This paper firstly analyzes the general large hydro-generator stator internal short circuit fault type and fault number. It mainly does some statistics works on SF600-42/1380 generator fault location and fault number. And then through the finite element method, calculate each phase and each branch current if the generator internal short circuit happens. In the paper, we calculate the sensitivity of various kinds of main protection scheme. Get the dead zone position which easily lets the main protection device take action. Finally we summarize various factors that determine SF600-42/1380 generator main protection scheme of configuration.

      • Efficacy and Safety of Neurokinin-1 Receptor Antagonists for Prevention of Chemotherapy-Induced Nausea and Vomiting: Systematic Review and Meta-analysis of Randomized Controlled Trials

        Yuan, Dong-Mei,Li, Qian,Zhang, Qin,Xiao, Xin-Wu,Yao, Yan-Wen,Zhang, Yan,Lv, Yan-Ling,Liu, Hong-Bin,Lv, Tang-Feng,Song, Yong Asian Pacific Journal of Cancer Prevention 2016 Asian Pacific journal of cancer prevention Vol.17 No.4

Objectives: Can addition of neurokinin-1 receptor antagonists (NK1-RAs) be considered as an ideal strategy for the prevention of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting (CINV)? Researchers differ on this question. Materials and Methods: Electronic databases were searched for randomized control trials (RCTs) that evaluated the effectiveness and safety of NK1-RAs in preventing CINV. The primary end point was complete response (CR) in the acute, delayed, and overall phases after chemotherapy. Subgroup analyses evaluated the types of NK1-RAs, routines of administration, types of malignancies, regimens used in combination with NK1-RAs, and age of patients included in the studies. The incidences of different types of adverse events were also extracted to estimate the safety of NK1-RAs. Results: A total of 38 RCTs involving 13,923 patients were identified. The CR rate of patients receiving NK-RAs was significantly higher than patients in the control groups during overall phase (70.8% vs 56.0%, P<0.001), acute phase (85.1% vs 79.6%, P<0.001), and delayed phase (71.4% vs 58.2%, P<0.001). There were three studies including patients of children or adolescents, the CR rate was also significantly higher in the treatment group (overall phase: OR=2.807, P<0.001; acute phase: OR=2.863, P =0.012; delayed phase: OR=2.417, P<0.001). For all the other outcomes, patients in the NK1-RAs groups showed improvements compared to the control groups (incidence of nausea: 45.2% vs 45.9%, P<0.001; occurrence of vomiting: 22.6% vs 38.9%, P<0.001; usage of rescue drugs: 23.5% vs 34.1%, P<0.001). The pooled side effects from NK1-RAs did not significantly differ from previous reports and the toxicity rates in patients less than eighteen years old also did not diff between the two groups (P=0.497). However, we found that constipation and insomnia were more common in the patients of control groups, whereas diarrhea and hiccups were more frequently detected in patients receiving NK1-RAs. Conclusions: NK1-RAs improved the CR rate of CINV. They are effective for both adults and children. The use of NK1-RAs might be associated with the appearance of diarrhea and hiccups, while decreasing the possibility of constipation and insomnia.

Polarity-enhanced Gas-Sensing Performance of Au-Loaded ZnO Nanospindles Synthesized via Precipitation and Microwave Irradiation

        Yan Li,Tan Lv,Fang-Xian Zhao,Xiao-xue Lian,Yun-ling Zou,Qiong Wang 대한금속·재료학회 2016 ELECTRONIC MATERIALS LETTERS Vol.12 No.3

Loading noble metal and exploring suitable morphology to achieveexcellent gas-sensing performance is very crucial for the fabrication ofgas sensors. We have successfully synthesized Au-loaded ZnO (Au/ZnO) nanospindles (NSs) through a really facile procedure involving aprecipitation and subsequent microwave irradiation. The as-preparedproducts have been characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanningelectron microscope (SEM). The formation and gas-sensing mechanismof Au/ZnO NSs were discussed. The SEM micrographs revealed aninteresting morphological evolution of the Au/ZnO NSs with Auloadingcontent ranging from 0 at. % to 7 at. %. The nanostructures wereemployed for gas-sensing measurement toward various gases. Itindicated that the Au/ZnO NSs based sensor showed a highly enhancedresponse (226.81) to 400 ppm acetone gas at a relatively low workingtemperature (270°C), and exhibited a fast response (1 s) and recoveryspeed (10 s). The highly enhanced acetone gas sensitivity of Au/ZnONSs based sensor could be attributed to its enhanced polarity owing tothe peculiar morphology, Schottcky barriers, as well as catalytic effect ofAu NPs.

Effect of Annealing Atmosphere on Photoluminescence and Gas Sensing of Solution-Combustion-Synthesized Al, Pd Co-Doped ZnO Nanoparticles

        Yan Li,Min Liu,Tan Lv,Qiong Wang,Yun-ling Zou,Xiao-xue Lian,Hong-peng Liu 대한금속·재료학회 2015 ELECTRONIC MATERIALS LETTERS Vol.11 No.6

Al, Pd co-doped ZnO nanoparticles (NPs) synthesized using a solution combustion method and subsequent annealing process under various atmospheres, including air, nitrogen, and hydrogen, were characterized using x-ray diffraction, energy-dispersive x-ray spectroscopy, fieldemission scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, and photoluminescence spectroscopy. The gas-sensing properties of the sensors based on the NPs were also examined. The results indicated that the Al, Pd co-doped ZnO NPs, with an average crystallite size of 10 nm, exhibited enhanced gas-sensing performance compared with that of pure ZnO and Al-doped ZnO. The response of the Al, Pd co-doped ZnO NPs annealed in N2 to ethanol (49.22) was nearly 5.7 times higher than that to acetone (8.61) and approximately 20 - 27 times higher than that to benzene (2.38), carbon monoxide (2.23), and methane (1.78), which demonstrates their excellent selectivity to ethanol versus other gases. This high ethanol response can be attributed to the combined effects of the small size, Schottky barrier, lattice defects, and catalysis.

      • Influence of Salts on Compressibility of Loess in Heifangtai Terrace, China

        ( Borui Lv ),( Ling Xu ),( Chongyang Gao ),( Dongdong Yan ),( Yili Wan ) 대한지질공학회 2019 대한지질공학회 학술발표회논문집 Vol.2019 No.2

Many researches had demonstrated that salts, including soluble and insoluble salts, played a considerable role on loess structure and mineral composition. It was found salts were leached out of the loess because of agricultural irrigation, in Heifangtai terrace in China, where a large number of landslides occurred. To study the effect of salts on compressibility of loess, a series of one-dimensional oedometer tests were performed. The loess washed by water or acetic acid solution, which was to avoid the interference of original salts, was powdered and reconstituted with distilled water, then the samples were immersed in NaCl solution or added a certain mass of lime and contacted with carbon dioxide to form calcium carbonate. Comparing the compression behavior, the results showed that the variation of compressibility of samples reconstituted by loess treated by distilled water or acid solution was indistinctive. The NaCl solution had a little effect on loess compressibility at high water content, while the NaCl solution would weaken loess compressibility at low water content, compared with samples treated by distilled water, and a threshold water content was gained. Besides, the compressibility of loess treated by adding lime was strongly improved. These findings can rich the study in microstructure of loess and are of importance to guide the geotechnical application.

      • Knockdown of Med19 Suppresses Proliferation and Enhances Chemo-sensitivity to Cisplatin in Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Cells

        Wei, Ling,Wang, Xing-Wu,Sun, Ju-Jie,Lv, Li-Yan,Xie, Li,Song, Xian-Rang Asian Pacific Journal of Cancer Prevention 2015 Asian Pacific journal of cancer prevention Vol.16 No.3

Mediator 19 (Med19) is a component of the mediator complex which is a coactivator for DNA-binding factors that activate transcription via RNA polymerase II. Accumulating evidence has shown that Med19 plays important roles in cancer cell proliferation and tumorigenesis. The involvement of Med19 in sensitivity to the chemotherapeutic agent cisplatin was here investigated. We employed RNA interference to reduce Med19 expression in human non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) cell lines and analyzed their phenotypic changes. The results showed that after Med19 siRNA transfection, expression of Med19 mRNA and protein was dramatically reduced (p<0.05). Meanwhile, impaired growth potential, arrested cell cycle at G0/G1 phase and enhanced sensitivity to cisplatin were exhibited. Apoptosis and caspase-3 activity were increased when cells were exposed to Med19 siRNA and/or cisplatin. The present findings suggest that Med19 facilitates tumorigenic properties of NSCLC cells and knockdown of Med19 may be a rational therapeutic tool for lung cancer cisplatin sensitization.

A National Study of Survival Trends and Conditional Survival in Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma: Analysis of the National Population-Based Surveillance Epidemiology and End Results Registry

        Jia-Wei Lv,Xiao-Dan Huang,Yu-Pei Chen,Guan-Qun Zhou,Ling-Long Tang,Yan-Ping Mao,Wen-Fei Li,Ai-Hua Lin,Jun Ma,Ying Sun 대한암학회 2018 Cancer Research and Treatment Vol.50 No.2

Purpose Conditional survival (CS) provides important information on survival for a period of time after diagnosis. Currently, information on CS patterns of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) is lacking. We aimed to analyze survival rate over time and estimate CS for NPC patients using a national population-based registry. Materials and Methods Patients diagnosed with NPC between 1973 and 2007 with at least 5-year follow-up were identified from the Surveillance Epidemiology End Results registry. Traditional survival rates and crude CS estimates were calculated using Kaplan-Meier analysis. Risk-adjusted survival curves were plotted from the proportional hazards model using the correct group prognosis method. Results For 7,713 patients analyzed, adjusted baseline 5-year overall survival improved significantly from 36.0% in patients diagnosed in 1973-1979, 41.7% in 1980-1989, 46.6% in 1990- 1999, to 54.7% in 2000-2007 (p < 0.01). CS analysis demonstrated that for every additional year survived, adjusted probability of surviving the next 5 years increased from 66.7% (localized), 54.0% (regional), and 35.3% (distant) at the time of diagnosis, to 83.7% (localized), 75.0% (regional), and 62.2% (distant) for patients who had survived 5 years. Adjusted 5-year CS differed among age, sex, tumor histology, ethnicity, and stage subgroups initially, but converged with time. Conclusion Treatment outcomes of NPC patients have greatly improved over the decades. Increases in CS become more prominent in patients with distant disease than in those with localized or regional disease as patients survive longer. CS provides more dynamic prognostic information for patients who have survived a period of time after diagnosis.

The efficiency of treatment in the two groups was compared with reference to survival time and therapeutic response. Results: The experimental group (single lobaplatin as chemotherapy drug) was superior to control group (single pirarubicin hydrochloride as chemotherapy drug) in the aspects of survival time and therapeutic response, with statistical significance. Conclusions: Single lobaplatin can be as a chemotherapy drug in TACE and has better efficiency in the aspects of mean survival time and therapeutic response, deserving to be popularized in the clinic.

      • The Shearing Behavior of Artificial Soil Extracted from Loess

        ( Chongyang Gao ),( Ling Xu ),( Dongdong Yan ),( Yili Wang ),( Borui Lv ) 대한지질공학회 2019 대한지질공학회 학술발표회논문집 Vol.2019 No.2

Loess, as a typical silty soil, covered an area of 440,000km2 in China and a lot of work has been done on the study of mechanics and microstructure of the Loess. For better understanding the behavior of Loess, artificial soils we're created by extracting from the Xi’an and Lanzhou loess using water sedimentary method and which were then divided into five groups according to the variation of gradation. A series of triaxial tests were conducted to identify the effect of particle gradation on the behavior of soil within the framework of critical state soil mechanics. The results show that the location of critical state line is first decrease and then increased with the content of the fine particles increasing. And the slope of the critical state lines also shows consistent trend. There exists a phase transformation gradation soil, called C soil, which is the closest to the natural soil on the gradation curve. For A and B soils with more clay content, there are relatively difficult to reach critical state even if their strain reaches 35%, compared to the other types of soil. As the content of coarse particles increases, the soil generally exhibits more pronounced dilatancy, and the properties are closer to fine sand. This paper is of great significance to provide a reference for better understanding of the behavior of loess in the geotechnique engineering application.
