Recently industrial society has rapidly progressed through the application of the information system and the transportation technology. Especially, the government has initiatively enforced various support systems to build the advanced structure of the medium and small enterprise. The informationalized and the advanced environment of the manufacturing field called one of the 4th generation industrial revolution is now not only the competitive advantage but also the critical factor for survival. These trials for the changing in enterprise have been referred to diverse terms, for example, the advanced environment of the manufacturing field, Smart factory, MES, POS, ERP, Manufacturing information system, and so on. Most of the medium and small enterprises of which conditions are stable have interest in structuring and applying information system. Somewhat to build the series of the advanced manufacturing field, the training system to foster skillful laborers is needed. When specialists are continuously followed up through the training system, the advanced manufacturing enterprise can be successfully built. In this study we suggest the training system to train specialists who can work in the advanced manufacturing field using the material management system. It can be used to teach the skill of warehousing, delivery, quality inspection and storage for materials.

According to the energy use increase by the secondary battery industry expansion and environmental problem, the energy cost importance influences on the national competitiveness immensely in the dry room field that is the higher value-added business. Therefore, by understanding, improving and applying the super-low humidity twin rotors system technology, the system should be highly efficient. And it can also help secure the global national competitiveness.

본 논문은 저압 배전방에서의 에너지 저감을 위한 CVR 제어 전략을 제안한다. 일반적으로 부하는 전압에 따라 변화하므로 시스템 전압을 낮추면 부하의 크기도 감소하다. 하지만 전압을 낮추면 선로손실이 증가하게 되고 전압을 낮추기 위해 태양광 발전기의 무효전력 보상을 하게 되면 인버터 내부 손실이 증가하게 된다. 이에 제안하는 방법은 전압을 적정 범위로 유지하면서 무효 전력 보상을 통해 전압을 제어하여 부하, 선로손실 및 인버터 내부 손실의 합을 최소화하는 것을 목표로 한다. 제안된 전략은 50kW 단상 계통을 MATLAB을 통해 검증하였다. 모의실험 결과는 제안된 전략이 시스템의 에너지 효율성을 개선함을 보여준다.
