We developed the educational purpose mobile application, named "Wild Flowers of Bukhansan National Park (version 1.0)", aiming for easy identification of wild flowers for students and visitors in the park. When visitors find a flower or part of plant in the park, visitors can search for its name utilizing the pictures and characters provided in their own smartphone mobile devices or tablet PCs. The application provides pictures of wild flowers in the park and character-based searching system based on 12 diagnostic features (e.g., growth form, leaf arrangement, flower symmetry, petal color, petal number, sepal number, etc). We adopted the complete floristic survey of Chung and Lee (1962) and added species that we confirmed their distribution in the park during the development of this application. In summary, number of vascular plants in this park was estimated to be 428 taxa including 100 families, 280 genera, 327 species, 1 subspecies, 50 varieties, and 5 formas. We provided a total of 588 pictures representing 358 taxa and each taxon includes multiple pictures in many cases. Included identification quizzes can be an efficient educational tool as well as fun activity for students and visitors who are learning plant species in Korea. Our next step will include GPS function in the application for indicating visitor's location and for providing previously reported sites of the species that we interested in the map of the park. The future application which includes GPS function will be a valuable tool for the monitoring of rare plants, plant researches related to the climate changes, etc. We currently provide Korean iPhone version only, and English version and both of android versions will be serviced soon.

Transforming growth factor (TGF) family is well known to induce the chondrogenic differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells (MSC). However, the precise signal transduction pathways and underlying factors are not well known. Thus the present study aims to evaluate the possible role of C2 domain in the chondrogenic differentiation of human mesenchymal stem cells. To this end, 145 C2 domains in the adenovirus were individually transfected to hMSC, and morphological changes were examined. Among 145 C2 domains, C2 domain of protein kinase C eta ($PKC{\eta}$) was selected as a possible chondrogenic differentiation factor for hMSC. To confirm this possibility, we treated $TGF{\beta}3$, a well known chondrogenic differentiation factor of hMSC, and examined the increased-expression of glycosaminoglycan (GAG), collagen type II (COL II) as well as $PKC{\eta}$ using PT-PCR, immunocytochemistry and Western blot analysis. To further evaluation of C2 domain of $PKC{\eta}$, we examined morphological changes, expressions of GAG and COL II after transfection of $PKC{\eta}$-C2 domain in hMSC. Overexpression of $PKC{\eta}$-C2 domain induced morphological change and increased GAG and COL II expressions. The present results demonstrate that $PKC{\eta}$ involves in the TGF-${\beta}3$-induced chondrogenic differentiation of hMSC, and C2 domain of $PKC{\eta}$ has important role in this process.

Separating of the facial nerve caused by compression near the blood vessels that cause the blood vessels and surgery when the hemifacial spasm, facial spasms, will disappear. These impacts have occurred very rarely and seen in this paper as facial spasms due to a brain tumor. The size of a brain tumor grows, which will put pressure on the surrounding facial spasm. Treated hemifacial spasm symptoms disappear through the removal of a brain tumor that occurs because saw.

Background: Recently dermoscopic characteristics mainly vascular structures of molluscum contagiosum (MC) have been described and there has been no study on dermoscopic features of central located white structures. Objectives: To evaluate the dermoscopic findings of MC based on white structures and vascular structures. Methods: After confirming presence of Henderson Paterson bodies under a microscope dermoscopic images were taken and evaluated. Results: We evaluated 178 lesions. Vascular structures found in 167 lesions (93.8%) and were classified into single vascular patterns and mixed patterns. Crown or crown+radial arrangement accounts for 77.6%. White structures found in 175 lesions (98.3%) were white circle (33.7%) fourleaf clover like (28.7%) polylobular (22.5%) and unspecific structure (13.5%). Fourleaf clover like structure shows tendency to be a feature of smaller lesions while polylobular structure shows tendency to be a feature of larger lesions. Also some polylobular structures were consist of fourleaf clover like and white circle like lobules. It is possible to explain that initial smaller lesion which has fourleaf clover like structure may proliferate into larger lesion which has polylobular structure. Conclusion: In addition to typical vascular patterns recognition of morphology of white structures could aid diagnosis of MC.
P054 : Novel classification of rosacea based on histological findings
( Sang Yeon Park ),( Bo Kyung Kim ),( Jae Woong Choi ),( Sung Ku Ahn ) 대한피부과학회 2013 대한피부과학회 학술발표대회집 Vol.65 No.2
Background: Rosacea is characterized by erythema of the face that has persisted for months or more. Some classifications of rosacea have been introduced by Plewi, Wilkin, Breg and Liden, and the National Rosacea Society Expert Committee. All of these classifications are based on the clinical features of rosacea, not on the histologic features. So far, the concept of histologic characteristics based on stage of disease is accepted. In stage I of rosacea, telangiectasia, mild perivascular inflammatory infiltration and solar elastosis can be found. In stage II, the inflammations are increased. In stage III, The connective tissue thickening and sebaceous hyperplasia can be found. But, various stages of histologic features can be observed in one lesion. Objectives: Therefore, we introduce the novel classification of rosacea. Methods: The classification based on histologic findings of 200 rosacea patients who visited Wonju Severance Hospital. It has six histologic characteristics which can be revealed in rosacea. Results: inflammation(1,1+,2,3), granulomatous reaction(G), sebaceous hyperplasia(S), pustule(P), demodex(D), epidermal hyperplasia(H). This classification expresses the stage of inflammation with existing histologic features. For instance, 2SD means the second stage of inflammation with sebaceous hyperplasia and demodex. Conclusion: We suggest that this novel classification with clinical manifestations can be useful in treatment of rosacea.
P020 : Results of the mast in patients with urticaria (2003~2012)
( Sang Yeon Park ),( Dong In Keum ),( Hee Chul Chung ),( Sung Ku Ahn ) 대한피부과학회 2013 대한피부과학회 학술발표대회집 Vol.65 No.2
Background: Urticaria appears as raised, well-circumscribed lesions of erythema and edema that are very pruritic. A variety of substances in environment may cause urticaria, including medications, food and physical agents. But the majority of chronic urticaria cases can not realized the causes. Physicians try to determine any particular cause of disease for urticaria by various tests. The multiple allergosorbent pest test-chemiluminescent assay (MAST-CLA) is a new assay for serum allergen specific IgE, and allows up to 35 allergens to be tested simultaneously. Objectives: We review and report the results of MAST with serum IgE. Methods: We evaluated the patients with urticaria who had visited to Department of Dermatology, Wonju Severance Christian Hospital from 2003 to 2012 through medical records. Results: The results were as follows. 562 patients with urticaria were assessed over a 10 year period. The male to female ratio was 1:1.2 being most prevalent in middle aged patients. Among the subjects, 87.4% of patients showed elevated serum total IgE levels. D. pteronyssynus(52%), D. farina(49%) and House dust(43%) showed the highest positive allergen rate. Among food allergens, milk, soybean and Peach were 29%, 24% and 12%, relatively. The children showed more positive in food allergens, and the positive rates of aeroallergens were increased with age. Conclusion: It needs to evaluate the correlation between causative allergen-specific IgE and clinical manifestations.

Hypochondroplasia (HCH) is an autosomal dominant inherited skeletal dysplasia, usually caused by a heterozygous mutation in the fibroblast growth factor receptor 3 gene (FGFR3). A 27-year-old HCH woman with a history of two consecutive abortions of HCH-affected fetuses visited our clinic for preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD). We confirmed the mutation in the proband (FGFR3:c.1620C>A, p.N540K), and established a nested allele-specific PCR and sequence analysis for PGD using single lymphocyte cells. We performed this molecular genetic analysis to detect the presence of mutation among 20 blastomeres from 18 different embryos, and selected 9 embryos with the wild-type sequence (FGFR3:c.1620C). A successful pregnancy was achieved through a frozen-thawed cycle and resulted in the full-term birth of a normal neonate. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report of a successful pregnancy and birth using single-cell allele-specific PCR and sequencing for PGD in an HCH patient.
