      • 국산 EXTENSOMETER의 개발에 관한 기초 연구

        본 연구는 구조물의 측정에 이용되는 Extensometer를 국산화하는 것을 목적으로하였다. 외국의 시방서를 참고로 스트레인게이지를 이용하여 시제품을 제작하였다. 수감체는 알루미늄 합금을 사용하여 최대용량을 4 Kgf로 하였다. 시제품을 제작하고 정적인 Calibration 을 한 후 성능 평가를 하였다. 성능 평가는 알루미늄 시편에 시제품을 고정시키고 MTS로 반복하중을 가하는 방법으로 하였다. 시제품의 성능은 단일축 게이지보다 4배의 출력을 보였다. 또 최대하중의 5%의 하중을 8시간(약10000회)동안 반복적으로 가하였다. 이때 실험전과 실험후의 출력이 일정한 값을 보였다. 앞으로 실제 구조물을 측정할 수 있는 용량의 Extensometer를 제작하기 위하여 Extensometer의 재료와 열처리 기술에 대한 연구가 필요하겠다. 또 실제구조물을 측정하고 그 실용성을 평가해 보겠다. In this paper, the technique to make our own's extensometer is studied. The extensometer is to measure a structure. The prototype is manufactured by using a strain-gauge with the help of a foreign manual. The capacity of sensing part in aluminum alloy is 4 Kgf. The prototype is estimated after static calibration is done. The MTS is used to estimate the protype. The ability of a prototype is 4 times than it of an uniaxial strain-gauge. The 5 percent of maximum force is loaded repeatedly for 8 hours. The result shows that experiment is equal to theory. Later, the material of an extensometer and the technique of heat treatment must be studied to measure a real structure.

        기계적 합금화에 의해 제조된 고규소 Al-Si 합금 나노 결정의 특성

        High silicon Al-Si alloys with nanocrystalline structures have been produced by mechanical alloying process. Microstructural changes of the Al-Si alloys were investigated by scanning electron microscopy and the transmission electron microscopy. X-ray diffraction analysis was also made to characterize the lattice constant, crystallite size and misfit strain. It was found that the effective milling time by attrition milling was about 12hours for Al-70 wt%Si alloy system. The Al and Si crystallites were reduced to about 30 nm and 70 nm, respectively, by the mechanical alloying for more than 12hours. The misfit strains increased with milling time UD to 240 hours, and saturated to 5.73×10^(-3) for Al and Si crystallites, respectively.

      • 衣巖湖의 貝類에 關한 硏究 : A study on the gonadal tissues and demibranchs of Corbicula fluminea(Palaeoheterodonta: Corbiculidae)

        의암호에 서식하는 재철(Corbicula fluminea)을 실험재로로 하여 생식세포형성, hermaphrodite에 의한 성비의 계정성 그리고 이에 따른 반새의 변화와 정확한 산란시기를 밝히고자 조직학적 방법에 의한 견구 조사를 실시하였다. 총 118개의 개체중 female 32개체(27.1%), female-hermaphrodite 75개체(63.5%)hermaphrodite 32개체(2.5%), male-hermaphrodite 7개체(5.9%), male 1개체(0.4%)로 전체적으로 female의 경향이 높았다. 산란은 2월과 3월에 난을 방출하는 난생의 형태이고 7월이후 11월까지 glochidia를 방출하는 난태생의 형태를 나타내었다. 外半?(outer-demibranch)가 보육낭으로 이용될 수도 있으나 內半?(inner-demibranch)가 주로 보육나으로 작용하였다. 수관 분리는 주로 inner-demibranch에서 나타났고, 산란시기에는 많은 개체가 수관이 분리되어 있었다. Corbicula fluminaea, one of two species in the family Corbiculidae living in the Lake Uiam was used as an experimental material. This research was done in order to deon in order to identify and describe the visceral sex. the demibranch morthology, and the seasonal gonad activity. The sexuality of C. fluminea was male, male-hermaphrodite (with a preponderance of testicular tissue over ovarian tissue), hermaphrodite (with approximately equal amount of male and female ponadal tissue), female-hermaphrodite (with a preponderance of the ovarian tissue), and female. The non-marsupial demibranch (namely, outer 2 in females and female-hermaphrodite, two in males and males and male-hermaphrodites) was divided by the secondary sept that in males and male-hermaphrodites) was divided by the secondary septa that produced secondary watertubes, resulting in triparitite organization. But, the outerdemibranch of all kinds has exhibited feebly the triparitite organization. In this species larvae were produced over two extended time periods, one in spring(oviparity) and one in fall (dvoviviparity).

        콩 삶은 물을 첨가한 청국장 제조시 항산화활성 및 관련 성분들의 변화

        Soybean is an important plant as the source of protein and oil, as well as phytochemicals such as genistein, daidzein, phenolic acids, phytic acid, tocopherol, and saponin. Chungkukjang, a fermented soybean paste, is cammon in Korean meals and bacillus is usually used in the fermentation of steamed soybean. For its processing, whole soybeans are boiled in water until the beams are soft, and then the drained beans are wrapped with rice straw or starter and set in a warm place at 65℃ for 3~4 days. Normally, the remaining cooked water which was drained from the steamed beans is discarded. We supposed that this water possesses high amounts of useful components, and we therefore developed a modified method using the cooked water. After fermentation, we added the remaining cooked water which had been drained from the beans to the fermented soy beans and boiled them together. To investigate the bio-functionality of the modified chusngkukjang, the total antioxidative activity, isoflavones contents, phenolic acids, and 3-deoxyglucosone (3-DG) were measured at each stage of the preparation of changkukjang, The original and modified chturgkukjang possessed l a high antioxidative activity compared with the other samples, as did the drained water after steaming of the soybean. The contents of genistein, daidzein, and phenolic acids, which contained antioxidative activity, were also increased in the original chungkukjang and their contents were similar in the modified chungkukjang. The content of 3-DG was increased in the modified chungkukjang compare with the original. It is suggested that the active soybean components delivered to the drained water during the steaming process were useful for increasing the bio-functionality of the modified chunghnkjang.

        소방청에서는 과학기술정보통신부와 한국지능정보사회진흥원의 지원을 받아 국민의 안전과 소방산업의 혁신을 지원하는 데이터 개방 공유 유통 거래 기반 플랫폼인 소방 안전 정보 빅데이터 허브를 구축하였다. 본 논문에서는 2020년 9월부터 구축되어 서비스되고 있는 소방안전 빅데이터 플랫폼의 성과 및 현황을 분석하였다. 2차년도 구축사업을 완료한 소방안전 빅데이터 플랫폼은 공공데이터의 성격을 지니고 있음에도 불구하고 데이터 이용건수는 총합 3,136건, 월평균 314건으로 타 플랫폼에 비해 다소 낮지만 소방안전 플랫폼의 성격이 공공 데이터의 특성을 지닌 것을 고려하면 향후 상승의 가능성이 높은 것으로 예상되고 있다. 유통거래 매출액과 데이터 이용기업수 등이 지속적으로 증하고 있어 향후 소방안전 빅데이터 플랫폼의 활성화를 기대할 수 있다.

        A numerical study of the effect of a hybrid cooling system on the cooling performance of a large power transformer

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>This study analyzed the conjugate heat transfer and fluid flow of radiators used in a power transformer to investigate the cooling performance. The flow and temperature distributions around the radiators were analyzed to investigate the fundamental mechanisms of radiator cooling in the hybrid cooling system. The oil flow rate in the radiators was varied in the range of 44.4 LPM ∼ 309.6 LPM. The cooling fan location was also varied along the bottom and right surfaces of the radiators, and their effects on the cooling performance were evaluated. The computational results using the standard k - ε turbulence model were compared with the measured data, showing the good agreement between them with the difference which is less than 5%. The cooling fans located at the center of the bottom surface and the bottom of the right surface resulted in the best cooling performance regardless of the insulating oil flow rate due to the positive interaction between the vertical and horizontal air flows induced by fans, giving about 22% higher cooling performance than the worst cooling performance at all flow rate.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> This study carried to investigate the cooling performance of radiators. </LI> <LI> The values of the FOM in the hybrid cooling system depended on the fan position. </LI> <LI> The values of the FOM in the hybrid cooling system depended on the oil flow rate. </LI> </UL> </P>

        Total integrated slidable and valveless solid phase extraction-polymerase chain reaction-capillary electrophoresis microdevice for mini Y chromosome short tandem repeat genotyping

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>A fully integrated slidable and valveless microsystem, which performs solid phase DNA extraction (SPE), micro-polymerase chain reaction (μPCR) and micro-capillary electrophoresis (μCE) coupled with a portable genetic analyser, has been developed for forensic genotyping. The use of a slidable chip, in which a 1μL-volume of the PCR chamber was patterned at the center, does not necessitate any microvalves and tubing systems for fluidic control. The functional micro-units of SPE, μPCR, and μCE were fabricated on a single glass wafer by conventional photolithography, and the integrated microdevice consists of three layers: from top to bottom, a slidable chip, a channel wafer in which a SPE chamber, a mixing microchannel, and a CE microchannel were fabricated, and a Ti/Pt resistance temperature detector (RTD) wafer. The channel glass wafer and the RTD glass wafer were thermally bonded, and the slidable chip was placed on the designated functional unit. The entire process from the DNA extraction using whole human blood sample to identification of target Y chromosomal short tandem repeat (STR) loci was serially carried out with simply sliding the slidable chamber from one to another functional unit. Monoplex and multiplex detection of amelogenin and mini Y STR loci were successfully analysed on the integrated slidable SPE-μPCR-μCE microdevice by using 1μL whole human blood within 60min. The proposed advanced genetic analysis microsystem is capable of point-of-care DNA testing with sample-in-answer-out capability, more importantly, without use of complicated microvalves and microtubing systems for liquid transfer.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> We developed an integrated slidable SPE-μPCR-μCE microchip for forensic genotyping. </LI> <LI> The slidable chip enables to get rid of microvalves and tubing for fluidic control. </LI> <LI> Mini Y STR profiles could be identified from 1μL human whole blood within 60min. </LI> <LI> Mini Y STR typing could be executed with the female and male blood mixture sample. </LI> </UL> </P>
