The usal practice in using a control chart to monitor a process is to take samples of size n from the process every h hours, this article considers the properties of the double sampling ?? chartc when of each sampl depends on what is observed in the proceeding sample. This procedure offer better than statistical efficiency than the Shewhart ?? chart.

The libraries of the various learning institutes in the Yi Dynasty may be categorized into types: 1)The Hyang-Gyo library(the public school libraries in rural districts) 2)The Sabu-Hankdang library(the public school libraries in the Capital) 3)The Sowon library(the libraries of private learning institutes) 4)The Jyon-Gyong-Gak library(the library of the Sung Kyun Kwan which was the highest learning institute in the Yi Dynasty) For the historical study of Korean libraries as well as its education and culture the Hyang-Gyo libraries hold an very important position, but undeservedly its study has been neglected. 공정관리에서 신경망을 이용한 X 관리도의 연구

We propose the control chart to provide a more comprehensive scheme for detecting process mean shifts. In this papers, using the backpropagation, five samples are fed into the trained neural network to provide outputs ranging from -1 to 1. The main advantage of using neural network with control chart is that the neural network has almost no delay in detecting small and systematic patterns in the mean. Simulation results show that the performance of the proposed control chart using the neural network is quite promising.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the general characteristics of modern library which was in a germinal stage at the opening period of Korea. The major findings of this study is summarized as follows. (1) Modern libraries which began to develop during the opening period of Korea were deeply rooted in the spirit of patriotism. After 1905, which was the year of so-called Korean-Japanese Protocal concluded under the Japanese military pressure, the patriotic enlightenment campaign against foreign penetration developed rapidly throughout the country. Accordingly, the movement for establishing modern library was carried out among advanced reformers. (2) The first modern school library was built in the private school of Wonsan established by the residents of Wonsan area. They believed that the best way to strengthen the national power to oppose Japanese penetration was to learn the Western culture and technology. (3) The first modern public library named The Central Library of Korea was originated by Oh Ha Young and his comrade in 1906. Included among these promoters of the library were Yun Chi Ho and Min Sang Ho, two persons who had experienced Western culture during their study abroad. (4) Pakmunkuk, the newspaper office of the government, had its own library in 1883 which was the first modernized special library in Korea. (5) Major factors which hindered the rapid growth modern libraries in the opening period are as follows; ① Lack of people's demand for the library. ② Limited scope of the publications(mainly school text-books) ③Poor financial conditions. (6) Japanese invasion in 1910 had broken the growing roots of modern libraries in formative stage

Causes of atelectasis under general anesthesia are tracheal foreign body, blood clot, aspiration of bronchial secretion, one-lung ventilation and relative predominance of parasympathetic system. N-acetylcysteine is mucolytic agent which improves the capability of sputum drainage. After administration of N-acetylcysteine, an increased volume of liquified bronchial secretions may occur. When cough is inadequate, the airway must be maintained open by mechanical suction. In case that is a mechanical block due to local accumulation, the airway should be cleared by endotracheal aspiration. A 49-year-old female was admitted for bilateral laparoscopic oophorectomy due to ovarian tumors. There was not any problem during a general anesthesia induction. After instillation of N-acetylcysteine into endotracheal tube, acute atelectasis was developed in right lower lung.

We are representing the equation of c???x'²by x²with degree of freedom n' and c???(x'²-b) by x²with degree of freedom n'. Also, approximation formulas of noncentral x'²can be represented by expansion method. The calculation of noncentral x'²is complicated when the degree of freedom is decimal point number. In this paper, we have attempted the numerical comparison of percentile points of the noncentral x'²with the correction term.

독립적이며 같은 분포를 갖는 ON/OFF source를 갖는 패킷을 고려하자. ON/OFF source가 무한한 분산을 갖는 파레토분포일 때, 누적 패킷확률과정이 브라운 운동 ??와 경과된 시간 t에 대한 일차 결합 ???(t) 으로 표현된다. 이 때, 파레토 분포의 평균과 자체-유사 계수 H 에 의존되며 정하여지는 상수 a, b를 구하였다.

현대 패션에 반영된 한국적 이미지의 의미 분석

The purpose of this study is to semiotically reinterpret the Korean beauty and symbol inhering in the modern clothing of Korean designers as the context of traditional culture through regarding the clothing including hegemony that is controlling the Korean society and culture as a sign. The theoretical framework for analysis was derived from the semiotically analytic methods of F. Saussure and R. Barthes. The results of the study are as fallows; Korean images reflected in the modern clothing designed by Korean designers are humanistic image, environmental-friendly image, totemic and mythological image, equal and peaceful image, and metaphorical and metonymical image. Conclusively, developing a creative design based upon the interpretation of our unique and traditional culture, the clothing could be newly made of historical and cultural resources in the modern lives. If so, I think that the clothing will be not only the visual and decorative art but also an information which contains implication of our culture, and finally can be established.

원주지역 정보통신도시 육성 및 추진방안 연구

The purpose of this research is to serve as a base for promoting the growth of an information and communication city by orienting to develop Wonju an information and communication city and to present its prospective models. According to the project, Wonju can be a city of crucially strategical resources by the regional strong economic activities in Wonju areas, which will be able to not only enhance the better life but also lead more job opportunities for the people. Also the plan can make Wonju a clean industry city without pollution problems. Therefore the increase of tax revenues is expected by the population influx to this areas. Information and communicative industry by introducing software industry would help Wonju area be the post of strategic importance with bringing middle and less leveled technology of S/W industry and by proceeding with the forward the scheme of software supporting center and S/W founding and upbring center to Wonju.
