        반도체 제조 공정의 진단 및 고장 예측 시스템을 개발하기 위해 PCA(Principal Component Analysis) 기법을 적용하여 데이터 분석을 하고자 하며, 이에 대한 이론적인 연구와 연구 수행 절차를 구체적으로 정립하였다. 비츄얼 C++에서 MATLAB과 PLS_Toolbox 등을 연동하여 직관적으로 시각적이며 사용자가 효율적으로 공정 현장에 적용할 수 있는 시스템을 개발하고자 한다. 지금까지 PCA와 관련된 다양한 문헌 조사를 수행하였고, 이론적인 연구를 하였다. 비쥬얼 C++ 프로그램에서 MATLAB과 PLS_Toolbox 등을 연동하기 위해 필요한 환경 설정 등을 완료하였으며, 초기 단계의 간단한 모습들을 개발하였다. 다음 단계의 모듈들은 좀 더 빠른 시간에 개발할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 이를 공정 현장에서 수집한 다양한 데이터에 적용하여 그 결과를 피드백하여 시스템을 수정하고 보완하고자 하며, 마지막으로 현장에 적용하고자 한다.

        연 폭로가 남성호르몬에 미치는 영향

        목 적 : 본 연구는 직업성 연 폭로근로자에서 연폭로가 남성 생식기계 독성중 성호르몬에 미치는 영향과 그 정도를 평가하고자 시도되었다.방 법 1998년 하반기에 실시한 일반, 특수건강진단자중 경기도 지역 직업성 연 폭로 근로자 33명과 과거 직업력에서 연 폭로가 없었던 사무직 근로자 33명을 연구대상으로 선정하였다. 연의 생물학적지표로는 혈색소, ZPP, 혈중 연, 및 요중 연을 이용하였으며, 성호르몬으로는 LH, FSH, testos-terone, SHBG 및 FTI를 이용하였다. 연 폭로 지표와 성호르몬과의 상관관계를 조사하였다. 결 과 : 연의 생물학적 지표중 혈색소는 폭로군에서 대조군보다 유의하게 낮았으며, ZPP, 혈중 연및 요중 연등은 폭로군에서 대조군보다 유의하게 높았다. 성호르몬에서 FSH, testosterone, SHBG및 FTI는 모두 폭로군에서 대조군보다 낮았으나 통계적 유의성은 없었다. 폭로군의 성호르몬중에서 연령은 FSH 및 FTI, ZPP는 FSH, 혈중 연은testosterone과 유의한 상관관계가 있었다. 대조군에서 연령은 FSH, testosterone, SHBG 및 FTI와 흡연량은 FSH와 유의한 상관관계가 있었다. 연령군별 폭로군과 대조군의 성호르몬 비교에서 30-39세군의 FTI에서 폭로군이 대조군보다 유의하게 낮았으며 그 밖의 호르몬에서는 모두 유의한 차이가 없었다. 결 론 : 연 폭로군의 FSH, Testosterone, SHBG 및 FTI가 대조군에 비교하여 낮았으나 통계적 유의성은 없었다. 그러나 폭로군에서 연의 생물학적 지표와 일부 성호르몬간에 유의한 상관관계를보였으며 이는 본 연구 대상 근로자의 연 폭로 수준이 일부 성호르몬에 영향이 있음을 보여주는 것으로 판단된다. 향후 이에 대한 지속적인 연구가 진행되어 야 할 것이다. Objectives : This study was performed to evaluate the relationship between biological markers of lead exposure and level of sex. hormones in men occupationally exposed to lead. Methods : In this study, 33 male workers who employed at smelting and battery factories were compared with 33 male workers who were not exposed to lead. As biological markers of lead exposure, hemoglobin, ZPP, blood lead and urine lead were measured. As sex hormones, FSH, LH, testosterone, SHBG and FTI were determined. Results : Hemoglobin level was significantly lower in exposed than in nonexposed group. Level of ZPP, blood lead, and urine lead were significantly higher in exposed than in nonexposed group. There was a trend that level of FSH, testosterone, SHBG, and FTI was lower in exposed than in nonexposed group respectively, but there were no statistical significance. In exposed group, FSH level was correlated with age, ZPP, and blood lead; testosterone level was correlated with hemoglobin, blood lead, urine lead, and SHBG ; and FTI level was correlated with age. Conclusions : Level of some sex hormones were lower in exposed than in nonexposed group but there were no statistical significance between the exposed and the nonexposed group. But level of sex hormones were correlated with several biological markers of lead in exposed group. It suggests that occupational lead exposure might affect sex hormones.

        After spermatogenesis, spermatozoa come in contact with fluids in the epididymis where they mature. During ejaculation, spermatozoa are mixed with secretions from prostate gland, vesicular glands, and bulbourethral glands. During natural mating, seminal plasma is deposited in the female reproductive tract eliciting various physiological and immunological responses. With the advances in proteomics, the components of seminal plasma have been identified and the information may be valuable in identifying markers for fertility. Components of seminal plasma that affect fertility have been discovered and the mechanism of action of these factors has been determined. The objective of this study was to determine the specific seminal plasma proteins from Korean native cattle, Hanwoo, and Korean native brindle cattle (KNBC) with the long term goal of improving fertilization rate. After SDS-PAGE and 2-dimensional gel electrophoresis, proteins were identified by Q -ToF analysis. They include plasma serine protease inhibitor precursor and platelet-activating factor acetylhydrolase after SDS-PAGE. Number and density of the spots in 2-dimensional gels were higher in KNBC than Hanwoo. Proteins identified from the paired spots of both breeds include chain A, bull seminal plasma PDC-109 Fibronectin Type II module, BSP-30 kDa precursor, and Spermadhesin Z13 or its precursor. Interestingly, some proteins were identified from multiple spots. The functional differences of these diverse forms of the proteins may require further studies. With their previously reported roles in sperm capacitation by these proteins, the studies on the mechanism of action, ligand interaction and the variation in the genome may help improving fertility in cattle.

        골프연습장 최고경영자의 시장지향성이 성장성에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 골프연습장 기업의 시장지향성 전략수립과 방향 제시로 인한 경영성과 향상을 목적으로 수행 하였다. 최고경영자가 시장지향성을 강조하는 성향과 모험적인 성향에 따라 골프연습장의 시장지향성 실행과 확산에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 또한, 골프연습장 기업의 시장지향성인 정보창출, 정보 확산, 정보반응이 높은 성장성을 창출하는데 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 조사 하였다. 연구에 참여한 대상기업은 전국의 골프연습장으로 1개의 골프연습장에 1부씩 200부의 설문지를 배포하고 148부를 회수하여 통계처리에 이용하였다. 연구대상 측정도구의 신뢰도와 타당도 검사를 하였고, 변인 간의 상관관계와 영향력을 알아보고자 상관관계분석과 회귀분석을 하였다. 연구모형에서는 선행변수, 독립변수, 종속변수의 구조로 되어 있어, 선행변수는 최고경영자의 특성 즉 시장지향성의 강조성향과 모험성향요소로 하였고, 독립변수인 시장지향성은 정보창출, 정보 확산, 정보반응 요소로, 종속변수는 경영성과 즉, 성장성으로 하였다. 최고경영자 특성과 시장지향성 관계, 시장지향성과 경영성과 관계의 가설을 수집된 자료를 토대로 분석한 결과는 다음과 같이 요약된다. 첫째, 골프연습장 기업의 최고경영자의 특성은 조직 내에 시장지향성의 강조성향과 함께 혁신적이며 진취적인 모험성향 모두가 시장지향성의 정보창출, 정보반응에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 최고경영자의 특성에 영향을 받는 시장지향성이 높은 골프연습장이 매출액이 증가하는 높은 성장성을 나타냈다. This study aimed at promoting management performance through market-oriented strategy and policy for indoor golf practice ranger business. It was researched that how CEO`s tendency of emphasizing market-orientation and risk-taking had influenced implication and expansion of indoor golf practice ranger business. Also research was followed by the issue how market-oriented information production, information dissemination and information response of golf training ranger had resulted in high developmental output. In the research model, it has the structure of antecedent variable, independent variable and subordinate variable that the antecedent variable has the characteristics of CEO, namely, the emphasizing tendency and risk tendency element of market-orientation. Market-orientation, the independent variable, is the information generating, information expanding and information reacting element. The subordinate variable is made up in the management outcome, namely, the growth. The following is the summary of the result analyzed on the basis of data collected with the relationship of CEO characteristics with market-orientation and the relationship of market-orientation and management result. First, the characteristics of CEO for golf-range company is innovative with the market-orientation emphasizing tendency in the organization along with the progressive risk tendency with the influence of positive (+) with the information generation and information reaction of the market-orientation. Second, the research showed that highly market-oriented indoor golf practice ranger business under influence of CEO`s characteristics had highly achieved revenue increase.

        Effects of Heating Temperature and Time on the Physical Properties of Heat-Treated Wood

        This study was performed to investigate the effects of heat treatment on the physical properties of two species of wood under different heating conditions including at 180℃ for 12 h and 24h, and at 210℃ for 3h and 6h. Heat treatment tests for Pinus densiflora and Larix kaempferi were performed in order to assess the effects on the properties of dimension, weight, density loss, and water absorption. The results showed heat treatment caused significant changes in physical properties such as the dimension, weight, density loss and amount of water absorption. The dimension, weight and density of wood after heat treatment decreased as the heating temperature and time were increased. The amount of water absorption was lower in heat-treated wood than that in solid wood until 48hours. However, the water absorption of heat-treated wood was higher in heat-treated wood than that in solid wood at 96hours. The amount of water absorption of solid Pinus densiflora was higher than that of solid Larix kaempferi.
