UML is able to visualize and specialize the output of the system center of the software, and able to connect to various languages and is constructed by engineering/re-engineering. Also, UML is a standard Modeling Language that aims at the documentation. Recently Web Application System is quickly popular and gigantic, it's possible to do modeling using UML which is the method of Object-Oriented analysis and design and simplify the complex developing course of software. In this paper, we suggest the 『Post Seminar System』 model for instance Object-Oriented Web Application which can increase the efficiency of businesses through of exchanging information with members. We constitute web application by separating it into 3 steps such as View class which takes full charge of Screen Presentation, controller which plays the role of connecting ring and divergence of View class and Model class, and Model class that takes charge in the gear with the Application Logic and DB applying MVC model which has considerable merit in developing and maintaining the web application.

Purpose: This study aimed to evaluate periodontal and pulpal healing in replanted rat teeth, preserved under different storage conditions, with or without root conditioning using doxycycline. Methods: A total of 40 maxillary first molars extracted from 20 Sprague-Dawley rats were stored for different durations under different conditions (5 minutes in dry storage and 60 minutes in Hank's balanced salt solution [HBSS]) and subsequently replanted. The rats were divided into 2 groups based on the use of root surface treatment: the doxycycline group (root surface treated with doxycycline) and the control group (no doxycycline treatment). Eight weeks after replantation, the animals were sacrificed, and the teeth were evaluated using micro-computed tomography (micro-CT) and histomorphometric analysis. Results: In the micro-CT analysis, the doxycycline group showed the same rate of occurrence of periapical radiolucency as was observed in the control group, but a lower degree of root resorption in teeth replanted after 60 minutes of storage in HBSS (P<0.05). In the histomorphometric analysis, the doxycycline group exhibited no improvement in either pulpal or periodontal healing of the replanted tooth after 5 minutes of dry storage, but showed a lower grade of surface root resorption ($1.37{\pm}0.77$) and inflammatory resorption in the teeth stored for 60 minutes in HBSS ($1.33{\pm}0.71$). Conclusions: In conclusion, doxycycline improved the periodontal healing of replanted teeth stored for 60 minutes in HBSS, whereas doxycycline did not improve periodontal healing of replanted tooth after 5 minutes of dry storage. Within the limits of this study, doxycycline showed more favorable periodontal healing despite delayed replantation.

Reposition and splinting has been widely recommended when clinicians treat traumatically dislocated tooth. This case represents stabilization of traumatized tooth in a cerebral palsy patient who failed resin wire splint because of parafunctional oral habit and lack of cooperation. Clinically, mobility of traumatized tooth decreased due to stabilization using vacuum-formed splint with posterior occlusal block in 2 weeks. Vacuum-formed splint may be a simple and effective stabilization technique for traumatized tooth in a cerebral palsy patient.

( Nam Young Son ),( Joong Sook Lee ),( Jeong Ok Yang ),( Ki Hoon Han ),( Jin Hyung Shin ) 한국체육학회 2016 국제스포츠과학 학술대회 Vol.2016 No.1
Purpose: This study was to investigate the degree of improvement of physical characteristics, body alignment of the exercise group after Probody Massage Program of 8 weeks with 30 musculoskeletal diseases in middle-aged Women in B Metropolitan city. Method: The subjects of this study were 30 musculoskeletal diseases in middle-aged Women in B Metropolitan city for 8 weeks twice a week, was carried out the Probody Massage Program of 60 minutes. In measuring the height and weight, automatic scales(DS-103, Dong- sahn Jenix, Seoul, Korea) were used while body mass index(BMI) was calculated according to the given formula and as for the body alignment, whole body posture analysis system(Shisei Innovation System PA200, Japan) was used. These measuring devices may analyze non-alignment of body and the gradient angle of neck-pelvis, the difference in height of the shoulder-pelvis, asymmetry rate, and rotation of upper and lower limbs Result: The differences of the height, weight, and BMI of the subjects before and after. After participating in the pro-body massage program, heights of them increased in statistically significant level while the weight and BMI decreased. The effect of the Probody massage was tested on different body part as forehead, shoulders, abdomen, pelvis, knee A by dividing the knee B and the differences in body alignment between before and after. After participating in the program, the forehead incline of the subjects decreased in statistically meaningful level as almost up to symmetry. Differences in right and left shoulder height decreased in statistically meaningful level while the navel turned to move more closer to the middle. Also, differences in pelvic height decreased in statistically meaning level and differences in knee A of both right and left side didn``t appeared statistically meaningful while differences in knee B of both right and left side appeared statistically meaningful. Conclusion: It is analyzed that the pro-body massage makes positive improvement in physical characteristics of the middle-aged women with musculoskeletal diseases as well as changes in body alignment while it also proved effective in preventing or curing obesity of them. Not only that, it is suggested that this program helps their improvement in spinal and pelvic instability, which all assert that we can look forward to more effect of the program if applied to more and various aged groups.

Background/Aims: The effect of high-flux (HF) dialysis on mortality rates could vary with the duration of dialysis. We evaluated the effects of HF dialysis on mortality rates in incident and prevalent hemodialysis (HD) patients. Methods: Incident and prevalent HD patients were selected from the Clinical Research Center registry for end-stage renal disease (ESRD), a Korean prospective observational cohort study. Incident HD patients were defined as newly diagnosed ESRD patients initiating HD. Prevalent HD patients were defined as patients who had been receiving HD for > 3 months. The primary outcome measure was all-cause mortality. Results: This study included 1,165 incident and 1,641 prevalent HD patients. Following a median 24 months of follow-up, the mortality rates of the HF and low- flux (LF) groups did not significantly differ in the incident patients (hazard ratio [HR], 1.046; 95% confidence interval [CI], 0.592 to 1.847; p = 0.878). In the prevalent patients, HF dialysis was associated with decreased mortality compared with LF dialysis (HR, 0.606; 95% CI, 0.416 to 0.885; p = 0.009). Conclusions: HF dialysis was associated with a decreased mortality rate in prevalent HD patients, but not in incident HD patients.

Abstract

The association between dialysate calcium (DCa) concentration and mortality in hemodialysis (HD) patients is controversial. In this study, we evaluated the impact of DCa concentration on mortality in incident HD patient.

Incident HD patients were selected from the Clinical Research Center registry—a prospective cohort study on dialysis patients in Korea. Patients were categorized into 3 groups according to the prescribed DCa concentration at the time of enrollment. High DCa was defined as a concentration of 3.5 mEq/L, mid-DCa as 3.0 mEq/L, and low DCa as 2.5 to 2.6 mEq/L. The primary outcome was all-cause mortality and secondary outcomes were cardiovascular or infection-related hospitalization.

A total of 1182 patients with incident HD were included. The number of patients in each group was 182 (15.4%) in high DCa group, 701 (59.3%) in the mid-DCa group, and 299 (25.3%) in the low DCa group. The median follow-up period was 16 months. The high DCa group had a significantly higher risk of all-cause mortality compared with the mid-DCa group (hazard ratio [HR] 2.23, 95% confidence interval [CI] 1.28–3.90, P = 0.005) and the low DCa group (HR 3.67, 95% CI 1.78–7.55, P < 0.001) after adjustment for clinical variables. The high DCa group was associated with higher risk of cardiovascular and infection-related hospitalization compared with the low DCa group (HR 3.25, 95% CI 1.53–6.89, P = 0.002; and HR 2.77, 95% CI 1.29–5.94, P = 0.009, respectively). Of these 1182 patients, 163 patients from each group were matched by propensity scores. In the propensity score matched analysis, the high DCa group had a significantly higher risk of all-cause mortality compared with the mid-DCa group (HR 2.52, 95% CI 1.04–6.07, P = 0.04) and the low DCa group (HR 4.25, 95% CI 1.64–11.03, P = 0.003) after adjustment for clinical variables.

Our data showed that HD using a high DCa was a significant risk factor for all-cause mortality and cardiovascular or infection-related hospitalization in incident HD patients.

Distributed Interactive Application 을 위한 우선 순위 기반 오버레이 멀티캐스트
이형옥 ( Hyung-ok Lee ),남지승 ( Ji-seung Nam ) 한국정보처리학회 2013 한국정보처리학회 학술대회논문집 Vol.20 No.2
Applying Application-Level Multicast technology (ALM) to Distributed Interactive Applications (DIAs) becomes more and more popular. Especially for DIAs embedded priority that the sender forwards data to receivers due to their respective priorities. The priority-based directed minimum spanning tree (PST) algorithm was designed for these DIAs. However, the PST has no efficient priority selection and filtering mechanism. The system will consume a tremendous amount of resource for reconstructing distribution tree and becomes unstable and unscalable. In this paper, First, We propose a novel priority-based application level multicast algorithm: Predictand- Quantize for Priority with directed minimum Spanning Tree (PQPST), which can efficiently predict efficient priorities for the receivers and quantize the predicted priorities to build the multicast distribution tree. Second, we propose Priority Discrepancy Heuristic Mechanism (PDHM), which sets different thresholds of priority discrepancy within the priority discrepancy interval to control the distribution tree construction can efficiently decrease the repeated distribution tree construction, and we get the best heuristic priority discrepancy interval by PQPST. According to the simulation results, the PQPST and PDHM can efficiently improve the performance of the PST algorithm.
