      • Adaptive Technique for Image Fusion based on Non-Subsampled Shearlet Transform-Spatial Frequency-Human Visual Factor

        As a novel multi-scale geometrical analysis theory, non-subsampled shearlet transform (NSST) own much better competences of image processing. An adaptive technique for image fusion based on NSST-spatial frequency (SF)-human visual factor (HVF) is proposed in this paper. Each source image can be converted into corresponding multi-scale and multi-directional frameworks via NSST. SF and HVF are utilized to conduct the fusion courses of low-frequency and high-frequency sub images, respectively. Besides, an adaptive fusion algorithm based on NSST is devised. Finally, the final fused image can be obtained by using inverse NSST. Simulation experimental demonstrates that, compared with other classic techniques, the proposed technique has much better performance in terms of visual performance and information capturing.

      • Technique for Intrusion Detection based on Cutting-based Real-valued Negative Selection

        A novel technique for intrusion detection based on cutting-based real-valued negative selection scheme is proposed in this paper. Different from the current typical techniques, the proposed one sets a much more strict and reasonable mechanism to generate and optimize the set of mutual detector. Concretely, firstly, the new generating detector must be necessary and it should not be detected by the current existing mutual ones. Besides, those detectors coinciding with the self-set will be cut and optimized into several qualified ones which have better detecting abilities. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed technique has much higher detecting rates.

      • Implementation of Instrument for Testing Performance of Network Based on RFC2544 Test

        RFC2544 is an international standard to test network interconnect devices. The study provided the design idea of the instrument based on the LINUX system platform for testing network performance and the detail test schedule. This paper introduces the RFC2544 relevant standard and testing condition. And also discusses the key technique which concerns the design of the system’s hardware and software. The test results indicate that the design idea and test schedule are viable which being effective for testing performance of network.

      • Medical Image Fusion via Non-Subsampled Contourlet Transform

        Due to the obvious advantages, the technology of medical imaging has been widely utilized in the medical areas. Commonly, the medical images of different imaging mechanism are able to guide the radiologist for the precise diagnosis of disease and for more effective interventional treatment procedures. Consequently, the fusion of different medical images of the same scene is necessary. This paper proposes a novel fusion technique for medical images based on non-subsampled contourlet transform (NSCT). Due to the better competence of image information capturing, NSCT is utilized to conduct the multi-scale and multi-directional decompositions of source images. In addition, the models of both region average energy and region coefficient deviation are used for the fusion for low-frequency sub-images and high-frequency ones, respectively. In comparison with several current typical fusion techniques, the proposed one has remarked superiorities in terms of both subjective and objective evaluations.

      • Design of a Remote Data Monitoring System based on Sensor Network

This monitoring system is developed by Internet of Things technology, software technology, network evaluation technology and so on. The system has the characteristics of data real-time processing, visualization, and alarm on abnormal occasion, and has the ability to monitor data remotely and automatically.

      • Fusion for Medical Images based on Shearlet Transform and Compressive Sensing Model

        Faced with the poor ability of traditional transform domain tools to capture the image information and the high requirements on the precision and real-time of medical imaging, a novel fusion technique for medical images based on shearlet transform (ST) and compressive sensing (CS) model is proposed in this paper. Due to the better competence of image information capturing, ST is utilized to conduct the multi-scale and multi-directional decompositions of source images. In addition, the measurement matrix is adopted to realize the sparse representation of the high-frequency coefficients obtained from ST. The fusion data of high-frequency sub-images can be attained via the largest-value method. Finally, the final fused image can be obtained by using inverse ST. Compared with current typical techniques especially the non-negative matrix factorization based ones; simulation experimental demonstrates that the proposed one has remarked superiorities in terms of both subjective and objective evaluations.

        The Intention of Repurchase on e-Service Quality by Online Travel Agency Site

        Purpose – The purpose of this research is reflected on the rapid development of online tourism industries. The study was to establish the strategy for Korean tourism enterprises to develop tourist commodities suitable for Chinese tourists and attract them to visit Korea by the empirical analysis of the relation between repurchase intention of tourists and its premise variables (e-service quality, perceived value and satisfaction). Research design, data, and methodology – This research carried out a questionnaire survey on Chinese tourists who visited Korea with experience of using the online travel agency web sites. A total 398 answers were recovered, 41 of them were excluded due to the dishonest answers and 357 of them were finally analyzed. The data was analyzed with IBM SPSS AMOS 22.0. Results – The research results show that in the online travel agency web site e-service quality, convenience, interactivity, information validity, credibility had a positive impacts on perceived value and satisfaction. The perceived value of online travel agency website users has positive impart on satisfaction and repurchase intention. Satisfaction of online travel agency web site users have positive impacts on repurchase intention. But safety has no impact on perceived value while positive impacts on satisfaction was affected. Conclusions – First, in the online travel agency web site e-service quality, safety has no impact on perceived value while it was shown to have positive impacts on satisfaction because the users of online travel agency web sites believe that the protection of personal information, the defense of cracker and the safeguard of payment security are the basic premises of website operation. Although safety does not have impacts on perceived value, users benefits will suffer damage when hacker intrusion and other accidents occur so that online travel agency web sites should not ignore the security concerns. Second, credibility is a major concern for online travel agency web site users. At this time, it is necessary for the web site to establish a system to display both the commodity information and the using experience published on the user's SNS, thus improving the credibility of the website information.

      • Technique for Intrusion Detection based on Minkowsky Distance Negative Selection Algorithm

        Traditional negative selection algorithms often result in a number of black holes, which directly leads to the missing alarm drawback in the intrusion detection system. In order to settle the above problem, a novel negative selection algorithm based on Minkowsky distance is proposed. Firstly, the proposed algorithm computes the Minkowsky distance between the detectors. Then, compute the serial same numbers between the detector and self-set strings, which is helpful to improve the coverage area of the detector. Finally, the new detectors after training and renewal are put into the mature detector set to decline the number of black holes. Experimental results demonstrate that, compared with the traditional negative selection algorithms, the number of black holes and the missing alarm rate decline a lot in the proposed algorithm.

      • Real-valued Dual Negative Selection Technique for Intrusion Detection

        A novel technique for intrusion detection based on real-valued dual negative selection scheme is proposed in this paper. In traditional real-valued negative selection algorithms, whether the candidate detectors can detect self-set or not totally relies on the affinity extent and the constant-sized mechanism is unfavorable to eliminating the black holes with irregular sizes. The proposed technique introduces the mechanism of variable-sized dual negative selection, in which each mutual detector has to pass three tests. Firstly, the new mutual detector should not be detected by the current existing ones. In other words, the existence of the new detector is necessary. Secondly, those detectors which can detect self-set will be eliminated. Thirdly, the detectors distribution has to be optimized aiming at enhancing the detecting efficiency. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed technique has much less black holes, fewer detectors and higher detecting rates.

        In situ growth of CdSe/CdS quantum dots inside and outside of MWCNTs

        The CdSe/CdS quantum dots were grown in situ inside and outside of the multiwalled carbon nanotubes in an innocuous solvent and at a lower temperature. The CdSe/CdS-CNTs nanoheterostructures were characterized by TEM, HRTEM, EDS, XPS and PL. The CdSe/CdS nanocrystals with diameters about 5 nm exhibit an improved PL emission.
