      • 無機物充塡 Epoxy樹脂의 誘電特性에 미치는 紫外線照射의 影響

        This paper studied the effects of ultraviolet light on dielectric property of epoxy resin which is widely used to enhance the capability of materials or to reinforced insulating feature of various kinds of electrical apparatus. The specimen employed in this study is type Bisphenol epoxy resin filled with MgO and Al(OH)₃, which is irradiated with UV light. the following conclusions are made based on the results obtained: (1) The tan δof the unfilled specimen and the filled specime with the weight percent of 30 or below increases with irradiation of UV light, while that of the filled specimen with the weight percent 60 or above decreases. (2) The permittivity of the unfiled specimen and the filled specimen with the weight percent of 30 or below increases with the irradiation of UV light. For the filled specimen with the weight percent of 60, however, the permittivity shows different dependencies on the irradiation of UV light for thd different filler materials. That is, it decrease when the specimen is filled with MgO but increase when the specimen is filled with AL (OH)₃. (3) The specimen filled with AL(OH)₃has greater value on tan δand permittivity than filled with MgO

      • 저가 고효율 결정질 실리콘 태양전지 제작을 위한 전극 형성 기술 개발

        The screen printed technique is one of the electrode forming technologies for crystalline silicon solar cell. It has the advantage that can raise the production efficiency due to simple and low cost process. The electrode technology is the core process because the electrode feature is given the biggest influence. In this paper, we tried to change conditions such as squeegee angle, snap off, printing pressure and mesh spacing. As a result, the screen printing process showed better conversion efficiency with higher finger height. We achieved the energy conversion efficiencies of 17.3 % mono-crystalline silicon solar cell with optimal screen printing conditions.

      • 자성금속박막의 광학상수가 반사율과 투과율에 미치는 영향

        This paper contains the effects of various optical constants for magnetic metal thin film on reflectance and transmittance. Multi-layered magnetic thin film constructed protective layer, magnetic metal layer and substrate. Reflectance and transmittance is useful value to estimate optical constants for opacity metal thin film. Also reflectance and transmittance sensitively depend on complex reflective index and thickness of each layer. This paper includes dependence of reflectance and transmittance on wavelength for various complex reflective index and thickness of each layer. This various analysis can be used to design for effective multi-layerd magnetic thin film.

        This paper described on the improving method of power factor with simplified gate driving circuit using IGBT for inverter airconditioner, and then analysed the improving effect through experiment. For controlling methods, detected input voltage by turn on IGBT and followed by input current, and have reduced specification of switching device and the problem of high speed switching by using single turn-on method on the zero-crossing point of input voltage. As a results, considered economical aspect on improved IGBT control circuit for inverter airconditioner. The improvement of power factor to 95% on the measuring frequency modulation.

      • 옥외용 실리콘 고무의 침식 진전에 관한 연구

        It is alanyzed the erosing process of the polymeric insulator for outdoor use with the inclined plane method. Materials used are the different type of silicone rubber, they have the content of filler and component each other. As the content of filler added to improve the tracking and erosion resistance, It has the difference of electrical performance and erosion rate. the dry-band arc is also the parameter of accelerating erosion, and appear in the form of leakage current, and the activities of leakage current has a close relationship with the surface hydrophobicity. In this paper, the erosion growth is observed by measuring the time from the voltage application to the whole breakdown, and the erosion depth. In addition, It is measured the hydrophobicity and leakage current to be a cause of erosion by the erosion steps, studied SEM, EDX for observing the transformation of surface structure by erosing.

      • 無機物充塡 Epoxy樹脂의 絶緣破壤特性에 미치는 紫外線照射의 影響

        This paper studied the effects of ultraviolet light in breakdown property of epoxy resin which is widely used to enhance the capability of materials or to reinforced insulating feature of various kinds of electrical appratus. The specimen employed in this study is type Bisphenol epoxy resin filled with MgO and Al(OH??) which is irradiation of UV light is prolonged, the electrical breakdown strength decreases at differnt rate depending on the amount of filler in the specimen. That is, a larger amount of filler makes the specimen undergo the electrical breakdown at a lower rate.

      • 단순화된 PWM 인버터 설계에 관한 연구

        This paper described the PWM inverter control system which is designed with microprocessor(KSC88C0116) for induction motor speed and torque control. In this system, inverter output effectively maintain constant V/f ratio and reduce low order harmonics. Proposed control modes are programed simpler than modified SPWM system and any other hardwired logic system so it's actual output waveform envelope can approach similar to calculated one. This system allows to build 1­chip and realtime PWM controller circuit in high efficiency and reducing total harmonic distortion.

      • 가솔린 엔진 ECU 特性改善에 關한 硏究

        In this paper described a S-DLI Electronic Control Unit(ECU) for MPI type gasoline engines which is developed using Siemens C167CR microprocessor. The developed system consists of ECU hardware, software program written in C language and PC monitoring system. The ECU system is tested an a 1600cc gasoline engine, and showed reasonable results on air/fuel ratio regulation, and output torque generation.

      • 다층구조에 의한 자성박막의 복소굴절률 산정

        자성박막의 복소굴절률에 대한 정보는 광자기 기록재료의 자기광학 성능을 향상시키는데 매우 유용한정보이다. 본 연구에서는 Co, Fe 및 FeCo 박막에 대한 복소굴절률을 그들의 반사율 및 투과율 측정치로 부터 구하고, Co 및 Fe의 결과값을 이미 보고된 값과 비교 검토하였다. 시료의 제작은 마그네트론스퍼터링 방법으로 하였으며, 기판/자성층/보호막 구조로 되어있다 Co 및 Fe의 복소굴절률에 대한 파장 의존성은 파장이 길어짐에 따라 증가하는 경향이 있으며 이와 같은 현상은 보고된 값과 유사하였으나, Fe의 굴절률값은 전파장에 걸쳐 보고된 값 보다 8% 크게. 흡수율값은 10% 작았다. Fe_(0.4)Co_(0.6) 합금막의 복소굴절률값은 Co와 Fe 각각 복소굴절률값의 평균치에 해당하였다. The information about the complex refractive index of magnetic film is very useful to improve the magneto-optical properties of magneto-optical recdrding media. In this study the complex refractive index of Co, Fe and FeCo magnetc dins are estimated from their experimental reflectance and transmittance data by using the fortran computer progam, and the results for Co and Fe are compared to the reported dab. Samples were manufactured by magnetron sputtering method, and were composed of 0.9 mm thick slide, 20 - 50 nm thick magnetic layer and 500 Å thick protection layer. The wavelength dependences of the complex refractive index for Co and Fe are very s W a r to the reported data, but the refractive index value for Fe 8 % is lower and its extinction coefficient is 10 % higher than the reported value. The complex refractive index for Fe&o06 alloy films is almost same as the average value of that of Co and Fe.

        This paper studies the effect of ultra-violet light on the conductivity of epoxy resin which is widely used to enhance the insulating capability of materials or to reinforce the insulating feature of various kinds of electrical apparatus. The speciman employed in this study is type A Bisphenol epoxy resin filled with MgO and Al(OH)₃, which is irradiated with UV light. The following conclusions are made based on the results obtaned: (1) With prolonged Irradiation of UV light the conductivity of the unfilled spedcimen and the filled specimen with weight percent of 15 of below increases, while that of the filled specimem with the weight percent of 30 of above decreases. (2) The Tg temperature of the specimen is increase when prolonged irradiation of UV light.
