        중국 페이즈학교(培智學校) 생활적응 프로그램이 지적장애학생의 자기결정능력과 사회적 기술에 미치는 효과

        이 연구는 중국 페이즈학교 생활적응 교육과정에 기반을 둔 프로그램을 개발하고, 이 프로그램이 중국 지적장애학생의 자기결정능력과 사회적 기술에 미치는 효과를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이 연구는 중국 정저우시(鄭州市)에 소재한 Z페이즈학교 고학년(중등학교 1∼3학년)의 2개 학급 26명을 지적장애학생을 대상으로 하였다. 지적장애학생들의 자기결정능력과 사회적 기술 향상에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위하여 측정도구는 자기결정능력검사 척도와 사회적 기술 평정 척도를 사용하였다. 중국 페이즈학교 생활적응 프로그램을 독립변인으로 하였고, 자기결정능력과 사회적 기술을 종속변인으로 하였다. 실험설계는 추후검사를 포함한 이질통제집단 사전-사후 설계 방법을 적용하였다. 이 연구의 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중국 페이즈학교 생활적응 프로그램은 지적장애학생의 자기결정능력의 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 자기결정능력의 자율성에 영향을 주는 하위요소에서 ‘학교졸업 후 진로’를 제외한 기타 하위요소는 모두 긍정적인 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중국 페이즈학교 생활적응 프로그램은 지적장애학생의 사회적 기술 및 하위영역에 모두 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 이 연구는 중국 페이즈학교 의무교육과정표준에 기초하여 지적장애학생들을 위한 생활적응 프로그램을 구성하여 자기결정능력과 사회적 기술에 미치는 효과를 검증하였다는 데 의미가 있다. This study was aimed at developing the Chinese Special Education School Life Adaptation Program and verifying the effects of the program on the self-determination ability and social skills of Chinese students with intellectual disabilities. The study was conducted on 26 intellectually disabled students in two classes of Z-Special Education High School (first to third graders of middle school) located in Zhengzhou, China. The main findings of this study are as follows. In order to find out the effects of application of the program on the self-determination ability and improvement of social skills of students with intellectual disabilities in China, the measuring tools used the self-determination ability test scale and social technology equilibrium scale. In order to find out the research problems, the Chinese Special Education School Living Adaptation Program was designated as an independent variables for the experimental design, and self-determination ability and social skills were designated as subordinate variables. The experimental design was applied with the pre-post design method of dysentery control group including further examination. First, the Chinese Special Education School Life Adaptation Program had a positive effect on the self-determination ability of students with intellectual disabilities. All other sub-components, except for after-school direction, were found to be positive, which affected the autonomy of self-determination ability. Second, the Chinese Special Education School Life Adaptation Program had a positive effect on both the social skills and sub-components of students with intellectual disabilities. This study is meaningful in that it has established a life adaptation program for students with intellectual disabilities on the basis of the compulsory education curriculum standard of the Chinese Special Education School to verify the effectiveness of self-determination and social skills.

        한국과 중국 청소년의 장애인에 대한 태도 비교

        이 연구의 목적은 한국과 중국 청소년의 장애인에 대한 태도와 그 태도에 영향을 미치는 요인의 차이를 분석하여 중국에서 청소년의 장애인식 개선을 위한 정책 수립의 기초자료를 제공하는 것이다. 이 연구에는 한국 광주·전남지역 중·고등학생 435명과 중국 허난성(河南省) 중·고등학생 442명이 설문조사에 참여하였다. 이 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 한국 청소년과 중국의 청소년 간에 장애인에 대한 태도에 의미 있는 차이가 있다. 즉 중국청소년이 한국 청소년보다 장애인에 대해 더 긍정적인 태도를 갖고 있다. 남녀 성별로 나누어 비교해 보면, 한국 남자청소년과 중국의 남자 청소년 간에는 장애인에 대한 태도에 의미 있는 차이가 있으나, 여자청소년의 경우에는 의미 있는 차이가 없는것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 대부분의 하위영역(왜곡된 동일시 제외)에서도 비슷하게 나타났다. 둘째, 한국 청소년의 장애인에 대한 태도에 의미 있게 영향을 미치는 요인은 대중매체, 부모영향, 직접경험 순이었으며, 중국 청소년의 장애인에 대한 태도에 의미 있게 영향을 미치는 요인은 대중매체와 직접 경험 순이었다. 남녀 성별로 나누어 비교해 보면, 한국남자 청소년에게는 대중매체만 의미 있는 영향을 미치는 반면에, 중국 남자 청소년에게는 대중매체와 직접경험이 의미 있게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또 한국 여자 청소년에게는 대중매체와 부모가 의미 있게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만, 중국 여자청소년에게는 대중매체만 의미 있게 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. The purposes of this study was to identify the differences between Chinese and South Korean teenagers on attitude towards the people with disabilities and the influencing factors on their attitude. We also aimed to provide references for making social welfare regulations and policies for the people with disabilities in China. 435 middle or high school students from Korea(Gwangju and Jeollanam-do) and 442 middle or high school students from China(Zhengzhou and Xinxiang) were surved in this study. Our major findings are listed as follows. First, the overall research data shows that Chinese and South Korean teenagers’attitude towards the people with disabilities is different. Chinese teenagers hold a more positive attitude towards the people with disabilities than the South Korean teenagers. However, we also found that there are no significant differences in teenage girls’ attitude between two countries, while teenage boys’ attitude varies. These results are similar in all sub-areas (except the distressed identification sub-area). Second, in regards to the attitude towards the people with disabilities, the main factors affecting Korean teenagers are the mass media, personal experience, and parental influence. The main factors affecting Chinese teenagers are mass media and personal experience. Concluded from above, the two countries’ mass media is the main factor, which shows the importance of mass media’s influence for the teenager’s attitude. In the next place, comparing male teenagers and female teenagers’ attitude towards people with disabilities, the mass media and personal experience have a major impact on the Chinese male teenagers, whereas the mass media is the only factor for Korean male teenagers. And the mass media and parental influence have a major impact on the Korean female teenagers whereas the mass media is the only factor for Chinese female teenagers.

        A Comparison Analysis of Color Characteristics and Images in Flight Attendant Uniforms of Korea, china and Japan

        The purpose of this research was to conduct a comparison analysis of color in the characteristics and image of Korea/China/Japan airline uniforms. Research subjects for this research included 19 Korean, Chinese and Japanese airlines servicing the Incheon International Airport in South Korea. The analysis methods are based on the Munsell Color Order System and PCCS (Practical Color Coordinate System) tone classification in order to examine the color characteristics. For the color image analysis, the present research performed a positioning on Shigenobu Kobayashi`s color images scale with adjectives in order to compare the resulting differences. As a result of the analysis, this research discovered the following; First, achromatic colors were found to be used most frequently in flight attendant uniforms of Korea/China/Japan. In Korean flight attendant uniforms, YR/Y, GY and B/PB/P; in Chinese, R/PB, RP, YR/Y/GY and BG/P; in Japanese, RP, R/P/PB and Y/BG were found in order. As for the main uniform colors, Korean flight attendant uniforms were found to be in the colors YR, and R/GY/B/P; Chinese flight attendant uniforms, R, PB, and P/B; and Japanese flight attendant uniforms, R, BG, B, RP and N. Second, Korean flight attendant uniforms used W and It most frequently; China flight attendant uniforms, W; and Japanese flight attendant uniforms, W and v. Regarding the main colors, Korean flight atteddant uniforms used lt/g and v/p; Chinese flight attendant uniforms, v, dp and s/d/dkg; and Japanese flight attendant uniforms, v/dkg and Bk. Third, after positioning each country`s uniform color combination bars on the Kobayashi image scale, Korean flight attendant uniforms showed classic images along with casual/pretty/elegant/chic images; Chinese flight attendant uniforms displayed, casual images as well as, dynamic/gorgeous/chic/cool casual/dandy images; and finally, Japanese flight attendant uniforms converyed dandy images along with casual/gorgeous images. This research findings indicate that Korea/China/Japan airlines` flight attendant uniforms seek for differentiated image establishment by reflecting their own CIs and unique national cultures in the uniform color marketing.

        한·중 항공사 승무원 유니폼의 이미지 평가

        The purpose of this research is to prepare basic data necessary to develop uniform design by examining the uniforms of Korean and Chinese airline crew. Advanced research, various literature materials related to uniform, as well as a survey on the images portrayed by the different uniforms of the airlines were used as research method, and this was used to investigate its functions and components. The survey was conducted in Incheon International Airport and Gwangju airport from September 1st to 30th of 2013, - targeting 350 people consisting of Koreans, Chinese, and other nationalities who have the experience of using Korean and Chinese aircraft. The research findings are summarized as follows. First, the images of the uniforms were classified into 5 elements: attractiveness, activity, noticeability, femininity, and traditionality. The analysis showed that Korean uniforms, except for Jin Air, received high marks overall, while the Chinese uniforms received lower marks compared to their Korean counterparts. Second, the results were analyzed based on the nationality of the respondents. In regards to Korean airline crews, attractiveness, activity, noticeability, femininity, and traditionality showed statistical significance with Korean respondents, while the significance was seen in attractiveness, activity, femininity, and traditionality for the Chinese respondents. Femininity was the only feature with any significance for the third nation respondents. On the other hand, with regard to Chinese airline crew``s uniform, Korean respondents showed statistical significance in the following features: attractiveness and traditionality, while the Chinese and the third nation respondents did not show any statistical significance in any of the elements.

      • RNAi-based Knockdown of Multidrug Resistance-associated Protein 1 is Sufficient to Reverse Multidrug Resistance of Human Lung Cells

        Up-regulation of multidrug resistance-associated protein 1 (MRP1) is regarded as one of the main causes for multidrug resistance (MDR) of tumor cells, leading to failure of chemotherapy-based treatment for a multitude of cancers. However, whether silencing the overexpressed MRP1 is sufficient to reverse MDR has yet to be validated. This study demonstrated that RNAi-based knockdown of MRP1 reversed the increased efflux ability and MDR efficiently. Two different short haipin RNAs (shRNAs) targeting MRP1 were designed and inserted into pSilence-2.1-neo. The shRNA recombinant plasmids were transfected into cis-dichlorodiamineplatinum-resistant A549 lung (A549/DDP) cells, and then shRNA expressing cell clones were collected and maintained. Real time PCR and immunofluorescence staining for MRP1 revealed a high silent efficiency of these two shRNAs. Functionally, shRNA-expressing cells showed increased rhodamine 123 retention in A549/DDP cells, indicating reduced efflux ability of tumor cells in the absence of MRP1. Consistently, MRP1-silent cells exhibited decreased resistance to 3-(4, 5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2, 5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) and DDP, suggesting reversal of MDR in these tumor cells. Specifically, MRP1 knockdown increased the DDP-induced apoptosis of A549/DDP cells by increased trapping of their cell cycling in the G2 stage. Taken together, this study demonstrated that RNAi-based silencing of MRP1 is sufficient to reverse MDR in tumor cells, shedding light on possible novel clinical treatment of cancers.

      • Three-dimensional Temperature-field Modeling of Large Transformer using Finite Element Method

        Different heat effects will arise due to failures of oil-immersed transformer, thus lead to abnormal temperature rise. Based on the theoretical analysis on temperature-field of transformer, the solid model of large oil immersed transformer was built using SolidWorks, and the temperature-fields are analyzed in this paper. Three-dimensional temperature-fields distribution of transformer are obtained in three typical conditions, which contributes to the state monitor and failure diagnose of transformer.

        The Effect of Transformer Leakage Inductance on the Steady State Performance of Push-pull based Converter with Continuous Current

        As a result of the advantages such as high efficiency, continuous current and high stability margin, push-pull converter with continuous current (PPCWCC) is competitive for battery discharge regulator (BDR) which plays an important role in power conditioning unit (PCU).Leakage inductance yields current spike in low-ripple current of PPCWCCs. The operating modes are added due to leakage inductance. Therefore the steady state performance is affected, which is embodied in the spike of low-ripple current. PPCWCCs which are suitable for BDR can be separated into three types by current spike characteristics. Three representative topologies IIs1, IIcb2 and Is3 are analyzed in order to investigate the factors on the magnitude and duration of spike. Equivalent current sampling method (ECSM) which eliminates the sampling time delay and achieves excellent dynamic performance is adopted to prevent the spike disturbance on current sampling. However, ECSM reduces the sampling accuracy and telemetry accuracy due to neglecting the spike. In this paper, ECSM used in PPCWCCs is summarized. The current sampling error is analyzed in quality and quantity, which provides the foundation for offsetting and enhancing the telemetry accuracy. Finally, current sampling error rate of three topologies is compared by experiment results, which verify the theoretical analysis.

        Effects of injection rate on combustion and emissions of a pilot ignited direct injection natural gas engine

        Effects of Injection rates on combustion process and emissions of engines operating with directly injected natural gas and pilot diesel were numerically investigated. Injection rates of natural gas and diesel were investigated separately utilizing five types of injection rates. An impact factor was defined to present the effects of the initial and terminal injection rates of diesel and natural gas on the combustion and emissions more intuitionally. Based on the simulation results, cylinder pressure and temperature were more sensitive to terminal injection rates of pilot diesel than initial injection rates, and lower terminal injection rates of pilot diesel can achieve lower NO and Soot emission level. However, there is a trade-off between NO and Soot emissions affected by different natural gas injection rates. The impact factors of pilot diesel injection rates on pressure show a double-peak trend. However, the impact factors of natural gas injection rates on pressure show a single-peak trend.
