      • 배양액의 종류가 생쥐 난포난자의 체외성숙 및 체외수정에 미치는 영향

        Murine immature oocytes were cultured in vitro in Ham's F-10, MEM, or WM solution with or without either FCS or BSA supplement. The effect on maturation and fertilization of the immature oocytes was evaluated. Also the effect of FCS on maturation of cumulus, zona pellucidae. or oocyte was evaluated. The results obtained were as follows 1. Fewer eggs were fertilized when Ham's F-10, MEM or WM solution without FCS or BSA supplement. 2. Addition of FCS(10%, v/v) to Ham's F-10 or MEM solution increased fertilization of mouse oocytes matured in vitro as well as that of ovulated oocytes (control) 3. Addition of BSA(5-20mg/ml) to Ham's F-10 or MEM solution failed to increase fertilization of mouse oocytes matured in vitro. 4. Addition of FCS or BSA to WM solution failed to increase fertilization of mouse oocytes matured in vitro. 5. Addition of FCS to Ham's F-10 solution increased fertilization of mouse oocytes matured in vitro with the increase in the concentration of FCS. 6. Addition of FCS to Ham's F-10 medium for oocytes maturation improved cumulus expansion. incidence of sperm penetration through zona pellucidae, shortened the time of enzymatic dissolution of the zona pellucidae, formation of the male pronucleus and resumption of meiosis. These results suggest that FCS is found necessary for in vitro maturation and fertilization of mouse immature oocytes and it also improved the maturation of cumulus, zona pellucidae, oocyte's cytoplasm and oocyte's nucleus.

      • 고속 로보트 조립작업의 동적 해석

        For multibody systems with hinges as well as temporary contacts, such as robot manipulators, the impact dynamics is analyzed, considering the effect of friction during the collision process. As the speed of the peg motion increases, the quasi-static assumption becomes invalid, and high speed is a critical requirement in many robotic assembly processes. In this paper, using the results for the impact analysis of hinged systems, dynamic behavior of a peg in high-speed insertion is analyzed. Unlike the free motion of a single rigid body, the dynamics of the peg is constrained by a supporting mechanism. The dynamics of the supporting mechanism such as a manipulator which carries the end effector, influences the peg motion in a collision. Conditions for the peg to be guided along the chamfer correctly towards the center of the hole are derived based on the results for dynamic analysis of hinged systems.

      • 자궁내막유착증(중증)의 임상적 연구

        The treatment of severe intrauterine synechia is not known. So if patient with severe intrauterine synechia wants pregnancy, it is doctor's dilemma. In this situation, this study was designed for develpment of new method for treatment of severe intrauterine synechia. For this study, 15 women with severe intrauterine synechia were included and about 6 years were requested from January 1991 to July 1996. Under general anesthesia, all patients were performed laparotomy and then cervical and intrauterine cavity were dilatated gradually by Hegar dilatator, while the first assistant operator guided the direction of Hegar dilatator through laparotomy opening. Finally utero-tubal junction was communicated by use of uterine sound. At this time the first assistant guided the direction of the uterine sound through laparotomy opening. With this new method of procedure, intrauterine cavity was normalized in 100%, but one or both utero-tubal junction were obstrcted in 33.3%. However, five women(33.3%) become pregnant. There was one episode od uterine perforation during this new procedure.

        Absorption coefficients have been investigated on vitreous As_3-Te_6-Ge_1 films prepared by vacuum evaporation in an affort to provide information about the state distribution at the valence band edge. Energy range of 1.5~2.0ev gives the the absorption characteristics described by direct band-to-band transitions, and shows the density of states given by an eguation N(E)=N_O E^1/2. The state in the lower energy range is approximately explained by both exponential and Gaussian distribution, N(E)=N_O exp(E/△) and N(E)=N_O exp[(-E-E_m)^2/△^2] respectively.

      • 젊은 무월경환자의 골밀도에 관한 연구

        To examine the impact of amenorrhea on bone mineral density in women of reproductive age, 22 amenorrheic women aged 16-40 were studied Bone mineral density in the lumbar spine(L1-L4) as measured by dual energy X ray absorptiometry. The amenorrheic group showed a mean reduction in bone mineral density of 155 as compared with controls. Bone loss was related to the duration of amenorrhea and the severity of estrogen deficiency rather than to the underlying diagnosis. Patients with a history of fracture had significantly lower bone density than those without a history of fracture. In conclusion, amenorrhea in young women should be investigated and treated to prevent bone mineral loss. Menopausal women with a past history of amenorrhea should be considered to be at high risk of osteoporois.

      • Estrogen 보충요법의 임상적 연구

        Thirty-eight healthy, perimenopausal women (aged 42-54 years) were allocated to 6 months of over of treatment with a cyclic combination of 2 mg estradiol valerate and 1 mg cyproterone acetate. 1. Satisfactory response to hormonal treatment was noticed in 32 patients (84.2%), but unsatisfactory response was noticed in 6 patients (15.8%). 2. Unsatisfactory response was especially noticed in group of patients who were in regular menstruation but complaines of menoparsal wymtoms. Accordingly, if unsatisfactory response was noticed, other couses of menopausal symptoms were evaluated, especailly ofr psychologic factor or stress factor. 3. After hormonal treatment body weight and blood pressure were not singificantly chanded. 4. After hormonal treatment GOT, GPT, alkaline phospatase, BUN, FBS, creatinine, triglycerid, HDL-cholesterol and total cholesterol were not significantly changed. 5. Side effects of durg were negligible and patiens were well tolerated the drug and compliance were good. On conclusion, it has suggested that a combination of estradiol valerate and cyproterone acetate was safe and effective for the treatment of menopausal symptoms without side-effects. However effects on bone density with this durg should be evaluated.

      • 기능성 자궁출혈의 임상적 연구

        Dysfunctional uterine bleeding (DUB) is defined as a variety of bleeding manifestations of anovulatory cycles in the absence of pathology. This is the clinical analysis on 54 patients with DUB who were treated at Chungnam National University Hospital. The findings were as follows : 1. Patients with DUB were most commonly in 40 years old and the next order was in 20 and 30 decades. 2. About 40% of DUB patients was non-parous women and remainder was over parity one. 3. Pathologic findings of endometrium showed hyperplasia in 22.2%,pical hyperplasia in 12.9%. 4. Sonographic findings of endometrium showed thickened endometrium in 25.9%, but 11.1% of patients showed atrophic endometrium. 5. Most common cause of DUB was impending ovarian failure and the next order was PCOS. 6. Twenty-five percent of patients who were treated with single progestin therapy revealed no treatment effects and 7.2% of patients who were treated with estrogen-progestin combination therapy.

      • 중학교 체육교사의 수업스트레스가 직무만족에 미치는 영향

        In order to determine whether there are differences in class stress that middle school physical education teachers experience before, during and after class according to their background characteristics, we distributed a total of 900 questionnaires to physical education teachers in Daejeon and Chungcheongnam do, and excluding 502 not answered or answered unreliably, we used 398 questionnaires in analysis. In order to analyze differences in class stress and job satisfaction according to middle school physical education teachers' background characteristics and the effects of class stress on job satisfaction, we used statistical methods including one way ANOVA, Scheffe test and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS Windows V. 12.0 program. From the results of this study obtained through the research methods and procedures above, conclusions were drawn as follows. 1) there was no significant difference in class stress according to physical education teachers' background characteristics. 2) as to difference in job satisfaction according to physical education teachers' background characteristics, the sub factors of job satisfaction showed significant differences according to gender and school type. That is, satisfaction with human relations and satisfaction with duties were higher in female teachers. By school type, teachers at coeducational middle schools showed higher job satisfaction. 3) according to the results of analyzing the effects of physical education teachers' class stress on their job satisfaction, class stress was found to have a significant effect on job satisfaction. As presented above, physical education teachers' class stress was found to be in a close relation with their job satisfaction. Class stress, which has a considerable effect on job satisfaction, comes from the 7th National Curriculum applied to physical education classes, teachers' specialty (teaching method, teaching materials, program development and teacher training), teachers' characteristics (teachers' demonstration, feedback, explanation and student observation), the condition of educational administration (the principal's behavioral pattern, administrative support from the school, etc.). Thus, teachers should be reeducated in order to enhance their specialty and refine their characteristics, and resolve stress from the poor condition of educational administration and other sources. With these efforts, physical education teachers' job satisfaction will be enhanced. Therefore, we need to invest sufficient time and efforts in developing teaching methods, teaching materials, programs and teacher training, and it is required to improve the conditions of educational administration including support from the principal and the school administration.

        방사성 폐기물 시멘트 고화체로 부터의 ?? 및 ?? 용출특성 연구

        방사성폐기물 처리, 처분의 안정성 평가를 위하여 방사성 고화체에서 용출되는 137Cs과 90Sr의 방사능 용출율과 누적용출분율을 계측·분석하여 시멘트를 사용한 방사성 고화체에서 Cs+과 Sr++의 용출특성을 조사하였다. 모의방사성 폐액의 몰농도, 시멘트의 종류, 첨가물질 및 붕산농도 등을 변화시키면서 sodium silicate법과 중화법으로 원주형 시멘트 고화제를 제작하였다. 여기에서 가압경수로형 원자력 발전소의 모의 농축폐액의 시멘트 고화체로부터 용출연구는 IAEA의 추천방법에 따라서 수행되었다. 실험결과는 대부분 이미 보고된 연구자료들과 잘 일치하고 있으나 수밀성 시멘트 고화체에서는 상당히 높은 방사능 용출율을 보여주고 있음으로써 방사성 폐기를 고화체에 그 사용이 적합하지 않음을 알게 된다. For the safety assessment of radwaste treatment and disposal, the leaching characteristics of Cs++ and Sr++ from the cement-solidified radwastes was investigated by means of the survey and analysis of the activity leach rate and cumulative leach fraction of 137Cs and 90Sr leaching from solidified radwastes. The cylindrical cement-solidified samples were made by the sodium silicate method and neutralization method changing the mole density of simulated liquid radwaste, type of cement, adding material and concentration of boric acid. The leaching study was carried out by the method using simulated PWR concentrated liquid radwaste solidified in cement that had been processed following the recommendations of IAEA. All the experimental results are in well accordance with the research data reported previously, but the watertight cement-solidified radwastes show rather high leach rate of radioactivity. It is learned, therefore, that the watertight cement is not adequate as the material for the solidified radwastes.
