공동주택 리모델링 사례조사를 통한 수익성 영향요인 분석

Markets for the apartment remodeling projects will be a major portion of the construction industry in near future. However, only partial remodeling works in the apartment were done so far. This situation caused bad impact to expand the remodeling markets and less profits of the remodeling projects. In order to solve this problem, many other researches were done previously to Improve profits of the apartment remodeling projects. However, the results are too theoretical to implement them and Improve profits. In this research, profitability influence factors that are possible to improve effect of the remodeling works are selected and analyzed through several studies. Then, correlation analysis is performed between the improvement level in the remodeling projects and the numerical profitability based on actual cases. The result clearly shows that some improved remodeling items are strongly related to the profit. These results lead us to the strategy to follow for the purpose of increasing profits of the remodeling projects. 공동주택의 리모델링 사업은 장기적으로 가장 비중이 크고 중요한 리모델링 시장의 한 분야라고 할 수 있으나, 아직까지는 세대 내부 인테리어 또는 국소부위 리모델링 수준에 머무르며 수익성 향상측면과는 거리가 있는 사업으로 인식되고 있어, 리모델링 사업의 활성화 방향에 저해 요소로 작용하고 있다. 기존 연구에서는 이와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 거주자 및 전문가의 항목별 우선순위에 대한 많은 연구가 진행되었으나, 이는 사업 이후의 평가 즉, 실제 리모델링 사업 이후의 Feedback을 통한 리모델링 사업의 수익성 향상 측면의 재고라기보다는 이론적 선행연구에 그치고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 선행 연구 및 문헌조사를 통해서 리모델링 사업의 수익성에 영향을 미치는 인자 Pool을 도출하고, 다수의 실제 공동주택 리모델링 사례를 바탕으로 리모델링 부문의 개선수준과 실제적 발생 수익과의 상관분석을 통하여 각 세부요인들의 개선수준이 수익성에 미치는 상관관계를 정량적인 수치로 도출하고 결과 값을 해석하여, 이를 바탕으로 기존 리모델링 사례에 대한 문제점을 재조명함과 동시에 향후 리모델링 사업의 방향 설정에 참고가 될 수 있도록 함에 그 목적이 있다.
분무방식에 의한 NFC(Nano-Fibrillated Cellulose)의 제지공정 적용 방안 탐색 연구

In recent years, it had focused on the improvement of paper properties by addition of NFC (Nano-fibrillated Cellulose). Although the addition of NFC to wet-end of papermaking process could be suggested as a new solution to improve the strength properties of paper, it was not possible to avoid the bad drainage caused by the added NFC’s chocking pores of wet web. Instead of the direct addition to wet-end, spraying of NFC to web in wire-section was tried in this study and evaluated by checking various paper properties including surface smoothness, tensile strength, folding endurance and stiffness. According to the increase of spraying amount of NFC, above mentioned paper properties were enhanced without excessive deterioration of drainage. Compared with direct introduction to wet-end, spraying could be regarded as a more proper method to enhance the surface smoothness and strength properties of paper.

The strength of linerboards produced in summer was weaker than that in winter. In this study, efforts were made to increase the consistency of OCC pulp to improve the strength of linerboards produced in the summer. The pulping temperatures of summer and winter were set at 52℃ and 19℃, respectively. The pulping consistency was set 5% at 19℃ in winter and 5, 6, 6.5 and 7% at 52℃ in summer. As a result, it has been found that the strength of the linerboard can be improved by increasing the pulping consistency. The strength of the linerboard with a pulping consistency of 6% and a pulping temperature of 52℃ is similar to that of 5% and 19℃. The linerboard strength increased by more than 20% when the consistency increased to 6.5 and 7%. Therefore, an increase in pulp consistency is considered to be one of the solutions to improve the strength of linerboards in summer.
염화팔미토일의 기상 그라프트 반응에 의한 PVA 코팅층의 소수화 효율 분석

Gas grafting of cellulose with fatty acid chloride based on chromatogenic chemistry is an effective method which can provide paper with hydrophobic characteristic. In case of gas grafting with fatty acid chloride, various reaction parameters such as concentration of fatty acid chloride, reaction temperature, and reaction time are very important for the optimization of the gas grafting of cellulose. In this study the gas grafting efficiency of PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) coated paper at the various conditions was evaluated by measuring water resistance such as Cobb1,800 size and water contact angle. Also quantitative analysis was performed for determining reacted or un reacted fatty acid chloride by using ATR spectroscopy and GC. As a result, when the content of palmitoyl chloride esterified with a hydroxyl group at 1% concentration of palmitoyl chloride and 180℃ of react temperature was less than 1 g/㎡, Cobb1,800 size degree was less than 10 g/㎡. And it was found that Cobb1,800 size value, water contact angle, ratios of absorption peak of 1,735 cm<SUP>-1</SUP>/3,300 cm-1, amount of grafted fatty acid was improved with increase in concentration of palmitoyl chloride, temperature, and reaction time. And there was good correlation between GC analysis, ATR spectroscopy analysis and Cobb1,800 sizing degree for evaluation of the grafting efficiency. It should be noted that only water contact angle could not be used to evaluate the grafting efficiency.

This paper deals with the heat transfer characteristics due to a fire of train standing at under-ground station. In order to analyze the fluid characteristics at under-ground station, the governing equation was assumed to be steady-state, incompressible and turbulent fluid model. The commercial Fluent ver. 6.0 was used to solve the above numerical problem. Through the numerical analysis, fluid path-line, temperature distribution and CO₂ density distribution are demonstrated for three kinds of cases. As a conclusion of the study, a scenario for operation of ventilation fan in a fire is proposed.
태양 열 전기 복합생산 PVT Water and PVT Air 모듈의 실험적 성능비교 연구

The development of photovoltaic-thermal (PVT) technology has been introduced in recent years specifically to increase PV efficiency. One of the characteristics of PV systems is that the electricity generation increases as the solar radiation increases whereas the efficiency decreases because of high surface temperatures. Using a photovoltaic-thermal system, the surface temperature can be decreased by capturing the excess heat and the efficiency can be increased due to these characteristics. In this paper, three cases are introduced : 1) PV_r as the reference case, 2) PVT_a, which uses air as a heat source, and 3) PVT_w, which uses water as a heat source. Experiments were performed, analyzed, and compared to examine the effect of the PVT type on the efficiency of the system. The results showed that ETC(%/℃) efficiency of the PVT cases was increased versus the reference case due to decreasing surface temperature. Total efficiencies, which are electrical efficiency and thermal efficiency, for each PVT are tested and found to be 12.22% for PV_r, 29.50% for PVT_a, and 68.74% for PVT_w.
태양 열·전기 복합생산 단위 모듈의 실험적 성능비교 연구

태양 열·전기 복합생산 시스템은 태양광을 이용한 전력생산과 더불어 열에너지를 동시에 생산하는 시스템이다. 본 연구에서는 태양 공기 열 전기 복합생산 단위모듈 실험 장치를 구현하여 실험하고 데이터 분석을 통한 표면온도에 대한 발전 효율증가와 열에너지 생산량을 제시한다. 실험은 기존의 태양광 방식과 공기열 복합생산 방식을 반복 수행하였다. 이 두 실험 데이터를 비교분석을 통하여 기존의 방식 대비 공기열 복합 생산 방식의 단위 표면온도에 대한 발전효율상승을 정량적으로 제시한다. 본 실험에서 공기열 태양 열 전기 복합 생산방식은 기존 태양광 대비 표면온도는 13.52℃ 낮아졌고, 발전효율이 5.09% 상승하였다. 또한 공기열원 순환 시스템의 출입구 온도차이 1℃ 당 15.69Wt 의 열에너지를 생산한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 실험적 데이터의 비교분석을 통한 결과로 공기열원 태양 열 전기 복합생산 시스템의 0.34%/℃의 단위 표면온도당 발전 효율상승 수치를 제시한다. A solar heat and power hybrid system can simultaneously generate electricity and thermal energy. In this study, several experiments were carried out with a solar heat and power hybrid unit. Then, a method to increase the photovoltaic efficiency and amount of thermal energy was suggested based on a comparative analysis. The experiment was conducted using only the photovoltaic system as a reference case, with the photovoltaic-thermal air system as a hybrid case. A numerical increase in the photovoltaic efficiency per 1°C was suggested based on a comparative data analysis of these two cases. In this experiment, the surface temperature on the air hybrid system was 13.52°C lower than that in the reference case, and the photovoltaic efficiency was increased by 5.09. The amount of thermal energy produced was 15.69 Wt per 1°C difference between the ambient and outlet temperatures. In this paper, therefore, a photovoltaic efficiency increase of 0.34 per 1°C is proposed for the air hybrid system based on the analysis of the experimental data.
