        스테인레스강 절삭가공에서 공구의 온도 특성에 대한 실험적 연구

        This is an experimental investigation of the temperature generated in a cutting tool during the machining of stainless steel. The temperature results from the wear of the cutting tool are considered in order to investigate the relation between cause and effect of these factors. This possibility has been tested using a thermocouple technique to record temperature vs. time curves for a variety of cutting conditions. This is done by employing a thermocouple inserted on the tool tip near the major cutting edge. Temperature distributions are calculated using finite element method and compared to the contour maps measured by an optical system. It suggests that the temperature gradients and the tool performance will be dependent on certain factors in tool geometry when cutting this material.

        피개교합(overbite)양상에 따른 성인 Ⅰ급 부정교합자의 측모특성

        본 연구의 목적은 피개교합 양상에 따른 성인 I급 부정교합자의 골격적 특징과 수직부조화를 야기하는 치성 및 골격성 요인들을 분석하기 위한 것이다. 서울대학교 치과대학 교정학교실에 소장되어 있는 정상교합군 표본 중 40명을 정상교합군, 서울대학교병원 교정과에 내원하여 I급 부정교합으로 진단받은 성인 환자중 전치부 수직피개량이 -0.1mm 이하인 40명을 개방교합군, 4.0mm이상인 40명을 과개교합군으로 선정하여 측모 두부 X-선 계측사진을 촬영하였다. 46개의 계측항목을 선정하고 SPSS program을 이용하여 각 군별 ANOVA, 판별분석, 다중회귀분석을 시행하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1.주로 하악골 형태와 하안면부의 치성, 골격성 요인이 수직부조화의 양상에 많은 영향을 끼쳤다. 2.개방교합군의 수직부조화 양상은 하안면부에서 두드러지게 나타났으며 하악골 형태와 하악하연평면 경사도와 관련이 있었고, 판별분석 결과 골격적 요인의 기여도가 높았다. 3.과개교합자의 수직부조화에는 주로 curve of Spee, 상악구치의 수직고경 등 치성 요인들의 기여도가 높았으며, 골격적 요인으로는 arcticular angle의 기여도가 높았다. 4.다중회귀분석 결과 I급 구치관계를 갖는 성인에서 overbite의 결정요인에는 주로 하악전치와 교합평면각, curve of Spee, 절치간 각도 등의 치성요인이 기여하였다. This study was investigated to evaluate the morphologic characteristics of openbite and deep bite in Class I malocclusion patients and to find skeletodental factors which contributed to vertical discrepancy in Class I malocclusion. The subjects were consisted of 40 control subjects (male 20, female 20) and 40 Class I openbite patients and 40 Class I deep bite patients. Lateral cephalograms in centric occlusion were taken, traced and digitized for each subjects. The computerized statistical analysis were carried out with SPSS program. The results were as follows. 1.The pattern of vertical discrepancy in Class I malocclusion is mainly influenced by the skeletodental factors under palatal plane. 2.In openbite group, vertical discrepancy is prominent on anterior lower face and is closely related with skeletal factors such as mandibular form and inclination. 3.In deep bite group, dental factors such as curve of Spee, vertical height of maxillary molar and skeletal factor such as articular angle were contributed to the vertical discrepancy. 4.The multiple regression analysis showed that overbite in Class I molar relationship was determined mainly by dental factors such as lower incisor to occlusal plane angle, curve of Spee, interincisal angle, and ODI.

        핸드스프링 무릎굽혀 앞공중돌기동작과 몸펴 앞공중돌기동작의 운동학적 비교분석

        In this study, 4 gymnasts who were students of B University at that time were taken and their performance of handspring salto forward tucked and handspring salto forward stretched at through 3 dimensional movement analysis to tell the duration for each phase of the movement, the movement of the articulation of the body, the tract of moving center of the body, and its kinematic element. It is all to provide basic data for efficient training of gymnasts and the findings are as follows: 1. The time duration for phase 1 and 2 differed each other and faster landing on hands in forward handspring salto forward stretched than in forward salto with the body bent helped the straight-line movement change to circular movement giving the handspring a big circular movement, and forward jumping on feet with rapid upright of the upper body maximized the circular radius on the axis of the jaw, contributing to rapid backward circular movement of the lower part of the body. 2. In the observation of the position of the body center, the sway of the body center and the power dispersion was smaller in general in forward salto with the body stretched than in forward salto with the body bent. And in its forward and backward position, it showed lower position in handspring phase of 1 and 2, but higher in the salto of phase 3, 4 and all these contributed to bigger and more stable circular motion. 3. Articulation angle of the body in each phase of handspring forward salto with the body bent and in forward salto with the body stretched appeared to be different through 5 phases. It had more centripetal force in forward salto with the Elbows, shoulders, hips, knees having more curve. In forward salto with the body stretched, centrifugal force appeared to be strong with the elbows, shoulders, hips, knees all being extended. To summarize, Handspring forward salto with the body bent seems to have curved articulation and be slow, while in forward salto with the body stretched, its circular movement appeared be faster with speedy landing on hands, extended knees angle for good jump, and with accelerated hips articulation. Handspring forward salto with the body stretched appeared to enhance its technical performance with far-reaching circular motion. Therefore, forward salto with the body stretched is considered to produce more gracious and dynamic motion than forward salto with the body bent does.

        노인요양시설의 적정 침실 면적에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to suggest optimum size of residents' bedrooms in nursing homes. Bedroom is an essential part of nursing homes because nursing home residents spend most of their times in bedrooms and occupy the largest part of facility area. Therefore it is necessary to set an adequate standard related to resident room area in nursing facilities, which have a great effect on planning longterm care facilities for the elderly. The body dimensions of elderly people and care givers have been collected from the previous study. Based on the body dimensions data, the behaviors of elderly as well as care givers have been analysed. The minimum areas-exclusive of toilets, closets, vestibules and so on - have been proposed from the results of the behavior analysis.

      • 매트운동에서 핸드스프링 앞수완동작의 운동학적분석

        In this study, 4 gymnasts who were students of B University at the same time was taken and their performance of forward Handspring salto with body stretched was looked at through 3 dimensional of the body, the tract of moving and its kinematic element. It is all to provide basis data for efficient training of gymnasts and the findings are as follows: 1. From the examination of the sequence of duration phase, it appeared that in phase 1, the superior group had longer duration with long strider in home step, in phase 2, they bent their upper body making big shoulder angle and changed the straight-line motion to circular motion. And it appeared to result in efficient circular motion while in flight phase of 4 and 5. 2. It appeared that in the event 2 in which the movement of support with hands took place, the Superior group had bigger shoulder angle so that the Handspring movement was faster in its rotation on the axis of hands supporting. In event 3 of jump in feet, the hips angle was big enough to produce with its weight sufficient pressure on feet to maximize the reaction of the floor. 3. For the speed in each phase, the Superior group spurred rapid speed with the hips angle curved a little bit in event 4 in which the body made vertical angle to the floor while in handspring salto forward piked movement of the body and in event 5, the hips angle extended rapidly producing good rotation speed. In summery of all the elements considered above, big strider with the body bent to produce decisive support on the hands seemed to result in increased rotation speed in handspring, bigger pressure on feet, and good speed in handspring salto forward stretched.

        핸드스프링 몸펴 앞공중1회 비틀기 동작의 소요시간 및 각운동량 분석

        남자 기계체조 국가대표 선수 3명과 대학선수 3명을 대상으로 핸드스프링 몸펴 앞공중1회 비틀기 동작을 구간 및 국면별로 분석하고 동작의 숙련도에 따라 역학적 변인이 집단 간 어떠한 차이를 보이는지를 구명하기 위하여 Kwon3D 프로그램을 활용하여 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 시간요인에서 보폭을 크게 딛는 것이 손을 빠르게 지지 할 수 있고, 핸드스프링 체공시간은 짧게 하여야 발구르기의 압력을 높여 비틀기동작에서 체공 소요 시간이 길어지므로 비틀기 수행의 완성도를 높일 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 각운동량 요인에서 기술수행 시 전체적으로 좌우(X)축에 대한 각운동량이 전후(Y)축과 수직(Z)축에 대한 각운동량에 비해 더 큰 값을 보였다. 좌우 축 각운동량은 지면에서 이지되어 동작을 수행하는 핸드스프링회전과 앞공중1회 비틀기에서 숙련자가 상대적으로 더 큰 각운동량 보이는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study were a two-fold: ⑴ to analyze event and phase of handspring salto forward stretched with turn; ⑵ to know the differences in the kinematic variables between two groups. A Kwon3D program served for the estimation of this study. The group was divided into three National representative and three well-trained calisthenics in this study. The results of this study revealed that ⑴ the forward somersault performance was increased when duration time in the air was long during the salto forward stretched that the duration time of Handspring is short, the pressure at takeoff is high, the stride is large, and hands are supporting on the ground quickly; ⑵ comparing the angular movement of anterior and posterior y axis and vertical z axis, the angular movement of right and left x axis was higher during the performance. As a result, the national representative players showed better performance in Handspring salto forward stretched with turn.

        소양호의 어류군집 동태

        2001년 4월부터 2002년 9월까지 소양호의 어류군집 동태를 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 조사된 어류는 총 11과 38종이었다. 한국 고유종은 P. tenuicorpus, C. splendidus, S. gracilis majimae, S. japonicus coreanus, H. mylodon, G. brevibarba, M. yaluensis, M. longidorsalis, C. koreensis, C. rotundieaudata, S. microdorsalis, P. koreanus, L. andersoni, C. herzi, O. patycephala 등 15종(40.54%)이었다. 우점종은 Z. platypus(39.60%), H. olidus(39.47%), S. gracilis majimae(12.24%), S. japonics coreanus(2.11%), P. fulvidraco(1.48%), L. macrochirus(1.40%) 등이었다. 채집된 어종들의 생체량을 보면 Z. platypus가 19.48㎏, H. olidus로 8.75㎏, C.cuvieri 7.42㎏, L. maeroehirus 7.39㎏, H. labeo 6.85㎏의 순으로 나타났다. 소양호에서 확인된 도입종은 A. japonica, H. eigenmanni, H. olidus, P. altivelis, C. urotaenius, R. giurinus, T. brevispinis, C. carpio(Israeli type), c. euvieri, Onchorhynchus mykiss, L. macrochirus, M. salmoides, I. puntatus 등 13종이었다. 이 중 C. carpio(Israeli type), C. cuvieri, Onchorhynchus mykiss, L macrochirus, M. salmoides, I. puntatus는 국외종이며, A. japonica, H. eigenmanni, H. olidus, P. altivelis, C. urotaenius, R. giurinus, T. brevispinis 등은 국내 다른 하천ㅇ로부터 유입된 종이다. The dynamics of the fish community in Lake Soyang, Korea, was investigated from April 2001 to September 2002. During the surveyed period 38 species belonging 11 families were collected. There were 15 Korean endemic species 39.47%, including Pseudopungtungia tenuicorpus, Coreoleuciscus splendidus, Squalidus gracilis majimae, S. japonicus coreanus, Hemibarbus mylodon, Gobiobotia brevibarba, Microphysogobio yaluensis, Microphysogobio longidorsalis, Iksookimia koreensis, Iksookimia rotundicaudata, Silurus microdorsalis, Pseudobagrus koreanus, Liobagrus andersoni, Coreoperca herzi, and Odontobutis platycephala. Dominant species were Zacco platypus (39.60%), Hypomesus olidus (31.70%), Squalidus gracilis majimae (12.24%), Squalidus japonicus coreanus (2.11%), Pseudobagrus fulvidraco (1.48%) and Lepomis macrochirus (1.40%). The biomass of collected fishes were Zacco platypus (19.48 ㎏), Hypomes olidus (8.75 ㎏), Carassilus cuvieri (7.42 ㎏), Lepomis macrochirus (7.39 ㎏) and Hemibarbus labeo (6.85 ㎏). Of the 13 introduced fishes in Lake Soyang Cyprinus carpio (israeli type), Carassius cuvieri, Onchorhynchus mykiss, Lepomis macrochirus, Micropterus salmoides and Ictalurus puntatus were originated from foreign countries but Anguilla japonica, Hemiculter eigenmanni, Hypomesus olidus, Plecoglossus altivelis, Chaenogobius urotaenius, Rhinogobius giurinus. Thridentiger brevispinis were introduced from other native river systems.

        TiN Ion-Plating이 교정용 브라켓의 접착강도에 미치는 영향

        TiN ion-plating이 교정용 브라켓의 접착강도에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 세 종류의 서로 다른 기저면형태를 가지는 스테인레스 스틸제의 브라켓을 선택하고, TiN ion-plating 된 브라켓과 ion-plating 되지 않은 브라켓을 치아에 접착시켰을 때 초기 및 장기접착강도, 접착계면의 주사전자현미경 관찰, 파단면의 주사전자현미경 관찰을 비교 분석하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. · TiN ion-plating을 하지 않은 경우 24시간 후의 접착강도는 Micro-Loc형이 5.89±1.77MPa, Foil Mesh형이 4.27±1.12MPa, Undercut형이 2.64±0.58MPa로 Micro-Loc형이 가장 높았고, 그 다음이 Foil Mesh형 그리고 Undercut형의 순으로 나타났다(P<0.05). · TiN ion-plating시 24시간 후의 접착강도는 Micro-Loc형이 6.26±1.51 MPa, Foil Mesh형이 7.45±2.01MPa, Undercut형이 2.93±0.84MPa로 ion-plating 하지 않은 경우와 달리 Foil Mesh형이 Micro-Loc형보다 오히려 높게 나타났고, Undercut형이 역시 가장 낮은 접착강도를 나타내었다(P<0.05). Ion-plating 유무에 따른 24시간 후의 접착강도는 3가지형 모두에서 ion-plating시 증가하였으나 Foil Mesh형에서만 유의한 증가가 있었다(P<0.001). · 장기침적시 ion-plating의 유무에 관계없이 전반적으로 초기(1일)접착강도보다 증가하였으며 접착력의 안정성을 나타내었다. · 접착계면의 주사전자현미경 관찰 결과 브라켓 기저면의 형태나 ion-plating 유무에 관계 없이 레진이 브라켓 기저면으로 잘 퍼져 들어가 브라켓과 치아와의 사이에 견고한 접착면을 나타내었고, 장기침적의 경우도 같은 양상을 나타내었다. · 파단면의 주사전자현미경 관찰에서는 다양한 파괴양상이 나타났다. This study was conducted to see the effect of TiN ion-plating on the bond strength of orthodontic bracket. Three stainless-steel brackets with different base types were chosen; when TiN ion-plated brackets and non ion-plated brackets were bonded to the teeth, initial and long-term bond strength were measures. The observations of bonding surface and failure sites through the scanning electron microscope were analysed and compared. The summary of this study was as follows: · When TiN ion-plating was not applied, the Micro-Loc type was the highest in bond strength after 24 hours as 5.89±1.77MPa, followed by 4.27±1.12MPa for Foil Mesh type and 2.64±0.58MPa for Undercut type(P<0.05). ·Under TiN ion-plating, the bond strength after 24 hours showed: Micro-Loc type 6.26±1.51MPa, Foil Mesh type 7.46±2.01MPa, Undercut type 2.93±0.84MPa. Unlike in the case of non ion-plating, Foil Mesh type showed a higher strength than Micro-Loc type, with Undercut type still showing the lowest bond strength(P<0.05). The bond strength, after 24 hours, increased in case of ion-plated in all 3 types, but a significant increase was shown only in Foil Mesh type(P<0.001). · Under a long-term immersion, regardless of ion or non ion-plating, bond strength in general increased over the initial bond strength(one day), with more stability. · Through scanning electron microscopic observation of bonding surface, it was found that, regardless of the bracket base type or the application of ion-plating, the resin was thoroughly spreaded into bracket base to form a solid bonding surface between the bracket and the tooth. This was also true in case of a long-term immersion. · The scanning electron microscopic observation of failure sites revealed diverse failure patterns.
