부모 ·자녀관계 연구의 최근 동향 : Family Systems Approach
박성연 新羅大學校 1987 論文集 Vol.24 No.-
This purpose of this article is to document the current trend in the studies of parentchild interactions. The current transition toward a multidisciplinary approach to social science leads to consideration of dynamic reciprocities in family-child interaction. Social sciencetists increasingly recognized that happens on one level of anaysis depends largely on what happens on all others. The dynamics of this focus involves the contributions of the individual to the familial context. Simultaneously, the view focuses on the contribution of the familial context to the individual`s life span development. In addition, the interests of human developmentalists and of family socialists are merging. That is, they begin to see the family as a system. Most studies of family as a context of human development have concentrated on intrafamilial processes of parent-child interaction. For future investigation, extrafamilial processes which influencing intra familial processes should also be explored. In regard to method, proce-dures will have to be established to record reciprocal interchanges among all possible levels of analysis. New statistical techneques should be developed to analyze continuous reciprocity.

While braking cars, a large amount of energy is taken into the brake system in a short period of time. This leads to some problems ; cracking of the disc, non-uniform wear of pad and disc, fade. Thus it is important to measure the contact thermal behaviour precisely between disc and pad. The measurements must be considered to design the brake system. The paper describes methods to analysis the problem of the thermal behavior on the ventilated disc with ANSYS-a program of FEA and a brake dynamometer. According to this way, the paper can present the error between the data by the dynamometer and the results of analysis by ANSYS.

In order to improve productivity, we have developed dedicated multi-product and wide variety of products lines suitable for respective automobile models. However, because of a sagging market, in recent years, the productivity of dedicated manufacturing lines has declined remarkably. We have developed a high speed and high-effciency flexible manufacturing line to maintain high productivity in spite of production volume fluctuations and frequent engineering changes. This development has been applied to an assembly line of the caliper.

Cesarean scar pregnancy (CSP) is a rare complication that occurs in less than 1% of ectopic pregnancies, and uterine didelphys is one of the rarest uterine forms. We report a successful laparoscopic excision and repair of CSP in a woman with uterine didelphys and a double vagina. A 34-year-old gravida one, para one woman with a history of low transverse cesarean section presented to our hospital with a suspected CSP. She was confirmed to have uterine didelphys with a double vagina during an infertility examination 7 years earlier. Magnetic resonance imaging showed a 2.5-cm gestational sac-like cystic lesion in the lower segment of the right uterus at the cesarean scar. We decided to perform a laparoscopic approach after informing the patient of the surgical procedure. The lower segment of the previous cesarean site was excised with monopolar diathermy to minimize bleeding. We identified the gestational sac in the lower segment of the right uterus, which was evacuated using spoon forceps. The myometrium and serosa of the uterus were sutured layer-by-layer using synthetic absorbable sutures. No remnant gestational tissue was visible on follow-up ultrasonography one month after the surgery. This laparoscopic approach to CSP in a woman with uterine didelphys is an effective and safe method of treatment. In women with uterine anomalies, it is important to confirm the exact location of the gestational sac by preoperative imaging for successful surgery.

Social intelligence is an important factor to understand other’s emotion in the relationship between individuals. Social intelligence has been tried to be evaluated qualitatively. However, it has been dependent on off-line analysis of subjective experience although emotion reaction has been required to be monitored in real time during interaction. This study was to determine social intelligence by measuring and analyzing EEG(Electroencephalogram) in real time. Forty-eight university students aged 20 to 31 (Mean = 23.96, SD = 2.84) years were asked to answer the Tromso Social Intelligence Scale. The social intelligence was divided into three levels according to the total scores of questionnaires. The tasks for simulating different social intelligence were to watch avatar animations with expressing positive and negative emotions respectively. The EEG was measured to 19 channels by international 10-20 systems. EEG spectrum extracted RFA(Relative Fast Alpha), RB(Relative Beta), RMB(Relative Mid Beta), RHB(Relative High Beta), RG(Relative Gamma), etc. One-way ANOVA analyzed the mean difference of EEG frequency variation according to social intelligence levels. The power of RMB on frontal (F7), RB, RMB, RFA, and RG on temporal (T3, T4, T5, and T6) and RG on occipital (O2) lobes showed significant difference among levels in positive emotion. The power of RMB on frontal (F4), RHB on temporal (T4), and RMB on occipital (O2) lobes showed significant difference among levels in negative emotion. These results expect to basic data to develop a social intelligence evaluation tool that can classify social intelligence level in real time by EEG response.

Background: A toxic dose of bupivacaine produces vasodilation in isolated aortas. The goal of this in vitro study was to investigate the cellular mechanism associated with bupivacaine-induced vasodilation in isolated endotheliumdenuded rat aortas precontracted with phenylephrine. Methods: Isolated endothelium-denuded rat aortas were suspended for isometric tension recordings. The effects of nifedipine, verapamil, iberiotoxin, 4-aminopyridine, barium chloride, and glibenclamide on bupivacaine concentration-response curves were assessed in endothelium-denuded aortas precontracted with phenylephrine. The effect of phenylephrine and KCl used for precontraction on bupivacaine-induced concentration-response curves was assessed. The effects of verapamil on phenylephrine concentration-response curves were assessed. The effects of bupivacaine on the intracellular calcium concentration ([Ca2+] i) and tension in aortas precontracted with phenylephrine were measured simultaneously with the acetoxymethyl ester of a fura-2-loaded aortic strip. Results: Pretreatment with potassium channel inhibitors had no effect on bupivacaine-induced relaxation in the endothelium-denuded aortas precontracted with phenylephrine, whereas verapamil or nifedipine attenuated bupivacaine-induced relaxation. The magnitude of the bupivacaine-induced relaxation was enhanced in the 100 mM KCl-induced precontracted aortas compared with the phenylephrine-induced precontracted aortas. Verapamil attenuated the phenylephrine-induced contraction. The magnitude of the bupivacaine-induced relaxation was higher than that of the bupivacaine-induced [Ca2+] i decrease in the aortas precontracted with phenylephrine. Conclusions: Taken together, these results suggest that toxic-dose bupivacaine-induced vasodilation appears to be mediated by decreased calcium sensitization in endothelium-denuded aortas precontracted with phenylephrine. In addition, potassium channel inhibitors had no effect on bupivacaine-induced relaxation. Toxic-dose bupivacaine- induced vasodilation may be partially associated with the inhibitory effect of voltage-operated calcium channels.

The previous study reported the biological effect of magnetic field exerted by acting on endocrine and anti-oxidant system. The present study aims to study whether ELF-MF (extremely low frequency magnetic field) affects the physiological endocrine systems such as thyroid and whether ELF-MF affects the defense system against oxidative stress when it alters the function of thyroid. Finally, we correlate the effects of MF on oxidative stress, and adrenal and thyroid with an environmental stress factor. We exposed sham or MF to rats for 5 or 25 days. After the exposure, we determined pain sensitivity, level of TSH, $T_3$ and free $T_4$ in plasma. We also assayed in whole brain, lipid peroxidation, the activity of enzymatic anti-oxidant defense including superoxide dismutase(SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GPx), and non enzymatic defense such as reduced or oxidized glutathione contents. MF induced the hypersensitivity to thermal stimuli with the reduction of latency. $T_3$ and $T_4$ levels were also increased by the exposure of MF. In addition, we observed the rise of MDA level in rat brain by MF although the MF did not change superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase activity. The effect of MF on both reduced and oxidized glutathione results in decrease in reduced or oxidized glutathione in whole brain. In every experiment, there was no significant difference in MF influence between short term (5 days) and long term (25 days) exposure. Taken together, MF exposure affects the thyroid hormonal control in brain. The elevated thyroid hormone acts on brain, leading to hyper-utilization of oxygen. This phenomenon may be correlated with oxidative stress resulting from MF exposure. In conclusion, we suggest that MF exposure may be an environmental stress by exerting oxidative stress.

<P>Novel conjugated polymers composed of benzodithiophene (BDT) unit and new acceptor TPP group, which has alkoxyphenyl substituent on thienopyrroledione (TPD) unit, were designed and synthesized. Two conjugated polymers have different side chains on BDT units and were applied to solar cell devices. OBDT-TPP with linear alkoxy side chain on the BDT unit showed a power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 1.55%, while EBDT-TPP with branched alkoxy side chains exhibited an increased PCE of 2.07%. UV-visible absorption and cyclic voltammetry measurements reveal that the different side chains on BDT unit have little influences on the optical band gap and the energy levels of the polymers. However, the XRD studies and hole mobility measurement exhibited increased polymer crystallinity and hole carrier mobility in EBDT-TPP: PC71BM blends. These results lead to slight increase in PCE of solar cell with EBDT-TPP.</P>
