67ppm에 비하여 시험구가 0.33ppm으로 87.6% 감소되는 개선효과를 보였다(p<0.05).
쇼트피닝가공한 평기어의 최적 피닝강도 탐색에 관한 연구

The shot peening process is often used to improve fatigue properties of metal parts. Among them, It is the most use in an auto-component. In order to achieve optimum, repeatable and reliable fatigue enhancement from the shot peening process, the important shot peening parameters must be controlled. In this paper, the optimum peening intensity (Almen intensity) condition is investigated by experiment..The Spur Gear steel was used to investigate shot peening effects. The fatigue life at σ_(a)=1,050 and σ_(a)=1,250MPa first gently increases, then drops gently as peening intensity increases compared with unpeened specimen. Experimental results show that the optimum peening intensity range is 0.391~0.434mmA..So the fatigue strength and fatigue life have been tremendously increased by optimum-peening treatment. However, the fatigue strength and fatigue life have been decreased by over peeing.
전류밀도 향상을 위한 금속 산화물 피막 제조에 관한 연구

구조물의 부식을 저감시키기 위한 재료로 사용되려면 전기 전도성이 좋아야 하며, 여러 산업환경에 적용될 수 있도록 내식성이 뛰어나야한다. 이리 듐-루테늄 산화물 피막은 이러한 성질을 만족시키는 물질로, 이들 산화물 피막 의 성질은 대개 양극 제조 공정에 의해 크게 좌우되므로 본 연구에서는 전류 밀도 향상을 위한 제조 공정을 최적화하고자 하였다. Dip-coating법으로 전도성 코팅층인 이리듐-루테늄 산화물 피막을 기지금속인 티타늄 위에 피복 시키는데, 이 코팅층의 내식성 향상을 위해서 다구치 방법을 도입하여 최적 공정 조건을 구하였다. 이때 사용된 변수는 전처리 방법, 열처리 온도, 열처리시 주입 가스량, 열처리 시간으로 이들 변수를 3가지로 변화시켜 실험하였다. 실험결과 이리듐-루테늄 산화물 피막 제조시 기판위에 티타늄산화물 중간층을 plasma spray법으로 제조하고, 열처리 온도 450℃, 주입가스량 3sccm, 열처리시간을 120분으로 하였을 때 방식전류밀도가 가장 우수한 코팅층(활성화 코팅층)을 얻었다.

The postoperative maxillary cyst develops as a delayed complication after surgical intervention or Caldwell-Luc operation in the maxillary sinus and was also reported that it could occur after Le Fort I osteotomy. This is also called as surgical cliated cyst because of its lining epithelium is usually lined by a pseudo-stratfied ciliated columnar epithelium. This report represents a case of postoperative maxillary cyst which developed within the anterior of maxilla and in association with nasal mucosa 6 years after a Le Fort I osteotomy. In 1989, 26-year-old male complained of his mandibular prognathism and underwent orthogmathic surgery, Le Fort I osteotomy, bilateral sagittal split ramus osteotomy, partial glossectomy.

The pseudo-plant contains a model whose order is determined by the controller order. The given plant is identified by a higher order identifier, and then reduced to the controller order by means of the singular perturbation concept. The plant, the chosen model, and a filter constitute the pseudo-plant. For the implementation of the adaptive controller, a design guideline of the filter is proposed. As the plant model is chosen by a reliable procedure, choosing the filter to have the same frequency characteristics of the chosen model might be a good policy. Simulation results show the effectiveness fo proposed method.

The effects of shot peening on the fatigue strength of SK-5M steel is investigated by experiment. The shot peening process is investigated optimum peening condition by changing impeller speed and exposure time. Bending fatigue test is accomplished to investigate the effect of optimum peening condition on the fatigue characteristics. As exposure time is increased, fatigue life in high stress is increased in early stage, become the maximum from 60 to 100 seconds, and then is decreased. Observing fracture surface through SEM after fatigue test, we can see clear configuration of cracks and peening layer.

This study was carried out to count of the number of lactic acid bacteria and bifido bacteria in commercial yogurts during transportation. Yogurts were collected from supermarkets in Suwon area and were stored at 10℃. Titratable acidity, pH, bifidobacteria count, and lactic acid bacteria count of commercial yoghurts. Titratable acidity was slowly increased from 0.8% to 1.2% and pH decreased from 3.88 to 4.5 at 10℃ during 12 days. Total range of lactic acid bacteria of the yogurts were 10^8-10^9 cfu/ml. For the bifidobacteria, some samples of B, N, P, S indicated 103.8-106 cfu/ml and products H, M, Y showed 10^7.8-10^8.8 cfu/ml during storage for 10 days. The number of lactic acid bacteria in all the sample products were contained over than 10^7 cfu/ml with regal level during transportation.
