This paper deals with the model reference tracking control problem of continuous-time periodic linearsystems when the actuator occurs jumping fault. The main contribution is to formulate the parametric designalgorithm for the systems by utilizing the parametric solution of the generalized Sylvester matrix equations. Theexistence condition of the controller is deduced based on the Lyapunov stability theory. The controller consistsof the additive contribution of two terms: a feedback term and a feedforward term. The feedback term is thefeedback control law which can stabilize the system with finite expected cost. The feedforward term is the completeparametric feedforward tracking compensator. The simulation for flying around mission is carried out about twospacecrafts in elliptical orbit. The simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
Almost Disturbance Decoupling for a Class of Inherently Nonlinear Systems
Yan-Ming Fu,Guang-Ren Duan,Ai-Guo Wu 제어·로봇·시스템학회 2009 International Journal of Control, Automation, and Vol.7 No.2
The problem of almost disturbance decoupling (ADD) for a class of inherently nonlinear systems is considered. The controlled systems are beyond triangular form and possess uncontrollable linearization. The performance of ADD is characterized in terms of L2-L2p gain. By using the tool of adding a power integrator, under a set of growth conditions a smooth sate feedback controller is explicitly constructed to attenuate the influence of the disturbance on the output with an arbitrary degree.
Power and Resistance in The Remains of the Day
Ming, Chun-Yan 신영어영문학회 2021 신영어영문학 Vol.80 No.-
This paper examines the theme of power and resistance in Ishiguro’s novel The Remains of the Day by applying Marxian class theory to analyse how individuals like Stevens, the novel’s protagonist who is a butler, are manipulated and exploited in a class society and how social institutions like the Hayes Society help to mentally dominate the working class. Under the constant power in the class system, most individuals have been deprived of the ability to think, judge and act, just like Stevens who turns himself into a working machine and falls victim to self-alienation. On the other hand, characters who resist the power and keep their judgment and morality have also been presented in the novel, with the representative being Miss Kenton, through the depiction of whom the author of the novel shows his faith in the inner power of human beings.
Recovery Voltage Measurements of Oil-immersed Transformer
Ming-hua Li,Ming Dong,Yan-ming Qu,Zhang Yan 한국전기전자재료학회 2006 Transactions on Electrical and Electronic Material Vol.7 No.5
One of the methods currently being investigated as a possible non-intrusive diagnostic tool for condition monitoring of power transformer and cable is the recovery voltage measurement, which will be improving the ability to detect the content of water concentration and the ageing process in the insulation system and may thus be an indicator of insulation quality and its ageing status. The polarization phenomenon was studied using RVM with oil-paper samples. In order to interpret its mechanism, the Extended Debye model was introduced. With different circuit parameters, various simulation results were gotten. Furthermore, with the test samples of different ageing condition, measurements are accomplished in the lab. On the basis of this experiment as well as theoretical analysis, correlations between polarizations and ageing were analyzed.

This paper mainly focuses on the control strategy for phase-shifting full-bridge soft switching electrolytic silver power supply based on Zero Voltage Switching (ZVS) soft switching technology. Taking into consideration the low performance of traditional PID control for phase-shifting full-bridge soft-switching, this paper introduce a PID improved by Back Propagation (BP) neural network with one single learning rate which is used to calculate weights from the input layer to the hidden layer and weights from the hidden layer to the output layer. After testing, it is found that setting independent learning rate for calculation of weights from the input layer to the hidden layer and weights from the hidden layer to the output layer which will not have an adverse eff ect on the design of the controller. Instead, the learning rate can be set according to the respective characteristics of the weights between the two layers, which is called double learning rate BP neural network PID. The simulation results indicate that compared with the single learning rate BP neural network PID control, the double learning rate BP neural network control has higher response speed, less over-shoot, short time to enter the steady state and strong immunity.

To improve the dynamic performance of spiral bevel gear transmission, an ease-off flank modification method of the high-contact-ratio spiral bevel gear is proposed. First, the high-contact-ratio spiral bevel gear is designed by increasing the angle between the contact path and the pitch cone of a pinion tooth surface with ease-off technology. Second, the meshing performance of the high-contact-ratio spiral bevel gear designed utilizing ease-off technology is compared with the HCR spiral level gear designed by the local synthesis method. Finally, the loaded transmission error (the main vibration excitation of the gear transmission in the low-speed range), the meshing impact (the main vibration excitation of the gear transmission in the high-speed range) and the dynamic performance of the high-contact-ratio spiral bevel gear are compared with that of a low-contact-ratio spiral bevel gear. A simulation analysis based on the ease-off technology shows that the design contact ratio of the spiral bevel gear can be improved by increasing the angle between the contact path and the pitch cone of the pinion tooth surface; compared with the local synthesis method, the high-contact-ratio spiral bevel gear transmission designed by the ease-off flank modification method has a better meshing performance; increasing the design contact ratio can effectively reduce the loaded transmission error, and meshing impact, and obtain a spiral bevel gear transmission with good dynamic performance over the whole speed range.

Shiga toxin 2 (Stx2) is a major virulence factor for enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli (EHEC), which is encoded by λ lysogenic phage integrated into EHEC chromosome. Stx2A1, A1 subunit of Stx2 toxin has gathered extensive concerns due to its potential of being developed into a vaccine candidate. However, the substantial progress is hampered in part for the lack of a suitable in vitro expression system. Here we report use of the prokaryotic system pET-28a::espA-Stx2A1/BL21 to carry out the fusion expression of Stx2A1 which is linked to E. coli secreted protein A (EspA) at its N-terminus. Under the IPTG induction, EspA- Stx2A1 fusion protein in the form of inclusion body was obtained successfully, whose expression level can reach about 40% of total bacterial protein at 25°C, much higher than that at 37°C. Western blot test suggested the refolded fusion protein is of excellent immuno-reactivity with both monoclonal antibodies, which are specific to EspA and Stx2A1, respectively. Anti-sera from Balb/c mice immunized with the EspA-Stx2A1 fusion protein were found to exhibit strong neutralization activity and protection capability in vitro and in vivo. These data have provided a novel feasible method to produce Stx2A1 in large scale in vitro, which is implicated for the development of multivalent subunit vaccines candidate against EHEC O157:H7 infections.
