A molecular dynamics investigation of the microscopic behavior of a liquid subjected to shearing is carried out. The dynamical response of a liquid system to various shear strain histories is outlined. At low shear rates, the data agree with the predictions of linear response theory. At higher shear rates, nonlinear behavior is observed. The shear rate dependence of the shear viscosity in the high shear regime seems to be best fitted by Ree-Eyring theory.

In this paper, we studied on CIE standard color system and OSA Munsell color system for CdS and PVK-TNF films. As the result of our experiments, we obtained the following numerical values, dominant wavelength=579㎚, purity=97%, reflectance=26.8%, and hue, value and chroma (HV/C)=2.57Y5.71/11.9 in case of CdS films. Also we obtained dominant wavelength=581.1㎚, purity=52%, reflectance=41.3%, HV/C=2.5Y6.88/5 in case of PVK-TNF films. We think that purity of PVK-TNF films is attributed to the charge transfer complex.

A molecular dynamics investigation of the microscopic structure of simple fluids subjected to shearing is outlined. We also studied on the melting of two dimensional system consisted of 100 Lennard-Jones particles and the results are compared with the Halperin Nelson theory.

The Ⅰ-Ⅴ Characteristics in electric fields as a function of temperature have been investigated on amorphous As_2Se_3 films prepared by vacuum evaporation. The low field dc conduction varies exponentially with reciprocal temperature and appears to have the properties of intrinsic semiconductor. In high electric fields Shottky or Pool-Frenkel effect show agreements with our experimental results to some extent. But the electrical conduction mechanism of space-charge limited current is thought to be superior to others to analyze the Fig.3(log.-log. Graph of current vs applied voltage).

The results of experiment are as follows : When Ramie dyed in the liguid solution of fruit of Cape Jasmine was exposed to the carbon arc light, it faded. 1. We can see in the curve of spectral reflectance that light fadeness involved increase of single and multi-colored hues(H), increase of value(V) and decrease of chroma(C). The change of difference of color is increased, and the greater change the difference of color of a sample has, the faster it fades. It means that in S.F. curve the sample with the initial large time axis-section value fades faster than other samples as we have been mentioned already in the viewpoint of OSA Munsell's color sokid. 2. Also we resolved HV/C into the difference of (V_X-V_Y), (V_Z-V_Y) and V_Y.(V_X-V_Y) and (V_Z-V_Y) are the chromatic value of Adams, V_Y is a Munsell value, and they are corresponded with hue, chroma and value which are called three characters of the difference of color. V_X, V_Y and V_Z is responded to tristimulus value X, Y and Z. Resolving these changes to three characters of color difference, we found that the differences of chroma were largest among those of hue, value and chroma.

In the glassy system there is some evidence of a transition from viscoelastic to plastic behavior at high stress levels.
PVK와 TNF 사이에서 형성된 전하이동착물에 관한 연구(Ⅰ) : 광학적 모형에 의한 Energy Band Gap Energy Band Gap by the Optical Model

Thin films of organic semiconductors in the form of solid state were made from solutions of different molar ration between PVK(poly-N-vinylcarbazole) and TNF(2,4,7-trinitro-9-fluorenone) by using THF as a solvent. The energy band gaps of these thin films were observed by means of absorption coefficients of visual light and analyzed according to the optical model. It was found that the charge transfer complex between two materials increased as the molar ratio of TNF to PVK increased from 1:0.2 to 1:0.6. In other words, the more the charge transfer complex occurs, the narrower the band gaps are. Especially it was observed that the absorption spectrum curves were nearly overlapped, but the energy band gap remained same at 1.85ev in both cases of the molar ratios, 1:1 and 1:0.6. This means that the charge transfer complex was saturated in cases.
