The Korean Language Education has both faces of language education and literature education. The education of literature as a field of the korean language education has an important role to train an artistic thinking and intuitive feelings. However, today's educationl purpose has been centering on practical korean language education and literature education to prepare examination and occupation. And the essential purpose can't be accomplished. Therefore, this study aimed at the formation of character through the medium of literature education and a stand of literature education can be established in the field of the korean language education. We researched a way of study course which helps the formation of character, an essential attribute of literature. The result is as follows. 1. Literature education should cultivate aesthetic emotion by developing appreciation and imaginative power of a literary work. 2. Literature education is divided into a literary writing, theory and appreciation as a teaching method. 3. A literary goal is established in the curriculum of Korean Language for the elementary and secondary education, and goal and contents are different by grades. 4. Literature is an experienced thing and it required ability to be experienced, A formation course of literature experience are preparation, impression, understanding and action. 5. A study course of literature experience is life, method, experience, ability, evaluation and application. In conclusion. Literature Education is one of field of the Korean Language Education and it should be harmonious with language education to practice. We should have a good grasp of a course of study judging from the point of overall view. And we have to apply it to a real learning for the formation of character which is an essential attribute of literature.

목적: To evaluate the positive effects of teratogenic risk counseling in pregnant women inadvertently exposed to medication in early pregnancy. 방법: In a prospective cohort study, 250 pregnant women exposed to medications in early pregnancy were recruited after teratogenic risk counseling at Korean MotherSafe Counsling Center, which has given information about teratogenic risk of medication to pregnant women. Positive effects are evaluated by visual analogue scale(VAS) for perception on teratogenic risk and percent prefering termination of pregnancy after medication exposures in pregnancy. 결과: Mean age of participants is 31.8±5.3years old. Mean gravidity is 2.4±2.1. Medications exposed in early pregnancy include antibiotics, analgesics, anti-inflammatory drugs, antacid and so on. Mean perceptive teratogen risk before and after the counseling is 33.9±1.6% and 15.8±1.6%, respectively. And mean percent prefering termination of pregnancy (≥5) before and after the counseling is 31.1±1.9% and 13.5±1.7%, respectively. 결론: Our data suggest that information on teratogenic risk for pregnant women inadvertently exposed to medication may have positive effects for reassuring pregnant women and preventing termination of pregnancy.

1974年 4∼11月까지의 有毒性昆蟲을 深集한 그 槪要를 다음고 같이 記述하고자 한다. 1. 이번 調査中 各地域에서 深集한 有毒性昆蟲類는 15科32種이다. 2. 서울 市內에서는 養蜂이 可能한 꿀벌(Apis mellifera L.)과 夜間등불에 飛來하는 독나방(Euproctis subflava (BREMER))의 深集이 容易하였다. 3. 서울市의 近郊라 할지라도 津寬寺近處와 같은 昆蟲이 發生하기에 좋은 環境에서는 많은 種類의 尿毒性昆蟲이 채집되었다. 4. 有毒性蟲이온 都會地아든가 近郊보다도 農村이나 山間벽지에 갈수록 深集이 잘 되었다. 5. 家畜과 人體에 害를 미치는 有毒性昆蟲은 農村에서 많이 深集되었으나 人體에만 被害를 미치는 有毒性昆蟲은 山間벽지에 많았다. 6. 山모퉁이라던가 野山에서 發生하는 有毒性昆蟲은 서울市內에서도 夜間채집에 容易하였고 또 市內近郊에서도 深集이 可能하였다. Poisonous insects were collected during the period from April through November, 1974 and a study was carried on the identification and relation to man. 1. 32 species including 15 families were collected in six different localities (Ewha compus, Jinkwansa temple, Yongdungpo, Sihung Kun, Little diamond, Dutasan) 2. More bees and poisonous moth (Euproctis subflava) were collected in the City of Seoul. 3. Many kinds of insects were collected in the area of Jinkwansa temple. 4. Poisonous insects occur more in the rural distrcit than urban. 5. Blood-sucking insects on livestocks were collected mainly in the villages and insects that attack and annoy man affect his health were collected in the mountainous villages. 6. Poisonous insects were easily collected using the acetylene gas light at night in town or suburb of the city.

Objectives: This study compared the mechanical efficacy of sonic activated and passive ultrasonic irrigation for removing intracanal medicament from a simulated root canal under controlled conditions. Materials and Methods: Thirty simulated root canal in resin blocks were randomly divided into 3-groups. The canals were enlarged using ProTaper files and K3XF (#30/0.06). After cleaning and drying, canals were filled with Calcipex. Overfilled materials were wiped out and measured their weight to the unit of 1/10mg. After one week storage in 100% humidity 37℃ temperature, canals were irrigated using 20mL of saline with one of following methods according to the designated groups (n = 10). For group-NI, 30-gauge nickel-titanium irrigation needle was used. During irrigation with every 5mL, needle was moved in-and-out with 4-mm amplitudes. EndoActivator and ultrasonic tip were used for group-EA and group-UT respectively for 20 seconds after every 5mL irrigation using needle. Then the weight was measured again to calculate the weight of residual remnants. The data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA and Duncan’s post-hoc test at a significance level of 95%. Results: The weight of the residual medicaments were 3.62±0.81 mg, 2.84±0.28 mg, and 2.73±0.90 mg for group-NI, -EA, and -UT, respectively. Group-EA and group-UT had no significant differences to remove intracanal medicament and left significantly less amount of paste than group-NI (p < 0.05). Conclusions: Under the controlled conditions of this study, the sonic activation and PUI have similar mechanical efficacy for removing intracanal medicament.
Genetic Mapping of Maize with the Intermated Mo17 x KW7 Population Using MITE-AFLP and SSR Markers

Molecular genetic markers have wide applicability for a various genetic analyses, and genetic mapping with PCR-based markers has identified many loci in the maize genome. This study was conducted to develop a genetic map of maize based on SSR and MITE-AFLP markers. The F_(2) mapping population was established from a cross between Mo17 (American inbred line) and KW7 (Korean waxy corn landrace). Total of 198 marders, including 90 SSR and 108 MITE-AFLP markers, were segregated to map in the chromosomes in 128 plants of these, 139 (70.2%) markers, including 66 MITE-AFLP and 73 SSR markers were found to be genetically linked to form linkage groups. The size of framework map spanned 1,837.4 cM of the ten linkage groups. The average linkage distance between markers among all linkage groups was 13.2 cM. The number of markers per linkage group ranged from 6 to 22. The framework map developed in the present study will be utilized for dissection of quantitative traits and identification of superior QTLs from the maize hybrid, and will be used for the further genetic analysis and maize breeding programs.
