유비쿼터스환경의 영상매체에서 Visual콘텐츠의 활성화 방안

유비쿼터스 시대의 DMB는 '나만의 TV' 혹은 '내손 안의 TV'를 통해 언제 어디서나 정보를 공유함음을 의미한다. DMB는 디지털방송에서 유비쿼터스의 정보 제공 기능을 가장 많이 활용하고 있다. 하지만 콘텐츠 측면으로는 기존 방송을 재전송 하고 있어서 여러 가지의 문제점을 야기하고 있다. 그래서 향후 DMB 방송은 그 특성에 맞는 콘텐츠로 제작되어야만 할 것이다. 결국 DMB 콘텐츠의 제작방향을 정립하기 위해서는 DMB라는 매체의 특성 및 서비스의 영역을 정확하게 분석하는 일이 매우 중요하다고 본다. 본 연구는 이를 분석해 보고 DMB에 적합한 프로그램 개발 그리고 적정한 시간, 카메라 앵글과 워킹을 통한 시각적 표현방법 등 전반적인 영상콘텐츠 제작방향을 제시하고자 했다. 특성에 맞게 제작 된 콘텐츠는 사용자들에게 DMB가 더욱 친숙하게 느껴질 것이며 이 시대에 새로운 문화로 자리 잡아갈 수 있을 것이다, 결과적으로는 DMB 시청자 확보율이 더욱 높아질 것으로 기대한다. A DMB in an ubiquitous age means that every one can share informations anytime anywhere through 'his own TV' or 'TV in his own hands'. A DMB of digital broadcastings makes the most use of informations through ubiquitous. But it has several problems just owing to retransferring existing broadcast programs in contents. So hereafter, DMB broadcasting must be produced with contents suiting its properties. After all, it is important to analyze exactly properties and service fields of medium of DMB to make an establish production direction of its contents. This paper analyzes such properties and presents overall image-contents production direction. This includes appropriate program developments and visual expressions through proper running time, camera angle and walking. The contents harmonized with its properties will give more familiarities to DMB users and it will be a new culture. In the end, it is expected that a share of DMB audience will be more higher.
TV News 영상구성에서 Imaginary Line 확대 적용에 관한 연구

뉴스의 중요성이 한층 강조되고 있는 정보화시대에 TV뉴스의 영상제작 분야는 다매체 다채널 디지털방식 등 첨단 기술로 끊임없이 진보되어 오고 있다. 하루가 다르게 발전하는 첨단 방송장비들과 새로운 표현기법들은 오랫동안 방송현업에 종사하고 있는 사람들도 당황스럽게 한다. 영상제작방식은 변화의 속도를 더 빠르게 실감하고 있으며 고품질의 영상정보를 수용하려는 시청자들은 이런 변화들을 오히려 반겼을 것이다. 그 동안 전통적 관념으로 영상표현방식이 존재하고 있었는데 TV뉴스 영상에서는 이미지너리 라인을 적용한 표현방식이 있었다. 수용자에게 이제 전통적인 영상표현은 TV뉴스 속에서 중요성을 상실하고 있다. 그러나 진보되어가는 시대적 흐름에 영상표현 방식도 변화를 가져왔고 영상 제작자들은 시청자들의 욕구를 충족시키기 위하여 보완점을 만들어 냈다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 영상제작 방식도 시대적 흐름에 따르지 않고 적응하지 못하고 있다는 의미에서 TV뉴스영상의 이미지너리 라인을 확대 해석해야 할 필요성을 제기하고자 한다. 지금의 영상은 오직 비디오만을 주장하지 않는다. 비디오와 오디오를 통틀어 정의 되고 있다. 아울러 이미지너리 라인의 개념도 영상제작에 확대 해석하고 적용해서 수용자들의 이해를 돕고 바른 TV뉴스 영상을 수용자 뿐 아니라 제작자들에게도 인식시키고자 한다. At these information age when the importance of news is of particular emphasis, the field of image-production for the news are being made rapid progressive by high-tech like multi-media, multi-channel digital system. Even experts who have engaged in the work of broadcasting in th field for a long time are perplexed with rapid development in Broadcasting equipments and expression techniques. The field of TV is characterized by the speed of change and the desire of viewers for new and interesting video images. The image expression system applying image line has ever existed as one of conventional image expression methods. Obsolete and old image expressions are paling into significance for viewers who want to access more information in a short time. but The change of image expression systems due to the progressive stream of time has forced existing imaginary to be changed constantly to accommodate the changing interests and expectations of the viewers. Therefore, in this treatise, we need a broad interpretation about the direction of this imaginary line for TV news image in that existing systems of image producing haven’t also been changed and adapted to the stream of time. In these days, image is defined as not only video, but also audio. also We need to reduce the confusion concerning the imaginary line and contribute to a correct understanding images of TV news for not only customers but also producer by extending and applying the concept of imaginary line to image producing.
Auxin response factor 2 (ARF2) plays a major role in regulating auxin-mediated leaf longevity

<P>Auxin regulates a variety of physiological and developmental processes in plants. Although auxin acts as a suppressor of leaf senescence, its exact role in this respect has not been clearly defined, aside from circumstantial evidence. It was found here that <I>ARF2</I> functions in the auxin-mediated control of <I>Arabidopsis</I> leaf longevity, as discovered by screening EMS mutant pools for a delayed leaf senescence phenotype. Two allelic mutations, <I>ore14-1</I> and <I>14-2</I>, caused a highly significant delay in all senescence parameters examined, including chlorophyll content, the photochemical efficiency of photosystem II, membrane ion leakage, and the expression of senescence-associated genes. A delay of senescence symptoms was also observed under various senescence-accelerating conditions, where detached leaves were treated with darkness, phytohormones, or oxidative stress. These results indicate that the gene defined by these mutations might be a key regulatory genetic component controlling functional leaf senescence. Map-based cloning of <I>ORE14</I> revealed that it encodes ARF2, a member of the auxin response factor (ARF) protein family, which modulates early auxin-induced gene expression in plants. The <I>ore14/arf2</I> mutation also conferred an increased sensitivity to exogenous auxin in hypocotyl growth inhibition, thereby demonstrating that ARF2 is a repressor of auxin signalling. Therefore, the <I>ore14/arf2</I> lesion appears to cause reduced repression of auxin signalling with increased auxin sensitivity, leading to delayed senescence. Altogether, our data suggest that ARF2 positively regulates leaf senescence in <I>Arabidopsis</I>.</P>
비이온성 계면활성제를 이용한 원유 중의 유황화합물의 가용화도 증진에 관한 연구

In this study commercial nonionic surfactants I and II were used to enhance the solubility of sulfur compounds in the aqueous solution. Commercial nonionic surfactants I-G and II-A were found to have the best solubilizing capacity among the surfactants used during this study. Solubilization of sulfur compounds in the crude oil by commercial I-G was 30.17% at 40℃ and that by commercial II-A was 41.70% at 40℃. Solubilization was increased when alcohol was added as a cosurfactant, presumably due to increase in flexibility of surfactant aggregate packing. It was also found that commercial surfactant I-G hardly affected growth of sulfur reducing bacteria.

<P>Summary</P><P>Leaf senescence is the final stage of leaf development and is finely regulated via a complex genetic regulatory network incorporating both developmental and environmental factors. In an effort to identify negative regulators of leaf senescence, we screened activation-tagged Arabidopsis lines for mutants that exhibit a delayed leaf senescence phenotype. One of the mutants (<I>ore7-1D</I>) showed a highly significant delay of leaf senescence in the heterozygous state, leading to at least a twofold increase in leaf longevity. The activated gene (<I>ORE7</I>/<I>ESC</I>) encoded a protein with an AT-hook DNA-binding motif; such proteins are known to co-regulate transcription of genes through modification of chromatin architecture. We showed that ORE7/ESC, in addition to binding to a plant AT-rich DNA fragment, could also modify the chromatin architecture, as illustrated by an altered distribution of a histone–GFP fusion protein in the nucleus of the mutant. Globally altered gene expression, shown by microarray analysis, also indicated that activation of <I>ORE7</I>/<I>ESC</I> results in a younger condition in the mutant leaves. We propose that ectopically expressed <I>ORE7</I>/<I>ESC</I> is negatively regulating leaf senescence and suggest that the resulting chromatin alteration may have a role in controlling leaf longevity. Interestingly, activation of <I>ORE7</I>/<I>ESC</I> also led to a highly extended post-harvest storage life.</P>
인덕턴스 연산에 의한 스위치드 릴럭턴스 전동기의 회전자 위치검출

In this paper proposes a very simple method to estimate the rotor position of a switched reluctance motor. By on-line estimating the self-inductance of the motor, the rotor position of the SR motor is obtained, and a closed-loop drive system can be achieved. Proposed methods can easy implement to application with sensorless SR motor drive system. Speed 2000 rpm SR motor simulation executed with self inductance estimation and result represented. Simulation result verified the rotor position using the proposed self-inductance estimation method.
