Background: To evaluate the value of combined detection of serum carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), cytokeratin 19 fragment (CYFRA21-1), and carbohydrateantigen 125 (CA125) for the clinical diagnosis of nonsmall cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Materials and Methods: Serum CEA, CYFRA21-1 and CA125 were assessed in 140 patients with NSCLC, 90 patients with benign lung disease and 90 normal control subjects, and differences of expression were compared in each group, and joint effects of these tumor markers in the diagnosis of NSCLC were analyzed. Results: Serum CEA, CYFRA21-1 and CA125 in patients with NSCLC were significantly higher than those with benign lung disease and normal controls (P<0.05). The sensitivity of CEA, CYFRA21-1 and CA125 were 49.45%, 59.67%, and 44.87% respectively. As expected, combinations of these tumor markers improved their sensitivity for NSCLC. The combined detection of CEA + CYFRA21-1 was the most cost-effective combination which had higher sensitivity and specificity in NSCLC. Elevation of serum CEA and CYFRA21-1 was significantly associated with pathological types (P<0.05) and elevation of serum CEA, CYFRA21-1 and CA125 was significantly associated with TNM staging (P<0.05). Conclusions: Single measurement of CEA, CYFRA21-1 and CA125 is of diagnostic value in the diagnosis of lung cancer, and a joint detection of these three tumor markers, could greatly improve the sensitivity of diagnosis on NSCLC. Combined detection of CEA + CYFRA21-1 proved to be the most economic and practical strategy in diagnosis of NSCLC, which can be used to screen the high-risk group.
Weighted Centroid Localization Algorithm Based on Mobile Anchor Node for Wireless Sensor Networks

Localization of nodes is a key technology for application of wireless sensor network. Having a GPS receiver on every sensor node is costly. In the past, several approaches, including range-based and range-free, have been proposed to calculate positions for randomly deployed sensor nodes. Most of them use some special nodes, called anchor nodes, which are assumed to know their own locations. Other sensors compute their locations based on the information provided by these anchor nodes. This paper uses a single mobile anchor node to move in the sensing field and broadcast its current position periodically. We provide a weighted centroid localization algorithm that uses coefficients, which are decided by the influence of mobile anchor node to unknown nodes, to prompt localization accuracy. We also suggest a criterion which is used to select mobile anchor node which involve in computing the position of nodes for improving localization accuracy. Weighted centroid localization algorithm is simple, and no communication is needed while locating. The localization accuracy of weighted centroid localization algorithm is better than maximum likelihood estimation which is used very often. It can be applied to many applications.
한국어 유의어 변별 교육 : 틀 의미론 적용을 중심으로

This article analyzes synonymy semantics according the theories frame. Traditional semantics analyzes language internally and ignores the human experiences and cognition mechanisms. Cognitive Semantics argues that the meaning of words lies not in language itself but in the frames constructed by a series of cognition activities. The establishment of meaning should take encyclopedic knowledge into account. Frame Semantics provides a new perspective to the explanation of meaning, and it can be used to distinguish synonymies from three perspectives of "profiling", 'selectional restruction', 'Linking of the framework elements and gyeokteul' And using the three methods, the synonyms for "넘다-건너다" were analyzed. According to the analysis result, proposed the education plan for Chinese advanced learners. 전통의미론은 어휘의 의미 구조에 대한 분석을 통해 유의어에 접근하는데, 이러한 분석 방법은 백과사전적 지식(encyclopedic knowledge)이 결여된다는 단점이 있다. 이에 본고는 틀 의미론을 도입하여 유의어의 의미 해석과 변별에 틀 의미론을 활용할 필요성을 살펴보고, 유의어의 변별에 '윤곽부여', '틀 선택제약', '틀 요소와 격틀 링킹'의 3가지 방법을 제시하였다. 그리고 이 3가지 방법을 이동 동사 유의어 '건너다', '넘다'에 적용하여 분석하였다. 다음 이 분석 결과를 바탕으로 하여 중국인 한국어 학습자를 대상으로 한 학습자 중심 교수 방안을 제안하였다. 이러한 교수 · 학습 방법은 학습자가 주도적으로 개념체계를 형성해 나감으로써 궁극적으로 자신의 의사소통 능력을 향상시키는 데 유용할 것으로 기대한다.

Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is the most prevalent form of dementia. Biomarkers such as levels of amyloid beta (Aβ) in cerebrospinal fluid and ApoE genotyping were suggested for the diagnosis of AD, however, the result is either non-conclusive or with invasive procedure. Genome-wide association studies (GWASs) for AD suggested single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in many genes are associated with the risk of AD, but each only contributed with small effect to the disease. By incorporating a panel of established genetic susceptibility factors, the risk of an individual in getting AD could be better estimated. Further research will be required to reveal if adding to the current well-developed clinical diagnosis protocol, the accuracy and specificity of diagnosis of AD would be greatly improved and if this might also be beneficial in identifying pre-symptomatic AD patients for early diagnosis and intervention of the disease.
외국인을 위한 동사 유의어 교육 내용 연구 : 중국인 학습자를 대상으로

본고는 중국인 학습자에게 적합한 교육 내용을 구축하기 위해 변별 정보에 초점을 맞추어 동사 유의어를 논의하였다. 우선 동사의 어휘 특징을 반영하는 변별 정보를 정리하고 이를 바탕으로 중국인 학습자가 이해하기 쉬운 1단계, 동사 특징이 잘 나타나는 2단계, 보충이 필요한 3단계로 나누어 동사 유의어 교육 내용을 설계하였다. 그 결과물 자체가 교육 자료 개발과 교수 방법 연구에 기여하리라고 확신한다. In order to construct educational contents that suit for Chinese learners, this study focuses on discrimination of verbs. It sorts out the discrimination items reflecting the characteristics of verbs, and on this basis, designs “understanding easily, reflecting the characteristics of the verbs, the necessary supplement” three analysis steps of verb synonyms. The results of this study will contribute to the development of educational materials and teaching methods in the future.
