성역할 정체감이 스포츠참여 행동과 스포츠 종목 선호에 미치는 영향: 남성성의 조절 효과를 중심으로

송송미 ( Song Song Mi ),양홍위 ( Yang Hong Wei ),임금정 ( Lim Geum Jeong ),임충훈 ( Lim Choong Hoon ) 한국체육학회 2021 한국체육학회지 Vol.60 No.1

This study focuses on how the perceived gender-role of individuals affects sport participation. Specifically, how the components of the Theory of Planned Behavior interact with the masculinity to influence sport participation intentions. Further, we examine the sport type preference(i.e., combative, stylistic and mechanized) according to the classification of the perceived gender-role(i.e., masculine, feminine, androgynous, and undifferentiated). This study utilized a total of 268 samples in the final analysis after removing the insincere responses. The questionnaire included the Bem Sex-Role Inventory, attitudes, subjective norms, behavioral control, sport participation intention, and the preferred types of sport. The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences on sport participation intention between men and women. Multiple regression results pertaining to the Theory of Planned Behavior indicated that attitude, subjective norms, behavior control had a significant effect on sport participation. Also, masculinity moderated the relationship between the independent variable of attitude and sport participation intention. In addition, groups categorized as feminine(25.6%) and undifferentiated(36%) preferred stylistic sports, masculine to mechanized sports(25.3%), and adrogynous to combative sports(39.6%). According to the results of this study, it is meaningful that applying ‘masculine’ as an additional variable to Theory of Planned Behavior increases power to prediction of sport participation behavior.

The Effect on Color Modification of Sport Brand Logo for Purchase Intention according to Brand Familiarity

        Yang, Hong-Wei(양홍위),Ock, Deok-Kyung(옥덕경),Song, Song-Mi(송송미),Lim, Choong-Hoon(임충훈) 한국체육과학회 2020 한국체육과학회지 Vol.29 No.6

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of color modification on sport brand logo in the aspects of four attributes of color (i.e., identifiability, association, symbolism, and attractiveness). Also, we analyze the effect of color modification on sport brand logo as a function of the level of brand familiarity and gender. A total of 600 participant’s data was used in this study that adopted a repeated-measures experimental design in which subjects were randomly assigned to one of four experimental conditions. When representative color is modified to opposite color from the original brand color for the familiar sport brand, the attributes of color (i.e., identifiability, association, symbolism, attractiveness) and purchase intention were decreased. With regard to the low familiarity brand, color attributes and purchase intention had significantly increased under the color modified condition. In addition, a significant interaction effect between purchase intention and gender was found only in the high familiarity brand group. Compared to women’s purchase intentions, men’s purchase intentions decreased to a greater degree, when the level of familiarity is high. The findings of the current study add to the understanding of the effects of color marketing on consumers’ perceptions of a sport brand and on subsequent purchase intentions. Also, the results indicated that the effects of color marketing were dependent on brand familiarity and the effects varied according to gender.

Altered mRNA Levels of MOV10, A3G, and IFN-α in Patients with Chronic Hepatitis B

        Zhi-Wei Song,Yan-Xiu Ma,Li-Juan Fu,Bao-qing Fu,Xu Teng,Si-Jia Chen,Wei-Zhen Xu,Hong-Xi Gu 한국미생물학회 2014 The journal of microbiology Vol.52 No.6

To explore the relationship of the MOV10, A3G, and IFN-αmRNA levels with chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection,Blood samples from 96 patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB) and 21 healthy individuals as control were collected. HBV DNA load and aminotransferase in the serum weretested using real time PCR and velocity methods, respectively. The MOV10, A3G, and IFN-α mRNA levels in theperipheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) were examinedthrough qRT-PCR. The MOV10, A3G, and IFN-α mRNAlevels in CHB group was significantly lower than those inthe control group (P<0.01, P<0.05, P<0.01, respectively). TheA3G mRNA level in the high-HBV DNA load group waslower than that in the low-HBV DNA load group (P<0.05). However, no statistical difference was found in the MOV10and IFN-α mRNA levels between the two HBV DNA loadgroups. Furthermore, the MOV10 mRNA level showed positivecorrelation with IFN-α in the control group. These resultsindicated that the expression of the innate immune factorsMOV10, A3G, and IFN-α is affected by chronic HBV infection.

Can CD44+/CD24- Tumor Cells Be Used to Determine the Extent of Breast Cancer Invasion Following Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy?

        Hong Wu,Ruhui Li,XiaoDong Hang,Ming Yan,Feng Niu,Lidi Liu,Wei Liu,Song Zhao,Shaokun Zhang 한국유방암학회 2011 Journal of breast cancer Vol.14 No.3

Purpose: To investigate the distribution of CD44+/CD24- cells in breast cancers in relation to tumor size before and after the administration of neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Methods: CD44+/CD24- tumor cells obtained from breast cancer specimens were characterized in vivo and in vitro using tumor formation assays and mammosphere generation assays, respectively. The distribution of CD44+/CD24- tumor cells in 78 breast cancer specimens following administration of neoadjuvant chemotherapy was also evaluated using immunofluorescence assays, and this distribution was compared with the extent of tumor invasion predicted by Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumours (RECIST). Results: In 27/78 cases, complete remission (CR) was identified using RECIST. However, 18 of these CR cases were associated with a scattered distribution of tumor stem cells in the outline of the original tumor prior to neoadjuvant chemotherapy. After neoadjuvant chemotherapy, 24 cases involved cancer cells that were confined to the tumor outline, and 21 cases had tumor cells or tumor stem cells overlapping the tumor outline. In addition, there were 6 patients who were insensitive to chemotherapy, and in these cases, both cancer cells and stem cells were detected outside the contours of the tumor volume imaged prior to chemotherapy. Conclusion:CD44+/CD24- tumor cells may be an additional parameter to evaluate when determining the extent of breast cancer invasion.

Overexpression of afsR and Optimization of Metal Chloride to Improve Lomofungin Production in Streptomyces lomondensis S015(s)

( Wei Wang ),( Hua Sheng Wang ),( Hong Bo Hu ),( Hua Song Peng ),( Xue Hong Zhang ) 한국미생물 · 생명공학회 2015 Journal of microbiology and biotechnology Vol.25 No.5

As a global regulatory gene in Streptomyces, afsR can activate the biosynthesis of many secondary metabolites. The effect of afsR on the biosynthesis of a phenazine metabolite, lomofungin, was studied in Streptomyces lomondensis S015. There was a 2.5-fold increase of lomofungin production in the afsR-overexpressing strain of S. lomondensis S015 N1 compared with the wild-type strain. Meanwhile, the transcription levels of afsR and two important genes involved in the biosynthesis of lomofungin (i.e., phzC and phzE) were significantly upregulated in S. lomondensis S015 N1. The optimization of metal chlorides was investigated to further increase the production of lomofungin in the afsR-overexpressing strain. The addition of different metal chlorides to S. lomondensis S015 N1 cultivations showed that CaCl2, FeCl2, and MnCl2 led to an increase in lomofungin biosynthesis. The optimum concentrations of these metal chlorides were obtained using response surface methodology. CaCl2 (0.04 mM), FeCl2 (0.33 mM), and MnCl2 (0.38 mM) gave a maximum lomofungin production titer of 318.0 ± 10.7 mg/l, which was a 4.1-fold increase compared with that of S. lomondensis S015 N1 without the addition of a metal chloride. This work demonstrates that the biosynthesis of phenazine metabolites can be induced by afsR. The results also indicate that metal chlorides addition might be a simple and useful strategy for improving the production of other phenazine metabolites in Streptomyces.

      • PU.1 Is Identified as a Novel Metastasis Suppressor in Hepatocellular Carcinoma Regulating the miR-615-5p/IGF2 Axis

        Song, Li-Jie,Zhang, Wei-Jie,Chang, Zhi-Wei,Pan, Yan-Feng,Zong, Hong,Fan, Qing-Xia,Wang, Liu-Xing Asian Pacific Journal of Cancer Prevention 2015 Asian Pacific journal of cancer prevention Vol.16 No.9

Invasion and metastasis is the major cause of tumor recurrence, difficulty for cure and low survival rate. Excavating key transcription factors, which can regulate tumor invasion and metastasis, are crucial to the development of therapeutic strategies for cancers. PU.1 is a master hematopoietic transcription factor and a vital regulator in life. Here, we report that, compared to adjacent non-cancerous tissues, expression of PU.1 mRNA in metastatic hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), but not primary HCC, was significantly down-regulated. In addition, levels of PU.1 mRNA in metastatic hepatoma cell lines MHCC97L and MHCC97H were much lower than in non-metastatic Hep3B cells. Transwell invasion assays after PU.1 siRNA transfection showed that the invasion of hepatoma cell lines was increased markedly by PU.1 knockdown. Oppositely, overexpression of PU.1 suppressed the invasion of these cells. However, knockdown and overexpression of PU.1 did not influence proliferation. Finally, we tried to explore the potential mechanism of PU.1 suppressing hepatoma cell invasion. ChIP-qPCR analysis showed that PU.1 exhibited a high binding capacity with miR-615-5p promoter sequence. Overexpression of PU.1 caused a dramatic increase of pri-, pre- and mature miR-615-5p, as well as a marked decrease of miR-615-5p target gene IGF2. These data indicate that PU.1 inhibits invasion of human HCC through promoting miR-615-5p and suppressing IGF2. These findings improve our understanding of PU.1 regulatory roles and provided a potential target for metastatic HCC diagnosis and therapy.

Morphological Variation and Recovery Mechanism of Residual Crude Oil by Biosurfactant from Indigenous Bacteria: Macro- and Pore-Scale Experimental Investigations

Song, Zhi-Yong,Han, Hong-Yan,Zhu, Wei-Yao The Korean Society for Microbiology and Biotechnol 2015 Journal of microbiology and biotechnology Vol.25 No.6

Microbial enhanced oil recovery (MEOR) is being used more widely, and the biological contributions involved in MEOR need to be identified and quantified for the improvement of field applications. Owing to the excellent interfacial activity and the wide distribution of producing strains in oil reservoirs, lipopeptides have proved to be an essential part of the complex mechanisms in MEOR. In this study, crude lipopeptides were produced by a strain isolated from an indigenous community in an oil reservoir. It was found that crude lipopeptides can effectively reduce the IFT (interfacial tension) to 10-1~10-2 mN/m under high salinity without forming stable emulsions, and the wettability of natural sandstone can be enhanced (Amott index, from 0.36 to 0.48). The results of core flooding experiments indicate that an additional 5.2% of original oil in place can be recovered with a 9.5% reduction of injection pressure. After the shut-in period, the wettability of the core, the reduction of injection pressure, and the oil recovery can be improved to 0.63, 16.2% and 9.6%, respectively. In the microscopic flooding experiments, the crude oil in membrane, cluster, and throat states contribute nearly 90% in total of the additional oil recovery, and the recovery of membranestate oil was significantly enhanced by 93.3% after shut in. Based on the results in macro and pore scale, the IFT reduction and the wettability alteration are considered primary contributors to oil recovery, while the latter was more dominant after one shut-in period.
