      • The Upgrading Paths of Chinese Tourism Enterprises from the View of Global Value

        Locating in the low-end links in the global value chain, Chinese tourism enterprises need to upgrade urgently. Utilizing the industry upgrading analysis framework based on tourism global value chain, the paper analyses the obstacles and paths which Chinese tourism enterprises inserting into global value chain face, and puts forward three kinds of upgrading paths. It then gives some policy suggestions.

        Research of the adaptive control on modulation factor for PSR fly‐back PSM converter

        The energy balance (EB) model of a primary side regulation (PSR) fly‐back converter in the discontinuous conduction mode (DCM) is discussed in this paper. Based on this EB model, the stability of a PSR fly‐back converter in the pulse skipping mode (PSM) is analyzed, and a self‐adapting modulation factor control strategy is proposed. Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that by saving an optocoupler and correlative circuits, which are necessary in traditional PSM fly‐back converters, the modulation factor tolerance controlled by this method is 1.26% on average, corresponding to the ideal value. Compared with traditional fly‐back PSM controllers, the power saved in the sampler/comparator modules is 87% on average for a load range of 1 Ω to 1 kΩ.

        The morphologies and structures of Ni(OH)2–graphene hybrid materials were tailored by using different mineralizers in this work. It was revealed that the synergic effects of the highly oxidized graphene sheets and the mineralizers played a crucial role in controlling the morphology and structure of the nanocomposites, and Na2CO3 is a very effective mineralizer for growing chiseled 2D nanoplates of Ni(OH)2 on graphene sheets. When produced with NaOH, fragmental Ni(OH)2 crystals with irregular shapes erratically decorated on graphene sheets. In contrast, chiseled Ni(OH)2 hexagonal nanoplates grown on graphene sheets were obtained when Na2CO3 was used as the mineralizer. These unique 2D–2D nanoarchitectures with higher contact area between the nanocrystals and graphene substrate can increase the interfacial interaction and then efficiently improve the structural stability of the composite material, thus exhibiting an enhanced Li storage capacity and excellent cycling performance of 562 mAh g-1 after the 36th cycle.

        Multi-objective Optimization of a Hydrogen-Battery Hybrid Storage System for Offshore Wind Farm Using MOPSO

        Recently, offshore wind farms (OWFs) are gaining more and more attention for its high efficiency and yearly energy production capacity. However, the power generated by OWFs has the drawbacks of intermittence and fluctuation, leading to the deterioration of electricity grid stability and wind curtailment. Energy storage is one of the most important solutions to smooth the wind power and capture its surplus. In this paper, we provide a multi-objective optimization approach that combines multi-objective particle swarm optimization and rule-based energy management strategy for an on-gird offshore wind-hydrogen-battery system to simultaneously address the economic (Eco), the qualified rate of smoothing offshore wind power fluctuations (QRS), and the rate of offshore wind power curtailment (ROC). Results revealed that ROC and Eco, QRS and Eco are negatively correlated, but ROC and QRS are positively correlated. The hybrid storage system is more conducive to improve QRS and reduce ROC. Comparing with other three systems, the improvement range for ROC is between 13.6 and 46% when QRS is 100%. In addition, battery storage improves QRS by 2.6%, hydrogen storage deteriorates Eco by 86.8% and improve ROC by 38.5%, the change of ROC and QRS brings by transmission project are close to 100% and 4.4%.

        An I-V Circuit with Combined Compensation for Infrared Receiver Chip

        This paper proposes a novel combined compensation structure in the infrared receiver chip. For the infrared communication chip, the current-voltage (I-V) convert circuit is crucial and important. The circuit is composed by the transimpedance amplifier (TIA) and the combined compensation structures. The TIA converts the incited photons into photocurrent. In order to amplify the photocurrent and avoid the saturation, the TIA uses the combined compensation circuit. This novel compensation structure has the low frequency compensation and high frequency compensation circuit. The low frequency compensation circuit rejects the low frequency photocurrent in the ambient light preventing the saturation. The high frequency compensation circuit raises the high frequency input impedance preserving the sensitivity to the signal of interest. This circuit was implemented in a $0.6{\mu}m$ BiCMOS process. Simulation of the proposed circuit is carried out in the Cadence software, with the 3V power supply, it achieves a low frequency photocurrent rejection and the gain keeps 109dB ranging from 10nA to $300{\mu}A$. The test result fits the simulation and all the results exploit the validity of the circuit.

        Associations for BCO2, PCSK9, and TR1B1 Polymorphism and Lifestyle Factors with Ischemic Stroke: A Nested Case-Control Study

        Purpose: To investigate associations for polymorphisms in β-carotene 9',10'-oxygenase (BCO2, rs10431036 and rs11214109), proproteinconvertase subtilisin kexin type 9 (PCSK9, rs11583680), and tribbles pseudokinase 1 (TRIB1, rs17321515 and rs2954029), aswell as lifestyle factors, with ischemic stroke (IS). Materials and Methods: This nested case-control study included 161 patients with IS and 483 matched control individuals. Wecollected medical reports, lifestyle details, and blood samples from individuals and used the PCR-ligase detection reaction methodto genotype single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs). Results: The GA+AA genotype of rs10431036 (p<0.001) and rs17321515 (p=0.003), the CT+TT genotype of rs11214109 (p=0.005),and the TA+AA genotype of rs2954029 (p=0.006) in dominant models increased the risk of IS. In additive models, the GG genotypeof rs17321515 (p=0.005) and the TT genotype of rs2954029 (p=0.008) increased the risk of IS. Adequate intake of fruits/vegetablesreduced the risk of IS (p=0.005). Although there was no interaction between genes and fruits/vegetables, people with inadequateintake of fruits/vegetables who carried a risk genotype had a higher risk of IS than those only having inadequate fruits/vegetables intake or those only carrying a risk genotype. Also, the haplotypes AC, AT, and GT (comprising rs10431036 andrs11214109) and GT (comprising rs2954029 and rs17321515) were found to be associated with an increased risk of IS (p<0.05). Conclusion: Polymorphisms in BCO2 and TRIB1 and fruits/vegetables intake were associated with IS. These results provide thetheoretical basis for gene screening to prevent chronic cerebrovascular diseases.

        The effect of Glomus intraradices on the physiological properties of Panax ginseng and on rhizospheric microbial diversity

        Background: Glomus intraradices is a species of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi that, as an obligate endomycorrhiza, can form mutually beneficial associations with plants. Panax ginseng is a popular traditional Chinese medicine; however, problems associated with ginseng planting, such as pesticide residues, reduce the ginseng quality. Methods: In this experiment, we studied the effect of inoculating G. intraradices on several physiological properties and microbial communities of ginseng. UV-Visible Spectrum method was used to detect physical properties. Denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis method was used to analyze microbial communities. Results: The results indicated that inoculation with G. intraradices can improve the colonization rate of lateral ginseng roots, increase the levels of monomeric and total ginsenosides, and improve root activity as well as polyphenol oxidase and catalase activities. We also studied the bacterial and fungal communities in ginseng rhizospheric soil. In our study, G. intraradices inoculation improved the abundance and Shannon diversity of bacteria, whereas fungi showed a reciprocal effect. Furthermore, we found that G. intraradices inoculation might increase some beneficial bacterial species and decreased pathogenic fungi in rhizospheric soil of ginseng. Conclusion: Our results showed that G. intraradices can benefit ginseng planting which may have some instructive and practical significance for planting ginseng in farmland.
