Finite-time Set Stabilization of Impulsive Probabilistic Boolean Control Networks via Time-variant Feedback Control

        Qilong Sun,Wenying Hou,Haitao Li,Jing Wang 제어·로봇·시스템학회 2022 International Journal of Control, Automation, and Vol.20 No.11

This paper investigates the finite-time set stabilization of impulsive probabilistic Boolean control networks (IPBCNs) by designing time-variant state feedback control. Based on the semi-tensor product method, the algebraic form is established for the given IPBCNs. Then, a constructive method is proposed to design time-variant state feedback controller for the set stabilization of IPBCNs. In order to reduce the control execution time, a specific method is put forward to construct the event-triggered state feedback control (ETSFC). Furthermore, the obtained results are applied to both state synchronization and output synchronization of master-slave IPBCNs.

      • Incorporating Reduced Graphene Oxide with Magnetic Nanoparticles to Boost Microwave Absorption Properties

        Lei Sun,Yingying Cai,Ick Soo Kim,Qilong Sun 한국고분자학회 2021 한국고분자학회 학술대회 연구논문 초록집 Vol.46 No.2

The rapid development of electronic technology and intensive use of communication devices have caused the inevitable leakage of electromagnetic waves, leading to serious electromagnetic pollution. To drive this problem, we fabricated Fe₃O₄ decorated reduced graphene oxide (Fe₃O₄-rGO) nanocomposites for electromagnetic wave absorption by an in situ reduction process. The as-prepared Fe₃O₄-rGO showed a typical sandwich-like structure, Fe₃O₄ nanoparticles were flaky in shape and strongly attached on rGO by C-O-Fe bond. The hysteresis loops revealed the super-paramagnetic behavior of the Fe₃O₄-rGO nanocomposites at room temperature, which has a considerable contribution to electromagnetic wave absorption. When testing the electromagnetic wave absorption properties, the Fe₃O₄-rGO nanocomposites exhibited multiple dielectric relaxations and magnetic resonance, which can be ascribed to the well-designed structure, the strong chemical bond between Fe₃O₄ and rGO, as well as super-paramagnetic characteristics. As a result, the maximum reflection loss reached -49.53 dB at 6.32 GHz for a thickness of 3.4 mm while the highest effective absorption bandwidth was 2.96 GHz.

Microstructure Evolution During Continuous Cooling in Niobium Microalloyed High Carbon Steels

        Zhaodong Li,Qilong Yong,Zhengyan Zhang,Xinjun Sun,Jianchun Cao,Haiquan Qi,Zhi Liao 대한금속·재료학회 2014 METALS AND MATERIALS International Vol.20 No.5

Effects of microalloyed niobium (Nb) on the austenite decomposition behaviors and microstructure evolutionduring continuous cooling in the near eutectoid steels were investigated. Compared to the Nb freesteel, the Nb microalloyed steel was refined with regard to polygonal ferrite grain, pearlite block and colonysizes. This was because its austenite grain size was smaller. The volume fraction of polygonal ferrite transformedwas more in the Nb microalloyed steels, which indicated the eutectoid carbon content exceededthat of pure carbon steel. The spheroidization of pearlite during continuous cooling was enhanced by Nbmicroalloying, mainly due to a higher critical transformation temperature and the finer pearlite structurewith smaller colony size and narrower interlamellar spacing. Hot deformation right above the equilibriumeutectoid temperature accelerated the spheroidization kinetics of pearlite, especially in the Nb microalloyedsteel.

Preparation and characterization of molecularly-imprinted magnetic microspheres for adsorption of 2,4,6-trichlorophenol from aqueous solutions

        Ping Yu,Qilong Sun,Jianfeng Li,Zhenjiang Tan,Jianming Pan,Yongsheng Yan 한국화학공학회 2015 Korean Journal of Chemical Engineering Vol.32 No.4

Magnetic molecularly imprinted microspheres (MMIS) were successfully prepared by suspension polymerization, and then as-prepared MMIS were used as adsorbents for selective recognition of 2,4,6-trichlorophenol (2,4,6-TCP) from aqueous solutions. The results composites were characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR), X-raydiffraction (XRD), thermo gravimetric analysis (TGA), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and vibrating samplemagnetometer (VSM). The results demonstrated that MMIS possesses porous spherical morphology, and exhibits goodthermal stability and magnetic property (Ms=10.14 emu g−1). Then batch mode of binding experiments was used todetermine the equilibrium, kinetics and selectivity recognition. The Langmuir isotherm model fitted the equilibriumdata better than did the Freundlich model, and the maximum adsorption capacity on MMIS was about 1.7 times higherthan that of MNIS. Kinetics behaviors of MMIS were well described by the pseudo-second-order model. MMIS possessedoutstanding selectivity recognition for 2,4,6-TCP in the presence of other competitive phenols (such as sesamol,3-CP, thymol, 2,4-DCP). Furthermore, the reusability performance of MMIS showed about 17.53% loss after five repeatedcycles. Finally, the MMIS were successfully applied to the selective extraction of 2,4,6-TCP from the vegetablesamples.

Magnetic imprinted nanomicrosphere attached to the surface of bacillus using miniemulsion polymerization for selective recognition of 2,4,6-trichlorophenol from aqueous solutions

        Ping Yu,Yongsheng Yan,Qilong Sun,Jianfeng Li,Zhenjiang Tan,Chunxiang Li 한국공업화학회 2015 Journal of Industrial and Engineering Chemistry Vol.29 No.-

In the work, we reported an effective method for the preparation of surface molecularly imprintedpolymers based on bacillus as substrate material with superparamagnetic property throughminiemulsion polymerization. Then, the obtained magnetic surface molecularly imprinted polymers(MMIPs) were evaluated as adsorbents for selective recognition 2,4,6-trichlorophenol (2,4,6-TCP) fromaqueous medium. The resulting MMIPs were characterized by several techniques including FT-IR, SEM,TEM, Raman, XRD, VSM and TGA. The results demonstrated rod-shaped MMIPs was covered withimprinted layer, and exhibited chemical stability and good magnetic sensitivity. Batch mode of bindingstudies were carried out to determine the equilibrium isotherm, kinetics, selectivity adsorption andregeneration of MMIPs toward 2,4,6-TCP. The results indicated that the selective adsorption behaviors ofMMIPs were well described by the Langmuir isotherm model and the pseudo-second-order kineticsmodel. The specific adsorption capacity of MMIPs was 45.16 mg g 1 at 298 K, which was 2.15 timeshigher than that of magnetic non-imprinted polymers (MNIPs). The selective recognition studiesdemonstrated the outstanding affinity and selectivity toward 2,4,6-TCP in the presence of competitivephenols. The regeneration study showed excellent adsorption capacity even after five regenerationcycles. In addition, MMIPs were successfully applied to the extraction of 2,4,6-TCP from milk sample.

      • Ficolin2 defends against virulent Mycobacteria tuberculosis infections in vivo and its insufficiency is associated with infections in human

        Fengling Luo,Yubin Wang,Xiaoming Sun,Qilong Wang,Yunfeng Ma,Qin Pan,Xiao-Lian Zhang 한국당과학회 2012 한국당과학회 학술대회 Vol.2012 No.1

Tuberculosis (TB) caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis (M.tb) remains a major global health problem. Human ficolin2 (L-ficolin/P35) is a recently identified lectin complement pathway activator present in normal plasma associated with infectious diseases, however, little is known about the roles and mechanisms of ficolin2 during M.tb infection. We describe in this study for the first time L-ficolin expression levels in tuberculosis (TB) patients. We found that serum levels of ficolin2 of 107 pulmonary TB patients were much lower compared with 107 healthy controls, and recurrence TB patients have even lower levels than onset TB patients. In vitro analysis showed that Ficolin2 bound to virulent M.tb H37Rv strain much stronger than to non-virulent M. bovis BCG and M. smegmatis. Ficolin2/ficolin A bound to the H37Rv surface glycolipid portion and blocked H37Rv infection to human lung A549 cells. We further determined that the extrogenous ficolin2 had remarkable protecting effects against virulent H37Rv strain infections in C57BL/6J mice. FicolinA (ficolin2 like molecule) knockout mice had greatly increased susceptibility to the H37Rv infection. Ficolin2 activated macrophages via phosphorylation of JNK and stimulated IFN-□, IL-17, TNF-□ and nitric oxide (NO) secretions. Ficolin2 also stimulated IFN-□ production of CD8+T cells, but not CD4+T cells. The opsono-phagocytosis was promoted by ficolin2 as well. Our data demonstrate that ficolin2 can defend against virulent M.tb H37Rv infection both in vitro and in vivo mainly via activating macrophage proinflammatory cytokines IFN-□ and NO production and opsonophagocytosis, and its insufficiency is associated with more susceptible infections in human.
