Vol.19 No.2
The differences of the liver scintigraphic features between postnecrotic and nonpostnecrotic liver cirrhosis were studied for 69 patients. Degrees of mottling and splenomegaly were no different between two groups but shrinked form was more frequent finding in postnecrotic type(23:10), and normal shape & enlarged left lobe with shrinked right lobe were relatively dominant in non-postnecrotic group(15:6, 10:2). Grade of extrahepatic uptake of ^99mTc-tin colloid was significantly higher in Child-Pugh B & C group than A group(p<0.05), but there was no difference between postnecrotic and non-postnecrotic groups. These will be important results on the dicision for the presence of cirrhosis according to the variable causes.

<B>Graphic Abstract</B> <P>The cross-sectional TEM image shows that line-space patterns can be directly imprinted, with high fidelity, into highly porous spin-on organosilicate materials. This publication quantifies how the porosity and distribution of pores within the patterns are affected by the nanoimprint lithography processes, including evidence for a densified pattern surface. <img src='wiley_img/09359648-2008-20-10-ADMA200701994-content.gif' alt='wiley_img/09359648-2008-20-10-ADMA200701994-content'> </P>

Ro, Byung In,Lim, Hyun Sang,Seo, Seong Jun,Hong, Chang Kwun,Ro, Sung Wook,Chun, Tae Jong,Shim, Joo Hyun,Kim, Meyung Nam 대한피부과학회 1999 Annals of Dermatology Vol.11 No.4
Lichen nitidus(LN) is an uncommon chronic inflammatory disease of shiny, flat-topped, flesh-colored uniform papules most commonly located on the penis, forearms and wrists, lower abdomen, and thighs. LN almost has localized distribution, but in rare cases, it may become generalized. In Korea, three cases of generalized LN were reported. We report here three cases of generalized lichen nitidus in 31-year-old man, 8-year-old boy, and 6-year-old girl who had generalized numerous pinhead-sized, erythematous to flesh-colored, shiny papules. Microscopically, they had typical appearance of LN.
P277 : Moisturizing effect of Rubus coreanus extract containing lotion on human skin
( Hyun Ok Son ),( Sin Wook Chun ),( Sang Yoon Lee ),( Shin Han Kim ),( Byung In Ro ),( Han Kyoung Cho ) 대한피부과학회 2013 대한피부과학회 학술발표대회집 Vol.65 No.2
Background: Rubus coreanus has been used as traditional alternative medicine for treatment of asthma and allergenic disease for centuries. Recent studies reported that the anti-inflammatory effect and immune-modulation effect of Rubus coreanus in cultured cell system or animal model. Though many previous reports proved potent mechanisms of Rubus coreanus for treatment of atopic disorders but its topical effect in clinical examination was not reported yet. Objectives: To measure the moisturizing effect of a cosmetic lotion containing 1% of R. coreanus Methods: Single application of the R. extract lotion increase skin hydration level and lasted for 24 hours. Results: Skin barrier function disturbed by tape stripping was recovered faster than non-treated control. 4 weeks of repeated treatment of the lotion significantly increase hydration level of skin from the baseline Conclusion: These results are the first clinical report for the Rubus coreanus regarding its topical treatement and moisturizing effect. Rubus coreanus extract lotion can be a good topical moisturizer for atopic skin.
Lobulated intradermal nevus in young woman
( Hyun Ok Son ),( Sin Wook Chun ),( Suk Young Lee ),( Jong Baik Kim ),( Han Gyu Choi ),( Han Kyoung Cho ),( Byung In Ro ) 대한피부과학회 2015 대한피부과학회 학술발표대회집 Vol.67 No.1
Lobulated intradermal nevus is a rare entity characterized by the distinct clinicohistopathological findings and is similar to a regressing melanocytic nevus. In 1991, Cho et al. first reported 3 cases of lobulated intradermal nevi and suggested that their cases represented an unusual form of regressing melanocytic nevus. It clinically showed yellowish lobulated growth and histopathologically exhibited fat cell infiltration amidst nests consisting nevus cells, dermal fibrosis and neuroid differentiation of nevus cells. These changes are typically encountered in elderly individuals and usually not expected in young patients. We report a case of lobulated intradermal nevus in a young female patient. A 31-year-old woman presented to our hospital with scalp mass which developed for over 10 years. It was asymptomatic. The lesion was a single pedunculated mass with a yellowish lobulated suface and with focal hyperpigmentation. Under the impression of clinically skin tag or nevus lipomatous superficialis, biopsy was done. The skin biopsy specimen showed fatty infiltration within nests of nevus cells with dermal fibrosis.
