      • Clinical Study of Tumor Angiogenesis and Perfusion Imaging Using Multi-slice Spiral Computed Tomography for Breast Cancer

        Objectives: To explore the correlation between multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) perfusion parameters and the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) as well as matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) in breast cancer. Methods: Forty five breast cancer patients and 16 patients with benign breast tumor, both confirmed by pathology examination, were enrolled. All underwent MSCT perfusion imaging to obtain perfusion maps and data for parameters including blood flow (BF), blood volume (BV) and permeability surface (PS). Cancer patients did not receive treatment prior to surgery. The expression of VEGF and MMP-2 were examined with both immunohistochemistry and Western blotting. Results: The levels of VEGF and MMP-2 by immunohistochemistry were significantly higher in the breast cancer group (P < 0.01) than the benign tumor group. Relative OD values from Western blotting were also higher in cancer cases (P < 0.05). Similarly, the mean MSCT perfusion parameters (BF, BV, PS) were significantly higher in the breast cancer group (P < 0.01), BF and BV positively correlating with VEGF expression (r = 0.878 and 0.809 respectively, P < 0.01); PS and VEGF and MMP-2 expression were also positively correlated (r= 0.860, 0.786 respectively, P < 0.01). Conclusion: There is a correlation between breast cancer MSCT perfusion parameters and VEGF andMMP-2 expression, which might be useful for detection of breast lesions, qualitative diagnosis of breast cancer, and evaluation of breast cancer treatment.

      • Web Spam Detection Based On Link Diversity and Content Features

        In order to get a higher ranking, spam pages deceive the search engine using cheating technology, which will disturb the users to find useful information via search engine. The web spam is designed for search engines rather than for users, so it is important to make a distinction between the normal web pages and the web spam pages. The links of the normal web pages have a wide variety of sources and the content feature of the normal web pages are distributed regularly, while links source of the web spam pages is single and the content features of them are distributed disorderly. So after analyzing the link diversity and content features distribution of the web pages, a new web page ranking algorithm was proposed in this paper. In this method, the web pages ranking score is calculated by the TrustRank method combining web pages links diversity and the web pages content features. It can be shown from the experimental results that this method can effectively reduce spam pages ranking score.

        Deficit irrigation and silicate spray applied since blooming period improved strawberry fruit quality without reducing fruit size

        The drought stress created by defi cit irrigation has been widely introduced into production for fruit quality improvement, whilst silicon is considered as a functional element in plant antistress process. To explore the infl uence of defi cit irrigation and silicon application on the strawberry fruit quality and the plant’s response to drought stress, a split-plot experiment was conducted. The impacts of the treatments start-time was also evaluated. The plants were subjected to two irrigation regimes, defi cit irrigation (DI) or full irrigation, and two foliar sprays, 0.01 mol L − 1 Na 2 SiO 3 (Si) or water, with two treatment start-time, as after fi rst bloom (Fr) or after transplanting. Therefore, there were 6 diff erent treatments (consider ing treatment start-time) and a control group, which were DI, FrDI, Si, FrSi, DISi, FrDISi and CK. As a result, the DI signifi cantly increased the leaf ascorbate, leaf anthocyanins and specifi c leaf weight by 93.5%, 109.9% and 24.5%, but it also reduced fruit reducing sugars concentration and single fruit mass by 25.1% and 12.6%, respectively. Whilst the FrDI increased specifi c leaf weight by 27.9% and had no negative eff ect on fruit quality. The timing of starting silicate spray didn’t infl uence leaf morphology or fruit quality, but the FrSi signifi cantly increased the percentage of leaf sucrose to total sugars by 9.0%, and the Si didn’t. The DISi and FrDISi tended to increase the concentration of fruit sugars, glutamate, polyphenols, and organic acids. Although the DISi showed more obvious eff ect on improving the fruit nutritive values, the FrDISi tended to have lighter negative impact on fruit size, compared to CK. We concluded that the combination of defi cit irrigation and silicate spray started after the fi rst bloom could eff ectively improve the fruit sugars, glutamate and polyphenols, without reducing the fruit size, due to the mitigation of plant antistress response.

      • Open Network Knowledge and Independent Inquiry Teaching Mode of College Chinese Course based on Information Retrieval

        Open network knowledge base has become an effective tool and it provides a new resource and method for solving the problem in web information retrieval. The integration of information technology and curriculum based on the network environment, especially the multimedia technology, is able to create an ideal learning environment for autonomous learning. In this paper, the author analyzes the open network knowledge and independent inquiry teaching mode of college Chinese course. Through the inquiry teaching experiment, the result shows that the score in experimental class is higher than the control group, and the statistical result is significant. So that, the inquiry teaching mode of college Chinese course is effective, at the same time, it could also increase the students' learning interest.

      • The Effectiveness of Continuity of Care on the Quality of Life of Chinese Children with asthma in China:A Meta-analysis

        Purpose : The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of continuity of care on the quality life of Chinese children with asthma. Methods : The randomized controlled trials ( RCTs ), quasi-experimental studies and cohort studies on the application of continuity of care in the quality of life of Chinese children with asthma were collected through the database such as the Cochrane Library, PubMed, Science Direct, Springer Link, CNKI, VIP, CBM and Wanfang database. The retrieval time was from inception to October 2016. The quality of studies was critically appraised and data were extracted by two reviewers independently, and meta-analysis was conducted for the included studies. Then data was analyzed by RevMan 5.2 software. The quality of life for children with asthma was evaluated by Pediatric Asthma Quality Of Life Questionnaire(PAQLQ), it included three parts: emotion, symptom and activities. The higher score suggest the better quality of life for the children. Results : Seven RCTs involving 597 patients were included. Meta-analysis showed that the application of continuity of care on the Chinese children with asthma could contribute to the improvement of patients’ emotion[RR=6.57, 95%(5.56, 7.57), P<0.001]. The application of continuity of care on the Chinese children with asthma could contribute to the improvement of patients’ activities[RR=3.95, 95%(3.30, 4.60), P<0.001]. The application of continuity of care on the Chinese children with asthma could contribute to the reduction of patients’ symptoms[RR=5.21, 95%(4.13, 6.29), P<0.001] Conclusion : The application of continuity of care can improve the quality of life for Chinese children with asthma, can improve their emotions, activities and reduce their symptoms.

        A Three-Stage Dynamic Risk Model for Metro Shield Tunnel Construction

        The complex construction process of the metro shield method often leads to safety accidents. The various construction stages of shield tunnel construction comprise different construction activities and are accompanied by different safety risk factors. However, traditional risk assessment often evaluates the risk factors as a whole before shield tunnel construction and does not evaluate the risk factors dynamically by construction stages and by construction activities. To fill this gap, this paper aims to construct a dynamic Bayesian-based safety risk assessment model for shield tunnel construction from the perspective of changing construction stages and activities. First, safety risk factors were identified using the work breakdown structure-risk breakdown structure (WBS-RBS) method. Then, a three-stage dynamic assessment model of safety risks was constructed to depict the shield launch, shield tunnel, and shield reach. The dynamic Bayesian network (DBN) was improved to address the model with triangular fuzzy numbers and the leaky noisy-or-gate extension model. Finally, a case study was conducted. The model proposed in this paper is able to reveal the dynamic evolution of safety risks triggered by different construction activities. It offers a new simulated model for the prevention of safety accidents in the construction of metro shields.
