전형적인 한국의 한맺힌 여인상을 그렸으며 전체를 3부로 나누어 행운을 기원하는 제12부에서는 한국적인 리듬의굿거리장단이 변형 발전되어 전개되며 제2부에서는 전통적인 농악리듬이 바탕이 되어 희망과 기쁨을 노래하며 제3부에서는 특수현대주법으로 현대감각을 나타냈으며 그러나 여인의한은 늘 마음 한 구석에 남아있는 한국적 여인상을 나타낸 종교적 철학전인 면을 내포하고 있는 작품이라 하겠다. 12음을 바탕으로 하여 2리싼도, 비브라도, 미분음등을 자주 사용하여 한국적 감각을 현대음악에 접목하는데에 역점을 두었다.

응급실 내원환자에 대한 병원전 응급체계와 후송체계에 대한 조사

A prospective research of 1,573 patients who visited emergency room was completed by the emergency physician of Wonju College of Medicine of Yonsei University, and Youngdong Hospital. This prospective study demonstrate the problems of prehospital emergency care and transfer system of the emergency patient. Among 1,573 patients, 86.9% were admitted to the Emergency room by the non-emergency vehicle such as taxi and bus, and only 13.1% was admitted via ambulance. At the situation of emergency, the most of patients and patient`s families could not call for the help to emergency telemetry center because only 3.1% among total patients knew the emergency call number(Tel. No: 129). Because the emergency delivery system between emergency centers from Level. Ⅰ, Ⅱ to Level Ⅲ was not established yet, only 492 patients(31.3%) were transferred from Level Ⅰ, Ⅱ emergency room to our emergency room to our emergency center but 1081 patients(68.7%) were admitted directly to Level Ⅲ emergency center from emergency fields. Among 1,081 patients who visited Level Ⅲ emergency center directly, only 240 patients(23%) were admitted for further treatment, but in transferred cases(492 patients), 271 patients(55%) were admitted. Especially in the injured patients, severely injured patients(ISS 16) occupied only 6% among 441 patients who visited directly, but it occupied 21% among 150patients who were transferrd from local community hospital. This result means that many non-urgent patients visited Level Ⅲ emergency centers without the previous visiting of Level ⅠⅡ emergency room. This study reveals that EMSS(Emergency Medical Services System) including the telemetry systems must be organized in short-time to reduce the mortality and morbidity of emergency patients. First, the educations about the emergency call system and First Aids to the people must be stsryed initially through the school and mass-media such as television and radio network. Second, emergency delivery system between Level Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ emergency center must be organized for the effective and rapid transportaion of acute ill patients.

한국의 동북아 물류중심지화를 위한 해운중개업의 현황과 발전방향

최근 한국이 동북아 지역의 물류거점화 지역으로 도약하기 위하여 많은 정책과 지원의 논의가 다방면으로 거론 되어 왔다. 하지만 해운 물류 산업의 주요부분을 차지하고 있는 해운중개회사들은 선박회사와는 달리 어떠한 정부의 정책적인 지원도 없이 생존경쟁을 하고 있다. 한국해운중개업이 당면한 가장 주요한 문제는 업체의 영세성, 정보부족, 연구·조사기능의 부족이며 정부의 정책적인지원도 업체간의 자율적인 인수·합병 후 대형화, 연구·조사능력을 강화하는 방향으로 지원하여야 될 것이다. 업체간의 자율적인 인수·합병하여 회사규모를 대형화하는 해운중계회사에 대해서는 연구·조사기능의 강화를 위하여 일정기간동안 법인세를 면제해주는 방법 등도 고려할 수 있다. 그러나 해운중개업에 대한 정부의 정책적인 지원이 현실적으로 쉽지 않은 것만은 사실이나 해운법 제44조의 해운산업장기발전계획에 의거하여 가능한 한 모든 지원을 해야 될 것이다. Even though Shipbroking is one of the important areas Shipping Industry, It is difficult to find any kind of study on shipbroking in Korea. Since most of the contract have been conducted through shipbrokers therefore Shipbrokers' international competitiveness will be important in Shipping Industry. In this paper, we have studied general situation of Shipbroking business and it's development method in Korea. in Korea, there are more than 270 shipbroking company registered at Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries which is more than 4 times higher compared to about 60 registered ship owners. Due to serious competition and small-scale of each shipbroking company, Korean Shipbroking Company is difficulty situation to compete with other foreign mega shipbroking company. In order to survive from heavy competition, We have to merge small shipbroking company in korea and to enhance shipbrokers ability for development of new business in shipbrpking.

過渡電壓에 對한 Thyristor 應用回路의 保護裝置에 關한 硏究

This research is aimed at being decreased the voltage automatically to regular voltage in case that transient voltage of over criteria value is added by connecting transient voltage protective circuit and over current protective circuit apart. and a step has been taken in order to keep the circuit applied Thyristor by cutting off power source in case that, by accidient of overload. The current is over 130(%) of criteria value, and the action of each part has been researched through careful experiment. The merit of this equipment : 1.This circuit is comparativly simple, elements of little capacity and ease of connection. 2.The speed of action is very rapid. 3.The values of transient voltage protection and overcurrent protection criteria can be changed at will.

안경광학과 교육 연장(3년제) 계획의 타당성에 관한 조사 연구

The purpose of this study is to offer previous data for training of the better opticians and insuring substantiality of the education in junior college. The research groups consist of the professor of ophthalmic optics, spectacles wearers, opticians, graduates and students. The research nations are U.S.A in the North America, Germany in the Europe, Japan and Philippines in the Asia and Australia. The results are as follows, 1. The related educational systems to spectacles are generally the four years system. And the dispensing and optometry are divided in function. 2. The social recognitions change for opticians due to increase wearere and they require the opticians to study harder. 3. The relative respondents to education give support the extension of the education term. 4. The opticians demand that technical education are afforded to them. Because new materials are in the development stage and the spectacles wearers claim new information from opticians.

웹 기반 학습에 있어서의 상호작용적 자기조절학습 전략 연구

최근 웹 기반 학습의 우수성이 크게 대두되고 여러 방면의 연구들이 진행되고 있으나 학습자의 주도적인 참여를 요구하기 때문에 이를 극복하려는 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 웹 기반 학습 시스템이 가지고 있는 결함을 보완하기 위해서 학습 환경을 촉진시키기 위한 자기조절학습 전략을 개발하였다. 자기조절학습 전략은 일반적이고 추상적인 내용으로 구성되어 있어 이를 구체적으로 구현하기 위한 하위 전략들을 도출한다. 또한 좀 더 체계화된 시스템 개발을 위해 하위 전략 요소에 대한 상호작용적 설계를 하여 보다 진보된 웹 기반 학습 시스템을 구축하고 이를 검증하였다. Many web-based learning systems have been developed and used widely. Most of the researches on web-based learning systems assume learners' active participation in the learning activity. However, learners do not always actively participate in the learning. This paper presents a novel self-regulated learning strategy to create a learning environment that encourages learner's active participation. We have derived sub-strategies that can be implemented as a web-based system. The derived sub-strategies have been implemented as an advanced web-base system and are verified by an empirical study.

지속적 경막외 몰핀에 의한 암성 동통 치료 경험

Epidural injection of 2.0 mg morphine with distilled water or 0.9 % normal saline 10 ml were given to a bladder cancer patient with severe chronic intraetable pain which radiated from low ahdomen to gluteal and low leg region. The patient had absolute pain relief which began 2~3 minutes to onset, with 3~5 minutes of peak of action and was effective for 20~25 hours (mean 24 hours) without complications or continuous care as an ambulatory patient. It is suggested thst the morphine reached the subarachinoid space through the membrane and produced its effect by direct action on the specific opiate receptors in the substantia gelatinosa of the posterior horn of the spinal cord.
