        사회교육과 학생의 졸업 후 진로 결정 요인 분석

        본 연구에서는 성별, 입학 전형, 학업 성취도가 사회교육과 학생의 졸업 후 진로 선택 및 취업 여부에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 진로 분야에 따라 각 요인의 영향이 크게 다르다는 것을 밝혔다. 우선, 교직 분야에서 성별과 입학 전형은 진로 선택에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않지만, 취업에는 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 여성에 비해 남성이, 학생부 전형보다는 정시 전형, 논술전형, 기타 전형으로 입학한 학생이 취업할 확률이 더 높았다는 것이다. 학업 성취도 중에서는 다른 전공 영역과는 달리 교과교육 영역 평점이 높을수록 교직으로 진로를 선택하거나 취업할 확률이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교육계 분야에서는 교직의 경우와 유사했으나 성별의 영향이 유의하지 않다는 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 공공 기관 분야에서는 성별이 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 성별의 경우 여성에 비해 남성이 공공 기관으로 진로를 선택하거나 취업할 확률이 높았다. 입학 전형의 경우 학생부 전형이 진로 선택에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았으나 취업에는 통계적으로 유의한 부(-)의 영향을 미쳐 학생부 전형으로 입학한 학생이 공공 기관으로 취업하는 데 어려움을 겪고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 학업 성취도는 전공 영역별로 서로 다른 영향을 미쳤는데 교과교육 영역은 교직 분야와는 달리 취업에 통계적으로 유의한 부(-)의 영향을 미친 반면 법 영역은 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 마지막으로 사기업 진로 선택 및 취업 여부에는 성별과 입학 전형이 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았으나 학업 성취도 중에서는 교과교육 영역의 평점이 유일하게 통계적으로 유의한 부(-)의 영향을 미쳤다. This study analyzed the effects of gender, admission types and academic performance on students’ careers after graduating from the Department of Social Studies Education. First, the gender and admission types did not significantly affect the choice of teaching careers, but it had a significant impact on the employment; male and regular admission students were more likely to get jobs. Unlike other major fields, the higher the GPA of the curriculum studies, the higher the probability of choosing careers or getting jobs. Second, the results for the education sector were similar to those of the teaching sector except when relating to the effects of gender. Third, gender had a statistically significant effects on career choices and employment for the public sector; male students were more likely to choose their career or get jobs than female students. Students who entered through the school record admission had a difficult time finding employment for the public sector. In the case of academic achievement, the GPA of the curriculum studies yielded negative effects but those of legal fields showed positive effects. Finally, gender and admission types did not have a statistically significant impact in the private corporate sector while only the GPA of the curriculum studies yielded negative effects.

        ‘자료(資料)’ 연구로 본 동아시아학술원 20년 ― 호적(戶籍)과 간독(簡牘) 자료를 중심으로

        ‘동아시아학술원(이하 학술원)’의 출범은 21세기 한국 인문학계에 대해 새로운 연구과제의 창출과 연구기관으로서 비전을 제시하고 그 성과가 시대 변화를 선도하는 학술제도의 정착과 연구방법의 창안과 매우 밀접한 관련을 맺고 있다. 이를 위하여 ‘학술원’은 그 목표와 방향을 첫째 한국학·아시아학 분야의 집중연구 및 이론의 개발, 둘째 21세기 새로운 시대에 대응하는 방향 수립, 셋째 학문연구와 교육의 유기적 결합, 넷째 동아시아학의 국제적 교류라고 설정하였다. 이러한 목표와 방향의 설정은 무엇보다도 20세기 한국 인문학계에 대한 반성과 성찰을 통해 동아시아학의 본산으로서 한국학 및 동아시아학 분야의 선도적 지위의 확보와 21세기 국제사회에 대한 미래지향적 대응을 위한 것이었다. 따라서 ‘동아시아학’이란 무엇인가? 그리고 어떻게 할 것인가? 라는 문제는 ‘학술원’이 수행해야 할 의무의 수행이었고 그 답을 모색하는 과정이 지난 학술원의 연구 활동 20년이라 해도 과언은 아닐 것이다. 지난 20년동안 ‘학술원’의 연구 활동은 종래 한국 인문학계를 장악하고 있었던 연구 방법의 전환이었다. 핵심적 내용은 일국적 테두리를 벗어나 동아시아의 역사 문화에 대한 전체적인 해석을 시도하고 근대 학문의 분류체계를 지양하며 인문사회과학을 포괄하는 종합적 성격의 학문을 수립하고 현실에 적용할 수 있는 방향을 적극 추진하는 것이었다. 즉 ‘학술원’은 동아시아의 다원성과 보편성을 통일적으로 파악하는 새로운 모델의 개척·소통·확산을 통하여 한국인문학의 創新에 기여하는 ‘복합인문학’ 구현을 그 목표로 설정하였다. 역사학 방면에서의 대표적인 연구 활동은 죽간 목간의 연구로 대변되는 출토자료에 대한 연구와 조선시대 호족 족보 자료를 근간으로 한 역사인구학 분야였고 이러한 주제로 개최된 국제학술회의였다. 특히 중국사회과학원 역사연구소와의 10년에 걸친 정례학술회의는 커다란 성과라 할 수 있다. ‘학술원’은 이러한 지난 20년의 성과에 안주하지 말고 이를 바탕으로 새로운 인문학을 위한 혁신적인 연구 방법을 제시하여야 연구기관으로서의 정체성을 지속적으로 유지할 수 있을 것이다. 이러한 연구 주제의 하나로서 ‘동아시아적 시각에 의한 고전학’ 분야를 제안하고 싶다. 더욱이 새로운 연구 분야를 개척하기 위해서는 무엇보다도 ‘학술원’의 독창적인 연구 방향성과 그 방향성이 시대적 조류와의 관계하에서 추진되어야 함은 물론이다. The launch of the 'Academy of East Asian Studies(AEAS)' is very closely related to the creation of new research tasks and the creation of research methods for the 21st century Korean humanities and the establishment of academic systems that lead to changes in the times. To this end, the 'AEAS' established its goals and directions as follows: the first intensive research and development of theories in the field of Korean studies and Asian studies, the second establishment of a direction in response to the new era in the 21st century, the third organic combination of academic research and education, and the fourth international exchange of East Asian studies. The establishment of these goals and directions was, among other things, to secure a leading position in the field of Korean studies and East Asian studies as the home of East Asian studies through reflection and reflection on the Korean humanities in the 20th century and to take a future-oriented response to the international community in the 21st century. So what is 'East Asian Studies?' And what will you do? It would not be too much to say that the problem was the performance of the obligations of the 'AEAS' and that the process of seeking answers was 20 years of research by the institute. Over the past two decades, the 'AEAS's research activities have been a shift in the way it has traditionally dominated the Korean humanities community. The key content was to try to interpret the history and culture of East Asia as a whole, to avoid the classification system of modern studies, to establish comprehensive studies covering humanities and social sciences, and to actively pursue directions applicable to reality. In other words, the 'academic institute' aims to realize 'complex humanities' that contribute to the new development of Korean literature by exploring, communicating, and expanding new models that uniformly understand the plurality and universality of East Asia. The representative research activities in the field of history were the field of historical and demographic studies based on the research on excavated materials represented by the study of bamboo-thin woodwork and the historical and ethnic genealogical materials of the Joseon Dynasty, and the international academic conference was held under this theme. In particular, the 10-year regular academic conference with the Institute of History of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences is a great achievement. Instead of being complacent with these achievements over the past two decades, the Academy should present innovative research methods for new humanities based on them so that it can maintain its identity as a research institute. As one of these research topics, I would like to propose the field of Classical Studies by East Asian Perspective. Moreover, in order to pioneer a new field of research, above all else, the original direction of research and its direction must be pursued in relation to the trend of the times.

        椎名麟三「公園の詩人」論 -ドストエフスキー「大審問官」物語を手がかりに-

        「公園の詩人」は、主人公の教え子の愛子が主人公の説教を「ほんとうに」「絶対的に」受け入れてしまい、ある老人と愛し、その後「ほんとうに」死にたいという感情に取り付かれ、結局老人を死に至らせてしまった悲劇を推理小説の形式で描いている。ところで、この作品には展開の不自然で、気味の悪い謎たちが多くあり、それらを解くためにドストエフスキー「大審問官」物語からの着想であるキリストの「接吻」を手がかりにして、作者の独特な「復活」理解を踏まえ、謎めいていたところの解消を試みる一方、この作品での作者の真の主張を読み取ろうとした。 さて、この作品で作家は「二人」の女や、「二匹」の犬などを登場させているが、これはカフカからの影響である。しかし、カフカは、「二人」の対立の様子を記し、自分のなかの「ジレンマ」を表しているのに対して、椎名の「二人」は、カフカのように心の中の葛藤を表したのではなく、むしろその葛藤が解消される境地を描こうとしたのであった。つまり、カフカから借りた「二人」の手法をイエス·キリストの「復活」の福音を伝える手段として使ったのである。その福音、即ち椎名の理解している「復活」のビジョンがこの作品の真の主張であるのだが、その椎名特有の独特な理解は、キリスト教の救いとして一般的に知られる天国への思し召しや永遠なる生などを意味するものではない。それは、この世の不幸やそこから生じる絶望的な気分などを「絶対的」に受け止めるべきではない、あのイエス·キリストにより「ほんとう」だと信じ込んでいたあるゆる「絶対的な」ものはあの「死」さえ消し去り、今や「二重性」としての「ほんとうの自由」がキリストによりわれわれに啓示されているのだということである。 “The Poet in the Park” is a mystery novel about a tragedy that ended up killing an old man. Aiko, the main character's student, accepted the main character's sermon “really” and “absolutely”. So she had a relationship with an old man and then became obsessed with the feeling that she really wanted to die. However, there are many unnatural and creepy mysteries in this work. Then to solve them, I Tried the author's unique understanding of “resurrection”. On the other hand, I tried to read the author's true opinion in this work using the keyword of Christ's “Kiss” inspired by the story of Dostoevsky's “Great Inquisitor,” By the way, in this work, the writer features “two women” and “two dogs” those are influences from Kafka. However, Kafka describes the conflict between the “two person” and expresses his dilemma. On the other hand, Shiina's “two people” did not express inner conflict like Kafka. Rather, he tried to portray the situation in which the conflict could be resolved. In other words, he used it as a means to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ's resurrection using a technique “two people” borrowed from Kafka. The gospel, the vision of “Resurrection” that Shiina understands, is the real argument of this work. His unique understanding of the vertebrae does not mean the devotion to heaven, or eternal life, commonly known as Christian salvation. It means that we should not accept the misfortunes of the world or the desperate feelings as “absolute” things. By that Jesus Christ, all the “absolute” things that we believed to be “true” disappeared even that “death”. This means that “real freedom” as “duality” is now being revealed to us by Jesus Christ.

        The Study on Hydrocarbon Trap Based on Various Media to Reduce Evaporative Emission from Automotive Vehicles

        본 논문에서는 자동차의 증발 가스를 효과적으로 감소시킬 수 있는 탄화수소(HC)-트랩을 제조하였다. HC-트랩은 분말화된 네 종류의 활성탄을 함유하는 각각의 수용액에 부직포를 침지시키는 방법으로 제조하였다. 제조된 HC-트랩은 주사 전자 현미경(SEM), porosimeter(기공크기 측정) 및 tensometor(기계적 특성)로 특성을 조사하였다. 또한 증발가스의 흡착성능을 측정하기 위하여 butane working capacity(BWC) 및 차량 증발 배출 시험을 실시하였다. 중간 공극이 높은 경우의 HC-트랩은 높은 BWC 및 낮은 차량 증발 배출량을 보여주었다. 또한 HEEL 안정화 실험에서 상대적으로 크기(5~11 nm)가 작은 중간공극들은 증발가스에 의해 쉽게 포화될 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 결론적으로 제조된 HC-트랩은 차량 증발가스의 우수한 배출성능과 증발 배출량의 높은 감소를 보여 주었으며, 차량 전체 배출가스 중 18.4 mg의 감소를 나타냈다. This paper reports on the preparation of hydrocarbon (HC) trap, which can exhibit the capability to effectively reduce evaporative emission from automotive vehicles. The preparation of HC-trap was accomplished by a dipping method which involved the immersion of a nonwoven material in an aqueous solution containing powdered activated carbon. Four kinds of activated carbon are used for HC-trap preparation. HC-traps were then characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), porosimeter (measurement of pore size ) and tensometer (mechanical properties). We conducted butane working capacity (BWC) and vehicle evaporative emission test to check adsorption performance of evaporative emission. Given the high mesopore volume, the HC-traps exhibited high BWC and low vehicle evaporative emissions. It was also revealed that relatively smaller pore size (5~11 nm) of mesopore could be easily saturated by evaporative emissions with HEEL stabilization. Finally, prepared HC-trap showed excellent performance of vehicle evaporative emission test and high reduction of evaporative emissions which showed 18.4 mg of reduction of total vehicle emissions.

        Regional disparities in the associations of cardiometabolic risk factors and healthy dietary factors in Korean adults

        BACKGROUND/OBJECTIVES: Regional disparities in dietary factors might be related to regional disparities in cardiometabolic health. Therefore, this study investigated the associations of cardiometabolic risk factors and dietary factors with regional types in Korean adults. SUBJECTS/METHODS: Based on data from the 2007–2017 Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey, the study included 39,781 adults aged ≥ 19 years who completed the dietary survey and a health examination. Healthy and unhealthy dietary factors (fat, sodium, fruit, and vegetable intakes) were evaluated using 1-day 24-h dietary recall method, as well as the use of nutrition labels with a questionnaire. RESULTS: Of the participants, 48.7%, 36.0%, and 15.2% lived in metropolitan, urban, and rural areas, respectively. Adults living in urban and rural had higher odds ratios (ORs) for obesity (OR for urban, 1.07; 95% confidence interval (CI), 1.01–1.14; OR for rural, 1.14; 95% CI, 1.05–1.24) than adults living in metropolitan areas; these associations were significantly observed in middle-aged adults. Compared to metropolitan residents, rural residents had lower ORs for hypertension in middle-aged (OR, 0.86; 95% CI, 0.76–0.96) and metabolic syndrome in older adults (OR, 0.78; 95% CI, 0.67–0.91). Regarding urban residents, a lower OR for diabetes in middle-aged adults (OR, 0.85; 95% CI, 0.74–0.97) and a higher OR for hypertension in older adults (OR, 1.19; 95% CI, 1.02–1.39) were observed. Overall rural residents had higher ORs of excessive carbohydrate, low fruit, and high salted-vegetable intakes than metropolitan residents. Low fruit intake was positively associated with obesity, metabolic syndrome, and hypertension, after adjustment for regional type and other confounders in total participants. CONCLUSIONS: These findings indicate that cardiometabolic risk and unhealthy dietary factors differ among regional types and age groups within Korea. Nutritional policy and interventions should consider regional types for prevention and management of cardiometabolic risk factors.

        Perioperative risk factors of progressive chronic kidney disease following liver transplantation: analyses of a 10-year follow-up single-center cohort

        Purpose: The incidence of chronic kidney disease (CKD) has been increasing due to improved survival after liver transplantation (LT). Risk factors of kidney injury after LT, especially perioperative management factors, are potentially modifiable. We investigated the risk factors associated with progressive CKD for 10 years after LT. Methods: This retrospective cohort study included 292 adult patients who underwent LT at a tertiary referral hospital between 2000 and 2008. Renal function was assessed by the e stimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) using the Modification of Diet in Renal Disease formula. The area under the curve of serial eGFR (AUCeGFR) was calculated for each patient to assess the trajectory of eGFR over the 10 years. Low AUCeGFR was considered progressive CKD. Linear regression analyses were performed to examine the associations between the variables and AUCeGFR. Results: Multivariable analysis showed that older age (regression coefficient = -0.53, P < 0.001), diabetes mellitus (DM) (regression coefficient = -6.93, P = 0.007), preoperative proteinuria (regression coefficient = -16.11, P < 0.001), preoperative acute kidney injury (AKI) (regression coefficient = -14.35, P < 0.001), postoperative AKI (regression coefficient = -3.86, P = 0.007), and postoperative mean vasopressor score (regression coefficient = -0.45, P = 0.034) were independently associated with progressive CKD. Conclusion: More careful renoprotective management is required in elderly LT patients with DM or preexisting proteinuria. Postoperative AKI and vasopressor dose may be potentially modifiable risk factors for progressive CKD.

      • Hybrid Tracking of Maneuvering Multiple-Aircraft in 3D Space

        This paper investigates a design of three-dimensional multiple-aircraft tracking and identification. For this, we combined the nonlinear 3D constant-turn model and Multiple-Target Tracking and Identity Management (MTIM) algorithm. The MTIM algorithm, proposed by Hwang, can keep track of multiple aircraft and their identities. We used a conventional hybrid estimator, known as Interacting Multiple Model (IMM) algorithm, for estimating the continuous and discrete state simultaneously. Based on the Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast (ADS-B) concept, the position and velocity of the aircraft is assumed to be obtained from the GPS navigation data. The simulation study demonstrates that the extended framework of the MTIM algorithm performs well in 3D space.

        Elastomers and Composites : Study on the Functionalization of Waste EPDM and PP Blend

        Recycling of ethylene-propylene-diene terpolymer (EPDM) scrap was tried by blending with polypropylene (PP). EPDM scrap powder was prepared by shear pulverization process at high temperature, which may lead to selective chain scission induced by difference in the critical elastic coefficient. On the other hand, EPDM scrap powder was prepared by adding a selected reclaiming agent during shear pulverization process at high temperature. Terpene as a bonding agent was then introduced to improve adhesion property. PP, used as a matrix for manufacturing thermoplastic elastomer, was modified by the incorporation of dicumyl peroxide and maleic anhydride. The functionalized EPDM and modified PP were blended and cured dynamically at 190℃. The blend materials prepared in this study showed the comparable results to those of conventional TPE in terms of tensile and flow properties. Also, the odor component of recycled EPDM was analyzed using GC-MS.

        RhoBTB3 Regulates Proliferation and Invasion of Breast Cancer Cells via Col1a1

        Breast cancer is the leading cause of cancer-related death in women worldwide, despite medical and technological advancements. The RhoBTB family consists of three isoforms: RhoBTB1, RhoBTB2, and RhoBTB3. RhoBTB1 and RhoBTB2 have been proposed as tumor suppressors in breast cancer. However, the roles of RhoBTB3 proteins are unknown in breast cancer. Bioinformatics analysis, including Oncomine, cBioportal, was used to evaluate the potential functions and prognostic values of RhoBTB3 and Col1a1 in breast cancer. qRT-PCR analysis and immunoblotting assay were performed to investigate relevant expression. Functional experiments including proliferation assay, invasion assay, and flow cytometry assay were conducted to determine the role of RhoBTB3 and Col1a1 in breast cancer cells. RhoBTB3 mRNA levels were significantly up-regulated in breast cancer tissues as compared to in adjacent normal tissues. Moreover, RhoBTB3 expression was found to be associated with Col1a1 expression. Decreasing RhoBTB3 expression may lead to decreases in the proliferative and invasive properties of breast cancer cells. Further, Col1a1 knockdown in breast cancer cells limited the proliferative and invasive ability of cancer cells. Knockdown of RhoBTB3 may exert inhibit the proliferation, migration, and metastasis of breast cancer cells by repressing the expression of Col1a1, providing a novel therapeutic strategy for treating breast cancer.

        Impulse Response Analysis with Long Run Restrictions on Error Correction Models

        본 논문은 변수들 사이의 공적분 관계가 식별이 되지 않은 경우에도 구조적 오차수정모형을 식별하고 추정할 수 있음을 밝혔다. 구조적 충격항은 영구적인 요소와 임시적인 요소로 분해된다. 본 연구는 King, Plosser, Stock, and Watson (1991)의 연구를 발전시켜 최소한의 가정을 사용한 장기 제약으로 영구적인 충격항을 식별한 후 모형을 추정하였다. 이를 통해 본 연구는 기존의 연구보다 모형 식별을 위한 가정을 완화하여 변수들 간의 공적분 관계를 명시적으로 규정하지 않고도 충격반응함수 분석이 가능함을 보였다. 본 연구에 사용된 모형은 영구적인 충격항들이 장기제약에 의해 부분적으로만 식별된다는 점에서 기존의 연구와 구별된다. 또한 본 연구는 Dhar, Pain, and Thomas (2000)의 모형을 최소한의 장기 제약만을 사용하여 한국 경제에 적용하여 실증 분석을 수행하였다. 이를 통해 얻은 실증 분석 결과는 그들이 영국 경제에서 발견한 결과와 대부분 일치하였다. This paper investigates identification schemes on structural vector error-correction models (VECMs), where cointegrating vectors are not necessarily identified. Structural shocks are decomposed into permanent and transitory components. Long-run identifying restrictions are imposed on the long-run effects of permanent shocks as discussed by King, Plosser, Stock, and Watson (1991). This paper adopts an alternative approach with minimal assumptions; it shows that impulse response analysis can be investigated without identifying cointegrating vectors, and accordingly relaxes the assumptions. This paper also considers identification of a block recursive system in which permanent shocks are partially identified using long-run restrictions. As an application, we consider Dhar, Pain, and Thomas' (2000) model with minimal assumptions. We applied their model to Korea and found that most results are consistent with those form their UK model.
