        리더의 코칭리더십이 조직구성원의 창의적 행동에 미치는 영향: 그릿에 의해 조절된 전환학습의 매개효과 중심으로

        [연구목적] 본 연구는 최근 급변하는 경영환경 속에서 지속가능경영을 발현하기 위해 창의적인 아이디어를 실행시킬 수 있는 리더의 코칭리더십을 이해하고, 코칭리더십과 창의적 행동 관계에서 그릿의 조절 효과와 전환학습의 조절된 매개효과를 실증하고, 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. [연구방법] 국내기업 종사자를 대상으로 설문 조사하였으며, 설문지는 온라인을 통한 질의응답 방식으로 688부를 배부하여 335부가 최종 분석에 사용되었다. 수집된 자료는 신뢰도와 타당성을 검증하였고, 가설검증은 부트스트랩 방식의 SPSS Process Macro 3.0을 사용하였다. [연구결과] 리더의 코칭리더십은 조직구성원의 전환학습과 창의적 행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 조직구성원의 전환학습은 창의적 행동에 유의한 영향을 미쳤고, 코칭리더십과 창의적 행동 간의 관계를 매개했다. 조직구성원의 그릿과 전환학습은 리더의 코칭리더십과 그들의 창의적 행동 간의 관계에서 조절된 매개효과를 나타냈다. [연구의 시사점] 기업은 조직구성원의 창의적 행동을 증대시키기 위해서 리더의 코칭리더십 향상을 위한 다양한 투자와 노력이 필요하고, 조직구성원의 전환학습과 그릿을 높이기 위한 관심과 지원을 강화해야 하는 실무적 시사점을 제시하고 있다. [Purpose] This study was intended to identify the leader’s coaching leadership who can execute creative ideas to express sustainability management in the recent fast-changing business environment, demonstrate the moderating effect of GRIT and the moderated mediating effect of transformative learning in the relationship between coaching leadership and creative behavior. [Methodology] The survey was conducted on employees of domestic companies, and the questionnaire distributed 688 copies online and 335 copies were used for the final analysis. The data collected have been validated for reliability and validity, and the hypothesis testing uses SPSS Process Macro 3.0 by bootstrap. [Findings] The leader’s coaching leadership was shown to have a positive effect on the transformative learning and creative behavior of the organization members. The organization member’s transformative learning has had a positive impact on creative behavior, and has mediated the relationship between coaching leadership and creative behavior. The GRIT and transformative learning of organizational members have shown a moderated mediating effect in the relationship between the coaching leadership and their creative behavior. [Implications] This research presents practical implications that various investments and efforts are needed to improve the coaching leadership in order to increase the creative behavior of the members of the organization and to strengthen interest and support to enhance the transformative learning and GRIT.

        하악전돌증 환자의 악교정 수술후 시간경과에 따른 안모 연조직 변화에 관한 연구

        This study was performed to evaluate the change of the soft tissue facial profile after mandibular set back surgery during time intervals. For this study, 33 patient, 8 males and 25 females, were selected and their lateral cephalograms were taken and analyzed periodically. Hard and soft tissue changes during postoperative time intervals, correlation between surgical skeletal changes and postoperative soft tissue changes, and prediction for long-term soft tissue changes were established through varying statistical methods. The results were as follow : 1. There were meaningful changes of anteroposterior skeletal position at 6 months and 2 years after mandibular set back by mandibular ramus osteotomy. Two years postoperatively, there was 30%, 32%, 29% relapse on B point, pogonion, menton each. 2. Two years after the mandibular ramus osteotomy, the relative changes of the soft tissue to their osseous counterparts showed 76% on the lower lip and 91% on the pogonion. 3. The movements of the mandibular landmarks in correlation to anteroposterior position of the lower lip and soft tissue of the chin showed to be effective on a long-term basis. 4. Using surgical changes of pogonion, prediction of changes in soft and hard tissue pogonion was useful and the coefficient of determination was 0.46 each and their reliability decreased 2 years postoperatively. 5. The upper lip position after the mandibular set back surgery was somewhat anterior 2 years postoperatively, but that has no statistical meanings.

        가스화 기법 적용을 위한 원유오염토양의 원료적합성평가 및 전처리 방안 도출

        최근 중동국가들은 전쟁 등으로 유정과 같은 시설이 파괴되어 원유로 오염된 토양을 복원하고자 하는 계획을 수립중이다. 원유오염토양은 최소 700도 이상의 온도에서 처리할 수 있기 때문에 일반적으로 열탈착 공법을 적용하여 처리하게 되는데, 이 공법은 높은 에너지와 비용이 요구된다. 본 연구는 이에 대한 대안으로 가스화 공법을 제시한다. 가스화 공법은 원유오염토양을 처리하는 과정에서 오염물로부터 가치 있는 물질을 생산하여 경제성을 확보할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 원유오염토양으로부터 얻어진 슬러리의 물리화학적, 열적 특성을 분석하여 가스화 원료적합성 평가를 실시하고자 하였다. 토양 특성을 평가하기 위하여 강열감량법, TGA, SARA 등의 방법을 사용하였으며 오일함량, 토성, 추출오일의 고위발열량, 유종 및 풍화특성 등을 분석하였다. 실험결과, 등유를 20% 함량으로 첨가하여 슬러리화하고 0.075 mm 선별의 전처리 방법을 적용한다면 98%이상의 오염토양 정화효율 확보는 물론 가스화 원료로서의 특성도 만족하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 원유오염토양의 가스화 공법 적용 가능성을 평가하고 가스화 공법에 적용이 가능한 원유오염토양 슬러리 제조 방안을 제시할 수 있었다. Countries in the Middle East Asia have planned to restore the crude oil-contaminated soil caused by oil spill from the wells destroyed during wars in coastal areas. Thermal desorption process, a most common choice to treat oil-contaminated soil, requires huge energy and high cost because the process should be operated at least 700℃ to treat the crude oil. This study presents the gasification process as an alternative of thermal desorption. Gasification has the advantage which of producing valuable substances from crude oil contamination in the course of processing the contaminated soil to secure the economical efficiency. In this study, oil slurry obtained from crude oil contaminated soil was evaluated physichemical and thermal properties for the conformity assessment. In order to evaluate feedstock properties, we carried out analyses such as heating value, oil contents, the type of the oil and loss on ignition, TGA and SARA. In the result, when the contaminated soil was slurried with 20% kerosene and screened to less than 0.075 mm, it could be accomplished 98% TPH remove ratio and satisfied properties as a feedstock of gasification. Through this study, crude oil-contaminated soil was evaluated to be suitable for the feedstock of gasification process.

        잔향 생성기에서 실시간 마스킹 효과를 이용한 고속 컨벌루션 방법

        With the advent of sound field simulator, many sound fields have been reproduced by obtaining the impulse responses of specific acoustic spaces like famous concert hall, opera house. This sound field reproduction has been done by the linear convolution operation between the sound input signal and the impulse response of certain acoustic space. However, the conventional finite impulse response based linear convolution operation always makes real-time implementation of sound field generator impossible due to the large amount of computational burden. This paper introduces the fast convolution method using perceptual redundancy in the processed signals, input audio signal and room impulse response. Temporal and spectral real-time masking blocks are implemented in the proposed convolution structure. It reduces the computational burden of convolution methods for real-time implementation of a sound field generator. The conventional convolutions are compared with the proposed one in views of computational burden and sound quality. In the proposed method, a considerable reduction in the computational burden was realized with acceptable changes in sound quality.

        원자력발전소용 316 스테인리스강 배관의 부식특성에 미치는 유도가열벤딩공정의 영향

        Recently, the application of bending products has been increased since the industries such as automobile, aerospace, ships, and plants greatly need the usage of pipes. For facility fabrication, bending process is one of key technologies for pipings. Induction heat bending process is composed of bending deformation by repeated local heat and cooling. Because of local heating and compressive strain, detrimental phases may be precipitated and microstructural change can be induced. This work focused on the effect of induction heat bending process on the properties of ASME SA312 TP316 stainless steel. Evaluation was done on the base metal and the bended areas before and after heat treatment. Microstructure analysis, intergranular corrosion test including Huey test, double loop electropotentiokinetic reactivation test, oxalic acid etch test, and anodic polarization test were performed. On the base of microstructural analysis, grain boundaries in bended extrados area were zagged by bending process, but there were no precipitates in grain and grain boundary and the intergranular corrosion rate was similar to that of base metal. However, pitting potentials of bended area were lower than that of the base metal and zagged boundaries was one of the pitting initiation sites. By re-annealing treatment, grain boundary was recovered and pitting potential was similar to that of the base metal.

        금속재료의 부식에 미치는 구제역 소독약품의 영향

        It is well-known that foot-and-mouth disease (FMD) disinfectant was sprayed on every road near the areas infected by FMD in order to prevent the spread of the disease. Environmental, harmful, and corrosive effects from the spraying of FDM disinfectant are current issues. Most of FMD disinfectant was acidic and many people are concerned about the corrosion of metallic parts of cars, houses and other structures. This work evaluated the effect of FMD disinfectant on the corrosion of carbon steel, aluminium, and galvanized steel. Regardless of the FMD disinfectant, the pHs were acidic and the reduction-oxidation potentials were highly noble. The results of a polarization test confirmed that carbon steel and galvanized steel exhibited anodic dissolution by anodic polarization, but only aluminium exhibited passivity. In an immersion test, the corrosion rate of aluminium was the lowest among three alloys, and with a decreasing dilution ratio of the disinfectants, the corrosion rate of the three alloys linearly increased. Furthermore, an empirical equation to estimate a corrosion rate by various dilution ratios was derived.
