        The Taegeuk Poomse 1 through 8 of Taekwondo are based upon eight major branches of philosophical theories. The propose of this study was to investigate the nfluence of Taekwondo poomse trainning on heart rate, MVO2, energy metabolism in primary school students. Subjects for this study were eight male the fifth∼sixth grades students who participated in exercise program consist of Taekwondo poomse trainning in dojang which is located in Shinlim-2dong, Kwanak-Gu, Seoul(12.7± 0.5years, 150.8 ±4.6cm, 45.1 ± 9.4kg, 24.9 ± 9trainning length). The results of thet this study are as follows: 1) The average of heart rate was Taegeuk Poomse 1 through 8 of Taekwondo 90.57± 4.gbeats/min in rest and 139.7 ± 17.5beats/min in exercise. The minimum heart rate was 89.0±2.8, peak heart rate was 167.1 ±6.4 in exercise. It was ranged from 42% to 80% 2) of the max heart rate and ranged 42 to 65%HRmax. Taegeuk 1 Jang was differenced with others Jangs significantly(p<0.05), 2) The time of the Taegeuk 1 through 8 Jang of Taekwondo was 5minutes 12seconds. Heart rate was ranged from 90.6 ± 7.85beats/min to 171.8 ±8.Ibeats/min and increased linearly. 3) The average of the MVO2 was 11.1 ±0.78mmHg · bpm-3 in rest and 19.1 ± 1.2mmHg ㆍbpm-3 in exercise. MVO2 was ranged from 10.5mmHg · bpm-3 to 20.3mmHg · bpm-3. There were not difference between Taegeuk Poomses(p<0.05). 4) The energy metabolism was as follows: Mean VO2 Respiratory exchange ratio, energy consumption were 0.51(V02L/min),0.71(RQ),2.32Ckca1/min) in rest respectively. but In exercise Mean VO2 Respiratory exchange ratio, energy consumption were 0.89 ± 0.18( V 02L/min), 0.79±0.08(RQ), 4.26±0.51(kcal/min) respectively . The difference was only between Taegeuk 1 Jang and Taegeuk 3 Jang(p<0.05). This study showed that the Taekwondo Poomse trainning was proper exercise for fitness, body composition and weight control in normal, abnormal(obese) children because the Taekwondo trainning are dynamic and exciting sport.

      • 실내환경중의 산소발생기 사용에 대한 인식도 평가

        Recently, Indoor air quality(IAQ) in workplace, residential environments and office has been concern of people, scientists and related the public. The oxygen in air was very important and essential element in every aspect of life. This study was performed on a questionnaire survey of 400 people about their awareness of indoor air quality, oxygen generators and measured of oxygen concentration in indoor environment. The results obtained were as follows; As respondents are having their 90% of daytime indoors a day, and 80% of them can feel indoor air pollutions degrees directly by particle matters. The control of most important problems of IAQ was the poor ventilation. We know that 22% of the respondents was recognized the oxgen generator. And for the installation of indoor pollution control equipment, 20% of all respondents installed oxygen generators because almost respondents was not satified the trust of ability purified indoor air pollutants. In the experimental results, it was found that the oxygen concentration of sampling sites were in the range of 20~23.5%. Therefore, it was recommended that the government related IAQ was suggested the guideline and control of oxygen generators. Finally, it appeared that the oxygen generators using indoor environment can be applied to new technology for cleaning of indoor air.

      • 운동부하양식에 따른 심폐 능력의 비교분석

        The purpose of this study this study was to comparative analysis the V02max and HR through arm ergometer exercise, bicycle ergometer exercise, and treadmill exercise and to propose correct data of aerobic ability according to GXT. Subjects for study were 8 healthy male students. The process of the test were performed maximal GXT on arm ergometer exercise, bicycle ergometer exercise, and treadmill exercise and measured V02max, max heart rate and recovery time of 3 VO2 and heart rate respectively. The conclusions were supported by the findings of this study: 1.There were significant differences between test style and V02/kg/min(p<.05). 2.There were significant differences between test style and test stage at heart rate(p<.05) There were no effect of reciprocal action. Therefore, V02/kg/min should be on individual exercise prescription guiedlines for health promotion should be provided proper GXT which are arm ergometer exercise, bicycle ergometer exercise, and treadmill exercise.

        상륙 중독에 의해 급성 신부전 및 기타 증상이 발현되었던 1예

        Phytolaccae had been used as a pharmaceutical drug or food But nowadays, due to its toxicity, Phytolaccae is rarely used and cases of patients poisoned with it are seldom reported. The case presented here was of 43 year-old male who after ingesting extract of Phytolacca esculenta suffered from abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, tachycardia, hypotension, pruritus, paresthesia, oliguria and azotemia. Kidney biopsy revealed tubular necrosis and some protein casts in tubular lumens. These findings suggested that acute renal failure was mainly caused by nephrotoxicity of Phytolacca extracts. Through continuous arteriovenous hemofiltration and two times of hemodialysis, he was completely recovered from acute renal failure. Other symptoms also disappeared by symptomatic management, but paresthesia of both lower extremities still remained. So we reported this case with a brief review of literature.

        The purpose of this paper is to investigate the generation rate, treatment and the problems of medical wastes based on the papers, government published magazines and concerned with books and papers. The results were as follow : 1. The generation rate of infectious waste in 1993 was 5,201ton/year and then the syringe and gauze was 4,990ton/year(94%), the tissues of patients was 311ton/year(6%). And the figure has been increased about 19.5% in a year in comparison with about 3.9% in U.S.A. This result was about 5times as high as that of a foreign country. 2. The range of infectious waste was accurately determined on the medical wastes and then the separating collection of this wastes had been conducted in regular. It was important that the sources of infectious waste was detailedly investigated. 3. The treatment Methods of medical wastes was mainly incineration and the other those were recycling and landfill. The medical waste generated inhospitals (about 60? was treated in the offsite incineration under contract by private companies and the rest of those (about 40%) was treated in the own incineration of hospitals. But this facilities were unsuitable on the teataent of infectious waste in aspect of air pollution protection. 4. In the point of problem in medical for the protection of infection from the medical wastes, the separated basket for infectious waste should be prepared, the BHS and double package should be used in hospital. 5. Above all, it was important was that the manageaent and control system of medical wastes should be improved in hospital management. For example, the manifest system for the manageaent of medical wastes was reguired.

        The Current-Voltage characteristics of LIGBT is verified by SPICE simulation which includes design parameters and process parameters. Important parameter is lateral current gain(h_(fe)) of pup bipolar which consists of p-body, n^- layer and p^+ anode. This current gain is obtained from Ebers-Moll equation. On-resistance of LIGBT consists of channel resistance(R_E) and effective bulk-resistance(R2) which depend on biased gate voltage(V_G). Analysis and modeling of on-resistance are developed from physical structure(geometry and doping profiles) so that it is used in optimizing a design condition of devices.

        Analysis on the Trend in the Prize Money and Performance Factor of Tour Pro Golf Players(KLPGA centering on 2008-2017)

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the trend of the prize money and the performance factors, based on the data of 1,000 pro golf players provided by KLPGA(Korea Ladies Professional Golf Association) for the past 10 years from 2008 to 2017. First, in terms of the prize money, it increased a lot if we compare the data from 2008 and from 2017. However, it is still disproportionally favorable to the top players and is extremely disadvantageous to the middle-low players. Therefore, it is necessary to considerately care middle-low players. Second, in terms of performance factors, the players' skill has been improved steadily based on all of the factors considered: the scoring average, average putting, the birdie average, par save, par break, and recovery for the past 10 years from 2008 to 2017. Despite the fact that both players' performance and income have increased, it is prominent that the inequality between the players in terms of prize money becomes severe, which should be mitigated by external systematic support to maintain the current level of world-class players of Korea.

        항사구체기저막 항체 및 c-ANCA 양성인 급속 진행성 사구체 신염 1예

        A 63-year-old woman presented to the hospital with gross hematuria and acute renal failure. Kidney function deteriorated rapidly and progressively. A renal biopsy revealed segmental or circumferential crescents associated with linear deposits of immunoglobulin G, typical of anti-glomerular basement membrane disease. Both c-ANCA and anti-GBM antibody were detected in serum. She was treated with hemodialysis, plasmapheresis, high dose steroid and cyclophosphamide. However, she died 7 weeks after treatment because of pneumonia, without recovery of renal function. Serologic positivity of both ANCA and anti-GBM antibody are becoming more frequently recognized in rapidly progressive glomerulonephritis. The influence of c-ANCA on the clinical course of anti-GBM glomerulonephritis remains to be determined.
