      • 一部 農村住民의 高血壓 危險要因에 對한 疫學的 硏究

        To find risk factors of hypertension among farmers whose age were 30 or more living at a rural area in the suburbs of Kwangju, a case-control study was done toward hypertensive patients and age-sex matched controls. Case groups were composed of mild hypertensive group of 70 patients whose blood pressure were 140/90 mmHg or more and below 160/100mmHg, and moderate hypertensive group of 54 patients whose blood pressure were 160/100mmHg or more. As control groups same number of persons were chosen from normotensive patients by age and sex frequency matching. The results are as follows : 1. No significant differences of educational level, marriage state, occupation and monthly Living expenses were found between case and control groups. 2. Among the mild hypertensive group the odds ratio for drinking more than 50 gm of alcohol daily versus non-drinker was 5.06 (95% confidence interval 〔CJ〕1.39 - 18.38): odds ratio for persons with high score to take salty food versus persons with low score to take salty food was 2.45 (95% CI 1.23-4.88): odds ratio for persons who were at sitting position for more than :t. 5 hours a day versus persons who were at sitting position for less than 4.5 hours a day was 2.26 (95% CI 1.15-4.47) respectively. 3. Among the moderate hypertensive group a trend was found to increase the odds ratios for drinking alcohol 20- 39.9 gm versus non-drinker, high body mass index (BMI) versus low BMI, high waist-hip ratio (WHR) versus low WHR, persons who took more fatty food versus persons who took less fatty food, and for persons who slept less than 7 hours or more than 9 hours a day versus persons who slept for 7 - 9 hours a day. The odds ratios for persons who worked for more than 10 hours a day versus persons who worked for less than 10 hours a day showed 0.59. But the confidence interval values were not statistical1y significant. In conclusion excess drinking. high salt intake and inadequate activity were found to be the significant risk factor for mild hypertension of the farmers. So appropriate education to change the life stile are necessary.

        세딸의 죽음을 초래한 三重精神病 治驗 一例

        Recently the auther had the opportunity to examine a case of folie a trois involving mother and two dauthers. Because of their shared delusions of constant threat to their virginity from men the mother had killed her three daughters by drawing vinyl cover over their faces while restraints were applied to the victims, extremities to prevent any physicical resistance. Two victims were partners of the infector the mother, and the remaining one daughter was diagnosed as schizophrenia. From this case presentation, it was thought that evolution and transference of paranoid symptoms are influenced by psychological-environmental factors rather than genetic-constitutional one, necessisating psychiatric approaches of this disorder should consider these aspects.

      • 중학생들이 선호하는 여가활동의 유형에 따른 안전도 및 만족도의 실태

        The purpose of this study is to search for the safety and satisfaction of amusement facilities and instruments according the types of recreation activities of middle school students. As the subject of this study, the population of middle school students in Seoul as of 2002 was selected, and as final sample, 203 of total 250 persons sampled using the Stratified cluster random sampling method was taken. The questionnaire of this research was prepared using that of Hwang, Seon-yeong (1987), and it was composed of 24 items as to 2 for personal characteristics, 2 for recreation activities, 5 for preferred facilities and amusement kinds and 7 for safety degree, and 7 for satisfaction degree. The questionnaire survey was conducted by the Self-administration method at the middle schools in Seoul from Dec. 1 till Dec. 20, 2001. The collected data was analyzed using the Windows SPSS/PC PC 10.0, and the average and standard deviation by each sub-factor was calculated. And safety state and satisfaction by the middle school students' individual characteristics was post-verified through the one-way ANOVA and Scheffe. Finally, safety state and satisfaction by the types of the middle school students' recreation activities was post-verified through the one-way ANOVA and Scheffe, The findings obtained based on the results of the above procedures and data analysis are as follows. 1) For safety according to the middle school students' demographic characteristics, there is no difference by gender, school year and injury experience. 2) For satisfaction according to the middle school students' demographic characteristics, there is no difference by gender, school year and difference by injury experience. 3) For injury state according to the middle school students' demographic characteristics, there is no difference by gender, but difference by school year. 4) For safety according to the types of middle school students' recreation activities, there is no difference by activity types, items of preferred events. 5) For satisfaction according to the types of middle school students' recreation activities, there is no difference by activity types, items of preferred events. 6) For injury state according to the types of middle school students' recreation activities, there is no difference by injury parts and sites.

        반응표면분석법에 의한 동충하초 첨가 증편 제조의 최적화

        To optimize the preparation process of Jeung-Pyun, an experiment was derived, using a central composite design, to find the optimal mixing conditions. The addition of Paecilomyces japonica powder, the volume of Tak-Ju and the second fermentation time were independent variables, with the pH, volume, color, sensory and texture properties of the Jeung-Pyun selected as response variables. As the Paecilomyces japonica powder and fermentation time were increased, the b values and volume after the second fermentation also increased. The color of the Jeung-Pyun became deeper with increases in the Paecilomyces japonica powder and fermentation time, and was deepest on the addition of 30% Tak-Ju. The pH increased with increasing fermentation time of the Jeung-Pyun, and on the addition of 3% Paecilomyces japonica rapidly increased more than with the other groups. The optimal mixing conditions for the best quality Jeung-Pyun, with restricted conditions above a b value of 3, a color intensity above 3, and a volume of 40㎖ and a pH of 4.02~4.04 after the second fermentation, were 4.0%, 20% and 45 mins for the Paecilomyces japonica powder, Tak-Ju and second fermentation time, respectively.

      • 고등학생과 대학생들의 인터넷 엽기콘텐츠 이용동기에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 청소년과 대학생들의 인터넷 엽기콘텐츠 이용동기와 이용만족도에 미치는 영향의 정도를 파악하기 위해 이루어졌다. 분석결과 청소년 집단에서의 인터넷 엽기콘텐츠 이용동기는 사회현실 비판, 혁신적사고/커뮤니케이션, 사회현실 파악, 오락, 신기성, 기존관념탈피, 선정성 등과 같이 모두 7개의 인자가 추출되었다. 대학생 집단에서는 혁신적 콘텐츠, 오락/휴식/차별성, 커뮤니티 참여, 사회현실 비판, 사회 현실 파악 등과 같이 모두 5개의 인자가 추출되었다. 두 집단에서 추출된 요인들 가운데 청소년 집단에서의 신기성, 기존관념탈피, 선정성 등은 청소년 집단의 특성이 반영된 것으로 대학생 집단과 구별되는 요인들이다. 또한 엽기콘텐츠 이용동기 요인이 이용만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 분석결과를 살펴보면, 청소년 집단에서는 사회현실 비판, 사회현실 파악, 신기성 등의 요인이 대학생 집단에서는 혁신적 콘텐츠, 오락/휴식/차별성, 사회적 비판 등의 요인이 이용만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이처럼 이용동기의 일부 요인만이 이용만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난 본 연구결과는 기존 연구에서 이용동기 대부분의 요이 이용만족도에 영향을 미친다는 결과들과 구별되는 것이라 할 수 있다. This paper is aimed at understanding the two questions 'What are the use motives and satisfaction of the Internet grotesque contents by high school and college students?' and 'What does the factors of grotesque use motive have an effect on the use satisfaction?'. As a result of the analysis, the use motives of the Internet grotesque contents by a group of high school students were extracted as 7 elements. They are the criticism of social realities, the renovative thought, the communication, the understanding of social realities, the entertainments, the novelty, the break from the existing convention, the eroticism. In a group of college students, they were extracted as 5 elements. They are the renovative contents, the entertainments/rest/discrimination, the participation of community, the criticism of social realities, the understanding of social realities. Of the elements extracted from two groups, the novelty, the break of the existing convention and the eroticism in a group of high school students are the elements that high school students' distinction is reflected and that are differentiated from the group of college students. Also, the analytical results of the effect of the elements in the use motives of grotesque contents on the use satisfaction were shown as follows; in case of high school students' group, the criticism of social realities, the understanding of social realities, the novelty, etc. had an effect on the use satisfaction; and in case of the college students, the renovative contents, the entertainments/rest/discrimination, the criticism of social realities, etc had an effect on the use satisfaction.

      • 딸기의 냉장화 유통

        딸기의 유통기간 연장과 품질보존을 목적으로 냉장화 유통방법과 유통중의 질적변화를 조사하였다. 이 경우 전처리로서 예냉처리는 유통기간의 연장과 품질보존에 상당한 효과를 나타내었다. 또 냉매는 드라이 아이스가 양호하였으며 그양은 딸기 ㎏당 150g정도가 적당하였다. 5-6월경에 생산된 딸기를 냉장화 유통시킬 경우 일반유통법에 비하여 약 2일정도 유통기간이 연장되었다. To investigate the cold circulation system of strawberry by shipping case, changes in the temperataure, concentration of carbon dioxide on the different amounts of dry ice in the cold circulation case were examined. And also, the effect of precooling on the quality maintaining of the fruits were studied. The self-life of strawberries were prolonged by precooling at 4℃ for 24hours, and the quality was maintained better than non-precooling. Quality of the fruit which packed in the cold shipping case with 150g of dry ice per 1㎏ of the berries was able to keep during circulation. The cold circulation system was prolonged more 2 days than common circulation system in present.

        茅亭의 社會經濟的 機能의 推轉過程 : 그 發展形態를 中心으로

        This thesis is attempted to analyze the transitional process of the socio-economic function of MO-JONG by surveying its growing types. Generally to say, MO-JONG(羚桭) is a special kind of hut which was constructed joint-work, and of a festival of the rural society. MO-JONG having only a floor, is roofed with straw or tile and zinc, and it is generally sityuated at the entrance of the village. It is distributed, on the contrary, in the HO-NAM district, especially in CHOLLANAM-DO and CHOLLAPOOK-DO provinces. MO-JONG sometimes, is called with the other names, that is SI-JONG or WOOSAN-GAK. SI-JONG is generally called in the northwest counties of CHOLLANAM-DO and the south-west counties of CHOLLAPOOK-DO. WOOSAN-GAK, on the other hand, is called in the most counties of CHOLLANAM-DO except the counties mentioned as above. But MO-JONG is the most common and original name of this kind of hut. According to my survey, there are three types of MO-JONG. The characteristics of A type are as follow;1) It is roofed with only Korean tile, and put up with the columns. It is, therefore, very large in scale and durable. 2) It has the proper name, for example, BOOYONG-JONG, YONGPAHL-JONG,etc,. B type is roofed with straw or the common tiles, and put up with the common wooden posts. It has not the proper name. C type is roofed with only straw and its scale is very small. At the same time, it is situated very near to the rice fields. Among these three types of MO-JONG, B type is the most typical and common type. It seems to me that the differentiation of these three types of MO-JONG is connected with the transitional process of its socio-economic functions. What is the function of MO-JONG? In other words, with what purposes has it been working in a rural country? first, it has been using as the rural council under the rural comminity. The general meeting of the village, therefore, is held to synthesize all the villagers' opinion about the self-government of the rural society at MO-JONG,-We may say this is the autonomous function of MO-JONG. Secondly, it has been using as the meeting place for composing and abjusting of the farmer's joint-work in Summer,-We may say this is the economic function of MO-JONG. It, therefore, has become a means of improving the productivity of farm labour by carrying out this function. At the same time, it contributes to the rural society depending upon this function. Third, it has been sometimes used as the festival place of the village, -We may say this is its religious and cultural function. At early times, the first and important function of MO-JONG was that of rural council. But nowadays, it is mainly used with the economic purposes. Such an economic function of MO-JONG is carried fully on its B type and C type. Judging from these facts, we may remark that the first and most important function of MO-JONG has been converted from the autonomous function to that of economy, as the social structure of rural community has been changed from the self-sustained and autonomous community to the smallest unit of public administration today.
