        우리 나라 연안의 V. parahaemolyticus의 분포에 관하여 전보에 발표하였다. 본보에서는 그들의 형태, 생리 및 생화학적 특징에 관하여 보고한다. 본 실험에서 얻은 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1) 배양적 특징을 보면 37±2℃, 20±2시간 배양과정에서 오랜지색으로 변하는 것과 37±2℃, 20±2시간 배양후 서서히 초록색에서 황색이나 황색을 띈 오랜지색으로 변화하였고, Milk시험에도 배양후 Alkali Curd로 변화하는 것과 Acid Curd로 변화하는 것 등이 구별되었다. 2) 발육 식염농도는 0.5∼10.0%까지의 범위를 관찰하였는데, 발육정도가 최저, 최적, 최고 등으로 구별할 수 있었다. 즉 1 Group는 7.0%에 발육이 왕성하였고, 2 Group는 7.0%까지는 발육이 왕성하나 10.0%에서 ±, 3 Group는 5.0%까지 발육이 왕성하나 7.0%에서 ±로 나타났다. 또한 세 Group 모두가 3.0%의 농도에서는 발육이 가장 왕성하였다. 3) 형태학적 특징은 Table 1과 같고 생리 및 생화학적 특징은 Table 2와 Table 3과 같다. The morphological characters and biochemical properties of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in fish, shellfish, mud, crustaceans, sea water and cephalophodas have been studied in order to determine the possible origins of food poisoning in Korea. The results are summarized as follows: 1. V. parahaemolyticus are divided into 3 groups, considering from the morphological characters and biochemical properties, because those have somewhat a difference in V.P. reaction, milk peptonization, color change on selective medium(TCBS agar) and growth rates of the concentration with sodium chloride in biochemical properties though they are almost the same in morphological characters. 2. The growth rate of Group 1 is abundant with 7% sodium chloride, the growth rate of Group 2 is abundant with 7% sodium chloride but moderate with 10.0% sodium chloride. The growth rate of Group 3 is abundant with 5% sodium chloride but moderate with 7% sodium chloride. 3. There are two types of color change on TCBS agar which are cultivated at 37±2℃ for 20±2 hours. One immediately changes to orange and the other changes from green to yellow or yellowish orange. 4. The morphological characters and biochemical properties are shown in Tables 1-3.       • 비정렬 격자를 이용한 LES 기법 개발

        A large eddy simulation with explicit filters on unstructured mesh is presented. The flow filed is semi-implicitly marched by a fractional step method. Spatial discretization of the solver is designed to guarantee the second order accuracy. Two explicit filters are adopted for reducing the aliasing error of the nonlinear convective term and measuring the level of subgrid scale velocity fluctuation, respectively. The filters are linearity-preserving and have second order commutation error. The developed subgrid scale model is basically eddy viscosity model which depends on the explicitly filtered fields and needs no additional ad hoc wall treatment, such as van Driest damping function. As a validation problem, the flows around a sphere at several Reynolds numbers, including laminar and turbulent regimes, are calculated and compared to experimental data and numerical results in the literature.

      • Development of a Lift Correction Method for Shear Flow Effects in BEM Theory

        In this study, the effects of shear flows around a 2-dimensional airfoil, S809 on its aerodynamic characteristics were analyzed by CFD simulations. Various parameters including reference inflow velocity, shear rate, angle of attack, and cord length of the airfoil were examined. From the simulation results, several important characteristics were found. Shear rate in a flow makes some changes in the lift coefficient depending on its sign and magnitude but angle of attack does not have a distinguishable influence. Cord length and reference inflow also cause proportional and inversely proportional changes in lift coefficient, respectively. We adopted an analytic expression for the lift coefficient from the thin airfoil theory and proposed a modified form applicable to the traditional load analysis procedure based on the blade element momentum theory. Some preliminary results applied to an well known load simulation software, FAST, are presented.

        The power conversion efficiency of perovskite solar cells has remarkably increased from 3.81% to 22.1% in the past 6 years. Perovskite solar cells, which are based on the perovskite crystal structure, are fabricated using organic-inorganic hybrid materials. The advantages of these solar cells are their low cost and simple fabrication procedure. Also, they have a band gap of about 1.6 eV and effectively absorb light in the visible region. For the commercialization of perovskite solar cells in the field of photovoltaics, the issue of their long term stability cannot be overlooked. Although the development of perovskite solar cells is unprecedented, their main drawback is the degradation of the perovskite structure by moisture. This degradation is accelerated by exposure to UV light, temperature, and external bias. This paper reviews the aforesaid reasons for perovskite solar cell degradation. We also discuss the research directions that can lead to the development of perovskite solar cells with high stability.

        한국 연안의 Vibrio parahaemolyticus 에 관한 연구 : 1. V . parahaemolyticus 의 분포에 관하여 1. On the Distribution of V. parahaemolyticus

        저자등은 우리 나라의 연안에 있어 V. parahaemolyticus의 분포를 파악하고 나아가서 식중독 원인 구명 자료를 제공하기 위하여 동해, 남해, 서해등 연안 해역의 해수, 어개류 및 이토를 대상으로 실험을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 1969년 9월부터 11월까지에 걸쳐 인천, 서천, 군산, 목포, 여수, 남해, 충무, 부산, 포항 등지의 해수, 이토, 어류, 패류, 두족류, 갑각류등 모두 517 시료중 56 균주의 V. parahaemolyticus를 분리하였다. 2. 시료별 분포는 이토가 36시료중 6균주, 해수 44 시료중 7균주, 어류 241 시료중 28균주, 두족류 34 시료중 2균주, 갑각류 50 시료중 1균주를 분리하였는데, 전 시료가운데서 이토가 가장 높은 분포율을 나타내었다. 이것을 각 어종별로 보면, 임연수어 4시료중 1균주, 고등어 19시료증 4균주, 감성돔 10시료중 2균주, 웅어 16시료중 3균주, 농어 16시료중 3균주, 황강달이(조기) 28 시료중 5균주, 강달이 10시료중 1균주, 벵어 10시료중 1균주, 검복(복어) 15시료중 1균주, 전어 49시료중 3균주였다. 지역별로는 목포 15시료중 3균주, 여수(2) 30 시료중 6균주, 목포(2) 45시료중 7균주, 군산 26 시료중 4균주, 인천 24시료중 3균주, 여수 32시료중 3균주, 포항 20시료중 1균주, 부산 31시료중 1균주였다. 패류에서는 홍합 10시료줌 2균주, 맛조개 20시료중 3균주, 바지락 50시료중 4균주, 꼬막 30시료중 3균주였다. 해수로는 전 44시료중 7균주로서 군산, 여수, 포항, 목포(2) 등지에서 각각 4시료중 1군주 분리되었으며 부산은 4시료중 3균주였다. 이토는 37시료중 6균주로서 서천, 여수(2)등 각각 4시료중 1균주씩 분리되었고, 여수와 목포는 각각 4시료중 2균주씩 분리되었다. 갑각류에서는 새우 50 시료중 1균주가 분리되었다. 3. 지역별 분리 상황은 목포의 48 시료중 7균주로 가장 높고, 여수의 55 시료중 8균주, 여수(2) 64시료중 7균주, 목포(2)의 73시료중 9균주, 남해의 18시료중 2균주, 서친의 40 시료중 4군주, 부산의 39시료중 4균주, 인천 32시료중 3군주, 군산의 94시료중 8균주, 포항의 46 시료중 2균주 등으로 포항이 가장 낮은 분포를 보였다. Many investigations have been made on V. parahaemolyticus but to the author's knowledge a report on V. parahaemolyticus found in Korean coastal water has not yet been published. The authors have investigated distribution of V. parahaemolyticus in fish, shellfish, mud, crustacea, sea water and cephalopoda in order to determine the possible origins of food poisoning in Korea. The results are summarized as follows : 1. Fifty six of V. parahaemolyticus were isolated from 517 samples obtained from mud, sea water, fish, crustacea and cephalopoda. 2. The distribution of V. parahaemolyticus isolated from the samples was: 6 strains from mud samples, 7 strains from 44 sea water samples, 28 strains from 241 fish samples, 1 strain from 50 crustacea samples and 2 strains from 34 cephalopods samples. 3. The strains isolated in the Mokpo area were 7 strains from 48 samples and those isolated in the Pohang area were 2 strains from 46 samples. The number of strains in the Mokpo area was the highest among the strains and the number of strains in the Pohang area was the lowest.

      • α-Viniferin : A Prostaglandin H₂ Synthase Inhibitor from Root of Carex humilis

        An inhibitor on cyclooxygenase activity of prostaglandin H₂ synthase was purified from the root of Carex humilis Leyss (Cyperaceae) by a variety of column chromatographic methods. As a result of the structure analysis by FAB-mass, ¹H-NMR, and ^(13)C-NMR spectral data, the active compound was identified as (+)-α-viniferin, an oligomeric stilbene characterized originally from Corogono chomlogu Lamaeck (Leguminosae). (+)-α-Viniferin exhibited a dose-dependent inhibition on cyclooxygenase activity, where 50% of inhibition (IC_(50)) was shown at a final concentration of about 7 μM. Resveratrol, a putative building block of oligomeric stilbenes, also inhibited the cyclooxygenase activity. The inhibitory potency of (+)-α-viniferin was about 3-to 4-fold stronger than that of resveratrol on cyclooxygenase activity of prostaglandin H₂ synthase partially purified from sheep seminal vesicles.
