Vehicle manufacturer & Research organizations have been actively conducted many studies and tests in order to reduce the value of neck injuries for rear collision accident recently. The Bio RID II rear impact dummy is used for assessing Neck Injury criteria in rear impact test. But Rear impact test (whiplash) could have not only the variation factor of vehicle & setting (seat structure, dummy seat position etc) but also the Injury value variation of dummy (dummy adjustment, individual difference etc). These variation factors will be generated from the dummy response difference & injury value variation. It also could affect the neck injury result. Therefore this study is focused on the analysis of pure neck injury tendency according to dummy response through the calibration test that could be minimized the test variations. Through the test result, we analogize the correlation about neck injury criteria with calibration test.

본 연구는 주 · 야간 대학생의 개인적 특성에 따른 여가제약과, 주간 대학생과 야간 대학생의 여가제약을 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 대상자는 주 · 야간 대학생을 모집단으로 설정, 표집방법은 비확률표본추출방법(nonprobability sampling) 중 편의추출법(convenience sampling)을 사용하여 서울지역과 수도권 지역의 3개 대학의 대학생을 조사하였다. 표집인원은 총 410명이었다. 이상과 같은 연구방법 및 절차를 통해 본 연구에서는 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 성별에 따라 여가제약은 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 즉, 성별에 시간부족, 용기부족, 인지부조화는 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 스포츠 관련 학점 이수에 따라 여가제약은 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 즉, 스포츠 관련 학점 이수에 따라 난이도, 인지부조화는 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 셋째, 좋아하는 스포츠 활동에 따라 여가제약은 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 즉, 좋아하는 스포츠 활동에 따라 시간부족, 인지부조화는 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 넷째, 주 · 야간에 따라 여가제약은 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 즉, 주간 대학생과 야간대학생은 시간부족에 유의한 차이가 나타났다. This study considered two leisure constraints to analyze the individual characteristics of student and two student groups who study at university in day time and night time. I investigated 3 universities in Seoul and Kyeong-gi province in Korea and set two student groups who study in day time and night time in university as a population and used a convenience sampling in non-probability sampling methodology for sampling. I could get 410 samples finally even though tried to get all response from 450 people I requested. Because there were some non effective data such as insincerity and tendentious and they were excepted. First, the leisure constraints have a significantly attended difference depends on sex distinction especially in lack of time, lack of courage and in-harmony of human intelligence. Second, it has a significantly attended difference depends on completion of score in a lecture relating sport especially in the degree of difficulty and in-harmony of human intelligence. Third, it has a significantly attended difference depends on favorite sports activities especially in lack of time and the in-harmony of human intelligence. Fourth, it has a significantly attended difference depends on lack of time in day or night time especially in student who study in day or night time.
콘크리트 포장 유지보수를 위한 단면보수 공법의 제설제 사용량에 따른 수명분석

이 논문은 콘크리트 포장 유지보수 체계 개선의 일환으로 단면보수 공법의 수명을 제설제 사용량에 따른 영향도를 분석하였다. 단면보수 공법이 적용된 후 재보수까지의 기간을 단면보수 공법의 수명으로 가정하였고, 구간별 제설제 사용량으로 구분하여 단면보수 공법의 평균 수명을 분석하였다. 분석결과 제설제 사용량이 증가할수록 단면보수 공법의 수명이 점진적으로 감소하는 경향을 나타내는 것을 확인하였다. This paper analyzed the effect of the surface repair methods on the cement concrete pavement with respect to the amount of de-icing agent used. The period from the application to renovation of the surface repair method was assumed to be the life of the surface repair method, As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that the life of the surface repair method gradually decreased as the amount of de-icing agent used increased.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Stemphol (STP) is a novel druggable phytotoxin triggering mixed apoptotic and non-apoptotic necrotic-like cell death in human acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Use of several chemical inhibitors highlighted that STP-induced non-canonical programmed cell death was Ca<SUP>2+</SUP>-dependent but independent of caspases, poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase-1, cathepsin, or calpains. Similar to thapsigargin, STP led to increased cytosolic Ca<SUP>2+</SUP> levels and computational docking confirmed binding of STP within the thapsigargin binding pocket of the sarco/endoplasmic reticulum (ER) Ca<SUP>2+</SUP>-ATPase (SERCA). Moreover, the inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate receptor is implicated in STP-modulated cytosolic Ca<SUP>2+</SUP> accumulation leading to ER stress and mitochondrial swelling associated with collapsed cristae as observed by electron microscopy. Confocal fluorescent microscopy allowed identifying mitochondrial Ca<SUP>2+</SUP> overload as initiator of STP-induced cell death insensitive to necrostatin-1 or cycloheximide. Finally, we observed that STP-induced necrosis is dependent of mitochondrial permeability transition pore (mPTP) opening. Importantly, the translational immunogenic potential of STP was validated by HMGB1 release of STP-treated AML patient cells. STP reduced colony and <I>in vivo</I> tumor forming potential and impaired the development of AML patient-derived xenografts in zebrafish.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> Stemphol induces cell death by disrupting calcium homeostasis. </LI> <LI> Stemphol induces necrosis by mediating mPTP opening. </LI> <LI> Stemphol triggers immunogenic cell death markers ER stress and HMGB1 release. </LI> <LI> Stemphol impairs development of leukemia patient-derived zebrafish xenografts. </LI> </UL> </P>
